My dental hygienist Vicki is sweet and fun to talk with as she cleans my teeth and is very gentle and thorough. I visited this office on November 11 last year to have two minor fillings done--nothing urgent. Before proceeding, I specifically asked about the cost and was told $85.60. I paid in full at the time of service. Three months later, I received an unexpected bill for an additional $72. When I called for clarification, they claimed my insurance hadn't covered as much as expected. However, verifying coverage should be their responsibility, not mine. When I pointed this out, they rudely responded that since I had signed their paperwork, they had the right to charge me whatever they wanted. Frustrated, I paid the balance and immediately canceled all future appointments. Be warned: they do not properly verify insurance coverage, and you may end up with surprise charges later! read more

The team there (from the moment you walk in to when you leave) is professional, attentive, and caring. I told them that I have a phobia of dentists (from childhood dental trauma) and they were thoughtful in their response in addressing that. Dr. Katie is exceptional. I had to have some dental work done recently and her skills were such that the whole process was not painful or uncomfortable at all (even the part when she had to inject anesthesia). COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is pretty massive; however, the lot is shared with so many other offices and doctors. So, the parking lot does get full very often and very quickly. Best to make early morning appointments to avoid parking problems. Establishment & Staff: The establishment itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. The people working in the office are very friendly. The person who cleaned my teeth was friendly and personaable. I had one filling fall out that I needed replaced. Aside from the requested work done, I was advised that I needed to replace my metal fillings with porcelain fillings, even though I did not feel any discomfort. I had the requested filling redone, and I was not satisfied with the finished product and I had them redo it on my 2nd visit of replacing the fillings. After not feeling comfortable with how it was handled, I never rescheduled my return visits. I went to another dentist and was advised that there were no issues with my current fillings. One of the fillings that were done currently has decay underneath the filling, which will be redone by another dentist. Be advised about non-requested work. read more

My daughter had an accident and broke 2 of her teeth. I contacted the office and was able to get her in the same day. The ladies at the front office are all very friendly and helpful. I've never been so satisfied with my healthcare until I came to this office! Every member of their staff is wonderful - front office, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and the doctors themselves. I chipped my teeth pretty bad and Dr. Lin and her staff took great care of me. She went above and beyond to make sure my teeth were as perfect as they could be. Even when I told her I was satisfied, she still took the time to make adjustments so that it was up to her standards.
