I recently stopped over here during labor day to see what this place had to offer. The staff here was very friendly and I love their BLTA sandwich. There was hardly anyone in here but the service was a bit long and it was a bit pricey. Even though there was nobody in there , it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Restrooms were fairly clean too. Overall, I was pretty content with my visit here. read more

I haven't eaten at a P-Bread in so long and my friend and I decided to go to the one in Frankfort, IL. We went to the drive through snd saw some specials. We told them we wanted 2 of the #4's (BLT and tomato soup) and a large cheddar/broccoli soup. We were surprised when we got home that there were only 2 sandwiches (pretty small) and the large soup. We paid $46 for this??? Anyway when we looked harder there were no small tomato soups in our bag. I knew I saw this special and that's exactly how it was ordered - 2 of the #4's and a large soup. So I went back and I took a picture of the "special." I went in and talked to the manager. He said there are no specials! I showed him the picture from the drive through ordering board. He told me these were just "suggestions!" I told him when I saw a picture there with soup and sandwich, that's what I expected. If the employee at the drive through knew what a #4 was, he should have known we wanted soup. This manager was just so rude and told me to look at the board in the store and there were no #4s. But I showed him the picture again. This is totally FALSE ADVERTISING! I tried to reach the "corporate office" and it's been 2 days and no return call from corporate. These places better get thecustomer service skills in order. We will never return to ANY Panera Bread ever! read more

The set up is the same has most locations so I have no complaints that way. My salad was good portion size on the other hand the soup my Mother received was nothing but broth and few noodles. The staff needs to look at what they serve the customers read more

Please update hours of operation. Arrived at 8:20pm on 7/16/26. Doors locked. Doors/google/yelp all say 9pm.

Been a long standing customer of this location in Frankfort. Yummy food. As others have stated the manager appears to be trying his best but long lines and non-attentive staff is normal. Tables and floors are usually clean and overall taken care of. BTW, If in the drive thru, and staff walk away it is sound proof, so they can't hear honks or yelling from the drive thru for assistance. Best bet is to call them. :-) read more

What a tasty dinner! I wanted something light so we stopped at this location. I ordered the 1/2 goddess salad and 1/2 grilled chicken BLT. The salad was good except for having too much dressing. Regardless, I liked it. The sandwich was also good. What I liked best was the service. The cashier was friendly and greeted us with a smile. The food preparers were also friendly. We dined in and enjoyed quiet and relaxing music. I like this location and will be back. read more

My wife and I wanted a quick lunch today but we weren't starving so we decided we would go get something at Panera. She got a half of tuna fish sandwich and just have a glass of water with it. I had a cinnamon bagel with a cup of coffee, everything was good, but the restaurant was not clean. Could've used the good cleaning. My wife had to wipe off her seat before we sat down And when I went to get my coffee, the whole coffee thing was cluttered and wet and not wiped up otherwise I would've given it. The extra star people were friendly. The food was good but they only give you one napkin on your tray. I had to go get tons of napkins so I could wipe up the table when we were done. I don't like to leave a mess. read more

unbelievably long wait. ridiculous. I don't know why I ever return. I service always bad wherever you are.

Coffee was cold this morning at 7:30 AM. It then ran dry. They put out what was left from yesterday not even making fresh coffee in the morning. Unbelievable. read more

Horrible, I just spent$400 for a catering order. Only Turkey and Chicken. No ham, no roast beef. Never again

Best food and service I have had here in a long time!!! Was in the drive thru for less than 10 minutes and my soup had tons of big broccoli pieces! Very pleasantly surprised since service has been rough here since Covid. They also asked for my rewards number! read more

The noodles were not cooked and they gave us the wrong thing except for a chicken sandwich. It was a steak sandwich.

Lisann at the New Lenox Panera is wonderful & is always super helpful & professional! She is the hardest working person at this Panera :) Conversely, Monique & a few other employees seem to have very unfriendly vibes; Idk why they seem so miserable, but regardless the coffee is usually decent there. read more

For one. That steak sandwich was nasty as heck barely any meat. THE SOUP LOOK LIKE THROW UPPPP and was warm. Then all sandwiches are supposed to come with chips had to ask twice for chips. Then the tables were nasty the lady had an attitude when asked to clean the table then they use THE SAME EXACT RAG FOR EVERY TABLE TO CLEAN EACH ONE. DO NOT GO OVERPRICED AND LOW QUALITY read more

Friendly people and quick service. Their bread is the best around and so are their soups and sandwich's

Total shrinkflation!!! You Pick 2 sizes have decreased dramatically. Even the bag of chips. Only thing that hasn't shrunk is the size of the drink cup and the price. read more

Came here on a Thursday night at 5:30 pm. Placed our order and tried to sit down and all the available tales were dirty. We asked the cashier to clean our table and she said in a moment. In that time she took another order and ran an order out for curbside pickup. Then she finally cleaned our table. All the available tables are dirty in here and they are supposed to be sanitizing them in between visits. The employee calling out the orders is screaming way too loud when an order is ready! The food was good and we got everything we ordered. read more

Probably the most poorly managed restaurant I've ever been in. They're out of something every time I go in. A few times they were out of coffee. Yes, coffee. Drive through is about a half hour wait- no exaggeration. Just chronically awful. Avoid this one and go to Matteson or Tinley. read more

UUUUGHHHHH!!! WORST PANERA!! I deliver for doordash and they constantly forget utensils and napkins. He had one customer order, a margarita pizza, and they burned it three times before they got it right. They need to figure out that if they are that shorthanded, they need to turn off their gig tablets and catch up!!! read more

Drive through took forever!! I paid and received some of my order then, after waiting like 10 mins, I still had to wait for them to finish the rest of the order. Second time here, in drive through now for going on 15 mins. I do not recommend this place. It makes no sense why they are so slow!! read more

The slowest service I have ever experienced and the food prep is sloppy at best. Today I am waiting 20 minutes for 2 bowls of soup, the place is empty, it's just crazy. While the employees walk slower than zombies. I go to Panera all over the suburbs and this one is just poorly managed read more

Service wasn't awful...I went through the drive thru, I will say the chick at the window wasn't "overly" nice.....she was definitely ready to clock out...I ordered the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad....they forgot the pecans which kinda brings the whole salad together, but whatever...they also left quite a bit of outer onion skin in the salad which isn't edible....I probably won't go back here. read more

While I have enjoyed sandwiches in the past, they've just become too expensive to eat there. My favorite was the tuna sandwich. It used to have been made with a specialty bread. Now it's made with a soft white bread and half the tuna it used to. Between my husband's sandwich, my tuna, 2 med drinks, and 2 bags of 3 ounce potato chips, it was $28.00. Too rich for us now! read more

This location is ALWAYS so slow! You wait at least 20 minutes in line. They run out of bread bowls before dinner service along with half of their other menu items. Poor service. Poor food quality. Place clearly needs new management read more

i think yall need to figure out the drive thru. sat in line before even ordering for 15 minutes. that's insanity. and no way out of the drive through so don't pull in unless you have like a half hour to sit in it! read more

This location has made me wait more than 20 minutes for food that was ordered at least 30 minutes in advance twice. The kitchen is dirty and unorganized. I'll pick a different location. read more

I usually go here through drive through for dinner, the food is warm always and we rarely have any issues with our order... BUT the wait time for food is INSANE. I've waited for food at the drive through for literally over 20min every time. It's like they don't even care. I would rather them let me know that the wait time will be long at the drive through the be subject to staying for 20-30min for a meal. read more

Took them 20 minutes to come to the window and get my card and then brought me my food never asked me what I wanted for a side finally, I get the bag and I say "I'd like a baguette for my side" she hands me a piece of bread through the window no paper, no bag hands me a piece of bread through the window. Then on top of that, I was so taken aback by her giving me a piece of bread with her hands through a window at 6 o'clock at night... That I didn't realize that she forgot to give me my overpriced soft drink. read more

Ordered a salad with extra lettuce. It came with far less lettuce than normal. It's so empty you can see the bottom of the container and I haven't even taken one bite. Definitely not an $8 salad. Updated 8/31/20: Honestly every time I come here I regret it. Did a rapid pick up. After waiting 20 minutes I called and was told it would be right out. 10 minutes later I go inside and it's sitting on the shelf. Nobody was bringing it out and my food is cold from a 30 minute wait. So frustrating. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

Hot mess express. We have been coming to this location for years but the last few months have really gone downhill. We routinely wait 10+ minutes at the window in the drive thru. But the last time was the final straw for us. After waiting 20 minutes after ordering we received halfway full sodas and when we got home we realized we had 3 out of the 7 items missing. I called and said we would be back at a specific time (2 hours later) to pick up the missing things. When I went back, not only were they not ready I had to wait 15 minutes for a sandwich and 2 prepackaged cookies. The store had 2 tables of people in it at the time and the drive thru had 3 cars and was not taking anymore orders. The employees were nice, but we won't be visiting this location anymore. Too long of a wait and too many mistakes. read more

I wouldn't be writing this if I received an APOLOGY! Terrible drive up morning service. 6-11-19 Tuesday Morning Breakfast sandwich. Waited 10 minutes because someone in front of me didn't get there order correct, seems to happen a lot here. SOOO instead of them getting out of line. I had to wait over 10 minutes to get my order? And now my sandwich is COLD. Another dispute on card, thank god i didn't pay cash. I will NEVER EVER go back. Bad employee training!!!!! I would be surprised if management does NOT reads these! YOU SUCK at service. read more

Ever had an itchin' for a fix? Not that you're proud of it but you just need to get your Panera on? Then try the one in Frankfort. I have met friends and ducked into Paneras all over the Midwest and this one never disappoints. The staff here is friendly, they rarely run out of what you want, they will let you sit forever and waste time. They will often take your tray and bus it for you, this is something I rarely experience at other Paneras. And if you do have to bus your own tray, that area is way cleaner than at most Paneras. Sure, there are a lot of teen agers working here but most of them are doing a decent job. They mess up occassionally but will always make good on it and then some. I love the Pick Two's, the bread and of course the cookies. Then there is the hot chocolate which here they will ask you if you want in the Big Mug. That makes all the difference, it looks phenomenal and tastes way better in the BIG MUG. Why not a five? Well, the bathroom could use a little sprucing up and the drink section just seems particularly ill situated - it combines with where people wait for their food and makes for awkwardness on everyone's part. I forget all that however, with a hot chocolate. Hmm, think I'll head over there now. read more

This place is awful. Went to Frankfort location for a salad.Got some nasty core salad...where the heck is the edible part? So I call and speak to a male manager who tells me to ask for him and he'll replace it. So I go back a few weeks later, show him the picture and he orders me a new one which ends up being nastier than the original! I will NEVER go back to the Frankfort location. Expensive and not edible. read more

I think this place is left to fend for themselves. Corporate not getting involved. Problem with this Panera and likely many other is they do not know how to handle customer disputes. I have had issues that were poorly felt with before but this time was my last. Ordered lunch for myself and office staff to be delivered. I have had all of the soups. The one I eat the most is cream of chicken wild rice. I know how it tastes and the consistency. It came very watered down. Called this Panera and questioned weather the recipe was changed. Also asked if they watered it down. Was told no to both questions. Then I was told I could come pick up 2 new soups. Really? I had you deliver them because I'm working. Only solution given. No offer to dimly credit the 2 soups. Threw soups out. We won't be going back. read more

I love their bread and sandwiches. The drink area (specialty juices and teas),drinks are refilled over and over without cleaning them. Ugh

I ordered a charged lemonade and food and it took them 27 minutes to give my my food, And my drink wasn't filled up
