    My gf and I went in not knowing a thing or two with how to find the screws, nuts, and washers we needed. We simply presented what we had and the Lowes employee Roy found it for us. It was a difficult request but he took on the challenge but he didn't quit until he got us the perfect match! Excellent effort and grand customer service! Thank you Roy and thank you Lowes!

    Dishonesty!

    Just left lowes. Big sign advertising potting soil on sale (see below). Went to pay and charged full price. Asked cashier said no long on sale. I said well can I get it on sale because sign up. Told to go to customer service. Customer service tells me I should have read the sign. I asked if they would be taking down huge sign. They just looked at me. Mistakes happen, but they still have sign up and continue to rip people off. Will head across the street back to Home Depot. Easier to get in and out and if they advertise something on sale it is on sale.

    I'm about to explain the fraud warranty Lowes offers on appliances. I purchased a Samsung refrigerator and also purchased their warranty through Lowes. A few months in, I was having ice dispensing issues. No ice was being dispensed. I removed the ice box to find there was ice everywhere. It took an act of god to remove the ice box. I removed the frozen ice and the ice box dispensed ice. Cool right? Nope. A year into having this refrigerator, the ice/water display stopped working. What kind of junk is Lowes selling? I called the Lowes Warranty company and they send me over to their outside service company. This company has been nothing but issues. Two missed appointments by this company. That cost me 18 hours of vacation to be home for the tech just for them not to come out. So after several issues, their service company comes out to diagnose the issue. Another nine hours of vacation burned for nothing. Now it's time for them to order parts. I thought I was having my refrigerator fixed but that wasn't the case. Another nine hours of vacation time burned for nothing. Fast forward to today, 01/04/2021. The tech comes out and starts to fix the issue just to find another issue. What does that mean? The original issue was not fixed and now they must order a different part. It gets worse. Now my refrigerator doesn't dispense water or ice. What now? I now can't get filtered water and ice. Oh wait another nine hours of vacation time burned for NOTHING! Did I mention I had to buy $20 bucks of ice to keep my refrigerator food cold since they had me turn the refrigerator off last night. All this for NOTHING! I have now burned $2000 of vacation time to get my refrigerator fixed. Fixed? It's worse off now with no filter watered or ice. This has cost me almost the same amount for what I paid for this refrigerator. I decided to go to Lowe's and speak with a supervisor. Yareli was nice but I had a feeling she didn't have to power to make things right for me. She contacted someone higher than her and I was told that they will look into it. All that was, was fluff. I say this because I have spoken with Yareli before about this issue. Matter of fact, they have a sign about being 100% committed to their customers. I guess I am the one customer they're not committed to because Lowes will not be reimbursing me for my lost vacation time. Now one would say it's not Lowes fault. Oh this is their fault. They chose to sell Samsung products and they should back their products 110%. Also, it's their (Lowes) warranty that I paid for to make sure the products they sell keep working. This is all on Lowes. I'll be sure to spread the word about how Lowes are not 100% committed to their customers.

    All the things we needed to complete our backyard garden! Started with making the raised flower/garden beds. Then added soil, plants and flowers to attract the bees!

    Used kreg jig from store! This is ridiculous.
