Wasn't mad at all that I chose this cart. Staff was nice and inviting and made me feel like a priority. Everything was paid perfect. Display and ambiance was good. I ordered the fish tacos which were delicious. We're cooked a little hard and had a little more coating then desired, but everything else was delicious and came together perfectly. My friend ordered the Carne Asada tacos and they looked delicious as well. The entire cart pod experience was great and this is a must visit location when in Sister's, OR. Went to The Barn in Sisters and proceeded to Chulitas for some Mexican food. Not many options for my wife who is a vegetarian. She had some side dishes of Grilled veggies, Rice and black beans, and Street corn with some sort of cheesy, mayonnaisey sauce. I had a Chicken burrito with rice and beans. Added the Guacamole ( which I did not receive). That add-on was for an additional $5. After almost finishing the burrito I went back to get my money back for the Guacamole. Was asked if I wanted chips and guacamole instead I said no. I was given a full refund for the whole burrito which was very surprising. In general, the burrito is a good size but too salty for my liking. Good customer service but not enough options for us to give them another try. read more

Food tasted great and the servings are huge. We tried the Carne Asada and Pollo Asada. Unfortunately the guy on the line making everything is barehanded and uses his t-shirt to wipe his hands off in between making orders. Also saw him clean off the line with his barehands. Pretty gross, I've seen worse, but this is still not acceptable. I'd highly recommend a cleaning station be installed and used so customers can see the improvements made. Signature burritos and quesadillas were ok but the tacos and chips/queso/guacamole were very mid. Portions were plentiful and service was great. Just not well seasoned or up to par with food trucks were used to. The locations fantastic but we'll grab pizza or bbq next time. read more

The food was amazing we got tacos and burritos and it was great. They gave us horchata that was good but they came up later and said it was a little watered down and said we can have some more fresh ones but we said it was all fine because it was good. 5 minutes later they brought us more that was greasy any ways for free. My wife and I got Carne Asada burritos. The meat was too grisly to eat in both of our burritos and we've been there five times. These were the worst burritos we've ever had and we never plan to go back. it is rare for me not to finish a meal because I come from a large family and we always cleaned our plate. AWESOME FLAVOR! Bad reviews are WRONG. This is an awesome food truck. We had a great time ordering round after round of tacos. The meat is tender and juicy. The fish tacos were out of this world. The flavor is really great. Anyone saying this is too salty is more than likely used to relatively bland food. We're from California, and have not only eaten at many Mexican restaurants, but we also eat our family's home cooked Mexican food. This is pure flavor. Even the corn tortillas are awesome. Everyone working there was so friendly and kind. The agua frescas were refreshing and so enjoyable. If you're in Sisters, and in need of great tacos, I would head here. You won't be disappointed. If you Like salt and waiting for your food this is the place for you! Everyone in my party went to the pizza place and got/finished their food before I even got mine. The burrito "bowl" is the size a of a side. Literally served in a to go container for a side. Once I got it the only flavor is salt. Which is a no go for me. For the taste and price I'd pass any day of the week. Don't waste your time. read more
