I was so lucky that I met Tony, the sales rep. of Longo Lexus. He is a very patient, responsible and nice person. I have Been here twice, unfortunately the previous 2 sales rep. were both not nice and patient to me, they didn't let me test drive and didn't want to quote the price for me, I was gonna quit Longo, then my friend referred him to me, so I made the last try! He is really full of sense of humor, we have a great talk and made the deal very quickly , he helped me get to know the new function of the car. I am so happy that I met him today , and I will definitely referral my friends to him! read more

I am an old customer here. Staffs were friendly but when I did an inspection I told them i think my tire sensor might be broken because one of the tire drops a few psi. Later , they told me they found a glass stick in the tire and ask me to replace the tire due to cannot patch for 270$. When I left I went two tire shop and they couldn't find any glass and leaks. read more

My first time purchasing car at Longo Lexus gave me a great satisfaction with a very good, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, not pushy and patient sales person Jessica Chien. Jessica patiently showed us all the cars that we wanted to see and explained very well for any price differences and car specifications. She helped us a great deal in trading in our old Lexus and even personally delivered to new Lexus to our home. She answered all the questions that we had during transaction. Thank you Jessica for giving us a very great customer service. Your help was beyond our expectations. We started recommending Longo Lexus to our friends due to Jessica's great customer service. Longo will have us forever and thank you again Jessica for your great service. read more

Kelvin Huang provided excellent service. I would recommend going to him for all your Lexus needs.

So I purchased a car here on Sunday May 7, 2017. Our sales rep Jack had great customer service, very nice and friendly. We test drove our first car which was a GS-350 Sport with about 22K Miles, then we drove exact same car had about 50K miles. The car felt a little funny shaking, it was raining so Jack said due to rain it wasn't a smooth ride. Tires looked a little wasted and they said they would only change 2 front tires. He said to take car next day and they would take care of us right away since the service dept was already closed. My Husband went on Monday 05/08/17 and he had to wait there more than 4 hours to get tire changed. Car still didn't feel right. While he was still there, one of the front tires went FLAT. So service dept was already closed by this time, so know we had to get a loaner car which was good they at least provided that, they needed to keep the car to do more inspections, which they should of done that before we purchased the car when they have a car for sale in the lot should be fully inspected and it wasn't. Now comes out the the rim was no good so they had to replace the rim completely. I asked if they would fill up my gas tank as a courtesy since I had to drive 4X to dealer something that wasn't my FAULT they said NO. I'm not around the corner I'm about 42 Miles each way. Unhappy that we had to drive back and fourth 4X, and they had my husband waiting there 4 hours just to change a tire, and they wouldn't replace all 4 tires. And I asked if they would fill up the gas tank as a courtesy since we had to be driving back to the dealer and the said NO. Poor service, in the service dept. I think they could of done a better job inspecting the car. Sales Person Jack had great service overall. read more

Having been a Lexus family for as long as I remember, I have never thought of writing a Yelp review; until now. The reason for this review is because my family and I have encountered the sweetest person working there, Madison Sira. This was my second time meeting her and each time she has been consistent in demonstrating her knowledge, expertise, and customer service skills as a service advisor. She is beyond personable and genuinely makes you feel like a VIP client. She went as far as remembering who my family was when we pulled in for service and even said welcome back! It's so great to see you again, let me help take care of you. Then, when we were inside waiting to be called for paperwork, Madison approached us in the lounge and brought the paperwork to us and explained the services and what Longo would be doing to the car. Furthermore, I ended up needing a loan car, and she took her time to walk us over and introduce us to whoever was helping us. Then, after the weekend was over, she promptly called to let us know of the services she would recommend and why as well as going as far as to tell us the price, including tax. Madison indeed went above and beyond in her service, and I am awe-trucked by her dedication to the customer and how she strives to give everyone the best and most personal experience. I now look forward to my next service as I now know my family and I have a go-to service advisor and have someone that we can trust and know will take great care of us! Thank you so much, Madison! read more

Longo Lexus - 2021 Lexus UX - Car Dealers Near Me - El Monte, California

This review is specific to their parts department and Gabriel especially. I have two Lexus dealerships within 10 min of me in San Diego. I called both trying to order a part for my Lexus GX. Both said the part was on back order and wouldn't come in until the end of August at best. I go online and find the same part at Longo and it is discounted. I make the order online and Gabriel called me right away and told me the part was-in fact-on back order but that he would do everything possible to get it to me within a week. Sure enough, 4 days later he calls and said the part arrived and he would get it to me right away. I woke up the next morning with it on my doorstep. Just fantastic service all around. read more

I've gotta say that I had the most pleasant experience at Longo Lexus and am a proud owner of a new 2017 IS! I inquired online and was contacted shortly after by Sadie Ching. She was courteous, honest and accommodated me within the next few hours. I've been to a couple lexus dealerships (Glendale and Santa Monica) and did not receive the excellent customer service that Sadie displayed. I would highly recommend anyone interested in the market for a new car to come here and check it out. Shoutout to Sadie for her bomb sense of humor too! Made the many hours you spend at a dealership all that better. read more

This review is long overdue. I was in the market for buying my first luxury car. I had researched various cars and was looking at Lexus based on its reputation for long lasting and reliable cars. However, I was going back and forth and could not make a decision. 5 STARS to salesman ERIC KIM, who was extremely patient and understanding. It took me several hours to decide in buying my car (I know, I know--it was excrutiating because I was indecisive) and he was extremely patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and gave me a great deal on the car! I have no regrets in buying my car and he deserves 5 stars for helping me through the process! Even after I bought my car, when I had questions, he was very responsive and helpful! Excellent customer service! Ever since I've bought my car, I've come for oil changes and car maintenance. The service waiting area is clean and stocked with donuts and drinks! I like that they have huge windows so customers can see whats going on inside the service garage area. 5 STARS also to my service advisor ERIC ANAYA, who is extremely friendly, very responsive through texts, and knowledgeable! I only request him when I get service done on my car. All in all, great customer service here. read more

My 2007 IS250 instrument cluster needles are burned out. I think this is common problem for IS250. I took it in and Man Wong help me set up the paper works for the Lexus Goodwill assistance. Man explain to me the process and gave me loaner car. Big Thanks to Lexus for approve me for the Goodwill assistance and Longo Lexus for repair my IS250. The second time I went in is because my parking brake warning light is not working on the new instrument cluster. This time is Edward Duran help me and he also told me they have the new airbag and new dashboard for the recall on my IS250. I'm very happy for the services from the Longo Lexus. My next car will be Lexus and I will buy it from Longo Lexus. The only small negative I can think about is I have to wait almost 15 minutes to pick up my car. There are at least three employees standing next to a pretty lady with a modified IS250. They just standing there and talking. Meanwhile there are at least 10 cars waiting in line. If the employees are busy then I don't mind the wait but they just standing there talking. read more

Sabino Cuevas provided A++ customer service and seems to genuinely love helping people with their car needs. We bought a used Certified Pre-Owned Lexus 2020 ES 300h from him. He provided all the details about the car, was very patient with our questions, and did everything he can for our best interest. He goes well beyond to make sure you are happy with your car and will definitely take care of you. I highly recommend him and will be referring him to all of my friends. I strongly recommend to anyone that's looking for a Lexus to visit Longo Lexus! Usual sleazy dealer tactics. The internet chat function is only to take down your info so they can spam you with advertisement. Spoke to Internet representative Gabriel O (if that's even his name) and he was quite rude. Typical buying experience you would expect; waste your time then try to get you in the dealership so they can waste more of your valuable time until you capitulate and overpay for a car. I expected more from a Lexus dealership but you still get the same, poor, high pressure tactic, time consuming sales tactic. read more

I am going to make this review short and sweet. Going to Longo Lexus? (Ask for Dennis Lo.) I use to work in car sales and he impressed me! Dennis was able to set everything up BEFORE we arrived, and then was super patient with my 79 year old parents on their new 2020 Lexus! Normally you get one or the other, a sales person that can be on their toes for a customer that KNOWS what they want. (But then that's their speed all the time and don't know how to deal with folks not as "technically inclined.") But Dennis Lo was extremely patient with my parents and handled everything with me nicely before we arrived. Dennis Lo, call him if your ready to buy a car. read more

5 Stars for Edward - Service department 3 Stars for Man Wong - Service department 5+ Stars for Sal - Security department SERVICE DEPT - Took my 2015 IS here for maintenance and a recall Friday morning. When I called earlier to schedule the appointment, they said the recall would take a couple hours to fix so they would provide me with a loaner. My appointment was at 11 but I had to be somewhere else at 11.30, so they were able to accommodate my request to get the loaner earlier at 10. I arrived at 10:00 and waited 20 min to talk to service advisor (which is not bad because that Friday was especially busy). My service advisor, Edward was nice and personable and gave his direct number to call and pick up my car but he said he wasn't going to be here on Saturday. So his teammate would help me. Flash forward to me picking up my car, his replacement on his team, Man Wong was slightly condescending when he asked me a couple questions about the car (after reading some other reviews, I wasn't the only one who experienced this) Maybe I was being defensive because I'm wary of what dealerships tell me but did not appreciate his tone. Would not want him as my service advisor next time. I got my car, the tank was filled, the car was washed and vacuumed (I hear they machine wash the cars so let them know if you don't want them to wash your car) SECURITY DEPT - Came home and realized I may have left my jacket in the backseat of the loaner vehicle and I didn't remember ever taking it out. Called Longo and they patched me to the security department for the lost and found (service dept was closed by the time I called). A man named Sal picked up and checked the Lost and Found for me (jacket wasn't there) asked a couple questions about the loaner vehicle, and actually went out of his way to locate the vehicle and look in the backseat for my jacket. By this point I felt so bad because I could have waited til Monday to call the service dept when they opened, and Sal could have told me to call back on Monday but he didn't. I truly appreciated his assistance - Such great service! He told me he unfortunately couldn't find the jacket (he actually sounded bummed) and provided me with a couple options and possibilities on how to locate it and I was very grateful for his help. Turns out my friend accidentally took my jacket .____. Sorry Sal :| read more

This is an updated review. A few weeks ago, Craig Wolfson reached out to resolve things. He assured me that I would get my money back and said that I shouldn't have been charged for the lost keys in first place. Craig was extremely quick, professional, and pleasant. He called me with a status update at the end of each week saying that my case was not lost and is being worked on. About three weeks after initially talking to Craig, Lexus financial sent me a check for $750. They didn't return $70 (tax), but I wasn't going to waste any more time fighting that battle. I'm just happy I got the majority of it back! It's unfortunate that I had such a bad experience with the other Lexus Longo reps because Craig handled things like a boss. He knows what he's doing and how to handle problems. It's infinitely better than the "I'm not sure" or "I'll call you back" response that the other representatives gave me. If you have a problem that the reps can't solve, I highly recommend not wasting time and directly speaking to a manager or supervisor. ______________________________________________________________________________ Absolutely the worst customer service I have received from a car dealership! My mom returned her leased Lexus this past July and the dealership confirmed that they received everything. They gave us a signed checklist with all the inventory they received so we thought everything was good. A few weeks later, we receive a huge invoice from Lexus financial stating that they did not receive keys. However, we returned everything and had the signed documents to prove this. After countless hours of calling Lexus financial, they said that the actual silver key fobs in the alarm were missing. We called the dealership to figure out what happened to the keys throughout their inspection process. Spoke with a guy named Dickson and he said he'd look for the keys and call me back. He said that that they would never return the car without a thorough inspection and that if two key fobs were missing their team would have definitely noticed it. I never received a call back even after waiting a week. I called the dealership to check in and he said he would call Lexus to sort things out. A few hours later I receive a call and he said that he cleared everything with Lexus financial. He sounded annoyed and said he did me a FAVOR by calling Lexus. He said everything was clear. No Dickson, you did your JOB. At this point, I didn't trust the dealership by the way the handled this case so I called Lexus financial directly to see if this was true. Lexus financial said that nothing was cleared and that Dickson called the wrong department. We proceeded to do a 3-way call with him and the first ten minutes the Lexus financial guy basically trained Dickson on who to call and how to check for these type of cases. I still don't know what happened and how TWO keys could've been missing, especially when the dealership confirmed they received everything. I can't help but to think there was foul play here. Regardless, I spent countless days, weeks, hours trying to figure this out with the dealership. Talked to another guy named Rick and he said he'd help me look into this. He said to give him a couple days and that he'd call me back after figuring this out. So I waited patiently. I waited over a week and still no call back. I called Rick again and he said to call Erica who actually did the inspection. Erica did not answer the several times I called her so I asked Rick to leave a message to please call me back about an update for these missing keys. I still have not heard from Longo Lexus.... I read a few Yelp reviews below and it seems like I'm not the only one who dealt with a similar case like this. To anyone who's looking to buy or lease a Lexus from Longo, I would seriously reconsider. I went to BMW and their level of customer service was beyond what Longo Lexus has shown me these past few months. read more

Longo Lexus - Car Dealers Near Me - El Monte, California

Huge thanks to Rony, Craig and the entire team at Longo Lexus for taking care of my wife and I and getting us into the stunning 2017 RX350 F Sport we had been dreaming about. My wife and I had visited numerous dealerships and test drove numerous models, and had finally narrowed down our search to the 2017 Lexus RX350 F Sport in Ultra White with black interior. A few of the local dealerships we had first visited were not too helpful, and when asked questions about its specs and features, didn't have the best overall knowledge of the vehicle. As a prepared & informed consumer, these initial encounters at the Lexus dealerships didn't sit too well with me, as I felt I had a better understand of the car than their sales team. After talking with a close family member, I was pointed in the direction of Longo Lexus. Having ties to Longo himself, he contacted the sales director and mentioned our interest in a new car. Later that same day, Rony Parada, one of Longo's sales team, contacted me and we had a conversation about exactly what my wife and I were looking for. After gathering our information, not even a day later he had sent me a list of vehicles they currently had in stock that matched our criteria. After a bit of negotiation via phone and email, we reached what I believed to be a fair and honest deal for the car. Two days later, my wife and I stopped by the dealership to take ownership of our beautiful new RX350 F Sport. When we arrived, Rony greeted us with a big handshake and smile and immediately took us over to our new car. It was decked out with a big red bow sitting right on top and my wife was thrilled and just over the moon, especially this being her first new car! Rony gave us an initial walk through of the vehicle to make sure it was exactly what we wanted and agreed upon in our previous conversations. After signing off that it was exactly the model and specs we wanted, we filled out some paperwork and were quickly introduced to Craig Wolfson, the sales director at Longo Lexus. Being one of the main reasons we were able to reach a fair deal for the vehicle, I wanted to thank him for making our experience one that was extremely smooth and stressless. He thanked both my wife and I for our business and congratulated us on our new car. After finishing up some final paperwork with the Lexus financial team, the car was officially ours. Rony took us back out to our car which had just been washed, vacuumed and looking fantastic. He then spent the next 45 minutes walking us through the entire car and all its features, setting up the bluetooth on both of our phones, and making sure we were 100% comfortable with our new car. Rony was extremely knowledgeable about all the features and specs and was instrumental in making my wife very comfortable with her new car. Two days after taking ownership of our car, I received a call from the customer relations team at Longo Lexus. They started off by thanking us for choosing Longo Lexus and wanted to make sure we had an outstanding experience. They also wanted to know if there was anything else they could do to make our experience any better today and in the future. I assured them that they had done an amazing job and we would be recommending their dealership to anyone and everyone who is in the market for a new Lexus. There is no other dealership I would trust more than Longo Lexus. Because of their amazing customer service, car selection and friendly team, they have made new lifelong customers. For anyone looking to pickup a new vehicle, this is the only dealership you should consider. read more

Several of my friends and clients suggested to look at Longo as I have been "building" my Lexus NX for almost a year now. I hesitantly contacted Longo via chat to do some initial and basic inquiry. A day later, George King contacted me via email, being very respectful of my wish to communicate via email until the vehicle with my wishes with specs was in stock. I specifically wanted the Lexus NX 200t F-Sports with Atomic Silver and Rioja Red. He immediately informed me of an available one from another dealer, and asked me if I wanted him to lock it in. All these times, George was very respectful of communicating via email. After the online application of credit check etc... was done, he called to confirm he would pick it up himself to put it in their lot! George King found me the exact model I wanted, and it was fully-loaded. I didn't want all the bells and whistles, but I can't complain! The price range was good, and they even worked to make sure I get it for a little lower, and get more from my trade-in value. The trade-in process itself got complicated and time-consuming due to some unforeseen problems, but George never let up. It was late, but he was extremely patient. His sales manager Kevin Holley even came out to brainstorm all the scenarios to make everything possible. Problem solved, and I came home with the NX I wanted! I had nothing but hesitation and fear at first, and Longo erased that. Thank you, Longo Lexus! Thank you especially to George King. Guys, go to him!!! I am sure all their sales staff are on top of it and are great, but I would personally recommend George King if you are looking to buy or lease a Lexus. read more
