If they dislike interacting with customers, they shouldn't be in customer-facing roles. The condition of the restaurant doesn't help either. The dining area is often dirty, and the salsa bar is poorly maintained--salsas are spilled into each other and not cleaned up. The bathrooms are filthy, smell terrible, and are frequently missing essentials like paper towels and toilet seat liners.
