I had the WORST experience with Lowes. On April 22, 2026 at 12pm I ordered 14 sheets of plywood. Fiberglass, drywall screws, staples misc. Because we ordered before 2pm they said it would be delivered today April 22 from 2-8pm. NO DELIVERY, NO CALL. Sat and waited from 2-8 with no electricity. I don't live there yet! I called them.,., they were sorry they didn't have a truck that big, and couldn't deliver on the 22nd or the 23rd the next morning. Manager Bryan said I could cancel if I liked. This morning the 23rd at 6am went to HOME DEPOT. They got my van loaded with in an hour. I needed it this morning for the contractors. LOWES I will never shop at your store again. read more

May 14 and still waiting for doors and shelves to finish the kitchen. This is the most pathetic experience I've ever dealt with in my life and I'm 67 years old and I'm a retired general contractor. If I would have treated my customers like this I would have be sued. If you want your kitchen remodeled then go shop around. read more

Lowe's is where I go for paint, plants, lighting (interior and exterior), hardware, and cleaning supplies. On this latest trip, I saw a consumer report that recommended these solar lights for the exterior of the house. I simply placed my order online, and the product was in stock. I was able to browse around the store, had some keys made, and picked up the merchandise in a matter of minutes. They do have the self-check out option, but I go to the regular cashier to pay. I feel the automation service is taking jobs away, so I avoid them. During the holidays, they have a lot of seasonal merchandise on display at reasonable prices. I especially appreciate the large parking lot and 4 spaces designated for Veterans. I don't know of any other place that offers priority parking for them. If you're an honorably discharged veteran, register an online account with Lowe's, submit proof of your military service, and receive a 10% discount on your purchase, earn rewards, and free shipping too!! If you're looking to purchase a small item, it's worth shopping here. If you require delivery I wouldn't recommend. For starters, when I am told delivery is free, I wouldn't expect a $70 charge to my credit card for delivery. Also, when I am given a specific day and time for delivery and I take time off from my already busy schedule, I would like for delivery to take place. I received notice the day of delivery that my refrigerator was added to a schedule on its way to Los Angeles. I am given a different day for delivery, now I have to move my schedule around again. 2nd attempt for delivery- Delivery day arrives, I receive a notice that my delivery has arrived. I look out my window, no delivery truck. Seconds later, I receive a text that my delivery has been rescheduled for the following day. I call customer service and I am told that there was a delay because the driver arrived to the wrong address. Mind you, I live 1 mile and half from Lowe's in San Dimas. If I had a truck to bring home a refrigerator, I wouldn't have to deal with Lowe's and their incompetence. 3rd attempt for delivery- Is today. Fingers crossed that all goes well. read more

Super nice Lowe's in San Dimas. The aisles are clean and well kept. The store is organized and the staff is helpful and friendly. The parking lot is not a hot mess, and I even noticed an employee doing landscaping around the perimeter of the building. I can't ask for more when shopping for home improvement needs with good service. read more

Why is service so bad at the location? Mind you I have an account here that I am canceling! All I needed was a few pieces of wood cut. Came around 1pm so the place is empty, 2 guys said they would come help me, Waited 20 min and now I'm driving home to get my circular saw to cut my own wood in parking lot! I get it, sometimes the right personnel is not on site or short handed, maybe even busy. But this is really upsetting when I have to take time out of my day because some people are not competent to do their job or a manager is not fixing this! Not the first time this happens. read more

Two very kind and professional men had helped me with my purchases at Lowe's. I believe their names began with a J (my apologies for not remembering the exact names). However, these two men along with a younger female employee were all so helpful with assisting me with my purchase of wood and bricks. They also helped place them in my vehicle and were quite patient and professional. Thank you Lowe's employees for your kindness and professionalism. There was a complete lack of customer service during my visit. I passed the same group of employees three times while looking for an item; they were engaged in a personal conversation unrelated to work. Additionally, their use of inappropriate language was quite alarming, with no regard for the young customers in the store. Management should be proud--they've mastered team-building techniques, even if it comes at the expense of customer service. A young man in a white collared shirt was moving throughout the center aisles, frequently giving fist pumps and saying things like "You good?" to the employees. When I finally had a chance to ask him where the item I needed was located, he casually pointed toward an aisle and said, "Over there." At that point, the experience felt more like a comedy than a professional interaction. Fortunately, I found what I needed across the street at The Home Depot. read more

Absolutely awful service during delivery and installation. They showed up to deliver our washer and dryer without any installation parts which we paid for. When I called customer service, I could barely understand the customer service rep and he offered me a delivery date for parts which meant I would then have to schedule a delivery date for installation. Absolutely ridiculous. I spoke to a Supervisor and he told me that I could go to Lowe's that night and buy the parts (again) for a higher price, and they could come out the next day to install. He told me they would call 30 minutes before arriving. The following day they called from in front of our house and gave us no time to get home to open the door. I told the delivery person that my wife would be there in 10 minutes and they just left, actually drove right by my wife as she pulled onto our street. Then they blocked my number and would not answer the phone. I called the customer service line again and they gave me a next day window of 12-4. I received a text confirming this. The following day they called me at 10AM and said they were 30 minutes away. I explained that the window was 12-4 but they said they would have to reschedule again for the following day. I had to take another day off of work to keep them in route to get these installed. I was told that I would receive compensation for this debacle and they offered $150. It cost me over $200 to take that much extra time off work and they still owed me a difference of $50 from the second time I bought the parts. I did not accept the offer because it does not make up of what they cost me. I'd much rather warn everyone else not to make the choice I made by going to Lowe's for this. Horrible customer service, I highly recommend going somewhere else to get your appliances. I will never shop here again. read more

Ordered some DeWalt batteries online on Black Friday guaranteed to receive them tomorrow December 9th got an email back saying that they cancel my order because they oversold them not the first time they canceled my order for overselling be careful try not to buy from Lowe's in San Dimas because they'll sell you or tell you what you want to hear and then cancel your order find somewhere else to shop then Lowe's Home Depot's a good place to go or for appliances Best Buy please be careful when you order something online at Lowe's they have ads and they don't have the product and then cancel on you the date of and try not to buy DeWalt products there they're not the best from Lowe's read more

Lowe's is one of my favorite stores. I always find what I am looking for and pleased with the prices. Today, I had a list of items my husband needed for a plumbing project. I walked in and Josey welcomed me and asked me if I needed assistance. She was so wonderful and kind. She helped me find everything, including an item that had to be restocked. We placed an order of pavers in early February. We're told that we would have to wait until the truck gets a full load before we get the order. On quite a few occasions, we would stop by to check the status. The last time we stopped by, we were then told they discontinued the item. Their system doesn't reflect the status at all, and they would have to make a phone call and get status. I do have to say that their employee was very apologetic, but still, that doesn't excuse the whole shopping experience. We will be shopping somewhere else. read more

I was standing in line and the very nice boy at check out told me they were only taking card at the moment . I only had cash so he told me to go to the register at costumer service . So we headed our way over there and this young lady was arguing with a costumer about some thing he took to return. He asked to speak to a manager she got on the phone. Rolllinh her eyes she was just taking her time after she proceeded to let him know that somebody was coming and he said yeah, but I want to talk to the manager and she said yes, but just to let you know, I'm a manager too. Very rudely!! Her name was Evelyn . Very rude girl rolling her eyes : she sees us standing in line and never once did she asked how can we help you or any thing she walked away and started talking to another co worker that was helping another customer. we just stood there for over 10 minutes and nobody knowledge us . I had a car full of Christmas decor.. and it really upset me she not once asked if we needed any thing ! I love coming to this location because it's bigger and always has more Christmas decorations. Klein tools signed a contract with them. Removing the tools I buy at Home Depot. Now when I have to exchange hand tools they are saying I have to contact Klein. Where when Klein was at Home Depot I would be able to swap out tools. They have a life time warranty Lowe's is the provider now they should honor it like they do craftsman. This place continues to decline. It's mediocre on a good day. Yesterday I went to buy a pair of Corona pruning sheers. I got to the isle and saw want could only be described as minimal selection, I looked around for a sales person without success. Went to customer service and asked for someone to meet me at the isle. I waited at the isle for over 6 mins & never heard a PA announcement for customer service. Finally a random employee was walking by. She said she wasn't paged to location to help me. She said what ever was on the rack, that was it. Shameful, I went to Ace Hardware and found what I was looking for. Lowe's stop the decline in customer service. read more

Lowes is our local hardware store. We come here for appliances, tools, garden stuff paint stuff and many other things. Although post Covid the staff has been sparse when you do find someone to help you they are knowledgeable and most of the time very friendly. read more

This Lowe's has a small town atmosphere and is located among a few fast food restaurants if you should get hungry while shopping for hardware. I've found Lowe's cost are slightly less than that of Home Depot, but the selection may be limited in some stores. I've always ordered my purchases online, as I'm not sure COVID is over and really don't want to go inside yet. However, their curbside pickup application did not work, so was forced to go inside to customer service. As it turned out, my hood duct was not as large as expected, and actually fit inside my vehicle with no hassles. I shop at Lowe's for some slight cost savings over other hardware stores, but curbside pickup is still lacking quick service. read more

I can't believe how bad the customer service and returns has become as a business we spend over $100,000 there a year yet each person has the worst attitude They have locked so many things up because of "theft" but they put combination locks on everything so it takes an eternity to get your items at check out. I absolutely love this Lowe's! Recently we started attending the Lowe's Kid's Workshop and the staff there are just great! Super friendly and happy to be doing their jobs. They even provide free snacks and drinks for the littles on top of an already free project offered. I really appreciate the little extra they do because they certainly do not have to. It's something that has become part of our monthly routine! Outside of that, I can always find what I'm looking for here and great selections. Great garden section as well and very clean store. Don't order lumber and have it delivered!!! We ordered all our supplies online for a composite deck. We needed it delivered because we had no way of getting it to our home otherwise. They delivered all the materials, but when my husband got home all the weather treated lumber was not straight. It was like the pullers didn't even look how awfully crooked they were. Ridiculous, you would think that if it was going to be delivered they would make sure the lumber was not crooked. They don't care and it made our job so much harder. Never again!! read more

I bought my turtle plastic liner here. Granted I had to purchase it twice or more but nothing last forever. They do eventually crack with the weather. Home Depot does not carry these stand alone liners. It's a must when you have two dirty red eared slider turtles . Let's face it, they weren't and couldn't live in a tank any longer! They also have a bag of pond rocks for fairly cheap for anyone looking for craft projects for kids FYI. Lastly, they typically get more birds at Lowe's than Home Depot in their outdoor plant area. I'm not sure why. But my dogs absolutely love when they get to see the birds at Lowe's. And they aren't afraid of my dogs either. read more

Horrible service. Salespeople are not trained properly. Purchased a stackable washer/dryer unit and was not advised I would need a stacking kit and possible drain pan. Had to go back the next day to pick up the stacking kit which they comped for me because they felt I deserved at least that. Then their delivery guys didn't realize I had corroded valves behind my washer and dryer so they had to leave a second time, at which time I finally hired a plumber because only plumbers can fix corroded valves. read more

After I finished paying there was an older man working there with no name badge on him and I asked him before I leave if he wanted to see my receipt,he with a rude tone of voice says n9.not a thank you or have a good night or anything ,he was also staring the opposite direction when he was replying to me( there was no other customer). In the past 3 weeks I have bought 2 full bathroom remodels from this Lowes but if you treat me ir any other customer like this,trust me home depot is not far and we can take our business there.i hope someone in management is reading this,because the past 2 times I been there your staff has seen me and other customers and do not approach us and ask for help or if we have questions.consider better customer service if you want our continued business there in the future. read more

Jose in Kitchen and Bath (and cabinets) provided excellent service and is an asset to Lowe's he assisted with a few questions we had about how to resolve an issue and after we tried his suggestion, it resolved the problem and we were back later to purchase the new LG dishwasher from him. I'll write another review for the contracted install company as my Mom, who received our washer raved about his excellent service. Thank you, Lowe's, for the front parking and discount as a Veteran. My only complaint is that the particular washer was on sale, and when I went to check out, I was told I could not have my military discount. A military discount should be on total purchase, but its not the case and the person at the register said they can give us the biggest of the two discounts but not both....so I really didn't get to use my discount which is why I chose to buy my dishwasher at Lowe's. read more

Stock is usually pretty good and the center is convenient to many fast food restaurants like kfc, Popeyes, McDonald's, etc. There are tons of parking and an easy in and out location. I came in today to buy paint and paint supplies. I had my hands full as I was heading to check out. There was a lady pointing me to the self checkout. I don't like doing self checkout for many reasons. It's cumbersome and usually you have to call for help. I was ringing my stuff in the self checkout and dropping some of the things I was buying. An employee by the name of Nasser was patiently standing behind me. He saw me struggling with self checkout. He smiles at me and I said frustratedly , where has customer service gone to? He jumped right out of line and took me to a cashier, that didn't have her light on at her register but took me anyway. Nasser than ran and got a cart for me to bring all my paint supplies to my cart . Now that's customer service, well done Nasser!!!! He truly gets what customer service is all about. It seems this world just what's to shuffle people around and herd them like cattle, but not have to lift a finger to help much. Just at Lowe's bought some drywall and some two by fours the cashier calls for someone to help me load them two guys Standing right next to my truck, so the cashier asked them to help me load the drywall and two by fours. The guy tells me oh will be back in 1015 minutes. They're already standing right next to my truck. What a bunch of lazy assholes. Needless to say, I loaded it myself. read more
