I had a really great experience at Loyal Dentistry! My general dentist recommended that I see an endodontist for my root canal as there was too much calcification in my tooth for him to work on. I called Loyal Dentistry and Kristine was able to schedule an appointment for me. Kristine was incredibly sweet - when we were about to hang up, she asked me if I was okay. I must have sounded stressed because I had a half-finished root canal and was still numb from the appointment with my general dentist. I really appreciate that she heard me out and was concerned about me even before I went in! My experience with Dr. Martinez, one of the endodontists at this office, was great as well. I am in awe of her patience and expertise, steadily working on my root canal for nearly 2 hours! She made sure to explain what she was doing and even what sounds to expect. Dr. Martinez also constantly checked in with me to make sure the anesthetic was working and that I was doing okay. A few hours after the appointment, my gum/jaw felt sore so I called the office (mostly for reassurance, I suppose). Eileen, from the front desk, got me a prescription that I was able to pick up from Kaiser through my insurance. The pain subsided within the next few hours and wasn't painful at all the next day. Eileen was also really great about sending me a copy of the paperwork for this procedure and sending me an estimate for the upcoming build-up and crown. I felt so welcomed and taken care of by everyone at Loyal Dentistry. As I have another root canal in my future (another cavity I waited too long on), I can honestly say I'm looking forward to getting more work done at this office. After that, like everyone else, I hope it won't be for anything other than cleanings and maintenance. But in the meantime, it's good to know that there are places like Loyal Dentistry that will make you feel good about finally getting the work done and taking care of your teeth after too many years. read more

Being a previous dental office co-owner myself, I'm quite picky about choosing a new dental office. I found loyal dentistry very close to my home in Arcadia. I checked out their website and reviews and liked to see a female dentist running the show. Dr Lin, is exceptional! My first visit was a check up and she explained things in detail, took her time, I never felt rushed. She's super personal too: bed side manner is extremely important to me and Is give her an A+. Today I was seen by Dr Han, the endodontist and his assistant Sonia. They created such a comfy environment, he was such a Gentle Man, we don't see them much anymore. He explained things in a very clear way and his assistant Sonia was a sweetheart. Finally the front office staff has been just as professional and friendly, especially the office Manager Doris. I've been coming to Loyal Dentistry for about a year now and I can't say enough good things about them. Going to the dentist has never been my favorite activity, and for a long time I had stopped going due to a traumatic experience I had had at another LA Dentist's office . This resulted in me neglecting a lot of issues that needed to be fixed. But when I came to them, I didn't feel judged and they were extremely helpful in coming up with a timely and efficient treatment plan and my mouth is in much better shape. Was hesitant at first since I really loved the dentist who occupied the practice before, but Dr.Wang and her staff made me feel comfortable right away and were always up-front, articulate, and clear about what procedures were going to happen and why. I have dental anxiety and because of this I'm not entirely compliant with my cleanings. Recently had a cleaning that was entirely painless, thank you Amanda! Also received lots of good education that I've put to good use. Today I had to have some fillings changed out by Dr. Lin, a source of anxiety yet again. The lidocaine injection was painless (topical 1st then injection) then she explained what to do if I needed a break. When she noticed me shaking we took a break so that she could assess the source. Again it was related to my anxiety and possible pain after the anesthesia would wear off. I was reassured and we were able to finish. The end result is that the anesthesia has totally worn off & I've had dinner. NO PAIN!!! I am one happy camper and can't recommend the staff & Dr. Lin highly enough. read more

I started coming to this office over a year ago and have had a few procedures and cleanings since. Their office is very clean, they have very new equipment/technology and their staff are all extremely friendly, skilled and professional. Since the start of this pandemic, I've had my reservations about seeing the dentist but they had extra fans and this whole new vacuum system to capture any aerosolized saliva. Well this is my story...... after almost a decade! Yes probably even more. I had this fear of the dentist since I was small. I did a lot of searching and homework to find the best Dentistry to go. Looking at reviews and driving around my community I found Loyal Dentistry. I called and I have them my info and insurance. As we face a difficult time with the covid 19. They were able to set me up with an appointment. All staff working today 5-23-20 was the best. (And will get names to update later) From checking my teeth, to the X-ray and doing work on me was far from I was expecting. If your looking for a place that you want to trust. I recommend Loyal Dentistry. You can't go wrong with them. Very professional and friendly environment. As of today. I'm changing my kids dentist and bringing them here. Once again. To tell you the truth, I feel cheated. After filling in the information and taking photos, the doctor told me that she could not pull it out and asked me to go to another dentisry office,and then they charged me more than $100 for photo fees. And told me to go to another dentist's and maybe get another photo(it's mean maybe I need to pay one more photo fee). So what am I doing here? To donate money? I mean if you are not sure that doctor can do extraction or not. You need to talk costumer first that you still need to charge the photo fee even doctor can't do that( doing nothing). Also tell costumer that photo fee and extraction fee are separate before they make appointment. And I still confuse that Do all dental clinics not tell patients how much for each step until they have finished some services and before payment? read more

I am so grateful to have found Loyal! I was in agony since July of 2017 because my previous dentist left THREE roots unfilled. It caused a bone infection as well that was very painful. Dr Han filled the roots 8 months ago, and my pain has gone down at least 75%. I saw him for a follow up yesterday, and he showed me the bone was healed almost completely. Dr Han is a lifesaver! I can't express how much pain I was in, but I'm doing so much better now! It was horrible, but Dr Han saved me! Don't ever get a root canal from a dentist. The whole office had such positive attitudes, there were legos and screens to make everything less scary and the office was both comforting and beautifully decorated.
