Amazing menu selection and great venue. The burgers are fantastic and a large order of fries could serve 4 people easily. Highly recommend and love the rooftop views. Service is slow but I will definitely be back. It's gets busy so I do recommend going early! read more

10/10 food, super delicious, they have a decent selection. Garlic and Parmesan fries were my favorite. The staff is super friendly and like helping you. The vibe here is pretty nice too. I'm from the Chicago suburbs, so this was a nice change of scenery. Also, the price was VERY reasonable. I would absolutely come back here read more

The food has been excellent every time I've come here! The fries were delicious with their sauce and the burgers are all great, but I'm partial to the Los Lonely personally. As for service, they are incredibly attentive and very kind! My server Hailey was great today. No other notes here The ambience is pretty sweet too! A rock and roll vibe with posters and paintings and good music. One final note: I believe that the Frisco location is just barely better. This is purely because the Frisco location uses wagyu burgers, making the party juicier (or at least that's what the server told me). Overall, one of my favorite spots in Denton so far. I'll be back! read more

So, if you are looking for something unique, this is the place. Sure, most places might include fries with the burger, but they tell you right up front. Now the queso is excellent. The fries are huge. Truthfully, the home made black bean burger was....well, let us simply say it's not something I'd go back for. I would like to comment on our server. Derrick was the absolute best I've experienced in many years. I mentioned him to the manager as I left. Servers could learn alot from him. read more

The food was very delicious. The service was prompt & friendly. The environment was perfect even with my 10 yr old. Can't remember the names of the burgers, but I had the Chili Frito burger and it was juicy and big. I couldn't finish it. My wife split her regular cheeseburger with our 17 yr and they barely finished their halves. We really enjoyed our large fries (1/2 Parmesan & regular) with 3 different dipping sauces (bbq, ranch & their homemade house). We also got the loaded brisket fries, those were The best! If you like lemonades must try is the Mango Lemonade. I could have had 2 more but I had to put a limit. Our 10 yr old enjoyed her grilled cheese sandwich. It never felt crowded and we went on a weekday after 11:30am. Even when we left after 12:30 still wasn't crowded. I would definitely go back. You must take a pic of the courthouse in front. read more

First of all, the food was delicious. It would get full stars for that alone. But it was our server, Paul, who really made the whole meal top notch. As someone who has to eat gluten-free, I really value someone who knows their kitchen and takes the time to check out their ingredients. For example, they had recently used a worcestershire sauce that wasn't safe, and he knew to check the BBQ sauce ingredients AND the House Dip sauce on the garlic and Parmesan fries. His recommendations were also excellent. The salsa was delicious, and the BBQ sauce with the garlic and parmesan fries was right on, according my friend. We both ordered the Cowboy from Hell, my friend got Paul's recommendation to try it with the chicken while I enjoyed the burger with my gluten-free bun. It was hot, but you could still enjoy the flavor. Everything was delicious. I wouldn't hesitate to go back the next time I'm in town. Especially if I get to work with Paul again! read more

Wow! Really enjoyed this place! Yummy fries and the burgers were amazing. Loved sitting outside and enjoying the view.

Our son lives in Denton and we have wanted to check out LSA for a while. We got there around 5pm, and walked up to the rooftop patio and were promptly seated inside. If I had my jacket we would have enjoyed the mild weather and sun. We waited a while for our server, but they did seem a little understaffed as she was servicing several tables. Once she came by she was brisk, game some recommendations and we were presented our drinks promptly. The food came soon after and we will start with the brisket queso, cheesy, perfect smoked brisket and drizzle of bbq sauce; accompanied by fresh chips for the dip. Smokey gooey goodness; this is a full meal on its own people. Then the main course arrived!! The presentation is everything! Before you even decide to tackle the sandwich you are visually seduced. This is prime hunch time business....I stretched, then pushed a bit more and got two solid bites as juices, and sauces oozed down my fingers. One party, perfectly seared, fresh lettuce, a runny egg, and grilled onions. This is a very very good burger. The bun quality, the patty, toppings, crispy bacon......it's top notch. My son enjoyed his "Spirit of a Hero" burger as well. I got a bite, and while it was good. I think mine was better. Now let's discuss the large side of fries, which can honestly feed 6 people...crunchy, perfectly salted and peppered. You could get away with a regular size for 3-4 people since the burgers are filling. We didn't get a dessert or margarita, that will be another day, but next summer we will be back and want to explore the patio life at LSA read more

pretty unhappy with our experience. Noticed a ton of staff standing around (at one point I counted 10 staff standing around the bar doing nothing) & we truly felt surrounded by them during our meal which made us super uncomfortable. We were trying to watch the game & even sat on the same side of the table to watch just to have the game blocked the entire time lol. We ordered chicken tenders & it was comparable to fair food. We had to send it back and order something else. I got the kids sliders which were good & my fiancé got the queso brisket which she didn't like. Our server Ashley was AMAZING & so sweet, she had nothing to do with this poor review. She was so helpful & nice especially when we wanted to send our food back. Also not to mention she was the only one working, from what I could see. read more

Really solid burger joint. This place is in the heart of downtown Denton. Amazing rooftop with a super cool vibe. Got the BBQ burger and large garlic parm fries. MAN, this is the largest order of fries that I've ever gotten. The fries are good just wish that it had a little more garlic. The burger was juicy, big and flavorful. So this is not the best burger I've ever had but it is really good and the prices are really reasonable. read more

The view from the upper deck area is awesome. Seating is spacious and ambiance is really cool. The reason I gave 3 stars and not four was poor serving. Our server was inattentive and acted like she was put out when we asked for drink refills. We brought kids after their soccer game and they were hot and ran through their water fairly quickly. At one point I apologized for them asking for refills of water and she said snidely, "Maybe I should just leave you a pitcher so you can refill yourselves." I then said back sort of smarty Thad be great and if you can check on 5 hamburgers we ordered 55min ago that'd be fantastic. Just a few minutes later our food was brought to our table by her and was dropped and she walked off. She didn't pause to see if it came out right or anything. My youngest son's came out with all lettuce pcike tomato, we ordered onion and ketchup only. My nephews came out with mustard and mayo and we ordered plain and dry. I stopped a manager and he did apologize and fixed it for us which I appreciated, but we never saw our server again for another 15min. She came and just then asked how it all came out. I told er fine after thr manager diced it. She smiled and just turned and walked away. We were well done with our meal WITH empty drinks, and never checked on us again until she was walking by I asked her for our check. A "sure" is all I got. She dropped it, we paid and left. From sitting at the table to receiving our meal was 61min. We ordered 4 burgers(which is pretty much the main thing they do) and fries. I'm not sure we'll be back to the denton location for a little while. We'll try out their new grandscape location before we go back to Denton. read more

There was a host at the door right as we walked in. The place is pretty sweet! There was a giant Texas made of instruments behind the door. There was also a painting on the wall near the entrance with Jesus and many dead music artists. Our server was ok. He explained the menu and answered questions we had. The brisket queso was acceptable. The brisket was very tender but the wueso was kind of like velveeta type cheese. I had the los lonely. My burger was amazing! The beef was seasoned nicely. It was cooked about medium. The bun was lightly toasted. That made so much of a difference. The black beans and brown rice was so tasty! The beans had a tiny bit of spice. I tasted my daughter's fries. They were nicely salted and crispy. We really enjoyed our meal. I will definitely have to bring my husband here. read more

Great food, very limited menu which is a plus because what they do they do well. The staff has been amazing every time we have gone . Great vibe in the place very comfortable and inviting. My first time trying this place, based upon a referral from a friend. Hands down the best burger I've had since I moved here 3 years ago. I had a basic cheeseburger and garlic parm fries. LSA is getting 3 stars for food/ prices. We ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers and garlic parm fries. First round of fries were stone cold and way over done. Waitress replaced them as soon as we notified her. Burger patties were thin and overcooked. At a 13.25 price point we expected better. No the fries were not included so you are looking at $20 for a burger and fries. Ambiance was a fun vibe and they do have a 3rd floor patio. Service was good! read more

I'm glad we stopped for lunch because the view is the best for a place in Denton. Try the Brisket Queso because it's honestly my new found addiction. 5/5 ambiance and location, 5/5 waitstaff, 5/5 price, and 4/5 quality of the food. The burger and fries are alright, but the joint has so much character! The rooftop patio is great and overlooks the square with a direct view of the Courthouse. Lots of folks taking photos up there. The food was good. We sat upstairs at night during the middle of the drought. The air didn't work well and at night upstairs the crickets were awful. I don't like bugs and even for a grown up I'm grossed out by them at a not natural level so it was not very appetizing for me. The service was good though. Next time we will stay downstairs. Very attentive of and friendly. I ordered steamed broccoli and macaroni and cheese and loved it. The atmosphere was great and I loved the rooftop dining.
