Sunset Cove a Kids Cheese Pizza and NEW Muskie Burger
    Erika A.

The food was good my toddler liked the pizza it looked simple enough. the sunset cove burger was our favorite of the two and the muskie burger was okay but not good enough to order it again The service was our only issue there seemed to be plenty of staff and for a Sunday evening it wasn't that busy but I visibly saw our waiter kept passing us or going around the other side. we were ready to order and was looking his direction to get his attention he was nice to us just not attentive

This restaurant is perfect for all those who want to enjoy American bar food, a strong mix drink, or a cold beer. It's a great place to enjoy watching your favorite sport on one of their many televisions, that are strategically placed everywhere for your viewing pleasure. They even have off track betting. We started with an appetizer, the buffalo chicken eggrolls, then 2 burgers for our meal which came with fries. The food was average. The burgers could've been seasoned a little bit more and the fries were over salted. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere. If you're a sports fanatic, this is the place for you.

We stoped in on Valentine's Day for dinner. Suprise! No waiting... Had a decent size crowd there with a lot of constant chatter but we had no problem with it. I ordered the Wednesday special...the $5.00 build your own Burger with Chips or Fries (I opted to upcharge to tator tots) It was hot and jucy with crispy tator tots. My friend had the Smoked BBQ Brisket Bowl... We love coming here and look forward to our next visit!

Met my girlfriend after work for a yummy drink and dinner for the first time and everything was so yummy. We both ordered the frozen margarita with lime and shared their loaded pretzel with cheese and mustard dipping sauce. I had the smokehouse burger with sourdough bread, apple wood bacon, Gouda cheese, garlic aioli and grilled onions with this fried onion string. And I ended the night with Coors light on draft and it was so good! Everything was good. Typical bar atmosphere with some slot machines and service was decent. I would most definitely go again for their other food.

I absolutely love this place. I work right near it and I must say the food and service here are top notch. They have a very balanced menu and I would say 90% of everything on it is delicious. The staff here are extremely friendly which adds another dimension to coming here. On this visit my husband and I split a couple apps. The buffalo shrimp and the cheese curds. They were out of this world. You should definitely treat yourself and stop by.

Good food. Friendly service. A little loud at times. But a good place to gather with friends for drinks and good food. Casual.

We…read morewere greeted right away, seated quickly, and handed menus along with the day's specials. The menu is surprisingly broad, with plenty of appealing options. Our server--who was also tending bar--took our drink orders. Soft drinks arrived promptly, and we asked for a few extra minutes to look things over. I considered a burger, but at $25 it felt a bit steep, so we went with a mix of other dishes: Cedar Plank Salmon with Basil Soup, a Keto Cobb Salad with dressing on the side, The Park Reuben with fries, and a Blackened Chicken Panini with fries. Impressively, everything came out in about ten minutes. The Reuben and the Panini were both solid choices, though the fries were only room temperature. The salmon had great flavor, though the rice could have been a bit more cohesive. The Cobb salad hit the mark--fresh, satisfying, and easy to customize with the dressing on the side. Our server checked in regularly and kept our drinks refilled. The crowd was a mix of regulars, retirees, and casual diners, and we found ourselves eyeing other entrées as they passed by. The restaurant also has a great patio that will be perfect once the weather warms up, plus a well‑appointed bar area with plenty of TVs. Winter Olympics highlights were playing during our visit, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. We took a look at the dessert menu, but nothing really grabbed us this time. Even so, we all agreed we'd come back to try more of the menu--there's definitely potential here.

I visited on a Saturday for lunch and had no problem getting a table. The menu had a variety of appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches, and mains. I loved how large of a beer and drink menu they had as well as the fact that their patio is dog friendly! I got the Nana's Meatball Sandwich and loved the flavors! They put the red sauce on the side to add your preferred amount. Any entree to split does add a $1.50 gratuity. Others in our group got The Girl's Signature Truffle Shuffle Burger and The Philly. The flavors were great, sandwich portions were large, but fries could have been crispier. Our server Souzie was incredibly kind, full of energy, and did a great job checking in on us. The items vary in price where some are value driven and some seem to be a premium. Overall, thoroughly impressed by my visit and the food quality. Our party of three stopped in for Sunday lunch and got seated right away, a very lucky occurance it would seem. The staff, especially our server, were all very helpful and made the experience what it was. My 9-year old had a few too many questions about the existence of peppers on the menu so our server suggested an off-menu breakfast plate of bacon and eggs. It turned out to be very well made - creamy not overdone eggs, thick/crispy/sweet bacon and thick bread. It was better than the burger, which is saying something as the burger here is as good as you'll find at any place. The standout for us was the hash with duck heart gravy. With an egg on top, the gravy was flavorful and definitely unique.

Today we ordered a maple bacon milkshake, peanut butter milkshake, 1/4 pound grilled cheese burger on toast, 1/2 pound New Orleans burger and a shareable basket of parmesan truffle fries. Let's start with the positives, the shakes were well made and not overwhelmingly sweet and we liked that a lot. My husband's 1/2 pound burger seemed a little small and my grilled cheese burger said it would be on Texas toast but it seemed like it was sourdough bread and not really thick cut like Texas toast should be. I was looking forward to eating here because the pictures of the fries online looked long and thick cut, the basket of fries we got didn't look like that at all and lacked Parmesan cheese. The negative experience was the fact the water tasted weird. I took one sip and tasted a weird chemical taste but my husband and I didn't complain, we just paid and left. I don't know if it was the water or the cup but it definitely had a weird taste. Overall, the experience was ok. I think we had higher expectations seeing all the pictures online. The name of the place threw us both off because we thought it was a Latino owned burger joint with a Mexican twist but that wasn't the case at all.
