I LOVE LOS!!!! I have been going to "Los" for as long as I can remember and it just keeps getting better and better. I have spent hundreds of dollars here over the years and it has been worth every penny. My friends and I enjoyed Taco Tuesday here every week in high school. I have since moved away to college, but Los is my first stop every time I make it back to Bend. The only thing to keep in mind is that they are closed every Sunday. LONG LIVE LOS!!! read more

We tried this restaurant last night on the recommendation of a casher at bi-mart. We were pleasantly surprised. We came from San Diego that has AUTHENTIC Mex food. We have missed it. Before we went in I read up on the restaurant and it was a feel good story. We went in and ordered, the owner/chef brought us our dinner on the patio and it was good! I ordered the taco combo and my husband got the enchilada combo. The rice could have been more flavorful. The shredded beef was great!! We will definitely be going back to this place. Best tacos in Bend. Los Jalapenos taqueria has been my favorite for over 15 years. I have never ordered something that I didn't like.

I love this place!! Only reasonable place in Bend that has really good burritos and tacos. Make sure to just get the regular versions of the burritos to start out with. The seating is limited when they are busy and gets kind of smokey where your clothes might smell like mouth-watering carne asada when they are really getting those orders out. read more

Went to the new downtown location. The worst experience I've had in the four years I've lived in bend. They had one person working the entire restaurant on a Friday night (first Friday nonetheless). It took 20 minutes just to stand in line and order at the counter and another hour.. No joke.. An hour to get our food. As you know this is fast-food-esque non-gourmet style dining. There is NO reason why it should take an hour to make a quesadilla. The restaurant wasn't even full, I'm not sure why every single table waited an hour to get the food. When we got it, it was cold and bland. If we didn't pay up front, I would have left without eating to go next door and get an oven fired pizza. Needless to say I will never go back. read more

Not impressed. The girl at the counter was not friendly. I was excited to try a new place for me. I got home with my two chicken tacos beans and rice and was really disappointed. Beans were not cream. tasted canned. the rice was boring and not flavorful. The chicken was off and had a strange taste. I am Hispanic and I grew up eating great Mexican food. The best El Pastor plate/burrito in town. I go there as much as possible. The indoor seating can be a little cramped but, it is well worth it. They also outdoor seating for those beautiful central Oregon afternoons. read more

Found this wonderful little Mexican food place on my way to Costco this morning and was delighted to discover that they are open for breakfast! Their menu is surprisingly extensive and I settled on a delicious vegetarian breakfast burrito. Great way to start the day! read more

We had the Al Pastor, the #8 chicken enchilada with mole, and the Gordo burrito. Amazing!!! Fresh, flavorful, perfectly spiced. Spacious outdoor seating with sun and shade options. Would love to continue to support this local business but they cant get the simplest things right over and over again. Though it sounds petty, they have repeatedly messed up my order on a simple burrito off the menu with one thing added on. NOT A LANGUAGE BARRIER EITHER. They dont care what comes out of the kitchen once its paid for. After messing it up 4 times already i tried them again and sure enough they did the exact same thing., It almost feels like they are messing with me but really they messed them selves up cuz i now will never spend another dollar there. read more

They now also have a downtown restaurant...much bigger and fancier. I had the happy hour steak fajita nachos and margarita for under $10 total, and both were delicious. My husband got a bean burrito and was delighted with it. It's a nice addition to the downtown area, plus their sweet, cozy restaurant is still serving lots of happy customers on the east side. read more

Great food! Lovely people. I just wish I would have known that when I tip them, the tips are shared between EVERYONE not just between the people up front. What about the people in the back? They work and deserve some money too! There arent that many people working at one time, 4-5 max. Why cant they be shared?! Seems stingy to me. I wont be tipping anymore that's for sure! read more

I have to say that after years of good food, I am very let down. I have not been to your restaurant for a while and was surprised to see all of the sprucing up. I did not recognize anyone working there, after years of mostly the same people. I ordered one of my regulars, El Gordo Enchilada style. $11.50, with a $1.00 cash tip. It was not right, It kinda tasted bland, I wonder if you have started watering down the sauce, and your cheese selection on the top has also changed. Also there were no jalapenos in it. I am not sure what else might have changed or not been put in it. When I complained, about just the jalapenos, I was given a bowl of them. If I wanted cold do it yourself style food, I would not have come to your restaurant. When I was just slightly offended by the offer, the lady said "we will do better next time" No, No you will not. I will just go to Baja Fresh, or Rigaburtos. Your customer service is not what I expect. I spent 11 years being sure patrons were happy and satisfied when I worked in the grocery industry, you only get one chance, and you blew it. I really hope you are under new ownership, because after years and multiple locations, I would think your standards would be better. Your food is not what it use to be. read more
