Walked in and just knew we were going to love it. It is on the main st in the historic town of Lexington, MA. Server was warm, friendly and food came out fast. Every fish was full of Thai flavors. Chicken and veggies were fresh. The space is mainly tables with at least one booth. Will definitely be back.

Okay this Thai place is LEGIT. It's small and crowded but expertly decorated and the food is top notch. after I had parked and I was looking for this place, I asked somebody on the street and this random guy was like this is the best Thai food you'll ever have.. it did not disappoint. The only reason I ate here at all is because it was near a venue that I was attending but now I will make the trip to come here again. FIVE SOLID STARS

We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 entree. The entree beef was extremely hard, their chicken dish has lots of soft tissue which is bad.

It's a greta place for family and friends to have a good meal. I find their dishes a bit on the fusion side. They are very creative in their blend of flavor and presentation. Every dish is carefully curated to have a balance of flavor (with and without the sauce) plus great texture. Our kids loved the Crazy Roll and Scallion Pancake. I especially enjoyed my Seafood MeeSua. I like the spicy flavor with the seafood. The new Sua was cooked just right -not mushy not hard. I would've loved to try more of the other dishes, but we will have to leave it for another day.

This is one of the best restaurants in Lexington center in my opinion. It is always busy at night so it's helpful to have a reservation. Great to go with friends, coworkers, family, and for any occasion. Their food is great either to eat individually or to share. They have a lot of options for appetizers to share and I really enjoy the chicken satay. For my main I got drunken noodles and my friend got Massaman curry which was great. The Thai tea came with an ice pop this time and it was nice and refreshing on a warm day. It's really cute inside and has nice ambient lighting. Their seating is comfortable and it's not too casual but not too expensive looking. It's a great place for a bite!

My party decided to make an impromptu stop at Love at First Bite on a snowy night after spending all day on the ski slopes. We came around 8pm and were seated immediately. I was impressed with the restaurant's interior, which is well-decorated with what appears to be high-end furniture and impeccably clean. It had perfectly cozy vibes for a winter evening. After looking through the expansive menu, our group decided to order family style with each of us receiving a Thai tea and then splitting the crispy chive cakes, the Massaman curry, bbq pork with sticky rice, salt and pepper haddock with fried seafood, and pad see ew with duck as the protein. Overall, the food came out very quickly and hot and I thought all of the dishes were very tasty and well-presented. The Thai tea came out in a large glass and a Thai tea popsicle on top - perfect for cute pictures and I imagine that the popsicle would be a refreshing treat to take home in the warmer weather. Food-wise, I was a huge fan of the crispy chive cakes which were crunchy and firm on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside - the accompanying sauce was superb. I also was very fond of the curry, although I am a Thai curry fiend so this was not surprising. The chicken thighs were well cooked and the curry itself was well-seasoned without being overpowering. Several of the dishes came with Jasmine berry rice which was a first for me but also very tasty with a slight sweetness. Overall, I had a great experience at Love at First Bite and would love to come back to try out more of the menu in the future!

Hear me out -- sometimes the best Thai food isn't in the heart of Boston, but hidden away in Lexington! This place is an absolute gem. Everything we tried was incredibly flavorful and authentic, clearly made with love and care by an all-Thai team. Their Thai tea is iconic (comes with thai tea-flavored ice cream on top!), but if you're not into that, you can ask for it without -- they're super accommodating. The staff is lovely, the space is cozy, and honestly, it's a must-try if you're in the area. Worth the trip!

"A + B is essentially A if B is much smaller than A." -Das E. Love at First Bite is the 9th stop on our "Eat the Distance!" tour, right in the center of Lexington. I'm personally very excited to visit, having not enjoyed a Thai-themed restaurant in quite a grip! Informal very accessible Thai. Coming away from Love at First Bite and to the review floor several days after I remember the sweet and the spice, and that the satay and curry could be repeated: let's be honest and admit that the pad thai was a bit weak (the most representative and well-known-to-americans dish on your menu should really make an impact; I ordered the pad thai on principle simply to view your inner core, and though really very flavorful this dish ought to be...more), and the fresh spring rolls were possibly a bit simplistic (really ought to be more than just lettuce and cabbage in those, am i right? I'd give the bee's knees for superb fresh rolls at quantity.). Ambience very local, fast-casual level formality and prompt table service with minimal interaction. I gave 4/5 only because there's not currently any competition. I reserve the right to modify this rating as new data presents. Check!

Had a really good time here! Snow was getting pretty bad and cold outside, but Love at First Bite was so warm and cozy. They seated our 4-person group in this dim lit corner by the window. It felt very private which was nice. I really liked all the decor too! Food-wise we got these dishes (*=favorites): -*Thai-iced tea - def picture worthy for insta. Solid Thai tea and love the popsicle they use to give u more than the good amount they already serve you. GOOD PRICE -*crispy chive cakes-I'm biased because I love chive caves. I wish there were a little more but this was really good and loved the sauce that came with -duck pad see ew-I liked the noodles a lot. Was not big on the duck but still a good dish -massaman curry-I wish more rice came with this curry because the sauce/soup is so good. The chicken thighs were a good texture -haddock black pepper-this was good but nothing original tasting about the dish. It tasted more like a Chinese dish too. Still nice and crispy -*bbq pork with sticky rice - I really liked the cut they gave us and the sauce was sooo good. I was flooding my pork with that sauce. Really good combo with the sticky rice too

I would recommend this place for its atmosphere. You will need to find street parking when you dine in here. The restaurant decorated with warm lighting, cozy indoor seating. The waitresses are super friendly, they will make sure that you have a pleasant time while eating there. the food however is just okay. I ordered a salmon curry, a pineapple fried rice and thai tea. In my opinions, the dishes are a little bit salty and the curry doesn't have that creamy taste that I usually experience with salmon thai curry

We came here at the later half of the afternoon so it was pretty empty at the restaurant. I've been here one other time during dinner time and it got really crowded fast. I first discovered this place because they serve Khao Soi which is rare to come by and this one is different since it comes with salmon. I like it and think its pretty filling and just has a hint of spice. The dishes are great size portion and they have quite an extensive menu.

Our trip to the Town Meeting Bistro was kind of an accident! It was more upscale than we planned…read morewhen we decided to get some grub before the Lafayette in America event - but it was a nice accident. The restaurant is in an inn and just being in the building is a pleasure. We went in the front door and asked where the restaurant was and had the pleasure of being lead to the back of the building through colorful rooms with vintage inspired wall paper. The green cameos on the front halls wallpaper were fuzzy!! The bathrooms were also a freaking delight. Great wall paper everywhere. The dining room was very beautiful with high back chairs and a fire place. They also offered dining on the porch which was really beautiful too - the inn is not secluded by any means, but there wasn't an overbearing amount of traffic, so the porch would probably be lovely. We ate inside though. My husband tried to go light and healthy with claim chowder and the seasonal vegetable. He also got an espresso. I just went ahead and got the burger with the salad. The burger came with homemade pickles which were pretty tasty. The salad had green tomatoes which were very interesting. All around I had a great meal. They also have an excellent selection of cocktails. I had a hard time choosing. but I ended up with the Rose Gold which featured some awesome rose gin. I love anything that tastes floral and this made me super happy. Also, plus points for the paper straw! Our waitress was also excellent and had a really warm persona. AND they were playing all my late 60's early 70's jams. I had a super pleasant time even if we didn't get the breakfast we were hoping for. The restaurant is walking distance from the historical sites downtown and great for a special experience or treat. Would love to see the rest of the inn some day.

I hate to write a bad review and almost never do, but our experience at this Mother's Day brunch…read morewas so disappointing on a day that is very significant for many people, I felt it was important to provide honest feedback. Town Meeting Bistro is a beautiful space in lovely historic Lexington. This brunch had three seatings. We arrived a few minutes early for the second seating (at 12) to a long line and a 20 minute wait to be seated. Our table was lovely. The brunch included a buffet appetizer/dessert component and a plated entrée from their menu. The buffet portion was extremely disappointing, they advertised a decadent spread, including oysters, etc., but it was a very modest assortment of things (no oysters, a bowl of cocktail shrimp that was empty most of the time). I waited 10 minutes for them to refill empty bagel baskets (and asked a server) before giving up. The desserts were not impressive, fruit bowl was smaller than what I serve at family gatherings. But most notably, there was a constant very long line at the buffet and most items were continuously empty (even buffet plates were unavailable twice). There was no children's menu despite it obviously being an event that catered to families with children. There was an advertised bouquet activity for children, but by the second seating, the flowers were very picked over and the bouquet apparently only allowed for "three stems". Brunch did come with a mimosa, which was nice, but service was very slow (no fault of the server, just the chaotic and presumably understaffed set up). There were issues with two of the dishes that we ordered (one was the wrong omelette, another was the wrong dish altogether). None of this would have been bad review worthy, except that the price per person was $130! For that I expected much better quality, variety, set up and overall experience. They did acknowledge the mistakes with the entrées and comped a cocktail so I appreciated that, but definitely will not return (and am embarrassed that I was the one who picked this option for this special family event as no one left feeling good about it).
