I don't typically think about allergies because I know my kids don't have any but just the fact that she even asked if my daughter had any allergies, it was like an 'oh yea' moment for me and I appreciated her asking because the next parent may have a child with allergies. Overall my experiences here have been really quick and easy but pleasant. The drill worked well for my application - drilling anchor holes in 100-year-old concrete - and it was obviously much better quality than your standard Harbor tools junk!
