I'm always excited to see more restaurants opening up down here since there aren't as many options compared to Central and North Austin. The cucumber salad was so refreshing! I had a feeling this place would be good when we saw the line out the door, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The service was great, there's parking, and the ambiance is casual but still okay. I didn't get to try the tea this time, but I'll definitely be back for it. And PLEASE don't leave without getting the Dubai chocolate mochi! It was SO good and honestly the perfect way to end the meal. You have to get it, don't miss it!

My eggs Benedict was served on a unique bread - not a traditional English muffin - that kind of fell apart as I ate it. The flavor was great though. I should have gotten regular home fries, because the hashbrown casserole was cheesy and I wanted something to soak up the hollandaise and egg. The pancakes were so light they fell right apart when we began cutting into them. The flavor was great though. I would definitely recommend Phoebes.

Everything tasted fresh, the eggs were cooked well, and the sandwich had a generous amount of filling, making every bite hearty and flavorful. It was the kind of breakfast that actually keeps you full for hours. My only real complaint is the price. It's a little expensive for a breakfast sandwich, which makes it harder to justify as an everyday stop. That said, the quality is there, and I'd still recommend giving it a try if you're in the area and don't mind paying a bit more for a satisfying breakfast.
