    TL:DR I am so so thankful that I had the opportunity to work with Saskia and the team, my wedding was made possible with their efforts and they made it look flawless on a budget. Professional, detail-oriented, flexible, and exceptionally kind- Saskia and her staff (Fuego, Lauren, Kaitlin, Louella, and Julie) were so amazing to work with! My wedding was anything but straightforward (rescheduled due to the pandemic, almost canceled for a second time due to pregnancy complications), and without Saskia I am confident we would not have been able to pull it off. I had initially intended to plan and execute everything myself to save money, but I am so glad I went with this team because not only did all of my DIY ambitions require coordinating, Saskia also helped me figure out how I could have the wedding I wanted within my budget (e.g., Saskia sent me recommendations for charcuterie items to pick up from costco and her team constructed a beautiful grazing board for our wedding day appetizers)! If you're on the fence about it and want to "get it all done yourself" I'd highly recommend you reconsider- having Saskia's support for the month of coordination and her staff for the event really ensured that I could fully relax and enjoy the event with my friends and family because I knew everything was being taken care of. She coordinated with all of my vendors, gave me the tools to set up multiple floor plans, spreadsheets to organize what was needed/ensure all items were brought to the venue, and fielded my many questions leading up to the big day. Her kindness was also unmatched- I was released from the hospital the day before our wedding (complicated pregnancy), and Saskia showed up TO OUR HOUSE to help bring over items to the venue and review the plan. She also connected with all of our vendors to keep them updated so that I didnt have to make all those calls myself. Then to top it off, at the end of our event, Saskia presented us with a beautiful handmade bib for our baby. Working with her team felt so much more than working with "just another vendor"; It was like having more knowledgeable (and fashionable) clones of myself who also wanted to see my vision come alive just as much as I did.

    Maya Hann-Bird makes it happen! After the pandemic delayed what was supposed to be our May 2020 wedding, we were understandably apprehensive about whether we were actually going to be able to pull off our early August 2021 wedding. Enter the incomparable Maya Hann-Bird: from the first moment we met her, she was on it. She radiates calm and competence and is an absolute badass at getting stuff done. When we had to make some major last minute adjustments to the reception concept in order to stay in line with evolving COVID regulations, she nailed it. When, on the Wednesday before the wedding, our venue warned us they may cancel on us--she stayed calm and made sure the wedding happened. 1000 stars out of 10, we can't possibly recommend her more highly.

    5 Stars truly does not capture the work Saskia, Hannah and her team did for our wedding - they pulled off a MIRACLE! The TL;DR we had to reschedule our wedding not once, but twice. Once to the pandemic, the second time 10 days before our wedding due to a flood at Stern Grove. The city had reserved us space at a new venue that did not work with everything we had planned for the last 2 years. Saskia jumped in to save the day, talked with the head of Parks and Rec for SF, and was able to find us a beautiful unknown gem in the city, Sunnyside Conservatory, that they were not going to let us book initially. Saskia made it happen! As for vision, planning, assisting my wife and I every step of the way, we could not have asked for a better group to work with. I know they had multiple weddings impacted due to the floods, and we felt like the only wedding they had. :-) Special shoutout to Hannah for helping us orchestrate the day-of logistics - nothing but rave reviews from the entire wedding on the venue, decorations, flow, and the people.

    There's so much you have to deal with when planning your wedding. A lot of the vendors do a great job in providing a quote and selling their product, but I have a full time job and a life outside of planning a wedding, and although I'm very organized and a natural planner, there were so many small details that I just never thought about or knew how to even tackle. Hiring Carolyn at Mooi Weddings as our event coordinator was the best thing we did. My only regret is that we didn't book the full services and had her work with us from the very beginning. Months leading up to the wedding, Carolyn was flexible with her time and very helpful. I also respected that she wasn't a simple "yes" woman. She is the expert and knew more than us what were our realistic limitations. Trust me this is important. She helped us make our dream wedding happen while keeping in mind our budget and amount of time we had on our wedding day. My family and guests absolutely loved her as well and they aren't easy to please. We highly recommend Carolyn! Our wedding was the best day ever and it ran smoothly from beginning to end. She maintained a level of professionalism and also was very approachable. We loved them!

    Saskia and her team were the best move for our wedding. We booked our wedding in a park, so needed to do all the vendor finding, clean up, etc. our self. Saskia to the rescue! She had a list of vendors ready to share with us and worked and communicated amazingly with the ones we found. We didn't have to worry about a thing. Saskia went above and beyond. She set up a grading board for us, arranged flowers for us in vases that we rented directly from her and even went out during the reception to get me emergency allergy medications. She is amazing and her team was fantastic

One thing I really appreciated was that my husband was cc'd on every single email so that I wouldn't have to play middle man to relay every message to him as well. We got so many compliments from our family members about Jackson's MCing. Our wedding party also really loved how Carina kept everyone organized and on schedule. Otis was kind with great attention to detail from the start. Ultimately, we decided with the glam package and our contract was very clear to understand with cost breakdown for removal of specific services / add-ons. I updated it many times with Jessica, our planner, as we made changes throughout the months, and she was always so patient and clear. Our MC Otis did a wonderful job with maintaining flow of the program. Otis was also working as DJ for a good portion of the evening, so props to him! We had closer to an hour compared to 1.5 hours of open dancing because we were behind schedule, but everybody was on the dance floor and he kept the party going seamlessly. Weddings are hectic and there are so many moving parts; we did get behind schedule but we were still able to do everything we wanted to do. Our photo & video services were set to end, but Otis was very professional in discussing with us if we wanted to extend our video services, communicative on additional cost, at the moment. Our photographer, Ben, along with the team Stanford and videographer, Christina, were so fun to work with. Ben was great at providing direction, which is especially helpful since we were not used to posing. I have not received photo & video yet as it has only been a week, but from an experience standpoint, they were attentive to detail, communicative, and glided effortlessly through the event. My makeup artist, Vivi, is the sweetest person. She was super attentive to detail and my particular skin type. I was worried about makeup because I don't wear heavy makeup often. I ended up paying for a make-up trial, and I was so happy working with Vivi that I had no worries for the wedding day. We also added-on make up for our mothers, which Vivi did the morning of. The reception decor turned out so pretty! Everything was set-up as scheduled. I was really happy with the welcome backdrop and name sign. It was also great to take pictures with guests with the backdrop since we had time during cocktail hour. We asked TDE to incorporate a large screen as the backdrop of our sweetheart table, so we found an example from a previous wedding they did, and it turned out exactly as expected. We added the photo-booth, which was so popular with the guests! There were so many cool props and our guests were having tons of fun with it. I also sent TDE a custom drawing that I wanted for the photo strips- and it turned out just like I imagined. We chose Grand Dynasty as our reception venue, and TDE communicated set-up details with our restaurant event manager, Esmond, in the days leading up to the event. I highly recommend TDE and the team that we worked with! Thank you for making it an unforgettable experience.

We started working with Ryanne after picking our venues and a few other vendors, but if you can work with her from the very beginning I would recommend it! She can save you a lot of time trying to find vendors to work with and save you from some sticker shock by helping you with a realistic budget from the very beginning. We had a huge 200 guest count and consisted of shuttles to take them inside the vineyard. My groom is a type-A kind of guy and always wants everything perfect. Any wedding planner would probably just tear their hair out, but Ryanne, was super organized, she delivered on everything we asked, and resolved any hiccups along the way. Ryanne was our advocate and took charge of everyting, from talking to the vendors ( we had 10) about pricing issues to doing little things like bringing picture frames at the last minute. We felt really confident leading up to the wedding. We were able to just hang out with our family and friends from out of town, instead of stressing about wedding details. She was a calming presence to my groom and I. A couple of months beforehand, she even came with me to buy wedding decor and gave me advice on things that I would NEVER think of. She was a great value and more than I expected in a wedding coordinator. You would think she has been doing this for years, but this was her first big event on her own. Although it was luck that we found her, we would hire her again in a heartbeat. Rebecca is extremely organized, extremely creative, and a really, really, really nice person to be around. Both the planning and day of our wedding were such a joy, and we have Rebecca to thank for that. Our wedding had a lot of moving parts, and Rebecca worked equally well with nervous parents on logistics, with me on design details, and coordinating with vendors. (Our photographer and officiant hadn't worked with her before, and both separately commented that she was exceptionally organized and professional). Jessica & LaShawna are freaking stars! The planning process was seamless. I was so impressed with the attention to detail at the wedding venue walkthrough. We walked the entire venue, bounced ideas off each other for placement of every single item, and built a schematic. They even measured the venue to know exact placement of tables, chairs, etc. Planning the wedding was so easy/smooth thanks to the planning tools and check ins. Our rehearsal was straight to the point and very easy. We didn't need the full two hours allotted by our venue because they were on top of everything! Then came the wedding day. Our bridal salon overlooked the venue, so we were able to see the progress throughout the day. THEY WORK HARD!! and I mean, they pay attention to every single little detail to make sure the place looks beautiful and perfect. It was so impressive, we all couldn't stop talking about it. The wedding day went seamless, on time, and without a single issue. Jessica and LaShawna were there every step of the way, speaking to each other through their own personal headpieces. We were kindly welcomed by Leah and introduced to our planner, Yoko, who was amazing, carefully guiding and making our vision a reality, accommodating our preferences and budget, and helping us with the design and layout of the big day with all of our vendors. She provided multiple vendor options, communicated closely with them and us throughout the bidding and hiring process, and ensured we were all on the same page from planning through the walkthrough and up to the day of the event. One of the greatest things about this process was the clear, concise communication and organization that made planning, payments, and decision-making understandable, step by step, rather than a labyrinth of crossed wires and deadlines.  The day of our wedding was as effortless as could be. It was great to have the team from Two Perfect Events, along with Yoko and Leo, there to assist with setting up and taking down decorations and rentals, help guide guests, event staff, and our vendors, and ensure everything, including our deliveries and rentals, went according to plan. We also appreciated that our planners kept an eye on both of us the entire night to ensure we were doing well and enjoying the festivities, getting our food, making sure we were at the right place at the right time, and saving any items for our personal requests. We did not expect that Two Perfect Events would take behind-the-scenes photos and videos of the entire day and the in-person walkthroughs, which gave us a chance to reminisce on the process and quickly provide a glimpse of our families and friends outside the eyes of our wonderful wedding photographers.  We appreciated that our vendors were all in sync, and the coordinators ensured our entire process minimized the stress of planning, which was what we had hoped for all along. They provided us with good advice on choosing vendors, insurance for our wedding, and what to expect when working with multiple parties. It was evident that Two Perfect Events had considered multiple contingencies and scenarios in which snafus or unexpected issues may arise throughout the process, and we were glad that Yoko was always prepared for them, including giving us enough buffer time due to traffic delays so our guests could arrive on the big day.  Everyone complimented us on the evening, and it went by so smoothly. They commented that this was the least stressful and most fun wedding they've been to in a long time, which conveyed the vibe we were going for.
