I stopped in Lowe's while working in the area to check out the garden center. I wasn't expecting to see many outdoor plants because it is only March 31, early spring. But I was surprised to find that the garden center was full of colorful plants. There were beautiful hanging baskets available too. The plants are neatly arranged and labeled with the name of the plant, care instructions, and whether it requires sun or shade. Prices are very reasonable and the selection is vast. A garden center employee was helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer my questions and let me know that more plants would be arriving soon. read more

Update: we stopped at Lowe's today looking at gas ranges. We bought one because; We wanted one They had what we were looking for They were 40% off Lowe's gave me an additional 10% off because I'm a veteran. Lowe's- still 5 outta 5!! I've been to this Lowes a hundred times if I've been once. Once I bought all new windows for my house here, that was a $25,000 spend. Over the past 25 years I've bought lawn tractors, plywood, oak boards, trim sticks, cement, treated lumber, dishwashers, floor tile, toilets, sinks, kitchen cabinets, dimensional lumber, a myriad of bolts, screws and fasteners. The list goes on.... Today I bought some eye bolts, pine sticks, rubber bungees and dish soap. I needed some help trying to select a vinyl flooring glue and the applicator so I pushed the help button and an employee was there in about a minute. He helped me figure out what I needed quickly. Lowes employees are always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Just ask any employee where something is- they always know!!! Plus, as a veteran I get 10% off everything! I'm a big fan! read more

A manager called Tiffenity sold me an Apple gift card and said I could buy another in 1/12 hours if I needed to. I bought one card after she suspiciously compared my license with my American Express card that I used for payment. When I returned to buy another I looked in my wallet and noticed that my drivers license was missing. She then flipped by drivers in the air me. She stole my license and threw it at me when I returned. She then declared that I had committed fault and wouldn't sell me any more. I complained to Lowe's but they tried to play it down by saying that I was unhappy. I said no this woman insulted me and stole my property. read more

My friend and I bought LVP flooring and carpet for a house we are remodeling. The Installation of the LVP hit a minor snag and was going to take longer than expected. My friend called and spoke to Nathan in the flooring department to ask if we could have the installation time of the carpet pushed back a couple hours. Nathan said one of his team members would call us back shortly to discuss our options. Later that day, Angie cancelled our carpet install with out calling us. We called and talked to Ultimate Home Services (the company handling the install) who informed us that Angie cancelled the carpet install per "Sean's" request, I made no such request. The house we are currently living in is sold, and we must be out on 11/10/2020, they wont be able to come out not until 11/18/2020. We are moving into a home with no flooring in the bedrooms because someone dropped the ball. Lowe's and Ultimate Home Services have seemingly done nothing to actually make this right. I have called Corporate for Lowe's and UHS and they basically shrugged it off. Nathan even had the audacity to say he would give us the money back for the carpet installation...WHEN IT CAME WITH FREE INSTALLATION! Avoid Angie and Nathan in the flooring department. read more

This place is like the other Mega sized hardware stores that also offer a limited selection of other household supplies. I like the lifetime guarantee offered on their tools. Sears has offered that for years and still has better quality tools but Lowes offers more unique tools. They have excellent sales but not often enough for me. read more

It never fails when I need something this store seems to have a lack of courtesy from their customer service clerk's and very seldom have the items that I'm looking for leaving me to go somewhere else. read more

Went there to buy some hardware item and saw Christmas clearance, I bought few items and no where it says before the purchase that this is final sales and no return. I try to return one of the item less next day without opening and they refuse. I talk with manage and he was rude and say that's company policy and they can't put extra signage about final sales. They try to screwed up the customer by not telling them about it. read more

I do not recommend buying any special order doors from Lowes. We ordered 25 doors and every single door we received was wrong. We spent over $15,000 dollars and not one door was the correct depth and width. They also Sent doors that we had not ordered as our exterior doors. These doors are extremely heavy to returning them as been hell. They charged us for a door we did not receive and will not credit us. We placed our order August 6 and here it is October 23rd and still haven't received the correct doors. Our contractor is fed up and has had to move on. The doors that were too deep all had to be cut down and are not working properly. All of this for nothing. We spoke to the general manager Justin and he rolled his eyes at us and has not made any effort to right these wrongs. Trying now to find out someone higher up has been met with terrible almost abusive remarks from Lowes staff. This is the worst customer service experience we have ever encountered . We will never do business with them again nor recommend. This is still an ongoing nightmare. read more
