Buying during COVID is challenging at this location. Due to safety, I was told by Jerry W that you're not able to take a test drive until after you've completed the paperwork and approved for financing. Since I am new to Lexus, I wanted to drive two different cars so I knew which model was best. He showed me the spreadsheet on his computer of cars available that matched my needs. He wanted to know which car I wanted to move forward with and start the paperwork. I was not ready for this and I asked him since I can't drive them, can I at least take a look at them in person before agreeing to complete all of the paperwork. He hardly spoke to me which made it very awkward as he walked me around the lot to show me the two cars I had in mind. I was able to sit inside both of them. I didn't have the keys to turn on the stereo or check out the touch screen electronics. The inside was dirty (I was looking at used cars), looked like the previous owner spilled soda in the cupholder/armrest, dirt and grime on the dash/flooring, and overall neither car looked fresh or well-taken care of. Upon looking at the second car, two other guys came up to him and he started talking to them in another language. I got out of the car and waited for him to stop talking to the other guys. He looked at me to see if I had questions, but it felt like I was in his way. I said I had no more questions and then he went back to talking to the other gentleman. I waited for a second and realized our time together was done and walked away. He didn't thank me for coming in or follow up with me later on to see where I am in my decision process. He didn't talk to me about Lexus to try and sell me on how great the cars are or highlight the features that sets one model apart from the other. I can tell he was not taking me seriously. There are plenty of other Lexus dealerships and I am not interested in coming back to this one due to their service and cleanliness of the cars. Perhaps service is different if you go with a friend and not alone as it seems most of the positive reviews mention "we" in the comments. read more

I just purchased my 2012 IS350 yesterday, I'm in love with my car! My sales rep was Rodney P. He was so patient and when we began negotiating I truly felt he was working with me to get a great deal to purchase my IS350. I never felt pressure and when we closed the deal he showed me how to download my I-Phone into my car's Bluetooth. Today I had questions on how to do something and again he was patient and talked me through it. Another great location that felt warm was the Service Station. I had Clem introduce himself and assured me that if I ever had an issue to call him. It didn't stop there, I also received awesome service from Andrew in parts, I ordered all weather floor mats that he made sure would be mailed to my home for FREE! If your looking to purchase a Lexus go see Rodney, he's amazing and you'll feel like your with a friend. read more

There are a few time in my life where I felt the need to write a review. First of all I have been coming to Longo for a very long time. When we first bought our rx350 pre owned certified it was from longo. And we have had our service at longo since then. There were always few items the service manager like to add on which can be fixed dyi for a fraction of the cost. And that ok, I understand they like to use these tactic to make additional $$. What I am about to mention is not a backlash at longo lexus. Rather it was a very interesting learning experience which I like to share with the community. Having been with longo for so long it seemed reasonable to come here when I am looking to buy and sell my car. After waited for the sales person over period of 2 days and aggregate of 10 hours and each time was based on the appointment time they gave me. I felt the overall experience was very uncomfortable in restrospect. And my learned lesson was to be careful when compare prices and get a loan pre qualified before walking into any dealership. And most likely it not going to be a dealership like longo lexus. It is ok to walk out on a deal regardless of the situation because you can always come back to the deal. The Rx350 for same models and mileage was selling at a price online a bit over 22k. Coming to longo I understand that as any trade in there is a reasonable profit to be made by the company so I have proposed a selling price at 19500 based on what published on edmund. I was looking for a car lease that has reasonable price compare to competitions and hybrid. So I fixed my eyes on a ct200h. I had asked the sales person to based the value on a published price compare to a near by dealership. The only discrepancy was that the additional mileage at 15k miles per year for 36 month vs 27 month at 10k miles per year. On the sales persons table the clear published price per additional mile was at 20 cents per mile. However the sales person says the manager insisted that the per miles price is 25 cents because we supposedly made some error in the calculation. And the total differences was around 1500. After the sales process I asked quotations from at least two other dealership and both came back around 1500 less. And I have confirmed with them that the per mileage cost was 20 cent and not 25 cents. So beyond the differences based on the per mile differences, the sales person claimed to have discounted the lease by 2500 so they actually lowered the sales price for rx350 for another 2.5k. And instead of paying me for a reasonable trade in cost of 19,500 they only paid me for 17k. In the end the differences was 4k. I had asked them very nicely to compensating for some of the direct untruthful details. And it was very generous of them after all that to promise me verbally for 2 free oil changes. The dealership was also at first refuse to give me the money for the car until 14 business days later. And I felt they want to expedited the process after I had mentioned I would like the used rx350 back. And it was nice of them to let me waited for 7 days instead of 14 days. Their sales person was friendly and always has a smile on his face. And always responsive. So the 5 Star is for the sales person. Though the feeling I felt from this experience goes to 0 for longo and I appreciate them for giving me the learning experience I needed so I may share with the community. read more

Hi! To all the people reading this review. I came to longo Lexus dealership last night around 8:30pm and I had such a great experience with the people here, especially Leo Subroto he was one of the sales manager who was very upfront with me. He was easy going and finds as many options as possible to help me with my upside down trade in situation until midnight!! I must say I'm speechless with his spectacular effort. I have been to many dealerships and let's just say this is one of a kind, they don't harrass, very friendly, and professional. They work as a team and they really care about their customer. They have just gained another loyal customer, I will definitely return for the next trade-in. Best of all... I now have a brand new 2015 IS 250 sport!! Love it! Thank you Leo! For your patience and late night work. Jocelyn read more

Just want to give Longo Lexus Employee Sergio Orozco kudos for providing the most excellent customer service I have ever had. One of my friends referred me to him and I gave him a call. He was able to work the deal without me physically there. I walked away with 2 cars that day and the deal was 99% done. All Longo needed was my signature and my wife and I were driving away in our brand new cars in less than 30 mins! I will ONLY buy my new future car purchases from LONGO!! Please look up Sergio Orozco if you're in the market for a new or certified Lexus automobile! read more

It was a decent car dealer we used to look for a luxury new car. However, few of their salesmen's nonchalant and passive attitudes really turned us off after we visited there last Saturday. It looked like the salesman just wanted to go home early. When he showed us the car we asked for, he just stood outside the car and didn't even want to show us the car's features or function. His offer was also much higher than other same class luxury car's bases. Maybe their marketing and sales are too successful to really care about their clientele. I bought their car before because of their great attitude and reasonable deal. Now I just bought a great new MB with a tremendous deal under an excellent sales manager's help. read more

Hi. I would like to thank David Cheung Sales consultant for the amazing experience he gave me today. I at first was bit scare for the finance but after talking to him it was wow no words to describe his professionalism and personality. I walked in at the dealer and immediately stood up and gave me a very nice warm welcome. I felt like a family here thank god he served me. After he asked me if I needed any help and then proceed to get my test drive car. I got the 2016 Lexus ISt. He explain everything with patience and friendliness. Then we proceed to the financing part which scared me the most. After filling my info and he explaining me everything I was impressed because I asked for the special financing on web. He said sure based on my credit I got an approval. After singing have no words. Super impressed. No lies I went the day before at Toyota of Dowtown LA and the sales representative showed no affection and was more pushy on making a sale and go for next sale. David changed my view on coming back definitely would recommend my family and friends here at Longo Lexus and ask for David Cheung. I work in a restaurant business and I know someone who appreciates customers and makes them for life. Thanks Mr. David Cheung for your extraordinary experience here at Longo Lexus. read more

One of the most important things I've learned with buying a new car in the area is not to go to Longo. You will come out hating Toyota/Lexus. Okay fine Longo Toyota has crappy service...I get it...I run over to Honda and boom! Amazing....Now Longo Lexus's turn. No service at all. We were left roaming their parking lot staring at cars. BMW it is.... read more

The customer service here is top notch! I went along when my sister bought her IS 250. We had called around for the best price and one of the fleet managers at Longo Lexus was willing to match the lowest price we found. He was really nice, professional, and explained everything well. There was no sleazy selling at all. The underground lot where they keep the new cars is cool. Also, what a great service department! You can get a complimentary espresso drink while watching your car get serviced. Instead of a wall separating the customers from the shop, it's all glass. If I buy a Lexus in the future, I'm definitely coming here. Right now, there's special financing with their December to Remember event! Not only was I happy as the tag-along, but my sister is extremely happy with her experience, especially compared to her visits at other car dealers. read more

I was helped by Ed Perez and paperwork was done by Ryan Tsai finance manager. The entire process took about an hour, which if anybody ever bought any car knows doesn't happen often. I did pre fill my application online prior to getting there, but car was already in wash and most paperwork was ready. I was offered a cold bottle of water and fresh ground coffee while my wife and I waited. Got a quick tour of the dealership. Overall pleasant experience, thank you guys. Ryan Tsai, ED Perez, and anyone else that had a hand in helping make my deal. I look forward to expressing the same positive feedback on a survey. Thank you read more

Very great service and pleasure to deal with Tony Minarto, he's been so helpful and friendly, highly recommended !!!

Went in with the wife to do a little window shopping for her Christmas present. The sales rep that helped us out was Vincent Dihn. I have to say he was the first car sales rep I've encountered that never really pushed or haggled me into buying. He was patient, answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in. We will definitely visit Vince again when we are ready to purchase in December. Thanks again Vince! read more

The first time I was here at Longo Lexus I had the pleasure of meeting Vincent Dinh. He helped my sister get a new Ct200H. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his cars. Fast forward till now. Scheduled an appointment with Vincent and told him I was in the market for a cool sporty car and proceeded to ask him about the RC, LC, and IS. Vincent gave me the break down of all three cars and the deals they had going on for each of these cars. He was very patient with me and also allowed me to test drive all three of these cars and at the end I decided on the RCF. Thank you Vincent for making my experience of leasing a new car so easy and smooth. Now I'll be getting speeding tickets with this flashy colored car, Molten pearl !!! read more

Longo Lexus, you definitely have great customer service. Originally my fiancée and I were looking for a certified used car, but ended up buying a new 2014 ES! We were so indecisive whether to get the GS or ES model, but Anthony Nguyen was able to help us make our final decision. Anthony is extremely friendly and listens to your needs. He is super thorough with his explanations, especially when discussing the difference between a leasing plan and a regular payment plan. Not only he is thorough, he is also very kind and patient after I tested 2 cars around the street and sat in four to five vehicles before I made my final decision. He is not forceful or tries to coerce you to buy. I am very glad that ANTHONY NGUYEN was the person that sold us our dream car. He is truly a professional! Thank you Anthony Nguyen. Longo Lexus, you have a wonderful staff member in your hands. It is because of him that I will refer my friends to your business. read more

So I was looking for a Lexus LX570 for my mom. Her birthday was coming up and ever since she lost her land cruiser that was the only thing she wanted. When I contacted Lexus of Longo I got an email from Sadith. She was so complying with all my questions and worked around my schedule! I never bought this process would be easy but she made it so stress relieving I couldn't even explain in it words! It was hard for us to lease the sat too because it is a 100k vehicle but she somehow made it hppen and wouldn't quit until we left in the car we chose! I'm so greatful for meeting her and she still is in touch asking how my mom likes the car and if everything is okay! She should be trained other sales people on how to deal with customers on the high end! Oh, and she's super hot! read more

This review goes to Tony Minarto. I was greeted immediately when I was outside. Took us right down to the garage. Showed me a few options within my budget and found a rare color for the I figuration I want. The whole negotiation and paperwork processing went smoothly and turned out to be less painful with his amicable and personal service. He made sure to go over all detailed on paper and inside the car even though he had a family event to attend. My first car buying experience and Tony made it far more pleasant than I had expected. My wife and I went to Longo to purchase an IS200t. We had a Camry lease that was up, and my wife was in love with the Lexus IS. I reached out to Sales Mgr Kevin Holley to get some preliminary pricing to make sure this was in our price range. Sergio Orozco replied to me right away with a lease deal, and was able to answer any questions I had with quick replies. We went in to go look at the car in person, and since Sergio was off, Kevin assigned Sadie Ching to help us find the right car. They both gave us a great deal that put the car in our price range. With Kevin's help, and Sadie's great customer service, they put a bow on a great buying experience. Thanks guys. read more

This is the place to go to with any of your car needs in terms of trading, leasing, buying, or just plainly finding the right fit for you. We had a 2010 RX 350 that was leased and FELIX GILES, our sales rep, was the reason why we give a 5-star rating. He helped us a lot in getting into a car that was better suited for us. We felt pretty lucky to be working with this guy because he didn't pressure us, no aggression or persistence. He was simply an honest, down to earth guy who treated us with respect. His morals and values as a sales rep is unlike no other. So, if you need a go-to person from Longo Lexus, hands down....go to FELIX GILES. Yong handled the financing portion and was just as helpful, answering all my questions and explaining everything I needed to know. Recalls galore, yet Longo Lexus kept their cool. So when the recalls for Lexus vehicles started to come out, I was not very happy when my baby was on the recall list. I contacted Longo and the customer service representative was very nice and kept my confidence high in Lexus (I think I get brainwashed too easily). They brought a loaner car to my house to switch for my car. The loaner car, a brand new 2010 IS, was a downgrade from my car, but I didn't mind because I did not have a mileage limit, so I took advantage of that. My car came back three days later, with the "upgrades" installed with a free car wash. I was pretty satisfied. Good: Great customer service. Bad: I wanted my car back faster I can't complain with the loaner car. Final: I will come back here if another recall happens (God forbid). read more

OK so this lexus dealership is like OMG. they have an underground parking garage for all their cars and when you walk down and you look it looks like one of those commercials where its just filled with a whole bunch of cars and you can go running around choosing which car you want. My family always buys their cars from here and from a specific salesman. I don't remember his name. I think its Van? anyways he's really nice. He tries to help you out as much as he can. It looked like we were playing deal or no deal because every time we tried to make an offer he would go over to the bossman and we would wait to hear the answer. They have a graduation deal. If you recently graduated i believe its college (i think they give you 2-4 years) even if you have bad credit they will finance you. They will also drive to your house if you ever need maintenance. you just have to call them up and set up an appointment. read more

Earlier this year I purchased an is250 2015 from Leo. Longo had the best price (not surprised). Leo was extremely helpful, very communicative and transparent. Of course everyone has plans that night, we both agreed on a price and verbally committed to the sale price. I picked up the car New Years day and it was Leo's day off. I believe he rearranged his schedule and drove 30 mins to accommodate completing the sale. Now that's service! Needless to say, I was very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend any friends and family to not only Longo Lexus but to deal directly with Leo. read more

Walked in to buy a vehicle. The first salesman had no interest in helping me. Directed me to the lot where no cars were found of my preference. Drove around and found a couple of SUV's that I wanted. Went back in and gave my name to the concierge A dozen salespersons swarming the front desk, but didn't have an interest in my business. From a drivers standpoint the Lexus brand is made for old people and not really for those looking for a thrilling ride. Most Lexus dealers I visited in searching for a GS usually let me walk out the door as they did not want I bargain, I am pleased to say that this dealer with their reputation does and they can try and give you quite a bargain often. The service department is great and usually have all my maintenance done timely and with great servicing. My complaint with this specific portion would be that the seating area is not at the level of which BMW and Mercedes dealerships own and being a big competitor, I would like a better lounge area. Longo lives with its motto and delivers great customer service and knowledgeable agents, who are very good in treating the customer correctly. If your looking to buy a Lexus come here, they will work with you in trying to find you an affordable way to enter the luxury sedan market. read more
