I purchased a GE under cabinet hood. As with most products, it was out of box. There was no manual with it, but I figured it didn't matter since most are online nowadays. I checked for the basics, the lights and fan. We just installed it and I come to find out it's missing the filters as well as the cover for the fan/motor. Upon calling them, they said it was an open box item and it was on me to check the parts. I explained that since there was no manual handy there was no way for me to know what parts it's supposed to come with. I purchased a protection plan and now they said it's not covered. So, besides having horrible customer service (the four reps stood around chatting rather than helping me) don't expect help even with warranty. read more

I bought washer and dryer had to wait one week for delivery. The delivery guy showed up he connected both washer and dryer but when we asked him to try to turn on dryer Lots of smoke was coming out. Ok then he took it and said to call Lowe's to let them know which I did same day and they told me i would get a call back from Lowe's that they had put everything in their system. Never call back I waited two days then i told them I wanted a refund. I asked if they know they're selling appliances with malfunction , the guy said they don't even checked them. They get them put them for sale as is, if they don't work you would have to go to the process for a refund or like they told to pick up another one. I was looking for a complete set of appliances - refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave and stove. There were four employees standing around talking to each other. i had to wait for them to finish talking for them to help us, then they didn't help at all but rather pointed vaguely in a direction saying you'll have to look through everything. This was frustrating and disappointing. I was ready to buy. Many of the items did not have price tags on them so you would have to inquire about each individual item you were interested in. This place needs new management and employees that understand customer service , I won't be back that's for sure. read more

And I regard him as a very unprofessional and racist supervisor who is incapable of treating customers with respect or providing professional customer service. Wouldn't let me select zero stars. Just don't! We bought a washer/dryer and refrigerator. The sales clerk was nice and from there it was all downhill. Daisy (the manager) was completed rude each time I needed to call and I needed to call often. After 3 trips to my house they hooked the washer up Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. Today, Monday we tried to do our laundry. The washer does not work. It will not spin, empties water after rinse, then refills with water, no spin. I actually had a good experience at Lowe's Scratch and Dent. Joaquin was especially helpful and very knowledgeable. I was looking for a counter dept refrigerator and they had a few to select from. I ended up with a Bosch Refrigerator that had no dents at all. I did have the unit picked up the next day and had it installed by someone I knew, and it works perfectly. Someone at Home Depot was talking about the new Lowe's outlet, so of course we had to check it out. No vanities, no outdoor anything, no hardware... appliances. JUST APPLIANCES. The workers were very nice. When we asked if they're going to get anything else in the store, two employees looked at each other and said, "hopefully." Please do not buy anything from here. They are rude and providing the worst service. I bought a dryer and a washer paying more than $2k. The only reason for buying from here was because the gas dryer I wanted is out of stock at best buy nearby. I paid for all delivery and installation and guess what after 2 times of delivery/installation, they are still not working well, mainly because of the installation not being done right. I was told on the phone" because you bought out of the box items". I am going to return everything. I only save $200 buying from here and regret so much. Great products, good deals and amazing sales. But customer service is garbage. For starters, nobody greets you as you walk in, nobody Ever asks for help. Different associates give you different answers. And the supervisor Erika should not be in her position, crappy attitude and provides you with 1 word answers. And lastly, nobody ever answers the phone!!! Pointless!! No reason to have a phone number or phone when nobody cares to answer it. Will not be going back unless they fix their customer service department or train their crappy staff. i bought a washer from the outlet in monrovia that was out of the box and had a dent on the bottom. i did not purchase any warranty on it because i figured I didnt need to because it was brand new.The salesman said I had 48 hours to return but I didn't need to do laundry until after the 48 hours. When I tried to do the laundry the machine sensors were not working properly. Now I have to get someone to fix it because I can't return it. We picked it up ourselves and leaked out a little water. He said it was from testing it out before they put it out in the stores. How am I suppose to know that it was not true. I am so angry that people could get away with selling broken washers or anything for that matter. read more

Customer service in store was fine, but once the purchase was made & delivery scheduled, it drastically decreased. I purchased a fridge on a Saturday & scheduled delivery to my new apartment the following Thursday since that was the same day my power would be shut off in my old apartment. I received an email confirmation saying as such and was told I'd get a call the day before to confirm the delivery window. When no call came I tried to call the store that evening but whenever you try to connect to the delivery department (option 3), it just rings and rings then eventually disconnects you. I didn't get a chance to talk to anyone that night and called back the next morning. Here is when I was told that the delivery was actually scheduled for Friday. Odd since my email confirmation clearly stated Thursday. I spoke with a man named Paul who was kind enough to ask me to email the confirmation directly to him to see what he could do about getting the fridge that day as planned. A couple more calls back and forth as I kept getting disconnected but ultimately was told there was no way I was getting my fridge Thursday as planned... Paul tried to refund my delivery fee (also, who charges delivery fees when you're spending over a grand on something?) and said he'd check with his manager on if there was anything else he could do but I'd have to wait until Friday. He gave me the number of the delivery service they use, DSI and I was told that the delivery had never even been scheduled at all and that a call had been made that same day...for Friday. Interesting. I called DSI the next morning to confirm timing and they were slightly more helpful. When I called Lowes Outlet to speak with Paul and check on a partial refund for all this runaround and clearly a glitch on THEIR end, a woman answered and said she could help me. This manager gave some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Not only did she try to tell me that I called to reschedule the delivery for Friday (gaslighting much?) even though there is no possible reason for this and made everything more difficult for me (not to mention I never got a hold of anyone on Wednesday as she tried to claim), but she made fun of my last name numerous times saying that a Tiffany "blah blah blah" called. How unprofessional can you get and still have a job? From there she continued to talk over me and when it was clear we were not on the same page she said she'd refund my delivery fee and that would be that. I still haven't seen the refund so I'll keep checking! read more

The first experience could have been better, but this time round, we had excellent service and saved 60% on the new gas dryer. Yes, it had a minor blemish, but it lives in the garage, and well, I don't think the washer will judge it too harshly. All in all, my wife and I are very happy, we got a new dryer for a great price. read more

Beware of the Manager Dennis, I called the store and spoke with him and asked if there location had any 24" wall gas ovens in stock. He told me yes he had 6 in stock. After traveling approx 45 minutes to get to the store on arrival I located the wall ovens In stock in the store with the aid of a store employee. The wall oven units where all electric and none were size 24 inches. When I some to Dennis the store manager he admitted he had provided me with incorrect information. My refrigerator broke down, my friend recommended to check out Lowe's Outlet. I purchased a fridge and unfortunately after it was delivered I found it didn't work as promised. I called the store, Dayna who helped me make my original purchase was amazing and knowledgable, she also cared about my new appliance not working and helped me get a different working fridge. Store has a good selection, everything you need for home improvement projects, but when you need someone to help get something down off the top of the shelves it takes forever, we asked several employees for help and they said they would send someone but no one ever came. We went to the front and they announced over the intercom we needed help but still no one ever came. Walked back up to the front and had an employee follow us over. Could have been out in 15 mins, instead it took over an hour. read more

Staff was great, and checked the dishwasher we bought and found a missing valve, so we were able to get the same model but undented, with the lower price honoured. It is an appliance only outlet, which is the entIre point. Either way, I found it a good place to shop for appliances at a decent price, and will be revisiting if any of our appliances fail in the future. read more

This is the worst experience I have EVER had! An all day nightmare. Promised next day shipping, received a confirmation window to only find out that they weren't coming, after speaking to someone it turns out that they were coming and arrive at 4:30 waited about an hour then tried calling to find out that it did not make it on to the truck and was not on its way!!! WTF!!! I had to speak to a supervisor that magical got our refrigerator on the truck and to make things worst the broke the glass shelf ,shattered at our front door during delivery....I'm loosing my patience. Then they claim that they won't instal our water due to it not being copper? We asked Lowe's the day we bought it if installation was included... we had to pay a fee for this BS!!! I have been needing a range stove. I decided to visit Lowe's outlet in Monrovia and saw a stove I wanted the Frigidaire Model # FGGH3047VF priced at $1,424. At first the discount price seemed like a great deal and would save me money. But after looking at reviews on that stove from the Lowe's website I found it priced at $1,388. Thank goodness I did because it was the same stove brand new for less price then the outlet. When I let another salesperson know this she looked it up and said she would sell it for the Lowe's price and 10% discount on top of that but when I inspected the stove once they pulled it out, it had a big dent and the plug was bent and the third prong was loose. I just looked up on Lowe's website for the same model Frigidaire today and its now $1899. After my experience I have decided not to shop here anymore due to the fact that they are not fully looking out for the consumer. read more
