Stacy gave us the *greatest* gift of all: a stress-free wedding day! As soon as we arrived at the venue for photos, we saw Stacy orchestrating all the vendors working on set up and knew that everything was going to go off without a hitch. Thanks to her preparation, everyone knew where they had to be and when, and my wife and I were entirely free to focus on the big night ahead of us. We hired Stacy as a partial planner, which meant that we worked together closely to find the right vendors, take care of contracts, and meet all of the venue's requirements. Stacy took so much stress out of the process by giving us the framework to make decisions, taking small things off our plate when we didn't have strong opinions, and making sure our entire team of vendors was on the same page about every important detail. Stacy's organizational skills and planning expertise are next-level, and it truly felt like there were no problems she couldn't solve for us. Case in point: a few days before the wedding, I heard from one of our vendors that they wouldn't be able to meet one of the venue's insurance requirements and started to worry that things might fall through at the last minute. I immediately called Stacy and she told me exactly what I needed to hear: "don't worry, I'll handle it." I had worked with Stacy long enough at that point to know that when she said she would handle something, it would get done, and that call was all it took to make my worries disappear and allow me to go back to enjoying our wedding week. Stacy was very responsive, thoughtful, and generous with her time during the planning process. If you're looking for a planner, we highly recommend working with Stacy -- we're truly grateful to have found her!

Stacy was a godsend! I reached out to her in panic as my original plans fell through completely when our original venue in Maui announced they'd remain close due to COVID 6 weeks out from my scheduled wedding date venue. When I told her what happened, she calmly and confidently assured me everything would be alright. Stacy hit the ground running and was so patient with me as we discussed my inspo boards. She took charge of vendor discussions, but always kept me in the loop and took her time to answer all my questions (i.e. what the heck is a charger and do I need it? :)). On the days leading to my wedding, she kept us organized without micromanaging - truly something I appreciated after the ups and downs of COVID. Stacy's true magic showed through on the day of my wedding. She worked with all vendors (who also had nothing but great things to say about her), managed all our speakers, and stayed on time with everything. Any hiccup that came up seemed to magically work itself out, but we all knew it was Stacy solving everything. She single handedly orchestrated the best wedding I could ever wish for through pandemic circumstances I would never wish a bride to go through. 10/10 would recommend!

I can't recommend Stacy and They So Loved Events highly enough. We had a large wedding this Fall season with a fair amount of complex needs, and Stacy was so helpful (and prompt!) in guiding us through every step of the way to achieve our vision. I don't know where we would have been without her connections with florists, event signage, videography and more, all of which were experts. There are so many aspects of a wedding we never even considered, and Stacy had already perfected the science of it all. She is level-headed and organized beyond belief (the schedule of events she created for the day was a work of art!). On the day of the wedding, Stacy took care of any problems without any need to even involve us, be it finding a replacement reader at the ceremony for a sick relative or laying down the law with a vendor who had forgotten to customize a part of the dancefloor. We are so thankful for her and the They So Loved team. If you can work with Stacy, I highly recommend you do so!

We worked with Stacy for just under a year with her full planning services for our 2 day / 2 ceremonies Indian-American weddings. From the beginning we had no idea what we were doing, but after looking through her instagram and a first get-to-you know you call, she put us right at ease. We provided Stacy some general guidance with things like a joint Pinterest board, but very little additional direction. She took the reins so well! For things we weren't interested in deciding on (e.g., what the silverware should be) she made beautiful design choices. And for the things we were more opinionated about, Stacy would do all the work to narrow down to a few options to present to us, along with cost, and her personal experience/recommendations with each vendor. This made it so much easier to make the million decisions that came along with wedding planning. She handled alllllll the vendor & venue appointments and hours of conversations....saving us so much time and effort! The fact that she had lots of experience with doing Indian weddings in the past was a great bonus for us. We trusted Stacy fully, and do not regret the decision to work with her at all! Each wedding event was so beautiful, and we were blissfully unaware of anything that went wrong. Sofia joined us as an extra pair of hands at our weddings, what a sweetheart! Very happy with Stacy's calm demeanor, great eye for design, and connections with trusted vendors. Would highly recommend!

    Wedding set up.

Stacy was originally planning our November 2020 wedding, we ended up having to postpone to ensure that family could be there. Stacy was so understanding and coordinated the new date with all our venders. Amazingly, she was able to ensure that all our venders were able to make our new date of November 2021. We were grateful that she only required a new contract to move our wedding. Stacy ensured that every detail of our wedding was perfect, even going as far as picking up and returning the rose gold flatware which wasn't available at the company that all our other rentals were from. Stacy was able to ensure that everything ran smoothly and all the details were perfect!

The best day of my life is MY WEDDING DAY! My husband and I decided early on to have a small (25 ppl), intimate, destination wedding in beautiful San Francisco. Let me start by saying planning a wedding is kinda a big deal (no matter how small or large) and then living 500 miles from where you want to get wed, well, yea, kinda an even bigger deal... And that's when we hired Stacy at They So Loved Events to take all our big deal bride & groom ideas and bring them to life as well as be our day of wedding coordinator. Stacy's organization, guidance/suggestions around our vision and ideas, emotional/mental support (to ensure our family members enjoyed our day and didnt fuss with the details), to helping us stick to our budget (negotiating corkage fees days before our wedding), down to the final execution was flawless. From start to finish Stacy kept our day on track and allowed us to sit back relax and see our wedding vision come to life. City Hall ceremony, CableCar drive to iconic sights in SF, Reception in a private personalized decorated event room at Paragon Restaurant....well that's a lot to pack in a few hours and it all happened gorgeously. Our day was a success because Stacy not only did what we hired her to do but she genuinely loves what she does and that shows through her work. If I could figure out how to give more than 5 stars I would. :) Hire Stacy for all your big deal moments!

However, a few months before the wedding I was so overwhelmed with all the detail that Brenda offered to meet and she just helped me organized my priorities and made me feel really good about the progress I had made. She did the same 6 weeks later. OMG, so helpful to keep me going and manage the overwhelm. As the date grew nearer, she started leading more to ensure we took care of those horrible details (seating charts, signage, communication with vendors, table set ups, and the timeline, etc). At every moment she was calm, lovely, relatable, fun, reassuring, and extremely competent. The week before the wedding she came over and took ownership of all the "stuff" (candles, ceremony items, decorations, etc). That felt sooo good. She was great at the rehearsal and made sure "all the cats were herded"so we got through the rehearsal and worked out all the details. The day of the wedding? We were so relaxed and didn't think about a single thing. The tables were set exactly as we had discussed, the ambiance was amazing, every little detail she had taken care of. and then she cleaned up and stored everything for us and then brought it back to us a couple of days later. During the wedding, Brenda was a total ninja....I barely saw her at the wedding as she was in the background making it all happen so we could enjoy our guests. A guest even took a picture of her that makes her look like the super hero she is, LOL! You will LOVE working with Brenda. I cannot recommend her more vigorously. She is amazing.

Not only is Cierra hypercompetent at her job and super solutions-oriented and knowledgeable, she is a plain joy to talk to and bounce ideas off of and joke around with. Just an all-round cool human that added to the overall atmosphere of love and appreciation we wanted to foster at our wedding (while also running an impeccably tight ship without breaking a sweat). ANYWAY needless to say we are major Cierra fans here and want you all to know that she is a dream collaborator for your big day, may you be so lucky!

The vibes felt right, and we loved that she would help us bring our vision to life by including design. We picked the partial planning & design package but honestly, after working with her, we wished we had just done full service planning. In our first meeting we gave her an idea of what we had envisioned for the day, including a shared pinterest board. From there she made a design deck that really brought our day to life. Alex provided the best vendor recommendations (including for some with whom she had relationships and discounts), thoughtful design ideas, and guidance on the overall flow of the day. She joined us for our food tasting, met with us in person to pick out our rentals, and she coordinated a site visit with the vendors in preparation for the wedding. We didn't think we needed a content creator, but she even provided us with one and it was a great addition to capturing the memories of the day! Throughout the planning process, Alex was easy to reach, responsive, collaborative, open to feedback, and genuinely easy to work with. On the day of the wedding, Alex brought everything together seamlessly. She handled every detail behind the scenes, even things that didn't go as planned were handled quickly and professionally. This really allowed us to be fully present and actually enjoy the day. When I walked down the aisle for the first time, I was blown away!! It was BEYOND, BEYOND what we had even hoped for. We are soo blessed and grateful that we got to work with Alex. In the words of my husband - Earth & Events really cooked!! 10/10 recommend, expectations fully exceeded! Thank you Alex!!

Even when we booked the place two years in advance, we knew no matter how much we planned--this was going to be an ordeal. In the midst of finishing school and starting careers, we'd need to get our families, friends and many, many heavy bags from California and over the Atlantic and throw a party so good it would be worth all the trouble. All without exploding from stress until, at least, after the "I do's" (with our dog in tow to boot). But, to make things just a little bit more intense, we both wanted our dream "editorial" wedding, something we'd been envisioning and manifesting since we started dating at 16. We were ready to put in the hours and the work to make it happen, but we knew we had to find someone with an inordinate amount of skill, like someone born to be a planner, to chart and direct our efforts to our ever, admittedly, lofty goals (and having competitive pricing wouldn't hurt!). Enter Alex and Earth and Events. From our first Zoom call, Alex calmly led the way--through picking cuisines, to florals, to a photographer, to stationary, to a dj, to desserts, to drapery, to chairs, to make up, to seating charts, etc., etc. (but she went beyond all that too--on quite short notice she took her mom on a vacation and flew to meet us in Italy a year before the wedding to explore the venue, theorize seating and dinner setups, and just to better understand Tuscany). Alex quickly showed that she was the kind of person we could trust with every detail, every idea, and every last action item. And, not that we ever left the wheel--we felt like we pestered her night and day to ask her opinion on a zillion things (and otherwise keep her posted on our every imaginable anxiety). But through it all, she remained calm and centered. Her approach was pragmatic and certain of results. And it makes sense--please take a moment to see the photos attached. Zoom in and notice her command of myriad details and then zoom out to appreciate her creation of scenes. Alex has heaps of creative skill. And when you have this much skill, there really isn't a problem you can't overcome or smooth over in achieving your client's vision. And trust us, when you are planning an international wedding, things come up--and even go wrong--because everything is just a bit closer to the edge. But this isn't a story about things going wrong. This a five star review because Alex not only delivered on the vision, but solved our every problem along the way. And we are so grateful for the memories so vibrant and amorous they'll last a lifetime. So, congratulations, you just found the best planner in Northern California--and its our blessing to call Alex our friend.

I will say the manger sorting this out for us was extremely sweet and I did appreciate her. We were seated in the balcony which faces the big screen on chase center and had additional smaller TV's upstairs. I will say we were seated on the very end where there is no TV, which was kinda a bummer. The outdoor area was not finished yet, but I was surprised this seat was offered as seating. It was apparent that this section wasn't complete yet and I felt like I wasn't getting the full experience sitting in an incomplete part of the restaurant. As for the food, my boyfriend and I wanted to try a little bit of everything because foodies...DUH! The waiter bringing out food said "Wait... Is there more people jointing you? There's a lot of hype around this place but it will most likely be busy for the next few months but hopefully they are able to figure out how to accommodate guests during games and hire staff with manners. The concept of this place is super cool and I will say the vibe is very fun and made for all sports fans. As for the food, pretty mid and would rather go somewhere else that deserves my business. My one suggestion for the class - it would have been lovely if there had been more pliers for assembly. I think that the shortage was the main bottleneck. The earrings look simple to put together, but because we were new and the pieces seem so fragile, it took us quite a bit of time.
