Came here a few hours ago with my sister in law for a quick polish change with a simple dot "design". Left with a bruise on the inside of my left index finger, smeared dots on 4 fingers, and chopped up cuticles. (Uploaded photos from right when they finished at the salon) The man who I believe is also a co-owner at the salon, gave me the bruise during the hand massage/joint cracking. He showed little to no concern after I mentioned I felt a sharp pain and showed him that my finger was starting to bruise and swell. He asked "oh, does it hurt?", and then said "hmm that's weird", then carried on to do the rest of the manicure. Not a single word of apology. The actually manicure itself was also very sloppy and rushed, he applied three coats and the dot design without letting the coats dry in between, applied topcoat almost immediately after which resulted in smearing. I brought it up to him, to which he replied, "it smeared because it's regular nail polish, not gel." Lisa, who did my sister in laws mani/pedi, came over after and saw the bruise, she seemed much more concerned and gave my a can of soft drink from their refrigerator to "ice" the finger. She also cleaned up a few sloppy polish marks on the side of the nail beds with a brush. My husband was furious after he saw the bruise on my finger, he called to complain to the salon and spoke to Lisa. She offered a full refund and apologized profusely. read more

Got my nails done, and I absolutely love them. The French tip and the shape of them were very nicely executed and these nails are extremely sturdy and I really love them definitely would recommend I've never been here before. and went out on a limb just trying to get an appointment. Their booking is a little bit confusing. However, if you just call, it can be easily arranged. I also had to change my timing by 30 minutes or so about an hour before hand and with no problem they were able to do that. read more

Um, ok where do I begin. Lawd have mercy, this was the worst or one of the worst pedicures EVER! I'm looking at my toes like I could have done this and I probably will after all these miserable pedicures I have had in NorCal. Y'all got to do better, you want us to pay $50-60 on what, y'all painting our toes and cutting a nail. This has to stop. I go in without an appointment which was great I was so excited. Immediately I sit down in what seems to be a comfortable environment. Here's where it all goes bad. The lady turns on the water and says to put my feet, I wait a few extra moments to let it heat but when I tell you the water was ice cold I mean it. Then she gets started never handed me the menu, maybe I should have asked but I've always been offered one so my bad. She literally cuts my toenails washed them with soap and a pumice and then started to paint. What in the whole F? I told the lady and she spoke English that I wear acrylic on my big toe and she has cut it down on one side so much that my mail looks crooked. I told here I want my mail squared. So the other lady comes and does just that toe. I wish I could take a photo but camera isn't working. I'll never come back here again. Ugh! read more

I absolutely LOVE this place! It feels like home. You walk in and they remember you name, the staff are happy and gentle on the nails. Quality work with a family atmosphere. Reasonable pricing. Other places made me feel like I was on an assembly line, but Love Nails makes you feel welcome. My daughter brought me here and now I'm hooked! They introduced me to the nail dip, where I can grow out my natural nails and look so feminine. My daughter gets the full set and today I'm brought my mom in for a pedicure. I want to start by saying the staff here is so nice! The owner is super upfront about pricing and she always checks in. I would recommend if you're ever in a time crunch, call to make an appointment. They can get busy and I've seen walk-ins be impatient about waiting. They have lots of colors to choose from and they're always willing to look at reference pictures. I've gotten some beautiful acrylic sets done here, but other times I've left not liking my nails too much. I like when the nails are thin and edges are crisp, sometimes my nails end up sooo thick. I would say out of the 4 times I've been here, 2 times my nails were gorgeous and 2 times they came out very thick and just looked a little rushed. This is my favorite nail salon, both for gel and acrylic nails. I usually come in for short simple gel nails and they do a very fast, efficient, and clean job. Love how you can book appointment online too. They do an amazing job at acrylic nails as well and are definitely on top of the latest nail trends everyone is looking for. I'm new to the area and was looking forward to trying this place for a pedicure...boy was I disappointed. It's in a pretty new little shopping center and from the outside it looks like it would be a little on the upscale side, but it turned out to be small, and was not as clean and tidy as I expected. I only waited about 5 min on a Sunday, so that was good.. Lots of color choices, but the sample color palates are falling apart. The pedicure chair was nice and I liked how the massage controls were built into the arm. My 2 stars is due to the pedicure itself. First and foremost, the tech cut me, and did not even acknowledge it. She put some sort of powder on my toe to stop the bleeding (something I had never seen before and raises a red flag), and that was the extent of making sure it doesn't get infected. During the pedicure she didn't even touch the very visible callus on my pinky toe, and when everything was complete, there was still paraffin wax on my toes. I had gel polish on my toes, and she did not apply it well. Not worth the $62 dollars I paid, especially because I had to go to the store and buy epsom salt and peroxide to make sure the cut toe does not get infected. Sorry, no love here. Normally I would try a place a second time, but I can't risk being cut again or a possible infection. read more

I was in search for a new nail salon that did quality work in a timely manner and this place did not disappoint. I don't have the patience to be at a nail salon for 2hours. I got a gel manicure and express pedicure and I was out within an hour. I was unhappy at first with my manicure because the color inside the salon looked different once I went outside. When I looked at my nails in the sun the color was uneven and very light. I went back in thinking they were going to be rude but NOT AT ALL. I've been coming here for 9 months and this place is great. I can text or call in my appointment, it's convenient when you don't get a chance to talk on the phone. Lisa is amazing. It's clear that she takes a lot of pride in her salon and the work that they all do there. My nails always look amazing and if there was ever something wrong I know it would be quickly remedied. How this place has so many 5 star reviews I'll NEVER know. My bff & I walked in the other day for manicures. The lady said she could take us both, but that wasn't true.
