We told them we wanted 2 of the #4's (BLT and tomato soup) and a large cheddar/broccoli soup. We were surprised when we got home that there were only 2 sandwiches (pretty small) and the large soup. We paid $46 for this??? Anyway when we looked harder there were no small tomato soups in our bag. I knew I saw this special and that's exactly how it was ordered - 2 of the #4's and a large soup. So I went back and I took a picture of the "special." I went in and talked to the manager. He said there are no specials! I showed him the picture from the drive through ordering board. He told me these were just "suggestions!" I told him when I saw a picture there with soup and sandwich, that's what I expected. If the employee at the drive through knew what a #4 was, he should have known we wanted soup. This manager was just so rude and told me to look at the board in the store and there were no #4s. But I showed him the picture again. This is totally FALSE ADVERTISING! I tried to reach the "corporate office" and it's been 2 days and no return call from corporate.
