Service- I've been sitting here for 30 minutes and they just served one of two tables of 5 people in front of me. Only two tables!!! Who knows how long it took for them to get their food. it took them an hour to serve food. An hour! I understand understaffing but I've never been to a pho place with more than three to five workers, and it's literally PHO. It takes about 30 seconds to make! The broth is made well ahead of time, noodles cook instantly, and the meat is raw and cooks in the broth. How the hell does it take an hour for them to serve pho? I've worked in a kitchen with 3 people serving food that is 10x as labor intensive as assembling pho and got it out in 1/6th the time. I'm usually pretty forgiving but this is mind bogglingly slow. read more

Absolutely phenomenal food. The wait staff are so kind, everything I've tried has been better than before. The brisket and beef pho is a must try. My family loves this place and my brother who lived in Vietnam said that this is the most authentic Vietnamese food he has had since being there. Saw ratings and decided to try it. Super busy as they are one of the few places open on Sunday evening in Provo. Manager came out and apologized for the delay. Said they got really busy all at once. He let us know that the food would take a while. Very friendly service and the food was worth the wait. I think it's the best vegetarian Pho I've ever had. It was even beautiful to look at. I had the fried wontons and the seafood pho. My husband had the house pho. We also got an order of the fried rice but were too full to eat it so we took it home in a to go box. Delicious pho. We ordered take out for lunch. The man taking our orders was so nice. He offered suggestions and even a bottle of water while we waited. The portions were huge. In fact next time we could split one. The pho came in two containers; one of the soup and the other of all of the ingredients. Perfect amount of noodles, bean sprouts, jalapeños, meat and onions. Even had chili paste and hoisin sauce packets. They soup containers were perfectly taped up to avoid spilling. The dining room is super outdated but still has plenty of seating. My friend got the tea. She said it was probably the best one she's had. The parking lot is a giant disaster with reconstruction but don't let that stop you. Super authentic and worth it. read more

First off, if the owner offers a suggestion for your boba tea, take it. He knows what he's talking about (a bit of coconut in my chocolate milk tea was FIRE EMOJI). Second, walking in gave a sense for what we were in for - and that sense was *smell*, as in it smelled fragrant and spicy, like I like my pho. The spring rolls were on point and fresh with just the right amount of mint. The pho was delicious - wish I had ordered it with the rare steak on the side so I could have cooked it to my liking (rare) but that was *my* mistake, not theirs. Forgot to take pictures until it was too late! This place is so good, we chose it over two pho restaurants closer to us because they have truly vegetarian options. Not only is the owner vegan, he's also very kind. Another non-food reason we liked this place is that it was very clean and we were the only ones there most of the time. We actually felt comfortable eating in during this time of COVID-19. We did see a lot of take-out being picked up and it's good to know that that's a solid option. Okay, now the food: We had the vegetarian spring rolls with peanut sauce. I enjoyed the tofu and herbs, it was a great spring roll. My husband ordered the rare steak and brisket pho and loved it. He was such a fan of the brisket, he said he'll order just the brisket pho next time. He adored the beef broth. I ordered the vegetarian pho and was really impressed by the deep umami flavor of the broth! It had several layers of flavor and I could tell that a lot of work went into its creation. First time here today! I mean wow, a closer legit authentic pho place to home, I mean, that's always GREAT news! This place was highly referred by family so we had to go and scoop this place out. Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by Tammy, who was super friendly, super personable, and just a delight to deal with today. She was knowledgeable about her pho, and just gave us details where the restaurant originated from (Vegas baby!) where there are tons of authentic Asian food. Was happy to hear about that. The menu also has kids pho for $5.99, in which comes with a juice drink! Can I get an amen?!! I had steak pho with added shrimp, and it was delightful and the broth was tasty and flavorful. We also ordered sides of calamari, veg egg rolls, and dumplings. All were pretty tasty. Other family ordered the rice with lemon grass chicken - OMG that's gonna be my next plate, as I had a taste of it, super flavorful and just juicy! Also had the Thai iced tea - not bad! But this place has earned 5 stars for the lovely atmosphere, clean and inviting, fantastic customer service by Tammy, and food was close to home (California) as it gets! Taste the broth first! That's how you know it's gonna be "Lovely As Pho" as my hubby thought they should call themselves. I tried the B1, Spring Rolls, and fried tofu....and bobas. Some phos I've tried (specifically the broth) have hardly ANY flavor and you HAVE TO eat the meat and add the extra sauces and herbs they give you and you can "adjust"/create the flavor to your preference. I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED that the pho was good on its own and everything else just added to the experience. The service was great and friendly. No pictures available. I was enjoying my meal and posting this review came to me later when I thought to myself...."I should write a review" and I've done so in hopes to keep this business as well as others we find ourselves frequent patrons of around. This was my first time eating the food here (My first time I was only thirsty so I went for the boba), and this will be one of my "go to" places (especially for pho, spring rolls, and fried tofu....and boba) Looking forward to tasting the rest of the menu Oh yeah. Wanted to mention I brought my 3 kids and an infant having a lady lunch with a girlfriend and her daughter and infant AND the kids ate all their food and loved it as well. SO...family friendly too!
