We loved visiting Pho No. 1; the food was great, and the restaurant was clean and very organized. The menu is easy to navigate because they have many combos. We went there with our kids. The plates are very big and come with a lot of food. We got the C and the #30 on the menu, which is the daily Chinese menu. They were delicious and came with a lot of food. We also tried the Pho No. 1 special. If you're visiting Pho No. 1, you must try Pho No. 1; it has a unique spicy flavor, and it comes with a lot of meat. You can also get the Chinese special. We loved the Chicken Sub Gum Chow Mein #C and #30, which is chicken chow mein. Overall, we love eating here, and the staff was very friendly. We'll definitely come back. read more

Was really craving some pho, and stumbled upon this spot. Crossed my fingers and realized this might be the best pho I've had in Utah, thus far. I ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee and the Pho No. 1 Special. The coffee was bittersweet and strong and tasted authentic! I was quite impressed by the broth, it was very clean and wasn't overloaded with a lot of msg flavoring like other pho places ive tried in utah!! It tasted very clean and refreshing and the noodles were intact, nice and chewy! The portion was also pretty good for its price. The staff were very friendly. It seemed like there was only one main waiter, and he was super attentive despite it being a bit busy. I asked if i could get my bean sprouts steamed and he got it done quickly. Additional brownie points for good music (subjective)! Planning to come back again when im craving pho :) read more

I tried the large Pho No.1 Special and the P5 pho (brisket, flank, tendon, and tripe). The portions were very generous. Both tasted good. I prefer a soup base with a stronger taste, though. Overall, this is a great place for Vietnamese food. I liked the variety of options they provided. The only thing is that they don't sell any banh mi sandiwches. I came with a group of 7 people plus a toddler, and they accommodated us well. Food arrived fairly quickly. Good service! read more

I'm not familiar with Utah and I just look at reviews and somehow keeps ending up at this spot. Its my third time here. This place didn't really have a good reputation for me because of the first time we came to this place. It was abour 30mins before closing, but the man at the door said they've already been closed when we came in at the door. The second time we were here was when we actually had the experience at the restaurant. The food was pretty good. However, we noticed they didn't really have a lot of choices for food. They have both Viet and chinese food, but normally at vietnamese restaurants usually have a lot more choices. Now for the food... I know I said they have a pretty small selection of vietnamese food, but it's actually pretty good.. compared to other pho places I've been to in Utah, the taste is actually pretty authentic. Service is a hit or miss, but this particular visit, the server was very attentive. I got seated as soon as I came in at the door and I didn't wait too long for my food. read more

I have been coming here since I was 9 years old. Their Pho has never changed and I've stayed loyal to this place. My family always gets their Brisket Pho and Lemon Chicken. Their Pho bowls are huge and they are generous with the meat. It's one of those family businesses you just can't beat. read more

A bit underwhelming for Vietnamese food. I got a Pho number 2 and they were generous with the meat, but the broth was a bit bland and really cloudy. My husband ordered a Pho number 1 (combination) but they didn't put tripe or tendon in it for some reason, even though it was listed on the menu. The service was good, but I think the food is definitely tailored to an American palate. read more

Ordered some pho and spring rolls to-go. I appreciated how kind the man over the phone was when I placed my order. My order was ready to picked up at the time I scheduled it for. My broth needed to be reheated when I got home (I live 5 minutes away). The meats (I ordered the special) were in a container with all of the toppings. The basil had a some brown leaves on it which I couldn't eat. The meat was reheated as well before putting it in the broth. The noodles did kind of stick together and there were actually some different types of noodles mixed in that I had to pick out as the texture was very strange...almost kind of spiked? The spring rolls were great. Super fresh. Good quality and the peanut dipping sauce was so good! The pho was extremely flavorful and really tasty. I didn't really care for the meatballs as they were rubbery and didn't taste fresh. I think I would definitely be back but not order the meatballs in the pho. read more

This is a go-to for us - we crave it at least every week . Delicious, large portions, fresh ingredients, variety - all yes! The service is perfect - attentive but not overly so. The decor is a little worn and ripped and unimpressive, but clean. This is the place you go for pho when you want the best taste in the area! read more

We've been coming here since it opened. But I think we'll take a break from eating here. The silverware, napkins, condiments and napkins are on a tray on the table. How is this sanitary to have silverware on the table in a holder. I have watched numerous times as customers handle silverware and put it back, ick! Everything needs to be wiped off. The salt & pepper shakers, hoisin and other sauces are caked with sticky germs. This place needs a visit from the health department. The last time we ate there the oil was rancid. If you e ever tasted or smelled rancid oil, you know how gross this is. About the food and service ... The vegetable pho is flavorful but lacking in vegetables and variety of veggies in the soup. The combo dinners are a good value. We really like the food, servers and owners but this place needs a deep cleaning and TAKE THE SILVERWARE OFF THE TABLES. read more

Good food for the best price! The Brisket Pho is excellent, and they include everything you'll need taking it to go! Relatively quick, restaurant looks like it's been the same forever but I just interpret that as the money goes back into keeping the good food inexpensive! read more

How can you go wrong with a good, comforting pho? The portion was LARGE and I wish I would've shared. I also had the bubble tea. Strange combo, but it was satisfying. I would hope for a more spice infused broth, but it's not a dealbreaker. This casual restaurant is a great lunch spot and good at what they do. read more

So the owner recently told me his mother come every day to hand make and roll the egg rolls. (The deep fried ones!) I normally hate all egg rolls in this valley. They are usually slimy and pre frozen and just taste gross. I can't emphasize how uniquely awesome these egg rolls are. If I'm driving by I stop in the and just get these. I will order and order of the egg tolls and an order of the spring roll too and make a meal of that. Their dipping sauces and insanely good! Super addicting. They egg rolls are flavorful and FRESH tasting and crispy. They are a MUST when ordering here. They have lots of shredded carrots which sounds is interesting but trust me they are THE BOMB.COM. Do not pass these up! read more

Pho No. 1 - BOBA DRINKS! - Vietnamese Near Me - Pleasant Grove, Utah

It doesn't matter that the table is a little sticky; yet, they make very good cuisine. I don't know Pho from dough bread I just ordered from the pictures that speak a 1,000 words. You will see the parking lot is usually always full. I've never had an expensive Krumble Cookie for $4; yet, I'll pay 5.00 for their spring rolls w/ Sw n sour sauce! The soup of the day is really something to start off with ... I'm going to look for their Boba Beverage next time & egg rolls. What an adventure to find in "lovely Lindon." A lot to look forward to in Lindon, w/ the temple coming, as I take the, along the mTn road, path past Cedar Hills to get there from Alpine. Then I'll stop by Wendy's, next door, for a strawberry frosty to consume on the way back, afterwards, -- it's a delightful & satisfying outing, even w/ $5/gal petrol ‼ read more

Coming from NYC, more importantly Flushing,Queens I didn't know what to expect from Utah Pho. I came to Pho No.1 Special craving a taste of home, and boy did I get home!! The pho was the No.1 Brisket Pho and it was amazing great broth and meat, though the meat a little fattier than I'd like the noodles slightly over done but overall amazing The Vietnamese spring roll was crunchy and full of goodness and the spicy sauce it came with matched perfectly. The pot stickers were greasy goodness and the sauce accompanied it perfectly not too sweet or too salty. Lastly I got a bubble tea since it's been so long without it. I got a peach bubble tea since it didn't have milk and I can't wait to get another flavor !! delicious. Overall I will be Coming here again for the remainder of my stay! read more

Love Pho No 1! The best ham fried rice, potstickers, and won tons!! The owners are the kindest people as well.

The pho is extremely good. I've tried many varieties and have enjoyed the brisket best. What I do love with all of them is the generous helping of herbs and sprouts that turn the pho into exceptional. Fresh anise is my favorite!! Sometimes I just want a Special Combination for 2 that my husband and I can share. Love the Lemon chicken and sides. The lemongrass soup is delicious! read more

Very friendly, with great food. They make you feel like family. You come in they take you to a table and eating in no time.

The Pho and the spring roll are really authentic and good. As a Chinese, the Chinese dishes tasted like Panda Express so if you want authentic Chinese food, I won't recommend it but I will definitely come/order here again for the Pho and spring rolls read more

I grew up with authentic Vietnamese food and I am so happy I found a pho place that reminds me of home. Their pho is hands down the best you'll find in all of Utah County. The broth is savory and umami, while the meat portion is out of this world. They also have the best egg roll, it is crispy to perfection with the absolute best meat filling. This place is a must try! read more

ate here tonight for the first time & we were super impressed! best pho & boba tea I have had in a long while! I live under 10 minutes away and have passed by many, many times but have not really ever wanted to come until recently when I heard on instagram that they had boba teas and some great pho. we arrived around 6:00 pm for dinner, the place wasn't very crowded and we were seated in a booth right away. both the host & the server were very quick & friendly & the server was able to answer all of our questions. we both ordered the taro bubble teas, shared an order of the crab & cream cheese wontons for an appetizer, i had the beef & brisket pho, & my husband had the house made lo mein with shrimp. everything was delicious! the last great bubble tea I had was at a food cart in portland nearly two years ago, i wanna come back & try the green tea, lychee, & get coconut in my taro as well! the pho was honestly the best i have ever tried, much better than oh mai, which is saying something- it wasn't too spicy & the brisket was cooked to perfection, which was probably the best thing about it. the cream cheese wontons were also delicious & my husband enjoyed his lo mein! the best part was probably the price- all that goodness for $23.50 before the tip! this is our new to-go place for both pho & chinese! if you live in the area, I highly suggest giving it a try! read more

This is our go to Pho! Its not fancy but its filling and authentic. We took the teens, one of whom has never had Pho. The broth is great, not greasy and full flavored. Meats, noodles, herbs and other toppings are generous. We usually get the 4 or 2. I haven't tried the chicken yet but I will! The spring rolls and pot stickers get a thumbs up too. Lots of interesting sauces and everything you need is right at your table including extra soup spoons and chopsticks, a good system. Lastly yes the boba tea is awesome and a nice complement; very creamy and many flavors though mango and lychee are faves here. Side note, a friend had the veggie lo mein and highly recommends that too. read more

TL;DR: This place is the real deal and TOTALLY to-go approved. So if you're a hermit, get your pho to go and enjoy at home! *** Trying to think of anything negative to say about this place but I honestly can't think of anything! I love love love love pho. I can eat pho anytime of day, in any weather, under any condition. I legitimately have eaten pho for breakfast at 5 am (leftover pho, it was soggy/porridgey but idc, yum pho). So I have gone around Utah finding some good pho I can always go to. The biggest bummer has always been that no place is open late. Oh well, I digress. I'd been to Pho No. 1 once for a sit down meal years ago, from what I remember, the experience was fine. But I'm writing based on my most recent return as a to-go customer. Tbh, if you can nail pho TO GO, that's a big accomplishment. There are so many things that can go wrong with pho to-go. They could skimp on the ingredients because they think they can get away with it. They could forget your sauces. They could have used crappy packaging and you spill soup all over the place on your way home. I'm telling you, pho to-go is a gamble. It's a job for proPHOssionals. I placed a phone order on my way home from work. A lot of phone orders are met with impatient cashiers. The guy on the phone sounded attentive and pleasant which was a good first impression. I walk in and didn't have to wait long before they could get to me and give me my order. I ended up adding a Thai Tea Boba with no hassle and really quick service. The cashier was really nice and gave me good recommendations I can use in the future. No spills or accidents on the way home. They didn't skimp on ingredients, I was FULL. Sauces were included. And the packaging for the soup was actually so air tight I actually couldn't open it (mainly cuz I was afraid of spilling in the process of opening by force), so I just cut a hole on top and all was fine in the world. I got the P7 Pho which has steak, brisket, and meatballs and also the Vietnamese spring rolls. I guess I have ONE tiny gripe, which is that they only give you one meatball? But I never really cared about the meatball part of pho so it wasn't too much of a negative for me. The meats were good and in full pieces. Not like some other places with meat that falls apart and is too flaky and muddles your soup. The broth was fantastic and overall just a really enjoyable dish. It was super filling so I ended up having to save my spring rolls for my meal the next day. It kept well and the rice paper didn't harden and I enjoyed the spring rolls the next day as well. They even put a slice of pork into the spring roll in addition to the shrimp, which makes it just that much more authentic. The moral of the story is, you may not have thought Pleasant Grove/Lindon would be a place you'd get pho but bookmark this place and try it for yourself. It's a great little spot! read more
