I saw someone complained about having to enter their SSN to book an appointment online, I entered a mock number and was fine. I knew they had to verify info when i check in anyways. waiting time at the appointment was just a few mins. Staff was overall friendly. I had a really hard time communicating with the assistant when I'm in the room, pre-doctor. She had a mask on, and she spoke softly, and stood behind me to do the intake. I turned around slightly to hear her better but it wasn't much better. We did a lot of back and forth with the same questions she asked me, mostly her having to ask the questions again. It was a quick check, I had an ear infection and nasal infection. yay to 2026 The whole appointment was about 20 mins maybe. I got the right meds and gor better within 3 days as the doc projected. Will use them again if i'll need urgent care again.

This clinic caught my eye since it was close and the reviews were great. I called and confirmed they took my HMO card before scheduling a same day appointment. The person on the phone was nice and provided all the information i needed and confirmed my insurance will cover it free. I went to the facility and they greeted me walking in and sign in was a breeze. I did had to fill out a first time patient form but i skipped the SSN and explained to her since i have insurance i shouldn't require it so she helped me skip that and once i was done; i waited like 5 minutes and i was let in by a girl named Leslie who gave me my covid shot. In another 3 minutes then i was out. She was very friendly and helpful. I was happy with my visit and plan to come back whenever i need any medical needs from them!

There is a wait of 10-15 min between patients. I wouldn't suggest you walk in. Mar an appt. Even then expect to wait at least 30 min.

Before saying "yes", I asked him how much it would cost me. Doctor replied that the test would be around $150. A few weeks later I received a bill for $891. It was impossible to reach the doctor directly and took forever to be able to talk to somebody from MinuteClinic on the phone. Eventually, I reached a customer service representative who promised to deal with the matter. A few more weeks went by and absolutely nothing changed. Having no insurance, I was forced to pay the whole bill. Please, don't waste your time and money and book an appointment somewhere else.

This was a failure to review basic patient information, and it directly delayed my child's access to necessary medication. This is not a minor oversight--this is healthcare, where attention to detail is critical. After contacting the office, the issue was still not corrected in a timely manner. I was forced to resolve the situation myself by calling Sav-On in Arcadia to transfer the prescription from CVS. This should never fall on a parent to fix. Situations like this reflect a serious lack of care and accountability. I expect a formal acknowledgment and apology for this error. Patients should not have to chase down their own prescriptions due to provider negligence.

Maybe it's my first visit and the office took some time setting up all my paperwork and looked for my prior health records from other medical institutions. It took an hour till I finally met Dr. Wang. Once I met her, she was very patience with me, explained all my medical vitals and suggested a plan. I got all medical checkup like lab work and scanning set up. I appreciate she took time to care for me. She is very professional and passionate about her practice.

I had the most efficient visit here!…read more Due to luck, I visited here last night around 7 PM and was out before 8:00 PM. Complete pleasant surprise. Thanks to Dr. Google's initial diagnosis, NP Kevin was able to confirm my condition and quickly wrote me much needed script for meds. They do still have strict protocols in terms of waiting room. Only one party is allowed in the registration area and then you are requested to wait outside or in your car until you are called in. At registration, my insurance card was scanned. Then I waited outside for a few minutes, and I was called in. Once I was called in and placed in a room, a nurse came in, asked me a few questions why I was here, provided paperwork for me to complete, took my vitals, and took my credit card to process my copay. It was probably another 10 minutes before the nurse practitioner came in. Another 10 minutes of talking, I was out the door with medication waiting for me at my local pharmacy. NP Kevin was personable and had a great bedside manner. So if you can't get an appointment with your primary care physician and it's a non-threatening condition, definitely visit here!
