While I haven't used this location for any contract work, I do go here frequently for little things, odds and ends that I need around the house, and they always have a great selection. I bought my Blackstone and smoker here and will be buying fixtures for a bathroom renovation soon. Also bought new blinds here and they were decently priced. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Door will not close on it's own, we have to pull it every time.

I would give this negative stars if I could. This was for a front door and storm door installation. It started out ok. Went to the store, spoke to the salesperson, set up the measurements, the people came to take the measurements and said we would get a call to pick out our doors. That happened, we got on a Teams call with the salesperson, picked out our doors, paid about $2k and thought everything was good. I was wrong. I get a call a few days later from the installation company saying that our doors were too small for the entry way and it would be additional cost for labor and materials. I'm like, how could we have ordered the wrong size doors? You measured AND you helped us pick out the doors to fit those measurements. That's why we hired you, so this wouldn't happen. I told her I'm not paying anything additional and she said she would talk to her manager and get back to me. The next thing I got was a cancellation email saying they cancelled my order! I called Lowes back and told them what happened, they initially wanted me to pay for another measurement but I refused and they ended up getting the measurements form the installation company. Got another call to pick out the doors again. The guy we talked to said the first people had no idea what they were talking about and we ended up ordering the same doors! Told me that I would get a call from the installation company (was a different one this time) to schedule install. On that call they told me that the doors would be delivered the day before the install and I would get a call 24 hours prior to that to schedule the delivery. Fast forward to the day before the installation, I never got to tell me when the delivery was going to be so I called them. They had no idea as it wasn't through Lowes. I had to go to a work meeting and sure enough, I get a call as I'm walking into the meeting saying they were 15 min away! The delivery never took place, he took them back to Lowes, I had to go over to Lowes when I got home from work to pick it up myself (keep in mind I paid like $75 for delivery, after a few calls, they did refund that). Fast forward to the installation....I now have a door that doesn't close right (have to really push it to close), a smart lock that keeps getting jammed and a storm door that wont close on it's own. I would NEVER recommend Lowes for any installation project. It was a complete nightmare, if the work done was great I have let the rest slide, but the doors don't even work right.

I wish this store was closer to my house as it really is my favorite home improvement store. There is always plenty of safe and well lit parking. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff has always been exceptionally pleasant and helpful to me. Plus, they have excellent holiday decorations options as well as a huge selection of home appliances. My favorite brand of tools is Kobalt and I believe Lowe's is the only place they can be purchased. When Sears went under, they started selling Craftsman as well. I find the prices to be extremely reasonable and right in there with other like stores. I especially enjoy all the veterans they employ there. That's a big thing for me. Thank you Lowe's for running such a helpful and clean store.

On a consistent basis this location fails to answer the phones or man registers. I don't blame the employees as their obviously understaffed. What's worse is I've noticed they'll close the self-checkout registers several hours before closing despite only having one register open and a line several customers deep. Crossing the street to Home Depot is a night and day experience.

The amount of time on the phone waiting for someone to pick up!

Get told someone will call you back the next day. Voicemail the next day can't be undstood. Overseas rep. Then get told to call "brand source" for service. If you're less than a year you get sent to call the store again. Store says to call electrolux. They answer as Frigidaire. They barely speak English. Back to calling the store. They scheduled service online. An hour later the subcontractors call back and can't keep that appointment. Would you call that "the runaround?" I do. It should take one call to get service. One.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM APPLIANCE FACTORY OUTLET! [there should be a negative-star grade.]…read more We have dogs. We needed a washing machine to do very basic things, like pre-rinse, deep fill and soak. Jim pointed to a Maytag and left to help other customers. Our needs were pretty simple, but without an owners manual in the store, we had to rely on Jim's verbal representations and common sense. True, certain things like, "the agitator agitates" and "deep-fill" means lots of water, were assumed. More detail would be gleaned from the online manual, we were told. Unfortunately, the online manual is NOT for our machine. The online manual is for a generic, top-loading machine with a different control panel - and a pre-rinse cycle. There was no pre-rinse designation on the control panel of the model we bought. Making certain assumptions without a manual was a mistake. We began calling the day it was delivered. And it went downhill from there. We sought an acknowledgment that this machine could not perform the very basic pre-rinse function. We just wanted help to find a work-around. We got neither. Instead, continuous calls were met with repeated orders to read the online manual. On display was a woeful ignorance about their own product, and most of all, an obstinate refusal to help or even to engage. Instead of showing the slightest interest in a customers predicament, they offered a hostile, "like it or lump it, pal" attitude. Such lack of curiosity or concern for customer satisfaction is incredibly disappointing. At last, a call to MJ at Whirlpool confirmed there is no manual printed for our model. Further, she confirmed there was no pre-rinse cycle on our machine. It was like learning, yes, there is an agitator, but it does not agitate. When I asked MJ about using the Clean Washer cycle as a work-around, she said it might damage the machine.. None of these revelations interested the manager at Appliance Factory. Instead, Mike Feltman offered his mantra that the online manual was correct without the slightest curiosity over the apparent contradiction. Equally apparent was his lack of interest in helping. Such a lack of imagination or empathy are shocking responses for one in his position. A rigid refusal to check the accuracy of information one is asserting, combined with total apathy toward helping, are curious qualities for one in management. It scarcely builds confidence about future dealings with the store. An inflexible "it ain't broke" attitude and indifference to finding answers or solutions speaks volumes about the quality of management at Appliance Factory Outlet. When Mr. Feltman said Whirlpool would not give him an RA (return authorization) that was the end of it for him. But trying to learn why Whirlpool/Appliance Factory offer this level of incompetence, it only led me to a vortex of Finger-pointing, Denials, Accusations, Robots, Divisions, Departments, Service Pesonnel, none of which are informed of what the other was doing and policies not to tell even if they knew. No one has authority. And no one is accountable. And the customer is left holding the bag. What could improve? Their terrible attitude with regard to their customers. Once they have your money, they stop caring. In short, if you want somebody to give a damn about you as a human being and make any effort on your behalf, go to BEST BUY! It's a different world from the get-go, and better prices to boot.

We arrived just after they opened on Sunday. The lady said someone would be with us shortly. Jason came out, dressed very casually. He apologized, saying he was working in the back. It was actually nice, maybe even comfortable. Unlike the last business, he actually showed us the brands we wanted to see. He was not pushy and answered all our questions. And he gave us time to discuss the purchase in private. In the end, we were very happy with the price of our Bosch oven. Delivery and installation was exceptional as well. I hope the next time we need a new appliance, Jason is working.

A recent surgery with driving restrictions intersected with the failure of my beloved 29yo Kenmore washer, so I was unable to visit the showroom. Roger quickly understood my needs for 'in stock & available' + a few other basic requirements, then emailed me model #'s I could research further at home. He was able to work my calls & emails into his schedule, helped with questions & recommendations, & made the purchase & delivery set up extremely easy & fast. He's so professional. The other very positive experience came with the delivery/installation team. Brandon and his partner nailed it. They installed the washer/dryer - perfectly - in a very difficult space. Then went above & beyond by taking time to train me with the intimidating tangle of settings on the new laundry set. So easy going & patient! I also appreciated how clean they left things, & on a rainy day, no less! So great customer service all around. I really appreciate that Mountain High Appliance recognizes the value of excellent customer service & trains their employees so well. I've already shared their contact info w 2 others, & know they'll be well cared for.
