I have an account at fastenal, I call at 8:30 am to see about some pop rivets, the gal says "yep we have" great I need delivered, she tells me driver is out until 9am but will send them right over when he arrives. 11am still no rivets so I call and the gal is kind of rude with me and tells me they don't deliver and never did, excuse me? you told me at 8:30 you would send them over? then she tells me they are on the truck out for delivery. I have been purchasing from this store since the day they first opened and getting everything delivered! I never complained about their ridiculous prices because of the convenience of delivery. I just learned from a former employee that they don't want to deliver to the small guy, I don't buy enough for them to consider me for delivery!
