I stopped by earlier today to pick up a special order, but it hadn't arrived yet. I was chatting with my regular CA Khaled as well as Kelly and realized that I never wrote a review for one of my favorite stores!! This LV is on the smaller size, especially compared to the Megaplexes located at Crystals and Caesars (both in Las Vegas). But what this location lacks in size, it more than makes up in service and brand knowledge. Every associate is always professional and friendly. I've mostly worked with Khaled, and he's always up to date with the latest brand knowledge and news. I often chat with Kelly, and she's a lovely lady. In short, I recommend this location to everyone I know, without a single reservation. For the most part, my wonderful CA Khaled is able to order items that are not readily available in the store. However, once in awhile, I order items thru my friends' CAs for the very limited hard-to-find items. All I can say is that I enjoy coming to this location. They don't carry all the stuff you see online HOWEVER, it can be ordered or put you on a waiting list. The folks here are very hospitable and as well respectful. They will not make feel uncomfortable, and will answer any questions. After a long weekend came to de-stress, and picked up some items. My favorite LV store in the Metroplex. They obviously don't have as much in the store as the North Park or Galleria Boutiques. But they can get me just about anything available. The service here is also much more personable. The Sales Associates are more attentive and willing to help. Even when they're busy someone will stop to say, "I'll be with you soon" rather than ignoring me like the LV boutiques. read more

Buyer beware. I flew in from out of town and ordered sunglasses from Brittney while visiting the store. She assured me the glasses would arrive in 2 days. She didn't give me a receipt for the purchase at time of purchase either. A week later no glasses. I called and she apologize and said she would process a return last Friday. The following Monday no sign of return. I called again and was told she forgot on Friday and did it on Sunday. Days later Still no return and I'm out of state. Buyer beware. I've shopped at several Louis Vuitton locations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area over the years, but this one has been my favorite so far. It's on the smaller side, since it's located within Neiman Marcus, but the atmosphere is friendly and the service is top notch. Marla Manuel was super helpful and very friendly on my last shopping trip. I had an exchange to make and was on the fence about which bag I wanted to take home. She took out several pieces for me to look at and try on and even put me on the waitlist for an Adele Wallet (which ended up taking only a few days, not weeks like I'd been told). They called about the wallet arriving and even offered to ship it to me since I couldn't make it to the store within 24 hours. Its not the best but will do because its the closest. They were so busy when i walked in, i had to walk out so I can get something to eat first. I came here today to exchange my Louis Vuitton Neverfull GM Monogram for a Damier Ebene GM. I came in about 1230 PM, no wait at all and got taken care of right away. Just for the record, I got my Louis Vuitton Neverfull GM Monogram at the stand alone Louis Vuitton at North Park the day prior. I decided I wanted the other design and per the sales associate who took care of my even exchange, that it will be final sale. I wish I could give this dump ZERO stars. I walked in to make a PURCHASE, was greeted by a male sales agent..who was behind the counter pushing bags around. There were two other female sales agent, one was giving a customer some water and small talking while the other was walking in and out of the inventory room. I waited patiently to be acknowledged (roughly 15 minutes) and as I waited a loud-mouth women walked in asking if her bag was ready, to which the male responded someone would have to check. FINALLY a sales agent "freed" up and went on to help the lady who just walked in and happened to be standing a foot away from me. Was I invisible for the 15 minutes that I waited? Was I not loud enough while I walked in? What the hell? I will never return to this location to make a purchase and I will never refer anyone to it either. Sales agents are not interested in helping you. Period. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Needless to say, I walked out and spotted a super cute Burberry bag around the corner and bought that instead. A young man named Eric assisted us but was very rude in his responses and did not give good customer service. My expectations for a good experience were not met and I will most likely not return to this location in the future. I went to this LV store to get a new purse for my birthday. I was with my husband and daughter. We were not dressed up and looked out of place to say the least. We were greeted by Khaled. He was very attentive, friendly and extremely helpful. I was worried about this location because of reviews but our experience was wonderful. I have never had a bad experience at a LV store but Khaled went above and beyond for us. This store has an excellent selection with up-to-the minute new items in stock. I went in to return a purse since me wife decided against it. Salesperson said that he could only exchange it since it was ONE day past their return policy. I mentioned that they could make an a exemption and his answer was "I make that decision." Ultimately, they accepted the return, though it was one day late. I called ahead to ask if I could bring in my Speedy 30 to get hot stamped. I was told over the phone that I could and it could be same day service. I show up and say I wanted to have my purse hot stamped and they (about five associates standing around doing nothing) said they don't hot stamp purses at this location. THEN he asked what size my purse was and then said they only hot stamp the 35 and the neverfull, even though he just said that they don't hot stamp purses. I bought a $4500 Horizon Luggage pink colored here. Then I bought a $1000 cross body at flagship store in Paris. The pink Epi leather and shiny leather both wear badly. BE AWARE. If you buy a light colored leathered goods and you so much as to get hand oil or bluish color from jeans, or just living life at all, you are "shit out of luck." For this reason, I brought my Horizon 55 bag unused to return. Kelly, the store manager, was timid, unsure, and completely unable to help. I was on the phone with LV main store and she said she will take over. She kept just repeating the policy like a recorded line and was absolutely incompetent and told me there is nothing LV or NM can do. Why does anyone buy luxury items? So you don't have to deal with the riff raff and also get good customer service, not to I can look at some shaking leaf who cannot do anything and cite out policy. Keep your money and go to another store if you must have LV or go to Europe where you can buy everything for 25-30% cheaper. Or better yet, go to another store where your money is good and they stand by their item. Will never buy LV again, esp. shop in this place with someone like Kelly as the manager. I went into the Louis Vuitton store located in Northpark to have the leather tab replaced on the zipper of my bag. They were unable to help me due to computer issues for the repair center and they referred me to the Louis Vuitton store located in Neiman Marcus. I went over there and was helped by a gentleman named Cody Mowat. He was so kind and helpful. He apologized for the inconvenience and got the bag repaired right away. I will definitely be back to that store for future purchases. He should really be commended on his customer service. It is employees like this that keep customers coming back! read more

Horrible - Stay Away! Came here to exchange a broken Crochette that I received as a gift. The item was received very dry and as soon as I put the key on it, it cracked. Had the receipt (less than 30 days) and only needed an exchange. It was as if I was asking Louis Vuitton for a $10k bag. My God. It's a $60 piece. After a lengthy exchange with the rep, the buyer of the gift and the LV customer service dept, I was told they need to send it back to the original store. The buyer of the gift spoke with her SA at the store of purchase and of course they will exchange it at no charge. Incredible how THIS store is unwilling to provide the level of service offered at other LV stores. Not to mention the attitude of the associate there (Louie) was extremely rude and condescending. And it wasn't as if she treated me badly because of a lack of spend at LV (because she didn't even look up my account) so apparently she treats all customers crap, whether you spend $1 or $10K you are treated like dirt. Would recommend ANY other LV store over this. Agree with the other reviews. You get better service at McDonald's. These hoity-toity SAs make a bad name for LV. SAD. Stay away at all costs!
