It pains me to write a negative review on Longo. We have purchase 2 Lexus and 1 Toyota from them in the past without a single issue. This time around they actually did a Switcheroo on me. I visited them yesterday to replace our 2016 IS350 with a 2019 IS350. They agreed on the price I requested and then I realized they quote me on the IS300. Good thing I caught it on the paper before going any further. Renegotiate the price on the new 350 they just wouldn't budge. I left and when got the same car later in the evening at Crown Lexus with much better deal. What a waste of time and most likely will not return to them anymore in the future. read more

I usually don't write posts especially not to complain but I had such a terrible experience with this particular dealership. Like some of the comments stated below Hiue was condescending and patronizing. He made me feel so unwanted because of my credit history despite having a down payment and co signer. That response made me walk away. My co signer has good credit and with my down payment I decided to go else where. The Lexus corporation is huge and does not need my business, but I did want to encourage others to avoid this particular Lexus dealership because of the customer service. Not all reps here are the same I hope but I did not have a pleasant experience. I appreciate that the Lexus Corp allowed me some time to decide what would happen with my old lease. read more

I've been wanting a Lexus for a very long time. Yesterday was my first time at Longo Lexus or at an actual Lexus dealership in general lol and Jessica Chien made my dream come true!!! I have never been able to get what I've wanted in a car. Every time I went to a dealership I've walked out with a car the salesman/woman said would work better for me. I know partially thats on me, but if the sales person has your best interest they'd work hard to give you what you want. And that is exactly what Jessica did for me. She was very knowledgeable, kind, patient and showed me all my options. Never made me feel pressured or forced, she worked hard on giving me what I wanted. I can't thank her enough for making my dream come true. I'm in love with my car. Thank you Jessica and Longo!!! read more

Best car buying service that we ever had. Came and the sales team greeted us in a positive attitude. Told them what I wanted...They took us to a place where it look like a candy store on all their new cars colors and flavors from there we meet Victor Reyes , a man with a smile throughout the delivery. Very professional all times offer us refreshments as well very flexible on answering all our question on a mayor purchase. From there we took the car home. read more

Don't come here. Looks like they are currently remodeling. You will be waiting forever!!! My appointment is at 7am and I had to wait over 15 minutes before being helped. I have a reservation for a rental and went to their rental place at 7:32am when they opened. I'm still here over an hour later. Had to wait a long time to get helped. Now have to wait to and just got the car. They gave me a Camry!!! I brought in a Lexus. Why did I even come here!!! So mad. Makes wonder why I even bought a Lexus. I should have gone to Lexus of Glendale since they are just Lexus, no Toyota next door. Wow! Awful, awful job putting back my dash board and damaging it. Never coming back. read more

Wow... just wow. I came to test drive a vehicle and was told that their covid policy requires to run my credit before I can do so??? What a convenient policy. Also, the salesman seemed uninterested in giving me a tour of the car. I'm beyond disappointed. That's too bad because I am considering that car. read more

I have been a customer of Longo Lexus since purchasing my first SUV in 1999. In addition to the top-notched quality and reliability, their service department is a major reason for my return for regular maintenance. Service Consultant Man Wong is truly exemplary in every way: knowledgeable, responsive, efficient with outstanding follow-up and follow-through skill sets. Whenever I reach out to him via email/text/phone, he is always available to timely respond to me, even when he is away from the office. Spent labor weekend looking for a new car as I am ready to change my 5 year old car with another Japanese Car. Looked at a Lexus with the help of one of their Reps, Jessica Chien. She was very friendly and helpful and unlike your typical car salesman wasn't pushy at all. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend anyone looking for a trade up to ask for Jess. Didn't end up purchasing a car here but just want to say thank you to Jessica who helped me when I came! Usually I feel like salesmen would pressure me to buy a car or make quick decisions but Jessica was patient and went through different options with me. She gave me a list of all the pre-owned vehicles on the lot with the prices, mileage, etc. This information was also available online but having a tangible list to refer to was helpful. She let me test drive different cars so I could get a better feel of what I wanted. Overall, super great to work with and would recommend Jessica if you're looking to purchase from Longo. read more

I bought a brake actuator for my GS460 from Longo auto parts. At first I was apprehensive to buy because this part was very expensive. After talking to Chris I took the plunge. Well the part was ordered and I received a email stating a tracking# had been created. After a day or two I noticed no movement through the tracking number on this parcel and did I get nervous. I called and spoke with someone other than Chris, who was off that day, that the package was picked up by the post office mail carrier. Not true. Called the next day and got Chris. Explained to him what happened and immediately he started a investigation. Within 20 minutes he notified me that he located the package and took it to the Post Office himself. I was so relieved. Within days I received the package. Also he refunded my money for expedited services. If I could, I would give Chris 10 stars. Very rare that you find this type of excellent service. I will definitely order from Longo, as long as Chris is working , for all my Lexus part. Thank you Chris! read more

I just have to tell you all about my positive experience with Longo Lexus of El Monte and with my sales rep Vincent Dinh. I went 8/24/16 only to just look, possibly test drive. I was in the market for a Lexus but didn't think much of it since I was just looking and unsure of my credit. One of my good friends just got her Lexus from this location and just raved about her experience. My good friend and moral support that accompanied me to Longo that afternoon, also mentioned 3 of her friends purchased their car from Longo and how they loved their customer service and enjoyed their experience. Vincent met my friend and I, greeted us and was very professional and polite. I had no knowledge of what the kinds of trim's there are with the LEXUS IS250. Who knew there were so many options to consider, and of course the different price points. He was very informative about the product, very polite and just had a really relaxed feel about his approach to my situation of finding a car. I def knew I wanted a Lexus IS250. But I didn't know which one! My dear friend who came with me asked all the pertinent questions. Vincent was very receptive, and answered all her questions and mine too. I can't say enough how polite and professional he was towards us. After the tour of what was available it was time to test drive! Of course a nervous wreck! I had never driven anything like this before. But the one I selected to test drive the 2014 IS250 in Atomic Silver! Well it was love at first sight first of all. I knew that right off the bat. But the drive wow! Just wow! Just a side note, I know the IS250 doesn't have a huge V6 engine but it suffices for what I need it for. The sports mode def will give it that kick you want to step on it. Vincent the whole time was telling me about the certain functions of the car, and all these fun facts that the car can do, and cannot do. He even answered my question about where the gas cap is! Well the test drive ended and I'm on cloud 9 by that point. I knew I had to have this car. So the time came to crunch the numbers! Vincent the whole time was just super informative about the car, about the Lexus product and really just gave good reviews about working for this particular dealership and why it is the #1 Lexus Dealer. The paperwork of course is a pain but hey I'm signing my life away for this car. Well the time came for the #s, and Vincent knew I was concerned about my credit. I honestly didn't think I would qualify especially for a Lexus. The deal was too hard to pass up, and it was something I was comfortable with. Sure I have to work a little more but that's okay. I deserve the car. After the paperwork with Vincent, I met the financial manager Nurul (super friendly and professional) to get all the details of the contract etc. Before you know it! My 2014 IS250 was waiting for me to take it off the lot. I thanked Vincent for his experience and all his help. He truly truly made a difference in my life. I couldn't get over how polite, professional and just relaxed he was. He wasn't trying to sell me something I didn't need or God forbid a 2016 model. He was just real, polite, and as he put it. If things aren't what I want, "no hard feelings." That's what got me the most is that he didn't make me feel guilty for not having perfect credit or not worthy of the car. He was just a genuine sales man. I look forward to my next purchase soon from Longo Lexus of El Monte. I know I'll be spreading the word about Vincent Dinh, and his colleagues. If you're going to get a Lexus, PLEASE go to LONGO LEXUS OF EL MONTE! Vincent! I can't thank you enough for what an absolute positive experience I had with you and your company. I have been a Lexus owner for nearly 15 and quite frankly, do not feel any special nor privileged for being a Lexus owner until this past weekend. Thus, I feel obligated to write to you to tell you about my experience at your store located at Longo Lexus in El Monte. First, Michael Chico is a God send! From the moment that I drove up to the service line, he treated me like a VIP member (and that alone sets him and the store apart from any other stores). I was there for a recall and did not have an appointment. They were overbooked, I asked if there is any hope as I can't get my tags renewed without the recall signed off. Michael said he would do his best to fit me in. Amazingly, he squeezed me in but reminded me that I may not make it to AAA in time to get my DMV tags straightened out. He assured me that he would try his very best to get me out before AAA closes and that he did!! Wow! Personally, I am so grateful and thankful to have met Michael Chico. He made me feel as if I were a part of his own family - treating me like a royal VIP in every way. He stood by me through every step of the service and going the extra mile. I even got a full tank of gas! I thank you for hiring such a professional and I hope that one day you will take time out of your busy schedule to give Michael Chico the recognition and a pat on the back for providing the "excellent service" that all businesses should strive for. Again, thanks a million times over. read more

Complete Shi* show today at the service. They have completed overbook appointments & no loaner cars when they specifically said loaner is available per my service. Otherwise, i would not take it to this dealer. Appt at 11:30am, arrived early at 10:37, waited in the lobby for 54 minutes to be called by a service adviser. No kidding, An entire 54 minutes just to be called at 11:31 to be exact by service adviser Frank. Took 5 minutes went over paper work, was instructed to wait in the lobby again for a tech to come test drive the car to verify the noise. Waiting another 45 minutes for the tech to come around 12:18pm, test drove for 1 minute and verified the noise. Then went to loaner department, said no loaner available, went back to frank, he said he ll get me a enterprise rental car instead next door. Checked in with enterprise, waited 30 minutes just to be told they are completely out of car. Went back to frank and said ill just take my car else where. Note i left at 1:33pm, almost a 3 whole hour of waste. These people have way over book their appointments, there is at least 50+ people in their lobby, as i was sitting and waiting, i have seen at least 8 people come up to the front desk and complaint waiting. a complete shit show today. Waste 3 hours of my valuable time. read more

Today, I went in for a scheduled maintenance for my Lexus ES350 and felt that the customer service is getting worse and worse every time I come in. I've been coming here for almost 15 years. I only saw few employees working here smiling at the customer. They are friendly and smiling among themselves only but not to the customers. The place was so noisy worse than the market place... Longo Lexus should have a better customer service training for the employees. Hope the management know the customers don't say much but we are all watching and experiencing the service. read more

Since I'm writing about car stuff, I need to get this one out of the way. My wife used to take her RX here as it's the closest Lexus dealership. I was always impressed by the huge glass wall where you can be dazzled with the spotlessly clean mechanic's work shop. I also liked the free little snacks and bottled water. Even BMW doesn't give you bottled water although they have Starbucks coffee. Issue number one. The car developed a sound that appeared to be coming from the dash that sounded like a screw bouncing around (This was right after having it serviced). So when driving on certain roads you would have this irritating non-stop rattle. Being in the 4Runner I don't care. Being in the Lexus with it's quiet interior - drove me nuts. I took it in specifically for this problem at least five times and they never fixed it. The mechanic would even take the car home so he could verify the sound and fix it. They always said they fixed it, but never did. Can you imagine having paid $45K for a Lexus that sounds like a baby rattle? My wife says she listens to music loud enough so she can't hear it so it doesn't bother her, so it's not a big deal. Ok, it's her car, so fine then F it! Issue number two. It seemed every time she dropped it off for an oil change or regular maintenance, there was always something else to repair. Go in expecting $60 for an oil change and now it's $172 for blah blah blah. That can be normal, but almost every time? This isn't maintenance stuff, but broken stuff not covered under warranty. It's a Lexus and should be reliable - right? Never had that issue with the Toyotas, BMWs, Accords, and Acuras. Hmmm. Issue number three. Lying MFs! The last straw was when my wife called from the dealership saying that they want to replace the brakes for like $600. I told her to bring the car back as there's no way it needs brakes yet. Took it to an independent shop. They called me saying the brakes are only at 40% wear so it's not even close to needing a brake job. When I went to pick it up he pointed over to a Camry and said, " that car same thing". He said with the slow down in car sales the service shops are trying to bring in the cash so he sees it more often these days. Well, Dominic Longo the organized crime figure started Longo, but who would have thought the really nice service managers were continuing the legacy. read more

Once you go Lexus, it's hard to go back. I mean, what's not to like about their cars? Considered by many to be the number one luxury vehicle company in the world, it was first introduced in the US in 1989 and now the Lexus brand name is marketed in over 70 countries. As some of you know, Lexus is a division of the Toyota Motor Corporation and their line of sedans, coupes, convertibles, SUV's, and hybrids dominate the car industry today. Owning a Lexus, one of the things I tried to avoid is the BS that car dealerships give you in regards to SALES and SERVICE. So let's break down my experiences at Longo Lexus into those two parts. SALES * After my friend Paul purchased his sedan, I was referred to his salesman and he ordered my sedan from Japan since they were out of the color Black. Whereas other dealerships could not give me an ETA for the color I wanted, Longo Lexus delivered my vehicle within 3 weeks. * Please note that I was not shopping around for cheaper prices, since I knew what style and model I wanted. My main concern was having a large selection to choose from, which Longo Lexus accomodates. * FACT - Owned by Penske Motor Group, they are the largest retailer of Toyota cars in the world. They sell 1.5 billion dollars of Toyota products each year, with Longo Toyota and Lexus being the largest car dealership in the world. They sell an automobile every 8 minutes. * Sold my previous car for 2K and used that as a partial down payment for the new car. The purchase process was easy, convenient, and I was out of there in a little over an hour. * Purchase the extended warranty up to 100K. Trust me, your car will break down so buy some peace of mind. SERVICE * Best customer service among any Lexus dealership in Southern CA, if not the nation. They offer loaner cars in most models while you car is being serviced, complimentary flatbed pick-up & delivery for certain services within a 60 mile radius from the dealership, and mobile van & mobile truck services that provide routine maintenance services, such as oil changes and tire rotations, right from your home or office within a 60 mile radius from Longo Lexus. These services require that you purchase your vehicle from Longo Lexus. * On site amenities include the Auto Club of Southern California (AAA), Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer, Starbucks Coffee, Subway Sandwiches, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and the Longo Lexus Parts Boutique. * There's also a Guest Business Center with PC's, phones, and free Wi-Fi. They offer a children's play area and complimentary use of an iPad while your car is being serviced. * I had to bring in my car for a couple of recalls to fix problems and defects, in which they offered to give me extended warranty up to 100K for one of the issues. Since, I already purchased it, they gave me a Lexus Gift Card for $500. I used that to pay for some of my 60K mile service. * Is servicing your car at Longo Lexus more expensive? Yes, but since these cars are becoming more computerized with advanced electronics, I tend to bring in my car for servicing on the complex matters, while I use other businesses for oil changes, tires, and simple maintenance. * The service coordinators are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They never give me crap, with the exception of a few pricks who work behind the register and vehicle loaner desk in the back. My only gripe is that some of the staff tend to move on and leave Longo Lexus, which kinda sucks after developing a working relationship with them. J.D. Power and Associates 2013 Customer Service Index Study ranks Lexus highest among luxury brands for customer satisfaction with dealer service for the fifth consecutive year. Check out their website for additional information (http://www.longolexus.com/). After recently passing 100K miles on my odometer, my car is still running smoothly and without issues. I never lease my cars and I pretty much ride the car till the wheels fall off. Hence, I'm very satisfied with my experiences at Longo Lexus and will have to further restrain myself in the future from purchasing another one. read more

JERRY! JERRY! JERRY! JERRY! JERRY! Now that I've been in the Longo family for 2 years, I figured I'd update my review for the rest of the staff. I always go to Julien Diaz for any services, like oil changes, tire rotation, alignment, etc. He's great at communicating honestly what our car needs to stay in good shape. He keeps me updated on the process, and always goes above and beyond when I make a request. I also love that he always has a loan car available for me to use while my car is being serviced (the cookies in the lobby don't hurt!). A month ago, another driver ran into my car, and I brought it to the Longo Collision Center. Anthony Molino took great care of our concerns, and made sure the other party's insurance covered new OEM parts (they refused originally). Easily reached by email or phone, Anthony carefully and patiently answered all questions I had about the insurance process, and walked me through the whole thing. And finally, good ol' Rony Parada. Due to the aforementioned collision, Anthony let me know that the previous owner decided to glue back the bumper, which wasn't noticed during Longo's Certified Pre-Owned check. I told Rony about it, and even though we've had the vehicle for 2 years, he had the sales team cover the cost of fixing it! 5-star service for the entire Longo family. read more

If I can give 0/5 stars on Yelp, I would. I was excited to bring in my car for its first service at a dealership. It was also my first time owning a new car, so I expected everything to go well, especially at the world's largest dealership, Longo Lexus. This is what I requested to be done 1) The regular 5K service (oil, rotation of tires, etc.) 2) To program my key fob so I can roll down my windows with the unlock key 3) To program my Navi to display the data from Spotify, Soundcloud, and various other music apps that are used on my Android device 4) To check out the "plastic rubbing on another plastic" noise that is coming from the Electronic Device Holder that I purchased with my car 5) To check on the haze that formed on the plastic outer-casing of the clock/time display The whole process of dropping off my car at the service area and entering the lobby to wait for the service consultant went smooth. I waited for about 15 minutes before I was called in by a service consultant. During our discussion, everything went smooth as he was attentive, listened, and documented all my needs. I ended up with a loaner that day because the service consultant told me that it would take around 2 days to completely finish what needed to be done. When I received the keys to my loaner and walked outside to approach my loaner, I saw that the Valet personnels who were about to handle my car, taking out the trash right next to service booths. I immediately wondered if they were going to handle my car right after they changed the trash bag and not wipe/wash their hands. To my dismay, that is indeed what they did. It may not seem like a whole big deal, but honestly, I like to keep my car clean from any sort of contaminants. Call me a germ freak if you'd like, but having someone change the trash bin and without washing their hands, handle your Lexus afterwards.... I think that is undesirable. I ended up returning the loaner on Monday because they were closed on Sunday. When I returned the loaner and received my car, I made sure to check all the paperwork and see if they completed what was requested. 1) The regular 5K service was completed 2) The programming of my key fob was completed 3) The programming of the Navi to display the data from the music apps on Android was not completed because the car isn't Android-friendly. It is only Apple-friendly, which was understandable. 4) The inspection of the "rubber to rubber plastic" noise that was coming from the Electronic Device Holder was not done because they couldn't drive my car to replicate that issue since my gas was near empty. That was also understandable. 5) The inspection of the haze on the plastic outer-casing of the clock/time display was NOT DONE at all. When I received my car, I expected them to have replaced the outer-plastic casing because the haze was unremovable, even with rubbing alcohol. I realized that they did not change it and to top it off, they did not tell me the reason why they didn't change it. I immediately informed one of the service consultants of this issue and he insisted to take a deeper look into it. He even took pictures of it so he can escalate this to the proper person. He apologized that this issue wasn't remedied and insisted that I should take my car back and wait for his call. Upon all this disappointment, I also took it upon myself to inspect the inside of my car since I am nick-picky when it comes to the cleanliness of my car. Especially when I knew someone else will be handling my car, I like to reassure myself that the condition that my car was in when I left the car at Longo, will be in the same condition when I receive it. However, that was not the case. Upon further and closer inspection into my car, I found that the interior door handle, steering wheel, and the "off button" from the AC, contained oily fingerprints. The mouse device for the GPS unit had a large dried up white sticky residue at the location where you would lay your palms when you use the mouse. Even worse, there were blotches of dirt rubbed onto the passenger seat. I had to immediately clean all this mess once I arrived home. My advice from this review is for all the Lexus owners who seek to service their cars at this dealership, to think twice. Longo Lexus will not provide the service that you expect. They would waste your time by forcing you to bring in your car again to get it serviced since what you needed to be done the first time, will be carelessly ignored. They would also treat your car with disrespect, neglecting the interior cleanliness of your car. In the future, I will be looking forward to bringing in my vehicle to another dealership. read more

I bought my Lexus NX200T from Longo and the sales experience was good to ok - they low balled me pretty good so the transaction process was a little too long. My main complaint is the Ownership Experience of owning a Lexus that I purchased from Longo. The Ownership Experience is horrible as every time you call Longo for service there is lots of attitude and absolutely no focus on the customer satisfaction. During the sales process they will promise free oil changes and at home service but when dealing withe Longo Service - this is nothing more than lip service of promises that will not be kept - example - 4-6 week wait time for at home oil change service. Want to drive to Longo to have them change the oil - pick a 4 hour span that you want to leave your car for vs. 30 minutes at a Jiffy Lube that is on every corner. The straw that broke the camels back though was today when I called to get a quote on getting my windshield replaced. They cannot give me a number over the phone - need to bring my car in for estimate even though I bought it from them and they know the VIN and every detail about the car - Service Rep made it seem like I was doing him a favor to call in and ask for a price - TONS of ATTITUDE Longo Management and Lexus should be ashamed at the service and ownership experience at Longo read more

This review is for the Service Department only. If you have service issues, I strongly recommend Longo Lexus. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, service is timely, and my service advisor, Niva Salazar, is THE BEST! I usually don't request any service advisor in particular, but from now on, I'm requesting Niva for assistance. From start to finish, he always makes my service experience as pleasant as possible. I've had my IS 250 for about 3 years now, didn't buy my car from there, but have always gone to Longo for service. (I purchased my vehicle from Westminster Lexus, but hated it there so much, I decided I was going to give Longo a try.) I'll admit, I'm not knowledgeable in cars at all. (Yes, I'm female, but this has nothing to do with anything. I don't know how to cook, either.) When I experience issues with my vehicle, it's not rare that I would make sounds in an effort to duplicate the noises coming from my car. Niva doesn't make me feel incompetent; he'll listen to my whole spiel, try to pinpoint the issues, and translate them into mechanic jargon for me. Apart from the basic oil change, Niva automatically sets up the courtesy vehicle for me, which makes my life 1000 times easier, since Longo is usually a stop for me before work. Unless I've come on a really crowded day, I'm usually in and out of Longo in about 20 minutes. More importantly, Niva will let me know what costs to expect so I'm not surprised at the end. He's upfront and doesn't speak in tongue, which I find a lot of service staff tend to do. He's also good at keeping me updated about the status of my vehicle, so I'm not usually the one constantly calling and asking for status. Niva's very personable, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He will work around my schedule when necessary. These are important factors for me in determining which facility to choose to meet my service needs. Longo Lexus and Niva Salazar have thus far exceeded all of my expectations. I may even purchase my next vehicle from there if the dealership is as good as its service department. read more

*********NEVER VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE CROOKS************ ***UPDATE June 2012*** So, I gave this dealership a second chance. I actually brought my car back to the dealership for the 1,000 mile service (all they do is check the car to make sure everything is ok). I also had some minor adjustments made. I get the car back everything seems ok. About a week later, as I'm washing the car, I noticed a problem. A particular part (I won't mention which one) was messed up. The damage is not immediately noticeable, but it's substantial enough that it would hurt the value of the car. I called the service advisor about the problem. He says that the technician who had worked on my car had pointed it out to him. I asked why he didn't tell me about it. The service advisor replied that he figured I had known about it (yeah. Ok). I told him that the part was probably like that when I purchased the car. The service advisor was not buying it. I said, "Really?". I told him to check the service history of the car. He notices that the part was repaired PRIOR to its initial sale to me. I said, "Let's try again. You were saying..." Remember, they sold me a new car. The service advisor continues to give me the runaround and tells me to bring back the car. I told him that I would bring it back when I have time. Fast forward a few months, and I bring the car the Glendale Lexus. After seeing the damage, the service advisor immediately said that if I were to bring the car back to Longo, they would just repair it. If I had Glendale Lexus deal with it, they would replace it under warranty. Guess which dealership now has my business. (I want to let Yelpers know that this part costs more than a couple of thousand dollars.) Seriously. So, I wasted my time with that lying and unscrupulous service advisor at Longo. What a mistake. I'm kind of mad at myself for actually buying the car from them. ***UPDATE January 2012*** In response to Kary L. from Longo Lexus, I'd like to add that someone from guest relations called me following the purchase. I relayed my concerns, and I was told that I would be contacted again to address the issues. I never received a call back. Is that the kind of "personal service that is among the best in the world" that Longo is striving for? I am done with this dealership. I will make it my life long goal to NOT recommend this dealership for ANYONE looking to purchase a Lexus. Go elsewhere, people. Try Crown Lexus or Glendale Lexus. Also stay away from Beverly Hills Lexus or Keyes Lexus, too. read more

It had to happen after one too many bad car dealership experiences. The heavens opened, angels sang, and I drove to El Monte to talk to Sergio Orozco at Longo Lexus. First of all, Sergio didn't try to get me into the dealership before giving me numbers. He gave them to me over the phone with no pressure and they were ALREADY good numbers. Next, this is Lexus paradise. So many cars- you can have anything you want- but the service feels personal. After about ten minutes there the yuppiness and yes, luxury started to seep through my pores and I found myself contemplating things like the "Pebble Beach edition" hybrid (my handicap is approximately 132) and pondering what really was the difference between truffle mica and granite mica, between golden maple trim and walnut. All brand ribbing aside, this really is a top-notch facility. No bs, no lies, no fake numbers, and no pressure. These guys want to move cars and I think they actually believe in karma (ponder a moment on how tough this is if you are a car salesperson). Call Sergio and you will NOT regret it. read more
