I also have tried the Americano Iced Coffee and the balance between strength and flavor was on spot. As for food, they have a great selection of pastries. For a dog friendly cafe oh my god it feels like I came home for breakfast. The environment is so cute with the unique aesthetic. The drinks are made to order. With the vanilla latte it is not overly sweet and all the flavors blend seamlessly just like the matcha latte. The owners were the absolute sweetest interacting with our dog. Matcha is mid and too milky. Owner (the woman) was super rude and forced me to buy a drink when I was settling down. It was about less than 5 minutes of me coming into the cafe. She assumed that I wasn't going to buy a drink and held a grudge about the first time I was here and didn't order. This was my second time there and will not be coming back. I'm sorry? My first time there I apologized and had no idea I had to buy a drink right away. I felt harassed and my friend had to advocate for me for how aggressive she came at me. She kept emphasizing how I'm the first customer to complain about their matcha. 1 negative feedback really took a blew on her ego lol as a business owner you're always going to get feedback whether good or bad but it appears that she only wants positive feedback rather than truly caring about providing better quality drinks and services for customers. Kind of like a Vietnamese Iced coffee but less intense and less sweet. The croffles and crepes are delicious. Really like the bagel with salmon lox as well as the bagel with salami. Quiet place, great for telework or studying. Parking lot is a bit small. Can street park on the next block over if it's full. Don't park at the little Mexican market; they don't like it. Really good coffee and bagel shop in Fullerton. It's a hidden treasure, the place is very unassuming with a whimsical little garden outside. What a find.ni drove by Commonwealth a few times on the way home from work and saw a sign on the side of this quaint house next to the Mexican market. Lu lu coffee. I went inside yesterday and to my amazement. The couple who own this place turned this cottage into a coffee house. And today I sat inside to enjoy a jam wallfe with a pour over coffee with honey. I also took a blue raspberry ice drink to go. . Sitting inside or outside gives the atmosphere of sitting inside or on your front porch enjoying coffee and eating breakfast...great idea. The owner are very friendly and appreciated the customer. This will be my go to place to relax and enjoy either a cold beverage or hot beverage And I can walk if I needed to since it is so close to my place..this unique coffee houses are much more than your average chain place. I checked out Lu Lu Coffee Bar for the first time this morning, and I plan to make it a part of my regular rotation. It was a fantastic experience in every way. As (usually) a black cold brew drinker, I can't get down with subpar coffee because I'm not covering it up with a bunch of additives. The person who recommended this place to me described the coffee as "smooth," and I completely agree with this assessment. I was also thrilled that they were happy to use my tumbler. The coffee was delicious, and my minor specs were followed to perfection. I have been sipping and enjoying this drink all day. In addition to having excellent coffee, Lu Lu Coffee Bar is so incredibly charming. It's in a little house on Commonwealth, and I'll admit that I had a hard time seeing it upon first approach (for locals, it's immediately across the alley from La Aguila). There is ample indoor and outdoor space, there are multiple restrooms, and there are options to use both a kiosk and a human to place orders. They also use rewards programming, a nice bonus for repeat customers. Most importantly, I had a really positive experience at the counter. The person who helped me was so kind, helpful, and smiley, even at 7 a.m. on a Sunday. If that doesn't say there's something magical in their coffee, I'm not sure what can. This is a great new coffee shop (open since August '24, I learned today), and I look forward to going back often. read more

The converted home is warm and inviting. Seating available in and out. They keep their food options to a minimum for freshness. They also roast their own beans on premises.
