Khadija and her team are the best! We initially weren't sure if we wanted to have a Coordinator for our wedding but I can't imagine what a mess the day would have been without the Limelight team. From the beginning, Khadija made the experience so fun and painless with weekly check-ins, a very thorough spreadsheet, and one-on-one correspondence with our vendors. She really took the time to understand our priorities, the feel of the wedding, and reassured us that we were even ahead of schedule. Once we reached the weekend wedding, I was completely overwhelmed with all of the people around and activities ahead, but knew I was in such good hands with Khadija and her team! They met us for a rehearsal the day before the wedding and were so patient and detail-oriented with the entire rehearsal process. The day of the wedding, I knew I just needed to show up and follow directions and that everything would go smoothly. And it did! The day was so amazing, beyond what I could have imagined, all because Limelight was there to work directly with the vendors, set up décor, and keep us on schedule. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! read more

We have so much to thank Limelight & Khadija's team for. When we started planning & reaching out to wedding planners/coordinators, we had two main requirements: 1, Our planner had to be very familiar & comfortable with South Asian weddings. 2, Our planner had to be very comfortable with queer couples. When we met Khadija, we were immediately the most comfortable we'd felt with any other planners/coordinators we'd met with. Khadija guided us through the processes and checklists, and made sure we had options for other vendors that we were fully comfortable with. We were married on Nov 12, 2022, in what was going to be a fully outdoor, 150-person wedding in Nevada City, CA. Four days before our wedding, a totally unexpected snowstorm dropped four feet of snow, and we had to completely pivot everything we had planned for the past 15 months of weekly calls with Khadija. Khadija was an absolute rockstar. She was in constant communication with us - reaching out to additional vendors, the venue owner, the photographers, etc. Her calm & confident approach to a totally chaotic situation made all the difference. In the end, we got so many comments from guests about how beautifully everything came together, despite the wild circumstances. We were so grateful we had Khadija's team guiding through the day and the weekend, and we cannot recommend her enough. read more

We are so happy we went with Khadija and Limelight Productions! For all the months leading up to our wedding, Khadija kept us organized and on task. She was so patient with us as we went through unexpected life changes. As a planner, Khadija was great at making sure we hit the major milestones while still fitting in the details. And the planning meetings were so fun! Khadija went above and beyond in communication with our vendors. We always had multiple options and could find the best fit for our occasion. Most of all, it really mattered to the Limelight team that we enjoyed our wedding day! All of the careful preparation leading up to the event and all the stuff they did made our day so wonderful! We entrusted our to wedding day to Khadija and Limelight and they delivered! We highly recommend! read more

We had an incredible experience with Khadija, Medha, and the team at Limelight Productions throughout our wedding planning process. We both work pretty demanding schedules and engaged Khadija for full coordination. They helped us with every detail from start to finish. They have strong relationships with all the vendors in the area and were super helpful in finding people that were the right fit for us and keeping everyone on the same page. They were kind and flexible, and we developed a really lovely relationship over the year we spent working with them. Khadija is detail oriented and ensures the minutiae of things (including family customs and traditions, timing, etc.) were captured, shared with appropriate vendors, and executed on. She also gave us weekly to do lists and deliverables which made the daunting process of planning a much more manageable task that we could track week by week. She was excellent at looping in our parents and helping with their questions and concerns. Our wedding weekend itself was a dream. Khadija, Medha, and James worked tirelessly to ensure our guests were well taken care of. I was able to enjoy the time with family and friends and just be present in the moment. Logistical questions that arose with vendor team were dealt with immediately by her team. They also made sure our family were comfortable and taken care of throughout the event. Many of my vendors remarked on how relaxed I seemed to be over the weekend, and I credit that entirely to the team at Limelight, who took care of everything for us. We can't recommend the Limelight team enough. They're trustworthy, organized, thorough, and genuinely invested in wedding planning, and they helped us have an event that was fun, loving, and captured our spirit as a couple. read more

Khadija and her team took us from "do we reaalllly need a coordinator?" to "how would we have survived without them?" Khadija had everything dialed in. When we had a vendor about to flake on us the week of our wedding, Khadija said "don't sweat this - I got it" and she found replacement help. The meeting cadence was great (a couple of calls early on, then weekly as we got closer) and she had a sound methodology/sequence of effort. She's done everything and seen everything, and having that expertise on our team made a huge difference. We had an unusual venue that made life more complicated and required creativity - and Khadija was up to the task. We are extremely grateful to her for all she did and would recommend her without reservation. We were definitely worried about the expense of a coordinator, but in the end it was money well spent to just solve problems and reduce the stress of an already stressful day. read more

If you're skeptical of whether you need a planner, this is your sign to get Khadija as your planner! While researching wedding planners and venues we came across Khadija by chance and honestly it was the biggest blessing we could have received in our wedding journey. Khadija and her team are so down to earth, understanding, professional not to mention that they get. it. done. She immaculately executed our vision and made our entire day so memorable. Im so glad that we were part of the Limelight family and will continue to highly recommend them to future couples! read more

We are so thankful for Khadija and Limelight for making our dream wedding come true! As we shopped wedding planners, I found others to be too rigid in their ways of working, but from the beginning I could tell Khadija is really easygoing. We never felt too strongly pushed towards one idea, and she has the right amount of structure and flexibility for planning and execution. In the planning stages, she really listened to us and always puts the bride and groom's thoughts and feelings first. I also liked that she's active on social media so she stays in the know of what's trending or new, and gives good suggestions from what she's seen at other weddings. Once our vendors were booked, her execution style was very methodical and organized. She stayed on top of things with a spreadsheet, and sent emails of what is to be expected from the couple vs the vendor vs her team. This was super helpful! On the day of the wedding, she kept things on schedule, and if there were any hiccups, she resolved them without us even knowing. I recommend her because she is knowledgeable about the industry and very experienced in handling events. Also, she was always very professional and respectful with our parents, family, and other vendors (she even somehow maintained professionalism with rude vendors!) Khadija, thank you so much to you and your team for making the whole wedding planning process seamless and even fun - we're going to miss laughing on our weekly calls with you and as I'm *still* getting questions of who our planner was, I will continue to recommend you! read more

Khadija and her team did an amazing job helping to plan our wedding at the Golden Gate Club in the Presidio in San Francisco. From the beginning Khadija was incredibly organized, highly responsive, and well-versed in all things related to wedding planning. We connected with Limelight over a year in advance of our wedding. At the beginning Khadija helped us research wedding venues. We didn't know exactly what we wanted and Khadija was extremely patient in helping us figure out our aesthetic. Once we had the major items out of the way Khadija ensured that we stayed on track with all our to-dos and decisions throughout the year. Khadija consistently made time for us. She accompanies us to the final few venues we were deciding between, decor showrooms, and multiple site visits at the wedding venue. Ultimately our wedding went off without any issue. Everyone had an amazing time and the day ran incredibly smoothly. I highly recommend Khadija & Limelight Productions for your wedding! read more

Due to Covid our original wedding planner had to step back but fortunately for us we were introduced to Khadija and limelight productions. There aren't enough good things to say about Khadija and this super wedding planning team. Given the pandemic with constantly changing plans, tiers and working with the restrictions she made the planning aspect extremely smooth and stress free despite the THREE attempts we had to pull our wedding off. From our first conversation transitioning from our original planner I knew Khadija was on top of her game- EXTREMELY organized ( Spreadsheets galore on EVERY aspect which was super helpful) flexible and knowledgeable about her field- If I had a question or sudden change she was quick to make it happen/ reach out to my vendors. Khadija is super down to earth given the nature of her job, very sweet and gets the job done . Despite everything- the pandemic, my 5000 questions calling and texting at odd hours of the morning or at night Khadija never hesitated to meet my concerns/ needs and mind you all while being pregnant and giving birth 2 weeks before our wedding day! If that isn't incentive enough to prove her dedication I don't know what is! Getting ready on the day of- one of the crucial buttons at the top of my wedding dress popped off and of course khadija ran to the drug store to grab a sewing kit last minute- as someone very attentive to detail I didn't stress as I knew Khadija would be on top of it which she was! This day wouldn't have been pulled off without Khadija and limelight productions, I am truly thankful for her level of dedication and work ethic - our wedding day was the best day of our lives , look no further and book limelight productions you wont regret it. read more

From the Bride: Our wedding was on July 7, 2018 in Oakland's Preservation Park. James and Khadija did a great job coordinating our wedding. They were hired to coordinate for the day of the wedding. My husband and I did the planning, gathering the vendors, and executing the contracts. We then handed them over to James to coordinate the logistics. James was very involved from the beginning. We had fun conference calls. It was very casual. The day of the wedding, it was a success with very minor issues. Limelight Productions did a great job executing the wedding. The ceremony was very fun, where I was able to pull of a surprise. The reception, at the same place, was hella fun. It was a great success. All 260 of our guests said they had a great time and it was one to remember. From the groom: I agree. read more

We cannot be more grateful to Khadija, who did a superb job planning our wedding in the midst of the COVID pandemic and ever-changing city restrictions. We live out of state and she seamlessly helped coordinate a 150-guest wedding at the San Jose City Rotunda (which is a gorgeous venue!!). The venue itself had not hosted many weddings but Khadija and her team transformed the space into a beautiful wedding! We were referred to Limelight Productions by our caterer and Khadija helped to get everything else set up including photography, decor and music. Our wedding was an Indian - American fusion wedding and was literally everything we dreamed of and better. Khadija's experience in multicultural weddings was very helpful. She did an excellent job keeping us on track with weekly zoom/phone meetings and had an organized spreadsheet for literally everything. We HIGHLY recommend Limelight Productions for your future event and will surely refer our friends and family to her for future weddings! read more

We worked with Khadija and her team for our summer 2023 wedding and couldn't recommend them more highly! We interviewed quite a few planners experienced in Indian weddings and were looking for someone particularly experienced in South Indian weddings. Khadija stood out immediately due to her responsiveness, attention to detail, and professionalism. She was also particularly helpful with challenges which were out of her scope - we hadn't engaged her to help us find a venue as we had found one on our own, but when they double booked on us and canceled (a very stressful experience), Khadija stepped in and helped us find a new venue even though she hadn't initially planned on it. She was also amazing on the day of and ensured that all the moving pieces of our busy day were coordinated seamlessly. Our friends and family were all impressed with our well our wedding was executed - thanks so much to the whole LimeLight team! It wouldn't have been possible without them. read more

First and foremost, Khadijia and her team did an absolutely amazing job! If there's one thing I HIGHLY recommend for planning a wedding is hiring a Wedding Planner! Khadijia did such an amazing job organizing our wedding and helped made our vision come true. Hire this girl, she will make your wedding planning so easy and very stress free! You tell her what you need and/or missing and she will help get it within your budget! She's freaking amazing! Thank you again Khadijia! You worked with our budget, vision, and understood every plan we had. You helped made our wedding a beautiful unforgettable day! My family and I worked with Khadija for over a year planning our May 2022 wedding. From the get go, she was absolutely fantastic. We had no idea what we were doing but Khadija's organization, resourcefulness, communication, and encouragement helped us plan our dream wedding! On the day of, her and her team worked behind the scenes to ensure things were going smoothly. We could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. We were very happy working with Khadija for our wedding, and have gone on to recommend her to at least 2 other mixed-culture couples. Pros: - Very organized: Kept us on track with weekly Zoom calls, spreadsheets, and generally was very efficient. - Culturally competent: Very in-tune and aware of cross-cultural dynamics as well as family dynamics; very emotionally intelligent in this regard. She asked us questions we hadn't even thought of, and was very deft in the ins and outs of a mixed Hindu/Californian wedding. - Good in a pinch: 3 days before the wedding, we learned that our florist was expecting a significant amount of work from us to gather, pack, and deliver to them all the vases we used at our wedding. This was an unexpected surprise. I asked Khadija about it, she agreed it was unusual and stressful, and took it fully on her plate to sort out using her network of staff/contacts. - Vendor wrangler: Honestly the most important thing your wedding planner can do, and she did. - Moral support: I had a slight issue with my photographer and Khadija provided me with moral support and guidance around how to negotiate with her. Slight delta: - Khadija works on some very high-end weddings, and thus some of her initial suggestions for hair/make-up artists were way out of my budget. That being said, she was able to provide some other suggestions, and once we chose an artist, she gently nudged them on the schedule, etc. Overall, we were very happy with Khadija and her team. She guided us through efficiently and with competence. FWIW, we were probably on the lower-maintenance end of the spectrum, but I think Khadija has the tools to manage any type of wedding! read more

I cannot overstate how lucky we were to have Khadija as our wedding planner. We had to reschedule our wedding multiple times due to COVID-19, including changes in venues, guest count, ceremony plans, and more. We could never have pulled this off without Khadija and her team at Limelight Productions. She was with us every step of the way, never got discouraged, and always came up with creative solutions that fit with our vision for the day. In addition, we really appreciated her flexibility - she was able to work with our chaotic schedules (we both work in the medical field) and met with us in the evenings and on weekends. We met Khadija in the winter of 2019 with original plans for a wedding in June 2020, but then rescheduled for October 2020 and then finally for July 2021. After working together for 2.5 years, Khadija is like family to us. Our Indian fusion wedding weekend was absolutely perfect. Many of our guests commented that they were amazed by how much fun we were having at our wedding, because couples often feel stressed on their wedding day. Khadija made sure that we had zero stress about the day-of coordination and she even made sure that we ate appetizers and dinner. We have complete confidence in her team. Limelight Productions is God sent! As my husband, Shawn, and I were preparing for our wedding, we were looking for a quality, yet affordable cake decorator to make our wedding cake. Being from TN/MS, we didn't know who we could trust to make our wedding cake. So, one of my colleagues recommended that I check out some of Khadija's work. And I did just that. Initially, I thought, "hmmm, her cakes are okay." until I saw what would soon be our wedding cake. I fell deeply in love! - SN: I know Khadija as a volunteer tutor/mentor for one of my students. The professionalism and courteousness Khadija and Sofia, who I met at our cupcake tasting, brings to the table is unparalleled. Both wanted to meet our needs and then some. At our cupcake tasting, we tasted four different cupcakes (all of them were AHH-MAY-ZEENG!) My favorite was the Apple Spiced cupcake filled with apple bits, Buttercream frosting with caramel drizzle (YUUUUUMMMM!). Anywho, the day of our wedding was spectacular, and everyone marveled at our wedding cupcake display. Both, Shawn and I, are educators, which is why we incorporated books into our wedding theme. Our wedding cupcake display was something straight out of a magazine (I wish I could attach a picture)! The books, the wooden crates, and the mason jars were all perfect touches. Limelight Productions were spot on in infusing our professions with our roots. Our guests continued to talk about our wedding for months, and one consistent trend was, "Who made those cupcakes?" and "I wanted one of each cupcake because they were so GUUUUD!" Not to mention, our Red Velvet/Lemon Wedding Cake.... Unfortunately, it was so good that we didn't save any for our 1-year anniversary. I guess that means we have to place another order eight months from now. THANKS LIMELIGHT PRODUCTIONS, for a job well done and being a part of our day being so memorable. We love you both! In my opinion, your wedding coordinator should be your most important, well-researched investment when wedding planning. They ensure that everything will go smoothly for you so that you can actually enjoy your big day. There is always something that will go wrong, which is why you want someone who is quick on their feet. Khadija and her team are on top of things. Her thorough spreadsheets and backup plans will give you peace of mind. Some of our vendors didn't deliver what we expected and Khadija managed every issue for us; none of the guests noticed a thing. We didn't book a coordinator for our wedding ceremony or our pre-wedding event and they were not nearly as smooth or stress free. Khadija is very familiar with the nuances of South Asian weddings. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator, definitely hire Khadija. She was our best vendor. read more

If I could choose more than 5 stars, I would. In fact, I'd give Limelight Productions 5,000 stars!! From start to finish, Khadija was the hero of our wedding. She was supporting, helpful, cooperative, inspiring, and all-around wonderful in every way. We got married in Tiburon with about 100-people and it was absolutely perfect. Khadija helped us coordinate from the very beginning. She kept us on track, suggested helpful tips & ideas to make our wedding special, responded to every annoying text & email I sent her, and was our champion with all of our other vendors. We could NOT have done this without her and our wedding was perfect BECAUSE of Khadija & Limelight. She went above and beyond for us, as she would for any of her clients, and I cannot recommend her more highly. If you're getting married, or planning any kind of large event, you NEED Limelight Productions. read more

Hiring James and Khadija for day-of coordination was absolutely one of the best wedding choices we made. They went above and beyond the whole month prior to our wedding. The last month was hard, not only with the sudden passing of my grandmother, but we had multiple problems in the last two weeks before our big day. I would have been in total meltdown mode without James taking charge. He fixed several communication problems we had between vendors, including one that led us to have to change all our table rentals and seating arrangements at the last minute. I found myself emailing James multiple times a day, but he always found a fast solution for every issue. In addition to all the planning, they made the day of run seamlessly. I was originally apprehensive about having our ceremony and reception at two different venues, but they handled everything perfectly. My biggest concern was the overlap of setting up our reception and having our ceremony, but they made everything work fantastically. James guided us through the whole day with ease and Khadija set up our reception beautifully. We also worked with their partner Safia, who made our gorgeous 3-tiered wedding cake for an amazing price. Our whole day was amazing and easy thanks to their team. We truly would not have survived wedding planning without them. We cannot recommend them enough! read more

I don't think I can rave about this company enough, but I'll do my best to put it into words!! We went to a wedding in October of 2018 where Khadija was the coordinator and with our friend's recommendation we decided to reach out to her for our own (May 2019)! We weren't originally looking into a coordinator but things started getting stressful because of unexpected (and unusual) factors. Thankfully for us she had a cancellation (unfortunately for the other couple) and was able to do our wedding!! Hiring Limelight Productions was the best decision we made in regards to our wedding!! My husband and I have zero regrets and would absolutely do it again, but even earlier!! The entire planning process felt so easy once Khadija started working with us! Although we had always lived in the Bay Area, my husband was relocated for work a month after we got engaged so we were planning a San Francisco wedding from Ohio. Khadija had no issues making the time zones work for our communication!! She made sure to know all the details necessary for a smooth day beforehand and accepted a very obscure and difficult task of keeping a specific immediate family member from my husband and I on our wedding day to ensure we could enjoy our day. She took the brunt of all of that family member's anger at the rehearsal and on the wedding day, including that person's friends also giving her attitude. Even more importantly than that, she handled it with so much grace!! She didn't bat an eye at the rude remarks or hesitate to put herself in the line of fire to make sure we were okay! From the outside you would have never known there was any hostility! We had a donut wall for our dessert that people started grabbing early (ugh at our guests) and she quickly found our dessert people to use something as a blockade for the dessert until it was time. I'm sure there were things that went wrong that day that I don't even know about because Khadija was totally on top of it all!! Talking with her when planning felt like talking to a friend! She really goes above and beyond to make you feel totally comfortable! I had no concerns putting my trust in her from the beginning and everything the day of our wedding went absolutely perfectly!! Khadija was a HUGE factor in making our day the best day ever!! My husband and I both are eternally grateful for all Khadija did and agree that hiring Limelight was worth every single penny!! read more

Limelight productions is the BEST! Khadija helped us SO much right from the start when we didn't know what we were doing all the way till the end (and after)!!! When we first met we had discussed planning a wedding for the summer of 2024 - a few months into the process, we realized we wanted to get married in 2023 instead and Khadija told us that she can make our wedding happen in one week if we wanted and introduced us to the wonderful Medha! Thank you Khadija and Medha for always being on our side and putting us first, even ahead of your own schedules, and making our dream wedding happen on our dream date, even if that date was difficult for you! The one part of the wedding planning process we miss is talking with Khadija and Medha all the time. Specifically, thank you Khadija and Medha for helping us navigate conflicts with our hotel, vendor contracts, figure out what our budget should be, design the wedding, give us invaluable marriage advice (right before walking down the aisle I asked Khadija for last minute advice and she said "Just have fun" :D), support through family dramas, communicating with our parents, and more and more! This was our dream and Limelight made it happen - and the best part is, the process was so fun with them! The weekend itself was so smooth and we knew we had nothing to worry about. Like we discussed before the wedding, we wanted to focus on having fun and not on minor details, and because Limelight was there, we were able to do that. The team of staff is so sweet and kind and we can't wait to see all the amazing weddings they plan in the future (including for our friends and family)!! THANK YOU and we are so blessed to have made lifelong friends during one of our more stressful times and also while we celebrated our love for each other. Our wedding was in Burlingame, CA and hiring Limelight productions for our coordination was one of the best decisions we made. Khadija and Aisha were amazing at helping us every step of the way. They are both very professional, polite, organized, and friendly :) We chose to do the day of coordination and they went above and beyond our expectations. They helped us with communicating with our vendors the month prior, did multiple walk-throughs with our venue/vendors, helped us in finalizing all the details, came up with all of our timelines and much much more! The day of Khadija, Aisha and Huda were there every step of the way to ensure all details were taken care of. Our families and both of us could truly enjoy our special day knowing that they were there to take care of all of the details. We had 2 wedding ceremonies, a reception and our guest count was over 400 people but the entire Limelight team handled every event without hesitation. TLDR: We absolutely recommend Limelight Productions for Bay Area wedding/event planning. Determine your availability and budget before choosing a package. We hired Limelight Productions to help plan our July 2019 wedding + Garba (sangeet). Khadija was absolutely amazing: very organized, professional, and most of all really fun to work with. I would genuinely look forward to our conference calls. She was also experienced in all types of weddings/events which was important to us because we were a multi-cultural couple and were doing things a bit differently (groom is Indian/Hindu, bride is American/Christian). I was most impressed with Khadija's coordination day-of, and month-of the wedding. She completely handled following up with all vendors, setting up last minute decor, and even helped print some signs. Also at the wedding she was 100% on point the entire night and everything was perfectly on schedule! Limelight Productions offered a number of packages - full wedding planning (+~4 months out ?) or short-term planning (-~4 months out?). We chose the longer term package because we were living cross-country from Bay Area and were worried about ability to find vendors on our own. Ultimately I think we personally should have utilized Limelight for the shorter contract because I was able to be more hands-on than originally anticipated, but had I been hands off I am very confident Khadija and team would have gladly swooped in to support more. It would be important to firmly express your budget limits if this were the case though, as Bay Area wedding costs do add up very quickly. read more

Khadija is a delight to work with. She is just so seamless in her process and throughout the events, we truly enjoy working with her as a planner. We recently produced a wedding/reception together at a client's home and Khadija was always available to answer any questions we had logistically and followed the timeline very closely. She went above and beyond her duties to ensure the bride, groom, and their guests are having an amazing time at all events. We at Saba Decor, highly recommend Khadija at Limelight Productions to our clients and to everyone out there looking for a flawless team of planners/coordinators, she is your gal. read more

We made the apparently common mistake of thinking we would manage our own wedding on the day of. We'd been planning for about two years and knew the details in and out. Then, with about two weeks to go all of the details and decisions and dealing with vendors began to come at us all at once: Ahhhh!!! OMG what were we thinking?!? My wonderful partner began poring through recesses of the internet looking for a wedding coordinator or planner or anyone who could manage our day so we could concentrate on getting married. We not only found a day-of planner (on Thumbtack) who was available with short notice, but lucked out with Limelight Productions. We met next day at the venue and within minutes of speaking to James I knew we were in good hands. He asked all the right questions and within 2 days had contacted all of our vendors and formulated a timeline for the entire event. The wedding was PERFECT; it went off without a hitch. James and Gaby were calm and cool the entire time. They knew exactly what was happening at all times. We had a blast and never once had to worry about a thing. Thank you Khadija, James, and Gaby! read more

Coming from a big Indian family- where we usually have multiple days/events of wedding celebrations, I really needed someone who would be handle all of it and I'm incredibly happy that Khadija and James were my wedding coordinators. Our initial communication started out through email where I shared how I envisioned my wedding event would go but admittedly, I had many questions. Luckily, they were both able to answer all my intricate questions and provide awesome recommendations. During the day of the event, they provided the stage setup (which really amplified the the outfits of my wife and I). They also planned out the overall theme of the event which helped guide the set up. If you're looking for professional, passionate, devoted, knowledgeable, and friendly wedding coordinators, Look no further! You'll be extremely glad to have worked with Limelight Productions. read more

Khadija and the whole Limelight Productions team were fantastic. We hired her when our wedding plans got drastically shifted due to COVID, and she was there for us at every step of the way. She found ways to allow us to both be very involved in the decision making for our wedding while still allowing us space and time to take care of our grad student responsibilities and life at home. She is incredibly organized, down to earth, and extraordinarily helpful. We loved her method of organizing all of our information for vendors and family in one spreadsheet. She anticipated our needs (often before we knew them!) and was always willing to jump on a call with us or our families. On the day of, we had some electrical mishaps, and Khadija was AMAZING - she quickly troubleshooted the problem and was able to get power back and manage to keep our livestream going and coordinate with all of our vendors. We literally could not have pulled off such an amazing, safe, and beautiful evening without her, and we are eternally grateful! If you're considering hiring Khadija or Limelight Productions don't hesitate - you won't regret it :) read more

Khadija and James were a joy to work with. We had an Indian wedding with multiple events and they were able to make sure everything was seamless! I really can't think of a single thing that went wrong. Our ceremony was at a venue that had never hosted an Indian event. Khadija and James went above and beyond to make sure we had all the right approvals and ensure we were able to do the full ceremony. They also worked well with all other vendors and made sure they knew exactly what to do. They were also able to recommend vendors who were superb. Khadija is also super organized and detail oriented which made us feel at ease throughout the process. It was also just generally a lot of fun to work with these two since they truly care about making your wedding a success. Highly recommend for your big day! read more

I want to let everyone know that I had the pleasure of working with Khadija Hansia-Gibson and her team, for a wedding. They have excellent organizational, communication, time management, and customer service skills. She showed flexibility, integrity, independence, energy, responsibility and she left no detail out. Her team was equally amazing to work with. They were all very kind and polite under pressure. I would highly recommend them to anyone who really wants someone to take over the details of your special event and who will make your dreams come true. read more

Selecting Khadija and James as our wedding coordinators was one of the best decisions we made! They listened carefully and took the time to understand what we wanted. When interviewing other possible wedding coordinators, we found that many of them had their way of doing things, which they expected us to follow. Khadija and James were the opposite -- they devoted themselves to implementing the wedding WE wanted. And they were VERY devoted -- organized, careful, totally on top of things. And always calm, pleasant and very, very helpful. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. read more
