I had an excellent experience with Steven Johiro at Longo Lexus. He was a straight-shooter. Let me go at my own pace. He knew he offered me the best deal he could the first time around, and encouraged me to shop around and even check out different types of cars. When I did come back to Longo, one of the things I appreciated was how their website is set up, so that you can understand the options that come with each car. It was really important for me to have certain options, but I didn't want to pick a car that had different options and pay for the ones I wanted. I wanted to find a car that already had those options. The website made it very easy for me to do that. Once I decided to buy my RX 350 from Steven, it was very easy to do. He texted me my quote, stood by it and made the whole process, from filling out the application before I got there all the way through finance seamless. I was particularly impressed with the finance manager. when I didn't want any extras. He didn't hard-sell me or change his attitude. If you're looking for a Lexus, go see Steven Johiro at Longo! read more

We had the pleasure of working with Leo Subroto last night, and it was the most convenient and simple car transaction I have ever experienced. He was incredibly kind and forthright, and willing to answer every question I had. The process was quick and easy as well compared to all other experiences I have had. Leo was patient, down to earth, and so helpful with the entire process. Their financial guy, Ian, was also very kind and made the process go by smoothly! David was another man we were able to meet, and he as well was awesome. Thank you all for your help in getting me into my beautiful new car!!! They all showed such great displays of guest service!!! read more

Longo Lexus by far exceeds my expectations! My sister was in the market for an IS300 and our go to dealer was Cerritos Lexus. Esmeralda recommended me to Longo Lexus and I decided to give it a try, and after talking to her and her partner Hieu I knew I made the best decision. We made an appointment and my sister was amazed with the kind of service they provided by far the best customer service from the start to the end. Esmeralda and the Longo team definitely made a loyal customer. Thank you Esmeralda, Hieu, and the Longo team I will most definitely recommend my family friends! read more

This is our first time shopping for Lexus and we had a great experience here! Ahmad is a great agent, super professional, informative and helped us a lot during the process. The test drive was great and we took a tour on freeway as well. The buying process is smooth and his manager Lawrence Tiang is a great gentle man with whom we had a nice talk. Overall we enjoyed the service at Longo a lot and we definitely recommend it. read more

They advertised a car on auto trader for a certain price and with 0% financing for 72 months. When I arrived at the dealership a salesman named Dennis Lo told us that the prices quote and financing quote was actually put on THEIR ADD by auto trader and it was not accurate....SAY WHAT !!!!!!!!. All this advertised financial info was contained in Longo's add and they are telling me it is not accurate ?????? Then why isn't Longo putting a disclaimer under the add saying the info IS NOT INFO FROM LONGO ????? Very sneaky, slimmy, ugly way of getting people to show interest in a vehicle and will recommend to all I know to avoid this place like the plague. Dennis Lo tried to explain this stuff to us but he obviously is a very slimmy just like everyone else. read more

Wonderful services: drinks and snacks provided, rides to from or loan car. They care about how their buyers are treated. They truly try to offer as much as they can to their buyers as they are higher prices for being luxury cars read more

Im giving 1 star for a very horrible crazy experienced at the service department. Service Manager Clem called me for a false commitment to fix my car!!! I have warranty until this very moment and yet Lexus Longo denied to fix my car instead they want me to pay extra $700 from the $1700 work. What is that? I have 3 Lexus car: RX, NX and ES350 and because of this horrible terrible experience Im going to buy my Tesla and get rid of my Lexuses!!! Its not worth it to exert all my energy just to claim my warranty to Lexus because its sucking all my energy and its stressing me out!!! Lexus top management should do better job in their service department. I hate dealing with businesses who are very good when you purchase cars to them but after sales they dont give their best effort to help out!!! I deeply regret i switched to Lexus!!! Its the worst service ever I've experienced in America ever since in my lifetime. I lost my appetite recommending and patronizing Lexus because of this experienced!!! Lost your business to my whole family and clan including my own company!!! I used to fall in love with Lexus but never again anymore at all!!! Now, i would rather switch to Tesla, BMW or Mercedes but never never Lexus!!! I hate to say these words but nothing best describe your service than the worst experienced and careless treatment I had with you their!!! I even felt just because Im Asian you guys deal with me unprofessionally and very insensitive with the way you speak!!! Thats never a good representation of Lexus! False promise and commitment which never never happened!!! Done with you!!! BYE!!! read more

Thank you Service Advisor Jackelyne! My local machanic experiences were terrible. For a major services, I wasn't going to take a chance. I had a great experience with my RX 350 60k service. We met Sergio Orozco at Longo Lexus. He was amazing in his knowledge about the RX350. He made our experience very pleasant since he never pressurized us to make a decision and even suggested we come back if we were undecided. He provided us with the best price removing all of the price haggling that One expects to do at a car dealership. He helped us get the best price for the options we chose amongst any dealership in SoCal. I would highly recommend Longo Lexus and Sergio Orozco. read more

i am so grateful to get taken care of by Tony Minarto. Lucky that he picked up my call. Longo was about a 2 hour trip for me... living in the country made this a journey for me--- Tony just took over and made it happen. Every turn that the deal made that made it hard for me to do. Tony just made stuff happen. Im picky and Tony represented the car to a T.... car is great--- im happy. call ask for tony..... youll like him. read more

Big thanks to Dixon Pai! I originally came to Longo to test drive the IS350 F Sport to see if it would be a good replacement for my older Lexus, and it sure was. I ended up leaving the dealership with the vehicle and have been enjoying the car since the end of January. If I had waited another day, I know I would have lost the chance, so I'm glad to have made this purchase. Thank you again for the amazing service for taking care of me and my family during our visit! read more

I recently purchased a vehicle from Longo Lexus with the help of Leo Subroto. I emailed many dealerships within a 100-mile radius and he came back to me with the best price on my desired vehicle. On top of having the best price, he also had great immediate communication and we were able to finalize the entire deal over email, over a span of a week. I was able to go to the dealership, sign the papers, and leave with the car in under 20 minutes. Easiest dealership experience ever! Tips: Do the research before contacting any dealership (car model, features, trims, etc.). All the info is online and there's plenty of opinionated reviews available as well. read more

Longo Lexus is just horrible. The customer service there are trained to avoid acknowledge warranties. Their attitudes are dismissive and will lie their way out of anything. Now I am taking this up as a warranty violation . Their service advisors seem lazy as well. They will take money from you by lying about repairs as well. read more

My mom (77 years old) was in the market for a 2018 Buick Enclave, she had a 2015 Buick Enclave and loved it. After a couple Buick dealerships (with hardly any inventory on the newly designed Enclave) and a few pushy salesmen she decided to look at other brands. We went to Cadillac, Acura and Mercedes... to no avail. So after a gentle nudge from me, she went to look at the Lexus. So glad she did!!! She fell in love with the RX350. After 2 other Lexus dealerships we ended up at Longo. This was hands down the BEST car buying experience we've ever had. Their staff was friendly and welcoming and we were treated like queens. The transaction was quick and easy and they made the payment fit right into (actually below) my mom's budget. Our salesman Sergio was BEYOND AMAZING, I really just can't say enough about him. He made us so comfortable and was very respectful and professional. If you're looking for a Lexus, go see Sergio!!! (Self disclaimer.... I'm hard to please and can't be a bit of a pain... I have high expectations and am very protective of my mom... exceeding my expectations isn't something that happens often... so when it's good, its GREAT!!!) I seriously don't even know where to begin! I think in a nutshell I could summarize my entire experience at Long Lexus as follows: Professional, courteous, patient, honest, and absolutely going the extra mile. I walked in the dealership wearing my gym outfit on a Tuesday afternoon. Totally not looking like a guy who might be serious in the least, and to be honest, I wasn't keen or serious in any way about purchasing a car that day. However, I was greeted warmly by someone at the front desk and they asked me if I needed help, I said that I'm just curious about a CPO Lexus (or as they call it "L-Certified". One minute later, literally, Stephen Tran approached me with a big, genuine smile and asked me how I was doing. Then he went on to ask me why I was there. I explained the story of my total loss car to him (which happened a month and a half prior to that date), and that I was just looking around for cars within my budget. I also added that I'm not serious and I don't have the money for a down payment since I haven't gotten my car's check from my insurance company, yet. Stephen was as professional as they come. He assured me that he's willing to help me look at whatever they have at the moment, and when I'm ready, I could come back and start an application. We looked at cars on their thick catalog (this is an incredibly huge location, so they have hundreds of cars on their lot at any given moment), and I didn't really see anything that caught my eyes. One page later, Stephen noticed that there was a 2014 black GS 350 that's available, and the price of the car dropped $7000 because it's been sitting there for 45 days and they had to move the car. I got excited and wanted to check it out, so we went, and we found a note on the car's windshield that said "deal working", which means that someone else is at the dealership right now already in the process of having their credit ran and interested in purchasing the car. That was a huge bummer because the car was gorgeous inside out. Fast forward to 30 minutes later, the other customer got declined and Stephen told me that the car is mine if I wanted it and that they're willing to work with my down payment until I get the money from my insurance. Fast, honest, and convenient is what followed. Stephen and Yong (a financial manager at the location) took care of everything. I was treated like royalty the whole process. They're absolutely accurate with their deadlines and they provide everything they promise. I even got some valuable car gifts sent to me after the point of sale, and the follow up at Stephen's end was exemplary. If you're looking for a dealership that goes FAR and beyond, look no more. It doesn't even matter if you live a little far away, the drive is absolutely worth it. This is my third Lexus dealership experience, and Longo beats the competition mercilessly with their attitude and professionalism, let alone the five-star treatment even after you purchase the car. It's no mystery why they're number one in both sales and customer service. They truly earn it! My review is absolutely personal, reflecting my own honest experience, and I wasn't promised any compensation of any kind for writing it. Thanks! : ) read more

By far my best car buying experience ever. Longo Lexus truly made me feel special with all the attention and time given to me when researching and deciding on a car. And I owe that to my salesman George Kantanto. If it weren't for him I'd probably still be discouraged and looking for a car. George Kantanto assisted me with my online inquiries and called me immediately. I wasn't sure what was within my budget, let alone if I could qualify on my own. However, George never made me feel as if Lexus was way out of my league like other dealers did. He didn't pester or pressure me into anything either. Everything felt like it was on my time and on my terms. He was always available even outside of work. I texted him a few times on his day off and he was more than happy to answer any of my questions. Truly an asset to Longo Lexus for his full commitment to his clients. And to top off how cool he is, he remembered my moms bday and mine, and sent us text messages. How cool is that?! Truly felt special. I honestly couldn't be more happier with my IS 200t. I will definitely come back to Longo Lexus for my next purchase and of course to George.... THANKS GEORGE KANTANTO! read more

I don't understand how Roger Penske at Penske Motor Group, can be hiring a contractor that does not support area standards. One particular service advisor has the worst communication skills and it tainted my experience w longo lexus. I was the one who always had to follow up on the status of my car. If I didn't call, a whole day would have gone by without me hearing anything from lexus. At one point I called and no one could even find my car nor could they get ahold of my service advisor because he had conveniently left for the day without calling me with any type of update. Besides communication their attitude is pretty terrible. When I got my spoiler changed out the service advisor told me the part would be in on Tuesday and so would he. Maybe it's my fault for not asking what time but when I showed up at 9 am he was not there and another service advisor helped check in my car. I was hoping this would be my opportunity to meet a nicer more helpful advisor that maybe I could stick with for future appointments but instead I was greeted by a man who seemed so rushed as though I was a bother and was so short in response. He literally told me he wouldn't do anything for me but check the car in and email my primary service advisor. I laughed in my head because my primary service advisor is so terrible at communications he probably has emails in there from 2005. The rude rushed man told me my primary advisor would be there by 0930 but what a surprise when it came to be 1130 am and no call or text from him. I reached out and surprisingly got a response. Who knows when I would have found anything out if i didn't text him. One time I figured he was probably even dodging my calls because 5 min after one of my calls he didn't answer I got a butt dial back from him. For a solid minute I heard static and him talking in the distance and I guess he realized it cause he put the phone to his ear to talk and said "oh um hi this is_______ of longo lexus how may I help you" and I told him he's the one who called me.... To which he replied "oh you're right I did yes I meant to call you" Bull.shit. Anyways. Yesterday After the trouble of figuring out myself what was happening w my car, (I came in to swap out a spoiler) I came back later and service adviser handed me back the previous spoiler, but screws and a hinge on the inside of the spoiler were missing. We asked him if he could ask the people who installed it if they accidentally dropped it somewhere when it (obviously) just got snapped off. He came back with an unsympathetic casual and cold "sorry they couldn't find it". I was obviously upset and he simply said "yeah......." And turns around and walked away. He didn't care I was upset instead he decided he was done w me and left. I'll never come back to this lexus dealership. After this experience it's worth the drive to go all the way to Glendale for my lexus service. The two stars are simply for Eric in the sales department who helped me buy the car in the first place and Peter (?) in finance who explained everything to me so well. They seemed to actually have patience and care about my business. This probably has a bunch of typos but whatever this place suck so my grammar will also ‍‍‍ UPDATE in response to comments: Every time i talked to my service consultant it was after HOURS of waiting in silence or calling other people there who helped track him down for me. Why is the customer the one that has to work so hard to find out what's going on? The service advisor never mentioned the possibility of clips breaking, only that it is non returnable d/t the adhesive used. I said thats fine i can try to sell it myself but now its less likely since screws ans clips are missing. In reflecting on the events, I realize this review is NOT about lexus but instead about Michael and is poor customer service skills. Every one else from the people at sales to a different Michael who works at he body shop to the guy who helped me w the loaner car were all responsive and proactive. this review on yelp was even replied to faster than Michael. You state the facts of what happened (which honestly sound a little lacking in detail) without acknowledging how painstaking the process was for the customer. You dont acknowkedge the difficulties and lack of communication by your employee and you fail to mention how this kind of thing will never happen again for any other customer. Eventually I got the services I needed from the dealership but I guess he expects you to wait in silence for hours and even business days during the process I was reached out to by the person who sold the car to me and felt that my business was appreciated. If I come back for service here it will be with caution but with faith in the fact that Eric told me the experience would be better. read more

I was there about months ago. I just returned my Infiniti week before. My wife want to tryouts Lexus Nx300. That was Saturday afternoon we I came with my wife and kids. The Chinese salesman was helping us. It's took him 30 minutes to check our records or credit and finally take us to down basement to car. There's 4 cars to choose from. I didn't like the way salesman attitude and talk but since we saw the car we likes. So i told him we will take it. When we back to the office to do signing. I ask him the internet national offer then he told us they have those cars on stocks. I just saw those on the basement. He said they don't have those anymore. I ask for manager then another Chinese salesman claim he is sale manager. I told him what happened he told me thats how they doing business here. Oh I was very mad shamed be like Chinese who I am. I was speechless with my kids. I wish i could write Chinese in app. So let all Chinese and Korean stay away from such crooked dealers. I don't care they call them self biggest dealer in Ca. This place is literally everything that is wrong with the car business. Now I see why so many people use online services to purchase new vehicles. Offering me $39K for the same vehicle that Tustin Lexus offered me $43K. They advertise that they pay more than KBB and then insult you with a low offer. I just wanted to give a shout out to my Service Consultant Mr. Beau Ly for his awesome customer service. He made sure that my IS F Sport was well taken care of and maintained. Aside from the regular scheduled maintenance check up, Mr. Ly was able to straighten out and follow up on some minor service details. I appreciate the time the service consultant took to explain the details of the maintenance service as well as the recommendations they advised. Not many service techs or advisors would take time to do so as I have experienced in the past. If you're reading this and deciding if you want to bring your Lexus here for service... Do it ! Make the call Longo Lexus (855) 903-0032 or (626) 539-2914. Ask for Beau, tell him Ramir sent you. My advice is that you write down what you want done and all your concerns. Make an appointment, request for a loaner car just in case and come early to your appointment. If you decide to just stick around, you can do that too. They just renovated their service lounge with comfortable seating, an unlimited amount of beverages, donuts, some fruit and other snacks. The Wifi is free and don't forget your charger.
