You're better off just ordering online, customer service just suck, you don't get acknowledged as a customer

Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone. If they do, they don't greet you. They place you on hold without acknowledging you.

Chest freezers are back in stock. Wow, was it impossible to find one of these babies a year ago and…read morenow they have tons of them! The store is laid out similar to others with big signs hanging from the ceiling to let you know which aisles are which departments, including Appliances, Kitchen, Roofing, Lumber, Flooring and more. Assuming you know what you're looking for, you should mostly be able to find it yourself. Or, if you want help, there are associates about with orange aprons that mostly know what where stuff is. The store is tidy with wide, clean aisles. Plenty of room for social distancing here. Prices are in line with competition - there is a Lowe's Home Improvement https://www.yelp.com/biz/lowes-home-improvement-charlotte-3 not far away. Self-checkout or if you have a more involved purchase, there are staffed registers to scan and check you out. [Review 16939 overall - 3261 in North Carolina - 455 of 2022.]

After raising legitimate concerns about my order and delivery, I was repeatedly assured that leadership would contact me "by the end of the day." That never happened. Not to mention, the two in-store managers who promised to return my call. The lack of follow-through, accountability, and basic communication reflects poorly at every level from the store to corporate. What made this experience especially frustrating was feeling completely ignored after being promised resolution. At no point did anyone with decision-making authority reach out, despite multiple attempts on my part. At this stage, I had to request that my third delivery attempt be halted until I can speak with a professional who can actually address the issues. Customers should not have to chase leadership or question whether anyone is truly concerned once money has already been spent. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly eroded my trust in this company. Please note that the purchase was made on 12/3/2025 for appliances that were all in stock.

It is certainly more cost-efficient than Furniture Row, but closer in prices to Ikea. I have yet to order anything, from here, so I can not speak to the quality of the items. Where this store really stands out is in terms of novelty items... They have arcades style games to create a home arcade. Home work out equipment and gorgeous kitchen appliances. Shout out to the hardest working young sales representative in the area, Da'Kari. With energy, transparency and personality to spare... This sales superstar is a professional pleasure to work with. One place that will always dominate any neighborhood besides that other depressing behemoth store…read moreis Target. A huge sprawling parking lot with enough space under one roof to get in a mile of walking, if one were so compelled. This brings me to Target in Charlotte. First, I despise getting in and out of this store as the way the entrance and exit is set up stinks, then you have to drive on University Blvd which, depending on the day, is a nightmare. That said, it is located in a safe part of town however please note this isn't a Super Target so not much in the way of food and an overwhelming selection of items. The employees don't walk around much but they're nice. My final opening point is extremely subjective, but I hate drab interior much like their big blue rival. As for food, the selection is extremely limited. Barely half an isle for fresh produce, select meats and a few other options. As for refrigerated items again, the selection is limited with a few items available as needed. Finally, the dry, snack and non-perishable items selection is much better but still not what you'll find at a larger store. I find I only shop here for food only when absolutely necessary. As for the kids' section, they're limited in toys as I tried to purchase some items for my kids but they only have the absolute most popular items. So, if you want that GI Joe action figure, you won't find it here, or at least anything new. As for electronics, they have most of the newest gaming consoles, games and controllers however 4k media is gone, but that's a standard among all stores now as physical media continues to be replaced by inferior forms of content like streaming. Most items like pet food and accessories are in abundance, hardware and housing goods have most of what someone needs and the kitchen section has a lot of average equipment to great stuff depending on what you need. For example, the knife selection is horrible but mixers are just as good as anywhere else. I do all of my vitamin and specialty medicine (not prescription) from Target as it's the cheapest. Clothing is always a challenge as I don't think they have enough employees to restock items so many times there will be clothes on the ground or in wrong areas. The jewelry case is sad as are most of there kitchen accessories section. But again, I have to remind myself this isn't a Super Target however coming in is a commitment. Overall, Target is exactly what you expect anywhere and that's by design. The only real differences are subtle things that regionally might sell better at one place then another state won't offer a product as it won't make sense. Think of a heavy winter coat for sale in Texas - it isn't needed. Finally, the store is clean and let's face it, you should know the prices and if they're competitive. Other than those items, it's Target you know what you want.

TTI Floor Care North America - My invoice for ONE vacuum for $183.59.

On Black Friday (11/27/2020), I placed an order for a vacuum. Against my better judgement, I ordered directly from Hoover and not Amazon. They had a deal for $70 off and free shipping. My total (w/ tax) was $183.59. On Thursday 12/3, two identical vacuums were delivered to my home. I then double checked my bank account, and saw that Hoover charged me a whopping $518.38!!! They left me with a mere $2.60 in my checking account!!! I called Hoover, and ultimately a customer service representative told me that I had been charged full price ($259.19) for TWO vacuums. They overcharged me by $334.79! They proposed that, in order to rectify the situation, they would email me a return label. (Except I don't have a printer.. so she essentially told me to go somewhere and print it off!! I was then to call FedEx and schedule a pickup.) Once I sent back the extra vacuum they had mistakenly sent me, they would refund me within 4-6 weeks (!!!). Additionally, they couldn't issue me a credit for the ($75.60) difference between one full price vacuum and the amount that I authorized them to charge me until the original vacuum was returned. I was told they couldn't do two separate transactions, and had to lump it all together. So no refund at all for 4-6 weeks or help mitigating their mistake! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I authorized a charge of $183.59 to my account, not the exorbitant $518.38 that they did on their own. I asked to speak to a supervisor. After going through the situation and drilling in the fact that she left a single, one-income parent of 2 toddlers with $2.60 in her bank account during the holidays, I think it was finally conveyed what a sh!tty situation Hoover put me in due to their own incompetence. She arranged for FedEx to bring a prepaid label and pick up Friday or Saturday. She was going to process the $75.60 difference I was charged (for the 1 vacuum I purchased) between the full price ($259.19) minus the sale price on my invoice. I'm allegedly going to receive a refund for the returned vacuum in 3-6 days after FedEx picks up, still leaving my bank account short for the holidays. I will update if things don't go according to the aforementioned resolution I was promised.

A few days later I purchased it for PICKUP over the phone via a payment link he sent. He told me since they had done some rearranging in the showroom, the couch I had purchased was moved to the warehouse and wouldn't be available for pickup until Tuesday (today). Today I was told that they had accidentally placed MY couch on a delivery truck and couldn't get a hold of the driver to track it down. Then a few hours later, Matthew calls again saying that MY couch had been delivered to another customer who had purchased the same couch (this customer now has 2 couches). And of course he wasn't able to get in touch with them either. He let me know now I would have to wait until they're able to get MY couch back in their possession to look over it and confirm it was the same one THEY SENT to a different customer. He said if they were unable to do so or if the couch had any issues they could offer to deliver a new couch but it would be over a MONTH in the future. This is unacceptable. One of the only reasons I decided on this couch was the fast turn around to receive it. I then called the store to process a full refund as I am no longer interested in giving Furniture Row my money. I spoke with Austin on the phone who said he had been informed about this situation and he would be able to initiate a refund. He then had the AUDACITY to ask if the leather cleaner (that they had offered for an additional $1 on my order) was already in my possession. As if that was going to cause an issue with my refund. Which how could I have it if Matthew said I would only be able to get it when picking up my couch?? Overall, I am VERY upset with this whole experience, and will NEVER be purchasing from, or entering this store again. And will be sharing my negative experience with everyone I had told about this couch. DO NOT trust them to handle your purchases professionally, carefully, or diligently! Additionally, I will be monitoring this review to ensure Furniture Row does not delete it.
