Just wanted to write this as a thank you for a previous service request. Last year we reached out since we were not able to figure out how to get the curtain properly hung in our bedroom and Loyal Handyman was able to fix the issue for us and get the curtain securely hung within about an hour. The value spent on his services was well deserved and the curtain is still holding strong today. Thank you! read more

John was timely, a great communicator and efficient. He did a careful and wonderful job installing a new faucet that required removing the sink due to clearance issues. John gets a perfect score. I'd give him more stars if I could. read more

John was very responsive and great at repairing my casement window. I had no clue how to describe or fix the window, but he knew exactly how to fix it. I then asked him if he could take a look at my bathtub handles that were loose and without hesitation he fixed those too! Great service. I will totally be calling him again when I need help. read more

Loyal Handyman was quick to respond and gave a fair price. Shower panel was assembled and installed as requested. Great service!!!

John is a man who has - and brings - "all the tools". Highly competent, versatile, and a whiz at all things mechanical, John made a number of repairs and improvements over the course of two appointments, including but not limited to: repairing a broken entrance closet by fixing its broken floor bracket and damaged door; repairing the busted base blocks of two bedroom closets; installing 3 smoke detectors; extracting the tip of a shelf support pin I managed to break and lodge in a shelf pin hole; removing and replacing an old, dilapidated, and quite stuck coaxial wall plate that looked as though it could've been in place for decades; and various and sundry other repairs and improvements. Further, his quotes were eminently reasonable and the quality of his work unassailable. Very, very pleased and would definitely hire again (already did so twice). read more

John was prompt, responsive, and did good work for a fair price. He showed up exactly on time and managed to resolve our issue with fixtures. As others have mentioned, he's also a very nice guy. read more

The drip on my shower got worse suddenly over the weekend which caused me to reach out for help. I also had several other less serious issues that I asked the Loyal handyman to help with. He was able to take care of everything in one visit (trip to the store in the middle to buy parts). I am quite happy with the punctuality, price, and service. I expect to work with them again in the near term as we have a large old home. read more

Very professional and available. Offered to come out on the 4th of July (the next day), but I said let's do it the day after. Zhandos was efficient and smart. He replaced my dead bathroom exhaust fan pretty quickly. Took out the old motor, showed it to me, ran out and bought the replacement, and put it in. Tested it in front of me with a bit of toilet paper, turned the fan on and it clung to the grating. Easy peasy. Recommended. read more

I messaged John around 8 PM on Thursday night after getting a massive water bill. He came out the next day. He was extremely communicative. He asked for pictures ahead of time and brought the correct parts with him. When he was going to arrive towards the end of his initial arrival window, he let us know. The quoted price is what he charged us. read more

John is amazing - he helped replace an external door and step to our condo building and we could not be happier. John had to rework the entire door frame as it was incorrectly installed to begin with, and he not only fixed that but made sure every gap was filled and addressed leveling issues with the flooring. John went above and beyond - larger construction companies quoted us $2k plus, and John did it for a fraction of the cost with the same, if not better quality. Would hire again for many other projects. Thank you SO much John! read more

Called and Hired Loyal Handyman to fix my 100 year old front entrance solid wood door. John came out and gave me an honest quote and was able to fix my door.
