Food is amazing I have tried many dishes (Vegan) There is a seasonal eggplant rice thing. YUM! I love: their mushroom panini sandwhich. I had Buddha bowl last week, healthy (only 2 falafel in it tho, but it's still good) Veg Chorizo tacos (or the wrap) 10/10 I also had the deserts which was like a cake or brownie. 10/10 I can continue the list but overall this place AMAZING. Also they have a rewards system so you come back, you get deals and $ off. Sadly, if you don't like avocados, might not be for you. I got the salmon Tucson entree with the mushroom soup. The salmon was hands down one of the best salmon dishes I had ever had. It was a ton of flavor and a lot of a creamy, hearty sauce. I had enough for two full portions and it tasted just as good the next day. The mushroom soup was also fantastic. The waitstaff was very pleasant. I liked that they served natural flavored water. I enjoyed my time here. I'm a person who loves avocados. Therefore, going to this restaurant was very enjoyable. Everyone was very polite. I was able to try avocado cheesecake and avocado brownie both was very delicious. They put them in bowls that look like they were made of avocado leaves. Neat. I had one of their sampler which included avocado deviled eggs, avocado egg rolls, avocado fries, and avocado tomato bruschetta. All I can say is it was very yummy. Along with their avocado colada I ended up being very full. I also ordered a avocado Buddha bowl and avocado strawberry banana smoothie. Which I ended up bringing home because I was just too full. I tried a few sips of their watermelon cucumber juice drink. It was delicious but not my favorite. Yet I've come to understand I'm just not a fan of watermelon juice yet I like watermelon. Avocado Theory in Naperville is a cute and unique restaurant in a strip mall that features avocado in EVERYTHING. My lovely wife suggested that we check out this place, and indeed it was a great find. You will feel good about yourself after eating here, and the interior offers a fun and educational environment to promote its avocado agenda. We were planning to do a "food crawl" in Naperville, so the two of us ordered only the Avocado House Sampler to share. This appetizer platter featured avocado egg rolls, avocado samosas, avocado fries, and avocado deviled eggs with a smidge of bacon bits. The aioli and sweet and sour dipping sauces went well with everything. The little touches are wonderful. The food was served on a tapari plate, which is compostable. They have coolers serving water flavored with fruit. They also have fun avocado cartoon stickers near the entrance. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. Avocado Theory is completely awesome. I cannot brag on the whole menu, as I was just there for the sample platter, but it was 10/10. If I lived closer, I would be here regularly, as I loved the food and the vibe a ton. Obviously, if you do not like avocados, this is not the place for you. But if you do, you will love every moment. The concrete floors look dingy and dirty, the tables were kind of dirty looking and the space behind the beverage area was piled with stuff. Came from brunch and everything was phenomenal. We got the avocado colada, omelette platter and the kids meal grilled cheese. You walk in and get handed a menu and can sit anywhere. You order at the cashier at the front and pay there but the really nice part is that you don't have to tip right away. Tipping is only appreciated after when service is great and the service was truly awesome. As for the food, everything was really good. I would highly recommend the omelette- it's super filling and delicious. As for the salmon toast, i think there are some tweaks they could make like better salmon quality and bigger slices of toast to make it feel like a true dish worth $18.99. It did feel like something i would throw together at home before work. But they also have complimentary water with lemon and unsweetened iced tea which was nice. I also liked that they have a tapari plate, which is a compostable plate that was fun to eat from. Was very disappointed with my experience. I got the smoked salmon avocado toast and it was 20 dollars. We expected to get a good portion because it was pretty expensive. When it came out we were very disappointed at how little there was on the plate. The salmon was gray and mushy and the avocado was brown. The Flavored water is complimentary and very refreshing; cucumber water and the other is pineapple and strawberry water. Me and my friend shared the sampler and the avocado vegan chorizo wrap. The sampler had 2 of everything. Avocado fries were crispy outside and were very soft inside. Avocado deviled eggs we chose to have bacon on it, which we got lots of it and were gone in two bites. Avocado eggrolls were filled with avocado and so good. The avocado samosa were good but couldn't taste the avocado. The potatoe and peas made it very filling though. The sampler came with aioli and sweet and sour sauce. I liked the aioli sauce more, but most I had without the sauce. Next we shared the avocado vegan chorizo wrap. It was just like the photo on their website, very big and stuffed. It was sweeter and it came with a few greens in the side. So I had to tame the sweetness with the greens. There are to go containers by the flavored water/drinks area. There is no garbage can around since they will clean the table for you. Very clean inside and staff are very friendly. There is also a small merch section near the bathrooms. First time trying this establishment. I love avocados so you can't go wrong. It's counter service but has ample seating, nice atmosphere to dine in but I took it to go. I tried the chicken avocado panini on sourdough bread. It came with chips. The sandwich tasted very fresh, lacking a little something so I added some giardinara when I got home. Much better but at $18, a bit pricey. Maybe with the recent increase in avocado prices but don't think I'll be back soon for that price. read more

First time coming here, my wife and I really wanted to come here since there is a closer location than driving all the way out to the Tinley Park location. Diving in was very easy. I will say that the menu is very comprehensive and you are using a touch screen kiosk upon ordering your food. I will give them a break on this but there was an issue when it came to using a virtual gift card and it took a while to figure out how to get that to work upon ordering our meal. Wait staff was very friendly and accommodating during our visit! We got a little bit of everything from ships and guacamole, Garden soup, one of their handheld burgers, there were a couple of other items that my wife got but I can't exactly remember it. The meal we had was absolutely feeling and flavorful from start to finish! The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. Third time here at Naperville location, congrats on opening your third location up in Lincolnshire. Mom got the mushroom soup I got the pick 2 special that comes with a cup of soup and half sandwich. I got the chicken panini and the tomato basil soup everything was fresh and hot. The tomato basil soup is excellent and has a little kick to it I really enjoyed the soup, the chicken panini was excellent and fresh. I'm very disappointed today. I came in to get the avocado lata smoothie and it came out looking very pale and I've been to two locations, including this one repeatedly and I stated that that does not look like the smoothie that is in the menu I did not get an apology and to pay you know close to $10 for something you should get what you want so I had to opt for a different smoothie that was already in the freezer versus something freshly made so I'm disappointed in the customer service and the lack of customer satisfaction as well as the lack of pigmentation and the smoothie. It was very pale. It did not look like what I normally get word of advice. Everyone should be trained on how to do the smoothies universally and it should be consistent on all levels. read more

The chicken wrap was dry and had no flavor. Both meals came with a cucumber tomato salad that was laughable. It was just cut up tomato and cucumber, no seasoning or vinaigrette. I have been to Avocado Theory twice. And I plan to go back many more times. Absolutely fabulous. Very flavorful foods. Being more on the vegetarian side, I am thrilled with how many meatless dishes I can get. I started with the Avocado Buddha Bowl. I ordered the avocado dressing and honestly, next time I would pick a stronger tasting dressing. But it was so huge, had to take half home. My friends both tried two different sampler plates. Huge samples! They loved them. Then one of the employees came around and gave us samples of the avocado spice cheesecake. Wow. I will have to purchase a piece next time I go. I decided to take a few other dishes home so I wouldn't have much cooking this weekend. I did try the Avocado Vegan Chorizo Tacos. OMG. It took a lot of will power not to eat them all at once. So much flavor!! Today I ate the Avocado Egg Rolls and the Vegetable Soup. Unbelievable. I definitely wanted more egg rolls. I also took home the Avocado Vegan Chorizo Wrap which I will eat tomorrow. I've been wanting to try this place for a while, and I'm so glad I finally did! Although I ordered through DoorDash, the quality and care were immediately obvious. The food was packaged neatly in a sturdy bag, which is always a good sign. I had the chicken spinach wrap, and it was outstanding. The chicken was perfectly cooked,moist, flavorful, and generously sauced. They didn't hold back on the avocado either, there was a ton, and it made every bite even better. The chips that came on the side seemed homemade, based on their crispiness and flavor. Either way, they were delicious and a perfect pairing with the wrap.
