I wanted some boba and found cafe trang bistro! It wasn't too far away so we came here for some snacks and drinks. I got the thai green tea with crystal boba, banh mi, and the popcorn chicken. The popcorn chicken wasn't great but the banh mi and thai green tea were delish. The thai green tea tasted really fresh and not artificial at all . When you know you need pho, you just gotta go! Good thing it's air conditioned inside so it's nice and comfortable. Got the small pho with thin steak slices - just what the doctor ordered. Anytime I feel under the weather, pho is the best thing to get. This location was clean, and inviting. The staff was friendly and the menu was clearly presented. Their milk tea with pearls is pretty good! And the boba is nice and chewy - good indication that it's freshly made. We will def be back and happy to see they have a location closer to me! If you want something light, I'd come order the vermicelli noodles! I've been here twice, and love the grilled pork vermicelli noodles over the grilled chicken. The grilled pork has a lot more flavor and seasoning than the chicken. Although this place is slightly more expensive, I love how there is never a long wait, and that there are always clean tables to sit at! Their food is so fresh and delicious it's one of my favorite places to come. I usually get their noodle bowl with the chicken and add spring rolls. The pho and bahn mi sandwiches are also really tasty. Everything has great flavor and I love their peanut sauce. The service and fast and efficient and their menu has good variety. read more

Great food, I love that they have AC. Service is ok, it's self order, there's only one guy at the counter. He's a kid trying his best. The cooks are loud having side conversations while you eat. Yummy! We love Vietnamese food especially suckers for a good banh mi! Cafe Trang really shows up. The flavors are bold and delicious. They have everything from pho to banh mi to protein bowls. We opted for a bowl and banh mi. We were going to spilt both but the one bowl was enough for both of us! We saved the banh mi for lunch the next day. They have some yummy drink options as well. I don't love that they have disposable spoons because they're smaller and harder to use, and the sriracha and hoisin sauce come in the same container.
