Rosemary Events doesn't actually offer DOC, and after chatting with me and realizing that I didn't have the budget for a full Wedding planner, she graciously spent at least 30 minutes talking with me and giving me advice. I can't fully explain how helpful she was when she did not have to spend the time or energy helping me at all. She is obviously a true professional and a really kind person. Tasha was able to understand our needs and the vision of the bar, communicate that to her team, and put her team in position to really crush it at our wedding. The planning process was seamless. I was so impressed with the attention to detail at the wedding venue walkthrough. We walked the entire venue, bounced ideas off each other for placement of every single item, and built a schematic. They even measured the venue to know exact placement of tables, chairs, etc. Planning the wedding was so easy/smooth thanks to the planning tools and check ins. Our rehearsal was straight to the point and very easy. We didn't need the full two hours allotted by our venue because they were on top of everything! Then came the wedding day. Our bridal salon overlooked the venue, so we were able to see the progress throughout the day. We never felt too strongly pushed towards one idea, and she has the right amount of structure and flexibility for planning and execution. I also liked that she's active on social media so she stays in the know of what's trending or new, and gives good suggestions from what she's seen at other weddings. Once our vendors were booked, her execution style was very methodical and organized. She stayed on top of things with a spreadsheet, and sent emails of what is to be expected from the couple vs the vendor vs her team. This was super helpful! On the day of the wedding, she kept things on schedule, and if there were any hiccups, she resolved them without us even knowing. I recommend her because she is knowledgeable about the industry and very experienced in handling events. I know people say you can't have a perfect wedding day, but I really felt like I did. I know that would not have been possible without Sarah and the A Touch of Grace team. We had 3 different venues, and setup/teardown needed at each. Sarah made sure to pickup everything we prepared a couple days ahead of the wedding, and dropped off everything after so we didn't have to worry. I love her and would recommend her (and have) to anyone looking to plan a wedding in the Bay Area. We said florals and photographers weren't the highest priority and low budget but somehow she came through w/ amazing flors for 2k and a 10hr photographer for 3k. We had a DJ, 2 sites (city hall and a country club), and constant communication, and threw a hell of a wedding for 50k in the Bay Area!!! Sarah can work with you however you want. If you want to be super involved she'll meet with you and work with you to find ideas and things to execute. If you want her to drive the planning, she'll have entire timelines and vendors made and lined up and you barely have to lift a finger. If I had to plan a wedding again I would choose her in a heartbeat. Additionally, we are both Chinese and wanted some Asian aspects (including a tea ceremony) in our wedding as well. Sarah handled that with no issue at all, and honestly could not be happier with her service. She does not charge enough for how much she's done for us.
