I remember when my dad bought a car from you guys, you sent him a huge bouquet of flowers. How nice! Thanks for not pressuring me into buying that car, and I think I'll come back when you have the IS300 in graphite available. read more

Best, stress-free car buying experience I've ever had. I came here to purchase a very slightly used 2014 Lexus IS 250 I saw on Cars.com. It was everything I had been looking for, and 5 dealerships later this was going to be the last one in my search for a while. So I call ahead, making an appointment to see the vehicle. I had about a 30 minute drive to El Monte and in the time it took to get there and get ready to test drive, the vehicle sold. A sign from the universe, right?Wrong. We were helped by Ian Clubb and he was very helpful from that point on. We were able to locate another car, same model (from the THOUSANDS of cars) in their inventory, with less miles more upgrades and for a better price. Sold! From walk-in, to our little hiccup, to walking out... It was record time for me. Buying a car used to be an all day affair, but in a just few hours a had a BEAUTIFUL Lexus with my name on it. The only slightly negative thing I have to say about Longo Lexus is that they do try and push quite hard for you to get a Lease. That, and the location isn't the most convenient. Overall, this is THE go-to location for a new or used Lexus. read more

This review is for the service department, Well mainly our service advisor Niva Salazar, if it wasn't for him I'd give 3 stars for my first impression. Upon arriving at Longo Lexus for our first 5k services, we we're greeted by another service rep who seemed liked he was not in the mood that day. It seemed like he was in a rush or something, so I asked for Niva Salazar because my friend suggested I should go through Niva. Right off the bat Niva was really friendly and welcoming, he offered my girlfriend and I water, donuts etc. He had a good ear to listening to our concerns about the vehicle we purchased and had us ready to go in our loaner car within 10 mins of our visit @ Longo. Unfortunately, our problem wasn't fixed by the dealership but it is somewhat in the process of getting fixed. If it wasn't for Niva walking us through and being 100% honest with us, I wouldn't be writing this review. I think I would have lost my patience. lol I would definitely recommend Longo Lexus' service department to my friends who own Lexus' just because of my experience with Niva Salazar. Great guy to deal with! read more

I am really insulted by the misleading response from Longo. Kary completely corroborated my timeline, yet try to make it seem like I got speedy service and COMPLETELY ignored the point of my complaint: my pre-arranged loaner NOT BEING AVAILABLE and being stranded in a crowded waiting area during the pandemic. I was told that the service would be done in the afternoon. The fact that it was done early did not in any way excuse the dearth of a loaner that was reserved over a week in advance. read more

I work right next door to Santa Monica Lexus and I still bring my GS to Longo Lexus. Thanks to ROBERT MCCONNELL, I have been coming for years. Prior to my GS, he helped me maintain my RX for years! He is honest in his recommendations and has been genuinely helpful. Longo and Robert helped my mom with her ES when she was stranded in Fontana! Thank you! I would highly recommend anyone who has a Lexus to bring it here! read more

Got a good deal here in 2008 for my IS250, but haven't been back since. I'm trying to return my lease now (to get something different) and their phone service sucks. I was put on hold for more than 5 minutes, and then they hung up on me. I had to call back and was put on hold again... Other than that the sales staff is pretty nice and they know their stuff. read more

They've got a second chance. After all, everyone makes mistakes and certainly every dealer has a bad apple. I've got in contact with Chris McCarty after his comment on Yelp and I was able to accommodate a test drive on a LS + F Sport sedan to my schedule. I arrived punctually, checked in, and I met Chris who he direct me to a sales agent named Van. Van took me out for a comprehensive test drive, local and freeway. Certainly no where close to what Tom had done. Very knowledgeable about the car, warranty, and was able to answer every question that I had. I'm very pleased that Van took the extra time to print out the information on the basic LS model and the LS model with F Sport. In the end, all went well. Another sales manager emerged (not Chris), taking my comments and making sure that everything went well. NOW that's customer service. Certainly not the first time with Tom. This experience is rated 5 stars and I will certainly take this dealer into consideration after this update in my quest to find an excellent luxury car. read more

By fair the worst service I received. My Lexus is250 2008 Navi didn't work so came in here to check up and see what happen. Eric Tran help me with the serviced, not only that his customer service is bad but the follow up is horrible. I took the car here because I didn't want to take the navi out myself and mess up the dash and let the professional do it. Lexus didn't approved for the navi be replace so they wanted their loaner car back. I came to pick up the car and the whole dash board is mess up and have screw driver mark all around. So of course I was pissed, they told me they get it replace. Waited 3wk for the part no answer. I have to follow up with three people to get Eric to call me back and found out that the part won't be send me and they don't have an estimated date for it and it can be a year to 2. read more

I had a great experience at Longo Lexus. Ask for George Kantanto if you are looking for a car there. He really encouraged me to test drive multiple cars (which took at least an hour) and was so patient throughout the whole process. He also followed up with me even after the contracts were signed and my car was off the lot. There are actually multiple Lexus dealerships closer to me, but my family and I are most likely returning to Longo if we want a new Lexus due to the selection and service. read more

I got my Toyota from Longo Toyota and my Lexus from Longo Lexus. I've been a huge fan and supporter for the Longo dealership but my experience today was absolutely horrible. This chinese guy named Tom helped me and he didn't even bother trying to get to know me. Not a smile or asking me questions to know a client. Longo used to be known for their genuineness and sincerity in wanting to help you find the best car. This guy Tom asks from the start "what's your budget? How much you want to spend? What do you want?" Not even a "how are you doing today? How can I help you? Have you been with Longo before?" After I said what my budget was he said that I could only qualify for a CT. Which I know is BS. Told him my budget was $400-500 and he says that? He also said "you can find all the information online". What kind of BS is that? And by the way, this guy picks up a phone call in the middle of our meeting and I haven't even sat down for longer than 2-3 minutes. He didn't even apologize or ask to get the call. When I got my Lexus years back the sales guy at the time was very sincere and he cared for what you wanted. He listened. But Tom? He just cares about meeting his sales quota. You're just another sales in his book. I'm so disappointed in Longo Lexus. What happened to treating your clients like clients? Longo used to hold a high standard but now it runs its shop like a swap meet. You've lost a long time client for good. Retrain your sales people. read more

Bigger isn't always better. My experience with Longo was dramatically worse than the caliber of service I received from both Santa Monica and South Bay Lexus. If you're looking for a wide selection, Longo is a very large dealership packed with many cars. However, quantity does not equal quality!! Service and integrity mean a lot to me and Longo fell sorely short of providing either. I had the displeasure of working with Leo S. (Internet Sales Manager). As an Internet Sales Manager, you'd think he'd be savvy with emails, however he would constantly ask to speak over the phone rather than respond to emails. I found this concerning - and after I had a lease proposal changed due to his "mistake", I felt I really couldn't trust him. He explained to me that he had erroneously based his numbers on an IS250 rather than a IS350, even though we had the exact car (including VIN#) as the basis of our negotiations from the beginning. He failed at: providing clarity, polite service, and prompt responses. I felt like I was working with a shoddy used car salesperson and not a luxury car dealer. I hold Lexus in high regard and am disappointed at the experience I was subjected to. *The one bright spot in this horrible experience was my first visit to the dealership. Leo, whom I had been communicating with over email/phone, was not available (thankfully). So Jeff W. (Internet Sales Manager also) helped me out. Jeff was what I would expect from Lexus. He was kind, informative, and trustworthy. I regret that I did not work with him from the beginning. If you do go to Longo Lexus, work with Jeff. I ended up taking delivery of my new car at Lexus Santa Monica, a longer commute for me but well worth it to receive the kind of service that I am paying for. read more

**this review is only for Francis Saldana (service consultant)** ok not to sound like a brat, but i've had the luxury of owning a lexus ever since i got my license (9 years!). i was a regular at lexus of cerritos (shivers...as you may now i have a vendetta against that place) only because Francis was there. he's such a wonderful service consultant! he treats you like family: he always is on time, he answers all your questions, he'll keep you updated about your vehicle, he'll call you when your car is ready, and he always knows how to put you in a good mood! when he moved to longo lexus i stayed at cerritos...but after 1 service i had to follow Francis. there's no one like him! i'm a dedicated customer of his and will follow wherever he goes! because of him i'm not going to rate my experience with the appointment and loan car department low. however i will tell you guys a hint...when you make an appointment make sure you get it right because i made my appointment for wednesday at 10 and she acknowledged my appointment. however when i got there they said my appointment was for thursday and that they didn't have a loaner car for me. seriously!? what is up with lexus and me...ugh and even if you didn't have a loaner car...shouldn't you have given me one because the fault was on your side?!??! but obviously Francis came to the rescue and got me a toyota corolla *shivers lol* within 20 minutes from enterprise and waived the fee....see people LEARN FROM FRANCIS!!! anyways if you have a lexus come to longo lexus...but ask for Francis! you'll be very satisfied with his customer service!!!!! read more

Since Niva moved to Arizona...Clifton Hsu has been my service consultant for the past year and half, if not longer. He's been just as wonderful to me as Niva, if not better. In fact, over the past 9 years that I've been coming here...all of my experiences with all of the Longo staff have been great. I've had the misfortune of bringing in my baby to see Clifton on more occasions than I would like this year and even though I'm in SD most of the time now and the Kearny Mesa dealership is just a blink away...I still drive all the way to Longo for my service. read more

Longo Lexus is located right off the Peck Rd. exit off the 10 freeway. The lot is HUGE, and you definitely can't miss it. When you think of luxury, Lexus is definitely one of the brands that will come to your mind. Longo Lexus definitely lives up to its name in regards to luxury. I normally come here to get an oil change, (even though it takes quite a while) the commodities and amenities will make the time fly by a lot faster. They have about 10 computers for customers to use at their leisure. They also have a fridge full of canned soda and water for your taking. Boxes of donuts/muffins/cookies for you to munch on. An espresso machine for your favorite latte's. Plenty of couches and seats for you to relax on. To top it off, they also have a plentiful of iPad's to loan out for you to use. The only down side was that I still had to wait about 1.5 hours for my car's service, but all the commodities and amenities definitely made me forget all about it. read more

This is for the service department: Niva Salazar is by far the best service representative at this dealership. Other service people who work there, who I won't mention, aren't as nice or attentive as Niva. Niva would always take care of my car as fast a possible. I drive all the way from Santa Monica to El Monte to get my Lexus IS250 service because I know Niva would take great care of me and my car. My entire family owns a Lexus and one of the greatest reasons why we all own Lexus, and not BMW or Mercedes is because we know our cars will be take great care every time because of Niva. I have personally known Niva for almost 5+ years, and he has never tried to up sale or take advantage of me. Niva Salazar, if you are reading this, keep up the good work! read more

Terrible place, waste of time - don't even bother! There are SO MANY OTHER LEXUS DEALERSHIPS that will take care of you and be FAR MORE HONEST than this place... I dealt with someone for months over the phone regarding my ending lease and getting into a new lexus. I spoke with this woman at least once a week, come to find out, she is not even in sales. I drive out to Longo, an hour from where I live, to turn in my lease and get a new one. Turns out, they dont even have the car I want to lease! NOBODY TOLD ME THAT in the many conversations I had with Longo lexus. They are unwilling to help and the way their business runs is just horrific. I felt terrible taking out all of my frustration on the very nice salesman (Bruce), but this was so unprofessional. Long has still yet to call me back to let me know about the promos for 2014 leases. So professional. What a joke. I drove straight toBeverly Hills Lexus from Longo and I turned in my leased vehicle and drove off in exactly what I wanted at the exact price I had in mind. Longo Lexus is a waste of time and energy. Don't give them your business. They will just feed you some bullshit here and there to get you to walk in the door. They actually get paid per person that the can get to show up. Great incentive for these snakes. ---- Regina's information below is all false... I have never heard the names of the employees that she lists other than Shakiba. This shows how disorganized this place is. What a shit show. I'm still waiting to be contacted to hear the lease specials on the 2014. I guess Longo Lexus isn't hurting for business and can afford to offer crap service to customers both before they visit, while they visit and after they visit the dealership. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY at this place. THEY ARE FULL OF LIES AND HOT AIR. What assholes. Seriously, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! read more

Man Wong is completely dismissive and condescending. Knowing that my gf knows very little about cars, Man Wong charged her $200 for an oil change. He then justifies it by saying that there was also an inspection of the tires, so that's why it took $200 and 2 hours of waiting. I'm sure Man Wong deserves a job, but just not a job at an establishment that I'd visit. (Btw - that means I'm taking my business elsewhere, ya goof.) read more

BUYER BEWARE. This dealer Likes to be dishonest and withhold info. Do not sign any paperwork until they give you all the details; make sure you ask ??. They are deceiving. I went to buy a GS 350 2016 . Sergio Orozco offered me a good deal. He then failed to tell me I had to sign off paperwork as if I were buying a used car and he also failed to tell me that the warranty took effect back in June of 2016 even though I am purchasing in Dec 2016. When you purchase a used car they give you a warranty that has unlimited miles but he stated that he could not include this warranty in the deal. So why am I signing off DMV paperwork that the car is Used. He ran my credit, and made me go through all this ordeal to then give me the real info. read more

*Disclaimer: on a first time car buyer high & my family has not bought a "new" car in over 10 years I had no idea what to expect when I went into the dealership (this lot is maaaassive!!) Our rep, TONY MINARTO, looks like he came straight out of a Chinese drama (unrelated but needed to be said) and was very clear in his explanations/his job to sell cars (spoiler alert: we got a 2014 CT200h ) He was quick to help our family and was very attentive to our responses. At the moment, I am your typical-20-year-old-who-doesn't-appreciate-being-talked-down-to so I appreciated Tony's quick and thorough "demo" of the car. Throw in a couple of life stories/advice and what else can you ask for out of a car buying experience? I have seen many negative reviews on the service and I'm a little bit worried but once I hit my 5k mark I'll come back for a follow up review! read more

Thank you Sergio Orozco!! I have been researching and shopping for a new car for about a year. It's so hard for me because I am sooo picky and I hate going to dealerships because of the sales people... Longo Lexus has definetly set a high standard in my book after going through all the dealerships I've been to. From BMW to Audi and other Lexus dealers...Longo Lexus is THE BEST! I am so happy I chose Lexus too. My Lexus IS offered way more awesome options than an Audi A5 or BMW 5 and looks beautiful being all black suede rooftop with leather and suede seats for less than what I expected. I also felt secured, my car was going to be reliable and they even add amazing bonuses at no charge for just being their customer. The benefits and convenience of owning such a great looking car too =) Sergio made me feel like family and cared about what I wanted and didnt want. I know sales people are supposed to make you feel that way so they can make a sale but it was different here..totally different. The other dealerships ESPECIALLY Audi can be sooo rude! It's funny how customer service can make a sale so much easier. But be sure to ask for him when wanting to own an amazing car and memorable experience. Made my first car purchase a breeze. I even asked for a red bow on top of it and voilà! there it was!! Very happy girl. read more

We are loyal Lexus owners so its natural to get back into a Lexus. We sent off for some quotes to a couple local dealerships and our Internet Sales Manager: Anthony Nguyen at Longo Lexus was prompt and very professional. He not only gave us the best price but got us exactly what we wanted. White on Red IS 250 F-Sport. It was very easy to talk to him and the process was very fast. We are LOVING every minute in our new IS. Thank you Anthony Nguyen and Longo Lexus!! read more

This review is for the SALES department. I walked in to test drive 2 different models. Unfortunately, I was greeted by a rude sales person who was only interested in making a quick sale. In addition, he tried to make me feel I was wasting both his and my time to still be exploring different options. As I have been test driving cars at different dealerships, it was worth noting that when I visited dealers of some of the German car makers, I was greeted by warm sales people who did not mind showing me the cars I wanted to get to know better even though they knew I was not ready to make an immediate purchase. Longo should really train their people to be better salesman in this case. I actually liked one of the cars I test drove today, but I probably will not do business with Longo. read more

I purchased my car here almost a year ago. It was one of the best car buying experience I have ever had. Hassle free and they had me out of the lot faster than I have ever expected. My first Lexus purchase was made from Cerritos Lexus. After my experience with Longo, I don't feel the need to go back to Cerritos anymore. One of the biggest perks Longo Lexus offers is their mobile car service. They will send a maintenance truck to do your standard service as long as the destination is w/ in 20 MI from Longo. Unfortunately I work and live too far. But to those who can take advantage of this awesome service, this 5 star customer service. This dealership offers a huge selection of Lexus'. Just like our salesman said "you pretty much know what you want when you walk into a Lexus, it's up to us to make you happy". What an excellent motto and it gives me, the buyer, a great sense of security that I'm not getting ripped off. FYI - Lexus gives you a Lexus for your loaner cars. From what I've heard some BMW dealerships give their customers Sentras as loaners. Straight up whack!!!! read more

**3.5 STARS, but I'll round up since I'm feeling nice...still in the holiday spirit** This review is for the sales department of Longo Lexus. Purchased a '08 IS350 under the CPO Program from Longo on 12/19. We negotiated and got a great price on this well-optioned IS (chrome wheels, deck spoiler, NAV, and premium package). The sales associate who helped me with the purchase is a kind gentleman named Victor, and speaks Mandarin. There was not much pressure to purchase, and Victor was very patient: we looked at the ENTIRE selection of second-generation IS's (roughly 8-10 on the lot, all IS250s) and 2 GS350s before my dad and I sat down and negotiated for the IS350. The vehicle delivery process is pretty straightforward. You sign papers (read the fine print), then you go to an elevator where your new/new-to-you Lexus is sitting in the underground storage garage. Your sales rep gives you a walk around of the vehicle, and you whisk your new ride to your home. BUT WAIT! Whoever certified my IS350 is blind, and did not see the giant rock chip on the windshield AND THREE rock chips (two of which are actual dents that can be seen/felt) on the roof of the vehicle that were not touched-up. I don't give a crap if its been raining and made it difficult to see: DO YOUR JOB RIGHT, AND TAKE THE TIME TO PERFORM THE NECESSARY REPAIRS. And yes, I understand there will be damage present when purchasing a used vehicle, but that damage is an eyesore: it was not a simple small nick or light scratch (plenty of these on the car; god knows what the leasee was doing). Honestly, if this kind of damage passes the 161-point inspection, then I question the integrity and truth of the CPO program. People make mistakes, yes, but when the reputation of the entire dealership and a Lexus program rests on your shoulders, be more tedious when you're on your job. Longo didn't exactly apologize ("We want you, our customer, to be happy."), but they did replace the windshield with an aftermarket PGW glass (they wouldn't pay for an OEM windshield, claiming the PGW is equal in terms of quality to the OEM...hmm, we'll see) and provided a bottle of Obsidian-colored touch-up paint (though they did not offer to apply it, rofl), both at no charge. Brand-new floormats came with the car (they were still in the packaging) though they were given to me at the service appointment the next morning. There was also an additional master remote key that had to be programmed and shipped to my college address because the parts dept. is closed. Just don't buy on a Sunday if you don't want to make a second trip for the extra goodies. I didn't have the perfect Lexus-shopping experience I imagined, but it wasn't horrible either, and its not like Longo didn't attempt to fix what went wrong. Props for those who tried to make things right (sales rep Victor, sales manager Charlie, and Jennifer of the service dept.). I'd return here for the purchase of my next CPO Lexus, but I'll go over the car with a fine comb before I even test drive it. read more

Well what do you know, another problem arises! Don't purchase a CPO or any used car from Longo for that matter. They don't give 2 shits about you or the car. They were telling me how they are so much better than Keyes Lexus because they take more time to fix problems and do more inspections. MY ASS. Since I purchased my LS460 back in August 23rd, this will be the 3rd time. Not once, twice but THIRD time taking it to get something fixed. I filed a official complaint with Lexus corporate as well. They basically said since I got things fixed under warranty anyway, they won't give me any special treatment even though I'm wasting my time and gas money taking it to the dealer multiple times. read more

So I went today on one of the rainiest days of the year and met up with David Truong. I recently went to Longo to Purchase a 2013 GS350 F Sport... The purchasing experience is the best I have experienced... My sales representative Rony Parada was an great help the whole way through! From the initial inquiry to purchasing/leasing pricing to locating my ideal build to the delivery of the vehicle. He was able to get me a great deal not to mention find my perfect build which was Starfire Pearl with the Cabernet interior with the Mark Levinson system... Not only do Longo have exceptional staff they are also a company that will admit to their mistakes... When we moved on to the financial dept they realized that the lease purchase pricing was wrong but the updated pricing is actually less but that meant longo would lose out if I were to choose to pruchase the car at the end of the lease. No questions asked they went with the original estimation eventhough it meant that they would be losing additional money on the deal... I think integrity of a company is very important and they have shown that if they quote a certain number for a deal a mistake or not they will stand by it... Again A++ experience and if you ever have the need I would drop in and look up Rony and see if he can assist you in your purchase... read more

If you're thinking of buying a Lexus, Longo has been hands down the best experience. After looking around online A LOT you could tell they offer the best service / amenities / car selection.
