Every year I have had to call them because now the water still runs across my yard but now digs a large hole 6-8 feet long x 5-6 wide x 6-8 deep exposing their drain lines. I call and all they would do is fill in the hole and say they would have to do something else (but never do). This year they refused to take my calls and would not pay me the respect to return my calls. Thus, Lawn Masters does not stand behind their work! So let the buyer beware. I suggest you look elsewhere to have your landscaping done, if you want it done right and warranted.

We contracted with Dean's to remove old landscaping, install new landscaping, install a sidewalk…read moreand then maintain it all. Sidewalk slumped and had a major crack within a couple of weeks - they reinstalled about a year later. Planted incorrect plants and not all of the plants in the contract - took a year and a half to correct that. Spring cleanup and fall cleanup was ok, except the trimming of a couple of bushes. Trimming was very uneven and almost killed an established bush. We requested (multiple times) that they call before they come to the house to do work since we were having other work done on the house and that there were periodic healthcare providers coming out. The remembered twice to do this, but then neglected to do so the 8 other times. The maintenance program was horrible - the mulch was nonexistent in patches; they killed 7 plants with their spraying; and they agreed to pull large weeds and then refused to. After two monthly treatments, they just walked away. I would NOT recommend - they are overwhelmed and the different groups within the organization don't appear to talk to one another.

I wrote back asking for them to redo some of my plants and add mulch. They came out and sent me a proposal for a reasonable price, but then I had to send several additional emails to get the work scheduled. Scheduling took a long time and although I asked to be home while they did the work and let them know when I had an appointment that day they arrived just as I was leaving, and while I was gone put the plants in all the wrong places. They came back and fixed it and again looked good. I contacted them because there was some areas where water was pooling so they said they'd come back to add some more mulch to fill in those areas. For some reason that took a month to get done with multiple additional email as follow up from them was often poor. They were again going to come out while I was home and assured me they'd call. Of course neither of those happened. Overall, while they work was good the process was horribly frustrating and I'll look elsewhere next year.
