Did a walk in for a pedicure, even though there were only two people working, they were able to get me in right away. Clean shop, cute. I had some requests with my pedicure for sensitivity issues and she was very accommodating, wonderful. Did warn me that the dazzle polish was an extra $10 when I was picking out colors. Would definitely go back for a pedicure! read more

Always wonderful service here! They do a relaxing pedicure and high quality manicure. I usually get Dazzle Dry which is gentler on your nails than gel. May did perfect French manicure with Dazzle Dry! It's a peaceful, quality nail salon. I'm glad I live close to come here often! Highly recommend! read more

Have been going here for at least 7+ years. Everyone there is very friendly and very good at all services offered. It's a relaxed atmosphere that welcomes you in. The quality of my nail services (and waxing services) is top notch. I even purchase gift certificates for friends. Love this place! read more

I just got my manicure done and I really love it. I really appreciate how Ugi (owner I think) put time and effort with my requests. I haven't had a manicure in a while, so some work had to be done. Staff is overall very friendly and the place has a good chill, relaxed atmosphere. Def coming back, also cause its close to my work. read more

Came here with a group of friends for an outing on a Saturday. My friend organized; apparently she just called and told them we'd have a group of 6 and they set it up. They told her they would only have four techs working so we'd have to go in groups, which was not an issue at all. There was nothing fancy about the service (though they do give you a shoulder massage with a manicure, if you want). Prices were super reasonable, my mani and pedi were less than what I've paid for just a mani other places nearby. Again, nothing super memorable but they did a good job and were great about accommodating our group of 6. They also are BYOB, which is nice, and something we took advantage of for our girls outing. read more

Not the best manicure and pedicure I've had. Didn't remove foot calluses as I requested. I'll try one more time as it is close. read more

Very unfriendly and rude. Would not recommend as there are many other places in the area with fantastic customer service.

I had a great experience here! The prices are reasonable for the area, the salon was clean and cute, and I LOVE that they offer Dazzle Dry. I'll be back! read more

Can't speak highly enough of Amin. She does a phenomenal job! Got a no-chip last night and I'm in love. Will definitely be back. Only downside is they charge for removal of your no-chip so be warned. read more

Belle is one place I can count on to always have a clean salon and friendly service! The nail colors are also always organized perfectly so you can easily pick out the color you're looking for - which I cannot say about most places! read more

This place has EVERYTHING. Midgets, human magic 8-balls, Alf impersonators, tennis legend Steffi Graf, crack addicts eating foie gras torchon... Just kidding. But it has everything a nail salon should have: friendly service, decent prices, spotless maintenance, comfy chairs, a great color selection. And that's legit. I would REALLY recommend this place for your getting your nails did. read more

First time to this salon and it was a great experience! I received a pedicure and they did a great job, and didn't charge me extra for the extra little detail I asked for. They even gave out a lotion as a holiday gift, which I thought was nice. They seem to be a busy salon. I went on a Wednesday at 11am and every technician was busy, but I only had to wait 15 minutes. I like the fact that they offer to join their rewards club, and you get money off each time you have a service at their salon. Overall, great experience and I would definitely go back again. read more

Loyal Spa - OPI purple-ish color with half moon gold Essie polish. - Nail Salons Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

I have walked pass this place for 9 years now and always said I wanted to try it out. Lol. Fast forward to last week I was in desperate need of a pedicure before heading to Miami and decided to give them a try. It's been awhile since I got a pedicure so I went with the high end $50 pedicure that included a mask. I left happy! My feet were soft and I loved the color polish I chose. I also must note they have the massage chairs that make getting a pedi done extra relaxing. She even gave me a mini neck massage while my nails dried. I would definitely head back. read more

Loyal Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

This place is really close to me so, it's super convenient to go to. I usually get my nails done before coming to Chicago but this time I didn't have time. I came here to do a "no chip" manicure. I get gel manicures all the time and they are suppose to last 2 weeks. Usually, I can make them last a month without chipping. The cost here isn't cheap either. It's $40 for a no chip manicure and I usually pay half that in New York. So, I'm expecting these nails to last me a LONG time. However, when I came to Belle Spa this manicure lasted me 1 day. Technically, it lasted less then that. When I walked out of the salon one of my nails actually had these scratch marks on it. No big deal. I walked back into Belle Spa the same day and the lady fixed it free of charge. The next day my thumb chipped! It didn't even chip in the end it chipped right in the middle! I added a picture of is. But how does that even happen?! That's NEVER happened to me EVER. Not to mention after 2 days two other nails had chips in it! I was so upset because I was heading back to New York and I didn't have time to have it fixed. So, I basically just pissed away $50 for something I could've have gotten done for half of that somewhere else and it would've actually lasted me 2 weeks. I'm so upset. Also, not to mention when I was getting my nails done I noticed the tools weren't fresh. I'm not sure what the rules are in IL but in NY the technicians always use brand new nail tools meaning new cuticle cutter, new nail file, new nail clippers, new everything. The nail tools they use here aren't new. Usually in NY they even open a brand new bag just to show you that they're not reusing their tools. I will not be returning back here. read more

Love this place that is right across the street from Arsova Salon where I work and I always get my nails done here and send all of my clients to them! Loyal Spa - Nail Salons Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

Went here with a group of ladies last week. The service was great, although there are some gaps in what services they offer compared to other salons in the area. One example is that they don't offer acrylics. They also had limited colors for no chip manicures. The atmosphere was pretty nice overall and the place was very clean. My biggest complaint is that my no chip manicure chipped the day after I went here. Now, one week later, it's badly chipped on three nails. I think this place is ok, but definitely not dependable for long lasting no chips. I get no chips constantly and they typically last 2-3 weeks before deteriorating. read more

Ami does a great mani pedi. Very clean place. Nice people. Comfortable. Easy to make an appointment and good prices.

Cute spot! I come here because the location is super convenient. Prices are on the higher side, but there's not too many reasonable places downtown so it's no surprise. On the bright side they do a good job on your nails - I pretty much always get no chip/gel manicures and they last 2 weeks or more. It's also BYOB so fun place to go with a friend after work. They always offer a massage at the end of manicures, nice touch, you don't have to pay extra for it read more

This place is not good. I used prettyquick to book a no chip mani/pedi. The pedi was just ok...BUT the mani was awful. Sooo bad. First, she scraped and scraped at my nails to get my previous no chip off. Um, I could have peeled it off lady. The paint job was one of the worst I have seen. She cut my cuticles so short I bled. And the shapes of my nails were all over the place. Takes advice....don't go here for nails. It's terrible! read more

Loyal Spa - Storefront - Nail Salons Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

Amazing salon! I'm new to the city and so finding a new nail salon is always scary and I'm so happy I found this place on Yelp! This place is clean, has a good selection of polish colors, chairs are comfortable, and my favorite part was def the shoulder massage I got during my manicure! So awesome! I'm so impressed with my mani and pedi. I got my nails done at a different salon in the city and was not happy AT ALL with my mani pedi. This place does such a good job and really takes their time with your nails. They also put your phone number in their system and you get 5% cash back on every visit and can apply that money towards a free service (mani, pedi, etc.) which is really awesome. For everyone complaining about the cash only for tipping - most nail salons have this policy. It's not that big of a deal, just pull cash out before you get your nails done! read more

Loyal Spa - Regular mani pedi - Nail Salons Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

I actually found this salon through Yelp, so I will continue with the good reviews! I usually don't get my nails done, so when I do go it's a treat, and Belle Spa made it a very good experience. I made a reservation for 3 people about a week in advance of a Saturday afternoon but it actually wasn't that busy. When we walked in they took us right away to pick our colors and start the pedicure. They have massage chairs you can control yourself and a tv/magazines in case you're not in a chatty mood. The woman who did my signature mani/pedi, Zaya (sp?), was friendly, thorough, and did a great job overall. I waited a few days to write this review because I wanted to see how it would hold up and no chippage yet! I would definitely recommend Belle Spa & Nails, at least for their signature mani/pedi. read more

First time here and the place is very clean. I was able to walk in and get a no chip manicure right away during lunchtime on a Wednesday. They didn't have the color I wanted but was able to find another color. I had Anna as my nail tech and she was great. She did make two of my cuticles bleed a little bit BUT my nails look awesome. There is are no weird air bubbles in the polish that sometimes happens when I go to other salons. The color was put on evenly and smooth. The shape is exactly how I wanted it. Definitely recommend! read more

Loyal Spa - Even and smooth nail job! - Nail Salons Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

First off let me start by saying my nail tech Davaa was great and very professional and did an amazing job. She was friendly and took care in her job. Had the other issues not happened they would have gotten more stars. Now where do I begin. The receptionist and one of the other nails techs were fighting. Very obviously fighting in front customers. The nail tech yells shut up walks out and doesn't come back for ten min all while her client is in a chair waiting. The receptionist then goes outside for a phone call on her cell and you can tell she's having a heated conversation. When she does come back in after a few min the receptionist goes to get the cordless phone from the nail techs station and they are literally having a tug of war over the phone while leaning over the client. Completely unprofessional. I went to have a relaxing experience and did not get that. $50 for a basic pedicure that at home I would have gotten the top service pedicure. Waste of money. The whole experience was completely awkward for an hour+ while these two women fought. If I lived here I would definitely not come back. When I paid I was waiting for a receipt while the receptionist was sending an email or something on her cell phone. She looked at me and said do you need something. I said yes my receipt then I received it. Not the type of person that should be what you see and deal with when walking into an establishment. read more

This is the third time I have gone to this nail salon and every experience has been WONDERFUL! I have gotten the no-chip manicure and pedicure duo every time and the polish has stayed completely intact for weeks. It doesn't budge! This week I also got my eyebrows waxed and I was super happy with how they looked after. All the technicians are friendly and took their time to make sure I was completely satisfied. I 100% recommend this salon. read more

I came here with a group of girls over the weekend to kick off a bachelorette party. We all got manis and pedis, and quite honestly, I didn't know what to expect. I've had my nails done - a lot - and have been to some great places and some horrendous places. This place ranks near the top - no question. All the nail technicians were really nice, professional, and seemed to work very efficiently. The result was a relaxing experience with some badass nails. It's only been two days since, so I can't really speak to the longevity of the mani/pedi, but so far my nails have lasted through doing a lot of dishes and giving my baby a bath a few times. That alone is a big feat, so Belle Spa & Nails already wins in my book. The salon itself is very clean and has a great vibe. They also have one of the largest color selections I've seen. It's too bad they aren't in the suburbs :( But the next time I'm in the neighborhood, I'll likely make a quick stop here! read more

This place is a neighborhood GEM. * Totally reasonable pricing * Very calming environment - I feel like sometimes nail salons can be stressful, like super cramped or really aggressive harsh lighting or questionably clean? This place is the opposite and has a spa vibe without going overboard. * The mani/pedi is very relaxing - I highly recommend. They don't rush through. Crank up the chair massage, sit back, and then move to the manicure. They'll give you a little shoulder rub after lotioning your hands and covering them in a hot towel. Perfection. * They do a really good job. Some places have 1 or two people who constantly deliver. I've never had a bad manicure here. Everyone has good attention to detail and hasn't rushed through. I've never left with weird lines, polish on my skin, awkward filing, or bubbles. read more

Meh. Came here with my best friend for a girls weekend back in Chicago. I looked for a BYOB nail salon on Yelp near our hotel, which is how I found this venue. They are BYOB friendly which is awesome when you want champagne around the clock. However, the staff are pretty unfriendly (and mind you me and my friend aren't Midwesterners...but alas!) and made us feel quite judged. Also, the manicure was extremely poor quality and chipped off a day later. They tried to rush us out despite salon being empty. Tip: provide manicure that last longer than 24hrs and play nice with clients. read more

I've been traveling so much for work that i have to get my mani/pedi, massages, etc when I'm away. it's always scary since i don't really know what i'm getting myself into and so i rely on Yelp. the reviews were really good and since it was only a block away from my hotel i decided to give it a try. Wow was i pleasantly pleased!!! i got the OPI no chip and they had a good enough selection. the guy i had did a great foot massage and was pretty quick with both mani and pedis. he did a great job and got me in and out pretty quickly. would totally recommend this place and will be going back every time i'm in chicago!! read more

I came here as a part of a bachelorette party and we all got mani/pedis (or just a mani or a pedi) and it was great! They let us bring in OJ and champagne beforehand so we could sip on mimosas while we pampered ourselves. The place is super clean and they have a great selection of nail polish. All the technicians did a great job with our nails and I'm typing this a week later with my nail polish fully in tact! The speed of the technicians varied. One tech took forever to do a pedi while the other did it so fast that it almost felt unfair! I don't know what that's about. But I think we should all feel like we're all getting equally pampered. Anyway, a few in our group got eyebrow waxing and the technicians did a great job at that as well as they all came out with well-manicured brows. Everyone who worked here was also really nice, they let us change the channel on their TV so we could tune into the world cup and they were just really accommodating overall. Just a short note: you can only tip in cash. read more

I really love this place. The people are super nice and friendly. They ALWAYS do a good job on my no chip. I don't even have a particular person I go to! Reasons why you should go there: 1. It is UBER clean! I mean spotless - you want your nails being treated in a most sterile environment right?! 2. Service is friendly and they speak English! No one is yelling or laughing obnoxiously during your service... ;) 3. Reasonably priced. No chip is $40. 4. Great location - Chicago and Lasalle. I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed! Note: tip is only in cash. read more
