    Really poor customer service experience at Lowe's. Lowe's app showing price of a tool at $99, store management unwilling to offer that price. Not able to order online because Lowe's app shows the product isn't in stock but it clearly is. Management should honor their own prices but they sent me away instead. Either fix your inventory so I can order pickup or match the price. Very unprofessional. I worked with Mr. Showalter See the deal posted below says it's available until Jan 31st. I buy lots of product at Lowe's and I've never been told sorry take a hike about honor their own price, very poor way to treat a good customer.

    I would give a -0 score but that's not available. I purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's in Dublin CA 2months ago, it took them over 3 weeks to deliver it and it WAS in stock. They gave me a faulty water line which flooded under my sink twice, they came back out to replace the water line a week later and did NOT pull the dishwasher out to connect it. My ENTIRE kitchen is FLOODED and they were supposed to send someone out to rectify this situation, no one came. No one has even called me and they won't answer my call or messages. I highly recommend never shopping at Lowe's home improvement, they stand behind NOTHING now I will have to file a lawsuit on them

    I recently had two very bad experiences with Lowes or lowes.com and not necessarily the store its self but I did order a $500 gas bbq grill which came from either the Union City store or the Dublin location I honestly am not sure now because I had them delete my account from their system and the email I received for the order does not say where the grill came from. The first problem is customer service couldn't link my "guest" purchases made online to my Lowes account I created after I made the purchases. The account had all the same information used to purchase the items but they just couldn't do it even though I was requesting it and giving them my permission. The only reason I can think of that they couldn't/wouldn't do it is because the Lowes corporation doesn't want to provide the little Lowes "My Rewards" that I would've received for my $700 purchase (I also ordered a small outdoor shed and cover for the grill). This is the problem with corporate greed in the U.S. they don't care about making the customer happy anymore. After spending at least 30 minutes on the phone 4/7/25 with their outsourced customer service who couldn't help me and couldn't show me where to delete the account I created (they walked me through the steps and I looked myself and there was no option to delete the account). I got a phone call today 4/9 after leaving a voicemail describing my dissatisfaction with their automated survey on 4/7 and they still couldn't help me find where to delete the account. The "supervisor" had to do it for me. Dear Lowes Customer Service Management, your policies are insufficient at best and your service was non existent. No amount of script reading can fix this when you have a customer that is unhappy with their order and the "supervisor" your speaking with is reading a script and not actually addressing the issue, you have already failed. The second problem I had was when the grill arrived yesterday 4/8/25 it was not assembled correctly! The hood hinge was missing its screw on the left side! How can this item have even left the warehouse like this?!? Why offer free assembly if its just going to be a crappy job. I had the delivery people put it back on the truck to return it for a refund. To Lowes Executive/Management team-get your crap together and address the issues within your organization. This kind of stuff is totally unacceptable and really a loss of profit for your shareholders. The CEO should be terminated because obviously they don't have a clue as to what is going on at the basic store level. The outsourced customer service you're using is not functioning properly, they have outdated documentation in their scripts that describe places to go on your website that don't exist. Because of these issues I will not be making ANY future purchases at a Lowes brick and mortar locations or on Lowes.com

    Honor the sales that they make. Went to go pick up the order and they told me my order is cancelled. Told me to buy it again. But won't honor the sale price that they sold it to me for. Everyone at Lowe's pretends like they are just idiots and don't know nothing. Like duuhhhh

    Incompetent employees and poor quality products. I'd avoid and go to one of the many other hardware stores in the area

Their garden center is a bit on the small side compared to the home depot up the street, but it's also a smaller store chain. Every time I go here, the people are super friendly and helpful. My last experience was doing propane swaps. I did 2x swaps and the second I walked in with the tanks (I had no idea what to do) a greeter told me to head outside and leave the tanks in front. After that, I went inside, was almost instantly rung up, and then went back out to see the same person waiting with both thanks waiting for me! Quick, painless, and friendly. The only time i'll go to Home Depot over here is in case they don't have the parts I need.

Surveying the products on the shelf, I realized that I could use some of the fly ribbons and sticky traps I already have at home (previously used for flies). But I also grabbed some Safer Home pantry pest traps this time around. The store was clean and organized on a Wednesday afternoon. The pest control products were easy to find, the location similar to most other HD stores (far aisle on the left in Pleasanton). Checking out was quick and simple without any waits. In fact, there were workers at the self checkout registers helping customers ring up their orders... unnecessary but appreciated (as long as they don't slow me down). There was even an employee greeting guests at the entrance, and she was helpful and friendly too. Even though I just made a small purchase on this day, I was genuinely impressed with the service here, as well my overall experience.
