Well i had a service done on my IS 250 fsport and since it was there i decided to do a full detail clean on the car. The car was done and it looked great except for one thing. Who ever cleaned the inside of the car got some kind of residue on the navigation screen and it stained the screen its an eyesore for such a beautiful car. Honestly disapointed and have no idea how to get rid of it. Hopefully a supervisor sees this and contacts me because lexus is abput attention to detail. read more

Longo Lexus - Really bothering to look at - Car Dealers Near Me - El Monte, California

I am so happy with my new Lexus! The best part was how easy the Longo Lexus team made the process! I inquired online and was promptly contacted by George King. He never pressured me, and I never felt hassled. George quickly found me the car I wanted. Sales Manager Kevin Holley worked me a really sweet deal and personally made sure I was taken care of. They were so accommodating, worked on my schedule, and were extremely attentive and helpful. By the time I showed up to the dealership my car was washed and ready, and I was in and out of the contract signing booth in 10 minutes! It was so quick and painless! If you're looking for a new Lexus I definitely recommend asking for Internet Sales Consultant George King and Sales Manager Kevin Holley! read more

Just leased my 5th ES 350 from Longo Lexus. Once again I received outstanding support from my sales representative, Dennis Lo - just exceptional responsiveness, professionalism, communications and efficiency - I could not be more pleased. Additionally - and importantly - the customer orientation on the new car was extraordinary. A dedicated Longo representative - Joshua Villalobos - spent a lot of time with me patiently demonstrating the new Apple CarPlay touchscreen technology and other features and functionality of the new car. Lexus has made quite a change in their technology - much improved - and like all technology, it's a learning process. But Joshua took all the time i needed, explained things carefully and in language I understood and made an offer for me to contact him at anytime for questions or support. It was wonderful to have a delivery specialist like Joshua assigned to me, the customer, to ensure i can take full advantage of all the features and functionality I paid for...outstanding customer service! read more

I walked into Longo just expecting to test drive, and walked out owning a Lexus. To be clear, this is because I found a car that I loved and knew in my gut what I should do. The salesman I worked with, Stephen Tran, is an awesome dude and helped make it happen. He knew I was just starting my search process and applied no pressure. He just gave me lots of [mostly] unbiased information (even told me I should check out other car companies to compare) and made the experience easy. If I felt like I was being hard-sold right off the bat, I would have walked. Thanks to the comfortable and friendly environment, I was able to find and BUY a car that I'm super happy with. Good job, Longo. You are not sleazy and I award you five stars. read more

The customer service here is always friendly and awesome. Sergio made the buying process for my grandmother and I very simple. I communicated with Sergio through out the week about what vehicle I needed and what features my grandmother needed it. When it came time for my grandmother and I to go to the dealer to buy the car, the vehicle was already parked out back ready for us to drive it home. Carlos went over every feature the vehicle had with my grandmother and helped customized things to her like, paired her iPhone to the car, and even programmed some of her favorite stations she like to listen to. After this Sergio had my grandmother sign the necessary paperwork and we were off from the dealer in a little over a hour. I would definitely return and recommend this dealer for any future Lexus purchases. read more

Just wanted to give a special shout out to the collision center! Special thanks to Daniel Sanchez the director who was was very professional and gave me very good customer service. He made sure everything went smoothly with the process of getting my car repaired! I also wanted to recognize Gregory Martinez who consistently kept me informed during the repair process and made sure my questions were answered. Going through a unexpected accident is stressful enough but these two gentlemen made the process easier! They are both assets to the Lexus team! Thank you read more

This response is poorly written and generic shows how much you really care about your customers. I hope since this sorry response you've been replaced. Bad customer service and a bad experience always lingers. Good management knows this and handles situations more professionally. read more

Every time my husband and I need to visit Longo Lexus, we always have a positive experience. At our last service visit, we received great service from an employee, John Yang, who helped us check in. He was super friendly, great customer service, attentive and even told us about the Lexus merchandise that I wasn't aware they sold there. Thank you Longo and thank you John for a positive customer experience, and I look forward to the next time I get to visit! read more

Awesome service. No frills. We first was greeted by Francisco who then referred us to Victor Reyes and his assistant Ryan. Mr. Reyes was great at explaining terms and was straightforward. Gave me all my options and allowed me to decide on which option I believed was best for me. No pressure which is great! Ryan, Mr. Reyes's assistant, was also very accommodating and explained the features of my new car. Also helped me set up my blue tooth before I left the lot. They both stayed until everything was signed and I drove my new car off the lot. I definitely recommend coming to this dealership if you're looking to get a new Lexus!! read more

I want to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Sergio Orozco for the amazing service he provided, as well as the promise for the best deal, which he kept. Thank you and see you again for my next lease. read more

Went to Longo Lexus to review my lease end options and Stephen Tran really took care of us. He took the time to explain my options and find a car that was a good fit. Though I was planning on purchasing my lease, he found me another Lexus certified vehicle with better value and helped me choose an extended warranty that would fit my needs. He was knowledgeable about all the special rated and made me feel like I walked away with the best car and the best deal. Jose Mendoza walked me to my car and reviewed all of the technology with me to ensure I understood the best features of the car and even installed my alumni license plate holder for me! Lastly, as always the finance Dept was very courteous and helpful. Gina and Kevin Holley threw in an extra perk. I walked away happy in my new whip and I am so glad I came to Longo Lexus! read more

I've been to this dealership twice, once for inspection and just today for a recall on my 2013 IS. I was assisted both times by a service advisor named Madison Sira and I couldn't ask for a better service. After a long period of about three or four months, Madison still remembered me although I am just one customer at the dealership and greeted me with the same smile and kindness. She is great at talking with her clients and knows exactly how to assist you so you would have the best experience! She really takes her clients seriously and she will make you feel like you are more than just clients. If you happen to be at the dealership for services, I would highly recommend you to get assisted by her. Thanks to her, I've always had great experiences here and this is the only Lexus service department I will ever go to in SoCal. read more

My vehicle repair at Longo has a horrifying back story which ONLY had a happy ending thanks to the EFFORTS of Matt Derro and his boss Robert. Following a mild fender bender, my insurance company sent me to one of their preferred collision shops who will remain nameless. When I went to pick up my car there was significant damage to the back fender (it didn't come in with this!) which was not the area to be repaired. After several months going back and forth with my insurance company, they authorized my chosen place for repair. Having had nothing but superior service and results from them in the past when servicing my car in the past, I chose Longo. While inspecting my car, OTCR Estimator Matt Derro found SEVERAL other places where my car had been damaged, including sub par work on the front bumper, the site of the initial damage. Because Longo certifies their work, Matt explained that the only way they could accept my car for repair was by gaining approval from my insurance company to fix ALL damaged areas. Matt worked tirelessly, even getting his boss Robert involved, to solve my problem and ultimately secured permission to fix all damaged areas including a redo of the original original repair!! Other than unsurpassed attention to detail, a passion for getting it right, long standing relationships (which he and Robert exercised!) with the insurance company, I found Matt to be one of the strongest customer advocates I've encountered over the course of my life. That is why I can recommend, without hesitation, Matt Derro and the team at Longo Lexus if you need to have any collision damage repaired. read more

After driving down from the Central Valley and literally visiting 4 dealerships in Southern California, we found Longo Lexus on our fifth and last try. Perhaps it's true when you say you save the best for last. My husband and I were left freely to browse their huge selection without being pushed or guided to an office. We met Sabino Cuevas via and internet inquiry and we drove the treacherous, hour drive to El Monte. Sabino was so patient, understanding and informative. He knew his stuff and never came across as a salesman, rather a very trustworthy individual. He took amazing care of us and not only did we buy one car, we took another one as well. Ian in financing did a great job thoroughly explaining and most importantly, offering the "extras" which was not offered on are previous purchases. Overall, we felt amazingly great after this experience. Thank you so much Sabino, Ian and Longo Lexus. Everyone was like family, congratulating us on our purchases. It was never about the money, rather the trustful nature in dealing with people who genuinely care about you and your purchase. read more

I bought my car from here back in 2013 and I had a good experience. A salesman by the name of AJ Chand helped me and he was honest and gave me a great deal. Granted I did have to haggle a little bit, but I felt he was honest and didn't play games. I currently use the service center at Longo and overall my experience has been good. They are on the pricey side and they do try to make you get services you don't necessarily need but if you educate yourself by reading online especially Lexus owner chat rooms you will know what is necessary and what is not. Overall my experience here has been really positive. read more

I was looking for a 2017 IS 350 F Sport. The Atomic silver with red interior was not available in Beverly Hills or Santa Monica. Which are locations close to where I live. So I decided to call Longo Lexus. The receptionist put me in contact with Stephen Tran. I am so glad to have ended up working with Stephen. I told him what I was looking for and he checked the inventory and had the exact vehicle available. After asking me a few questions he went to work and immediately got the process going. Nobody gets their car fixed and be in a great mood. But having someone like Julien at their service department help you out and try to explain the "damages" in a very professional, friendly and HONEST way, makes the burden actually easy. First he started off by checking if my car was under warranty, then he checked if any recalls were done to the car, then gave me options. When I got home, my partner asked me why I was so happy considering I just had my car break down. Told him because the people at Longo really took care of me and even gave me a nice loaner car. Great job guys- thanks Julien! read more
