This review is long overdue but oh well better late than never. I purchased my 2012 IS Lexus fully loaded and the sales guy who had helped me is Van. He is awesome. He walked me through everything I need to know about Lexus since its my first time to try it. read more

This review is for the Sales department and salesman Victor Zeng. I'm writing the review after 2 lease and purchase from Longo Lexus and 2nd time around was even more pleasant than the first. We leased a IS then purchased a ES hybrid. Victor got the color combo we wanted both times and worked on the return of the lease after the sale too. By far we got the best deal from Longo both times, I shopped most of the Lexus dealers in So Cal both times and they couldn't give me the deal that I wanted. For the Service Department and Kelly Yang. He is also great! I always make appointments and have so far been lucky with the stated wait time being delivered. read more

I had my eye on the Lexus RX 350 2016 for sometime and was consistently looking online at the beautiful parchment colors with the matte bamboo steering wheel! It was love at first sight and knew I had to have that beautiful car. When I finally arrived to Longo, I was immediately greeted and taken to the basement to pick my beauty! It has been three weeks since I owned this car and love everything about it! All of my co workers, friends and family think it is absolutely gorgeous. I want to thank Jerry Wu for taking the time to explain the technology in the car, his professionalism and kindness! I also would like to thank Lei Mei for keeping in touch anytime I have questions about the car. Thank you for making my buying experience a pleasant one. read more

5 s! I bought my IS 300 F Sport here and have been getting my maintenance done here for the past year. Madison Sira was my Lexus Advisor when I got my 6 month and 1 year maintenance and she made the whole process super easy! She was very informative and always had a smile on her face. I would recommend seeing her if you need anything! read more

I have my GS serviced here. Always great service. I was recently in a fender bender and had the collision center repair the damage. They went far beyond my expectations. Even after a week when I noticed the alignment was off, they fixed it as soon as I brought it back. Great experience. read more

Basically I was hearing noises when I would make left turns so I brought the car in and they kept it there for like 3 to 4 days and they told me the couldn't find the issue. So months pass and my car was due for service & so I told them if they can check the noise again. I brought my car in and they called and they now found the issue and fixed it. This is not my main issue above. After picking up my car I briefly looked around to see any damage to the car didn't see anything. It's also kind of hard to see things when u pick ur car because there is a lot of shade at Longo Lexus. 1 weeks passes by I noticed a bulge on my my front left tire sidewall and slight damage to the rim so I reported that. Also another week later passes I'm washing my car and I see my left rear wheel on the same side had been painted & touched up which didn't even match because supposed to be polished not painted it's a rcf wheel. Obviously the car was curbed and they tried to be sneaky and touch it up.You really don't see damages to the rims until u wash ur car. My rims have never had anything like this on them touched up paint so horrible looking lol Mickey Moused repaired. Longo Lexus are the last people to touch my car this is totally unacceptable I talked to the service manager he told me 100% this would never happen here at the dealer lol. He was so for sure that this wouldn't happen but of course they would never admit to fault. So finally he says get it repaired we will take care of the cost. Just a warning out there if u take your car to Longo please look at your car thoroughly. It's a shame when you put your trust a big named dealer like Longo to take care of your car and have to deal with this. Also I will never take my car for service here again maybe Glendale or Cerritos next time. read more

I'm new to yelping and never thought I would be a yelper but I felt I needed to take the time to give my review to a particular Service Coordinator at Longo Lexus; Niva Salazar. All 5 stars belongs to Niva! I've been going to Longo Lexus for service to my vehicle since 2007 and by far the best CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. I've also recommended some friends and family members to bring their business to Longo Lexus due to the AWESOME service I have received here. I can't begin to explain how impress I am with his service and dedication. He is super genuine and makes you feel like a friend and not another widget on their board. I love his energy and how he devotes just the right amount of time to each and every of his customers. My latest experience with Longo was sorta luke-warm, Niva of course was SUPER, but my experience with the gal from the Loaner Car dept was not. They were busy that day, but still she had a "stink face" the whole time, either she hated her job or she was in dire need of a Starbucks run, because I felt as though I was just a bother to her. A lot of places have lost their focus on customer service but not at Longo Lexus, as long as they have more employees like Niva Salazar. I was considering to not buying another Lexus, due to newer, fancier and more economical models out there, however I am definitely reconsidering getting another Lexus just for the great service I know I will be getting when I bring my vehicle in. read more

I live in the SF bay area but found the car of my dreams (CPO IS 350C in my preferred color) at Longo -- and for $6k under prices in the bay area, I might add (for same car in undesirable colors, to me). With no way of seeing it for myself, I called Longo and was so lucky to have been referred to George Kantanto, the internet sales manager for Longo Lexus. From start to finish, and mostly over the phone, George served as my "eyes" for the car, went out of his way to explain everything, was completely responsive via phone, text, and email, and, most important, was direct and honest. I so appreciate this level of customer care and service, and in the future, were I or any family member (we all drive Lexuses now -- I am the last to join the club) in the market again for another Lexus, I would definitely first check Longo and contact George Kantanto. I can't say enough about his patience, honesty, and great energy. And because I was driving back the same day to SF, George sent me on my way with lots of diet Cokes and bottled waters. He thought of everything! And at the very start, he wasn't pushy but responsive. The only thing I would say could be improved -- not about George but about Longo -- is they could try to speed up the actual paperwork process for the customer on the day of purchase. I was there much longer than anticipated and believe some of the processes could have been expedited a bit, especially since I had a long drive ahead of me. p.s. I'm LOVING my new car and am so grateful to George and Longo! read more

I hate needing to pump gas in my car so you can only imagine how much I HATE getting service done on my car. I bought a IS250 in 2009 with the extended warranty. People told me that it would be a waste of money because the dealers tend to lie and cheat so that nothing gets covered. Longo Lexus is by far the best service center I have ever come across. I have been to Mercedes, BMW, and other Lexus centers and even though some may have really good perks they don't know what they are doing in terms of "service". Glen Simpson the service manager has always been fair and the team at Longo Lexus always got the job done quickly and seem to always know what is going on. The center has a lot of amenities Ipads/WiFi/Computers/Drinks/Food etc. It never seems like I am at a service center. It doesn't even smell like the oil and rubber at other places. They will go a long way to throughly EXPLAIN what is going on with my car so it doesn't seem like I am getting lost in a lot of industry jargon. I have personally decided that I will always buy my car from there because I know that there are dealership out there that do care what happens to you AFTER you drive off with your new car. Thank you Longo Lexus and THANK YOU Glen Simpson. You guys are the best :) read more

Ok so I drive 100 + miles a day due to nature of my work and been to numerous lexus services around LA and OC, And let me tell you, this place is the WORST, a RIP-OFF! I went to this place to get my front driver's side fender liner replaced that was partially removed already and bought the replacement at the parts department that I ordered via phonecall from a guy name Chris two days ago prior me getting the service. I asked him about the labor cost and told me his estimate that it was around 60 to 70 bucks and I agreed to it and told me to come by anytime when the part arrives. THEN THE SCAMMING HAPPENED! As soon as I checked in my car and then was sent to David, a service consultant(don't go to him, he's the reason why Im so pissed right now).he then charged me 110 dollars for the labor and was told that that was a set price that was written in the screen of his computer and cannot be changed. I told him about my prior conversation with Cris regarding his estimate and that the price sounds unjust. Atleast Cris estimated price was reasonable and fair. Nothing happened. I was pissed but WTH. Because Im busy man and have to go back to work to see my patients, I had no choice but to pay for the unreasonable price that he confidently dropped! He gave me 11 dollars off though(from $ 211 to $ 200) yeah right! Again, what a rip off! I know that I bought a luxury car and was ready for the perks and detriments ill have in the future but I don't think I should be cheated, ripped or robbed like that. I should of stayed with the lexus in south bay or cerritos. AND HERE COMES THE BEST PART**** drum rolls please**.. they ordered the wrong parts. What a day! what a splendid experience! NOT! read more

This is my family's 3rd Lexus purchase, but second from Longo Lexus. My family had the pleasure of working with Vincent Dinh. Vince took really good care of us. My dad was very particular of the color and features he wanted in the 2016 Lexus LX570. Vince was able to locate the vehicle up north at another dealer and have it shipped to Longo for us to pick up. Normally car purchases can take an entire day, but Vince and David Ishida (from Finance) took care of us and was able to get us in and out within 2 hours. Vince was very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining all the features the car has to my dad and myself. The car itself has tons of features, but Vince was able to answer all the questions we had about the vehicle. We will definitely be returning and look forward to working with Vince again in the future. read more

Emailed Internet Manager Steven Johiro for a quote. I've leased many cars and Steven recognized that and was able to show me concrete numbers that I wanted to see and hear over email. Ran credit, approval and re-checked numbers. Showed up at Longo Lexus, picked a color and within 1 hour we were in our vehicle. AMAZINGLY, their finance Elise Fong did not try to guilt trip us into anything. She was amazing. Every financier at a dealership should be like Elise Fong. Steven - 5 stars Elise - 5 stars Would definitely get another car from them again. read more

I came here with a friend who was buying a car. He got a certified preowned is200t that was advertised. The price was an amazing deal. We test dove the car and were in and out of finance and with the car in about 2 hrs. One thing to note, Lexus certified cars have an amazing warranty which is better than the warranty on a brand new Lexus. The staff was friendly, we did not feel pressured and it was an overall great experience. The dealership is under construction for a remodel, I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING THE NEWLY DESIGNED DLEAERSHIP. I AM COMING HERE FOR SURE FOR MY NEXT CAR PRUCHASE. read more

On Saturday morning November 14th, I dropped my Toyota Avalon for service at Longo Toyota. I have bought 4 cars from Longo in the past. I am in the market to replace my wife's BMW with a 2021 IS350. I went directly to the showroom at Lexus and asked the receptionist if I can sit in one. She paged a sales person and the sales person immediately asked "What car are you buying today?" First thing I noticed was his mask he's wearing. It was below his nose. I stepped back and told him "I just want to sit in the new IS." The sales person seemed bothered and replied "Oh, we only show those cars on appointment only and we are sold out." I literally walked past a few of them outside and see people getting in and out of them. The sales person then walked away even though I didn't finish asking him questions. I had good experience with Longo Toyota but seems like Longo Lexus has the worst service out of the 2 dealerships. Guess I will not bring my business here or recommend this place. read more

I have been wanting to buy a new car but I procrastinated coz I don't like dealing with car sales people. I am glad my cousin recommended Victor. I was so comfortable with him that I purchased my car over the phone, it was delivered to me and it was as simple as that. Victor is easy to talk to, pleasant and not pushy. He returns my text with a phone call immediately and even answers my questions during his day off. It is also worth mentioning that the guy, Joshua who delivered my car was very friendly and he explained to me how to work the features in my car. I am happy with my new 2022 Lexus 350 ES and dealing with Victor and Joshua was a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work!!! read more

Horirble.. I received a safety recall email and tried to schedule an appointment with the servise agent. She told me that they cannot take me in on Saturday. I can only bring in my car monday through Friday. They claimed no loaner car available for saturdays. I further asked when would be the soonest Saturday that they can have a loaner car for me. She said No loaner car on Saturday no matter when. I have never experienced this with Mercedes or BMW.. Lexus is just totally a luxury wanna be. read more

After visiting local Lexus dealers and not finding what I wanted, I took a 40 mile drive to Longo. They have a tremendous selection of cars and I was able to find a model with the exact configuration (some luxury items, but not fully loaded) and interior/exterior color that my wife wanted. Next came the deal. I did my research and knew what I could afford. Tony Minarto was my sales rep. Aside from knowing the car's every little detail, he treated us very fairly and understood our budget. There wasn't a lot of haggling and he made the deal work. A total win-win on both sides. Can't really say that about other dealerships I've dealt with. Longo has the largest selection in SoCal and they're willing to deal reasonably and respectfully. It was a very pleasant experience. read more

This is an update to my previous review of Longo Lexus. I'd like to say that Longo Lexus values me as a customer, but I cannot. After being lied to by the first salesperson, I thought that perhaps Longo would work to earn my trust. Instead, I have now made four trips to the dealership since my new car purchase and have learned that the new car I purchased does not have "everything" as I was told. In addition to the new car lacking the specific features I was looking for, the service department, specifically the detailing segment, is subpar. Although they are all very nice and friendly, when it came to detailing my vehicle, inside and out (a condition of my purchasing the vehicle), they fell far short. After having to give up my 2013 RX450h for four days, I was expecting to pick up an emaculate new vehicle. What I got instead was a Lexus still covered in water spots, dirt, and residual wax on the outside and black grease smudges on the tan carpeting of the inside. Even the service personnel who brought me the vehicle noted that it had not been cleaned properly. Although my paperwork showed that the Lux Care Package had been applied to the interior of the car, there was no evidence the interior had even been cleaned. I was told that Longo would send a flatbed truck to pick up my car and drop off another rental so that my new car could be detailed. It's been over one week and still no word. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend heistancy in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Certainly bring one or two extra people with you so that they can carefully look through the details of the vehicle to make sure it has the features the salesperson claims it does. In fact, I have such a bad taste in my mouth from this dealership, one that they don't seem to want to resolve, that I would suggest you go elsewhere. I recently purchased a pre-owned Lexus RX450h. When I took it in to the service department, I discovered that I had been misled about the condition of the vehicle. In effect, the salesperson had lied to me about why the car wasn't certified. Lexus not only took back my vehicle, but they gave me a good deal on a 2013 model with the same features. I spent over six hours at Longo Lexus, but Ahmad made it possible for me to drive away in a brand new car with similar features. Special thanks to Ahmad and Mike for helping make a furious customer less furious. read more

I went to Longo Toyota looking for a new RAV4 on a busy July 4th, as I have previously purchased my prior RAV4 there and had a great experience. However, the salesman they assigned to me was grumpy and totally inattentive. I don't know if he was making another deal or didn't care (He answered a phone call during our talk, and left me alone to look at the car while he went back to his desk). I didn't feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle from that guy. Maybe because I was casually dressed and in flip flops he didn't believe I was going to buy a car? Went to Longo Lexus and what a difference! AJ was awesome and patient. He went through several models and trims with me over the lot and I ended getting an excellent deal on a almost brand new NX200T! Ian was an excellent finance guy and ended up getting me an even better financing option than quoted! I'm truly happy with my purchase and am thankful I went to Longo Lexus! My dad just picked up a black GS350 and he looooooves it. Based on my experience with Longo Lexus and with Sadie Ching in sales. Hands down.... Sadie is by far the BEST sales person I've ever worked with (Better than sales rep at BMW, Mercedes, and recently... Infiniti). No haggling and went straight to point to satisfy our needs. In addition, she assisted us through out the whole processed. I will definitely look for her when the lease on my wife's BMW ends next year. Thank you Sadie Ching!!! Because we had such a great experience with Sadie and Longo Lexus, my brother and I are here again to purchase another Lexus. This time a Lexus RX350. Again, I gave Longo Lexus' Service Department another chance - and what a mistake. These guys suck. I had a 5:00 appointment on a Friday night and show up at 4:55 after racing to get there on time. What attracts me the most of this particular dealer is the professionalism, and great customer services. Prior to my experience with this place, I've heard good things about it, so when my previous CT broke down, I came in to explore my options. I went in not expecting much, thinking it's just like any other dealer shops which tailored to sell. I was so wrong. Ray was the one assisting me. Did he go above and beyond! Honestly speaking I expressed budget concerns, he was listening and instead of selling, he addressed all my concerns and explained each with such details that I can say I walked out feeling confident and blissful of my decision. And yes I eventually drove a new car home! I can truly say, without his help, I might've made the wrong decision of picking I car I WANT instead of a car I NEED. We have purchased multiple cars at Longo Lexus before and we must say that Longo never fails to deliver. My husband and I recently had a horrible experience at Keyes, and so we are a little on the edge walking into Longo. Our sales person, Sabino, could not have been more helpful. After showing us the selection of cars that were available, he was courteous enough to leave us alone so that we could look around at our own pace. After sometime has passed, we have finally picked out the car that we were interested in. My husband and I can agree that Sabino was very straight forward and patient, as he took the time to listen to what we have to say and tried to work out the best deal possible for both parties. We did not feel pressured into buying the car, as sometimes sales people tend to have that effect on buyers. Sabino was very helpful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. He knew the products well, as we have encounter in the past some sales people that did not really know the cars that they're trying to sell. We would also like to thank you Kevin, the sales manager, for our wonderful experience. We actually spoke to Kevin personally, and he was very helpful and understanding as both parties tried to come to an agreement on the deal. We are glad that we have decided to come back to Longo Lexus to purchase our car. We have never had any problems in the past, whether it was buying or servicing a car. We would definitely recommend Sabino as well as Longo Lexus to anyone that is looking to purchase their next Lexus. You will be treated fairly here for sure. read more
