Around a month ago, my family and I had walked into the shop to look for a certified preowned white GS350 F-sport. We definitely were in for a treat. At the time they had 3-4 selected models that we were looking for. We had came across the car of choice with only 17k miles. This car was definitely one that we wanted and Stephen Tran was the sales man who had helped make this purchase happen. He treated us with the uttermost respect and professionalism. In addition he pushed hard with the GM to give us a price that we were okay with. At the end of the day we were out in 4 hours with a fresh detail job done. A couple days later we had noticed some scuffs on the fenders and had called up Steven to see if he can do anything about it. He definitely took care of it and my parents and I were completely happy with the experience. read more

Walked down to the new car show room. Wanted to check out a Lexus, maybe consider in buying one if we could make a deal. No one ever came up to me to ask if I needed help or wanted to check out any of the vehicles. I feel like I was racially profiled. As if by my appearance it looked like I couldn't afford any of those cars. Would of understood if it was a Bentley dealership. Fuck you longo Lexus! Lost a possible sale read more

Thank you Victor Reyes! Great job with bringing the sparkly new RXFSport up to us on flatbed and taking back the other vehicle. I am in awe at the service Longo provides. Truly above and beyond any other experience from dealers. From the best sales team that made the process easy (Victor is the man!), Esmeralda's assistance with the process and the prior delivery team member Ryan...such an impressive service from beginning of lease turn in to delivery of this gorgeous Fsport today. And your Longo team's commitment to ensuring that we are happy with our car is so very much appreciated and definitely makes us feel way spoiled! Yay! :) I even went to Lexus in Ontario a couple times due to closer distance to home for service but oh my goodness...what a difference from the service we receive from and at Longo. Longo cannot be beat and each of your team members that we interact with help to cement the confidence we have in your dealer services. Thank you so much for another wonderful transaction, we feel special and truly appreciate our Longo team. Highly recommend calling Victor Reyes, a fleet manager, if you are looking for a Lexus! He has worked for LONGO many many years...so much so that my friend referred me to him 3 years ago. My friend has had at least 3 lease terms with Victor's help. And this is my 2nd lease with Victor's help. Endless thank you's! read more

This review is specifically in concerns to the pricing from Longo Lexus. Everyone works hard for their money so I was compelled to let anyone who might read this know that it's a complete rip off to purchase a Lexus from here. I just purchased a new NX300 and their best out-the-door price was exactly $1,600 higher (Same MSRP and same features) than how much I ended up spending at another dealership. In fact, of the 10+ dealerships I've contacted in the SoCal area, Longo actually gave me the 2nd most expensive quote. Barring pricing, the sales staff was friendly in person and on the phone. I would imagine if they could sell the car for cheaper, they would've. There's no real showroom currently and you have to go downstairs and look at the inventory (which I actually prefer). If you like their people or service, that's your prerogative, but just be informed that you're going to spend a lot more for the same product here. read more

Jessica T was amazing! Very friendly, great customer service and very knowledgeable of the vehicles and products that Lexus offers, most salespeople aren't these days and it's awful. Definitely will recommend Jessica T and Longo to anyone in the market for a car or suv read more

I would like to take the time to thank Edgar Anzaldo, Jennifer Nam, and Mimi Lam that made the visit very comforting from service consulting to picking up my car. I would like to appreciate the help and assistance I received at this location thanks again I would be returning and requesting the help from these generous people. read more

Salesman was discriminatory. Even before the car moved, he told me to take it easy because he wanted to go home to his family. I have a perfect driving record, and to say that even in jest is unacceptable. I'd rather pay thousands more with another dealer to not have to deal with despicable salesman. read more

Any rating that I leave for this Longo Lexus Service would be a disservice; the magnitude and extent that Robin and Jackie went for taking care of my car was phenomenal. Both Jackie and Robin were extremely personable, great listeners and very empathetic. As a very clear outlier and standard deviations beyond the norm, this Longo Lexus customer service here was beyond the scope of what a normal car dealership is usually due to the spectacular and memorable service provided by Robin and Jackie. If you are here ask for Robin Ho or Jackie Martinez-- I guarantee you that your needs, wants, desires will be heard and accommodated by these two wonderful beings. Working with these two definitely brighten my day substantially. :) read more

I have had great success with Longo and am so glad I bought a new Lexus from them the end of 2020. I have a EX300h and it was prescient, given the huge increase in gas prices today. Anyway, great service, communications, and support. But especially the loaner car Dept. which has Jim as a superstar. He got me a loaner car on little notice in March, when I had to drive my wife to LAX to catch an international flight. It was a day, unfortunately, that their computer/tablet system was down and they had to do everything by hand. well, to make a longer story short, he came up in short order with a loaner car and I made it to LAX with my passenger, just in time. And he has been right straight transparent since then, just the finest in service folks. My highest ratings, ever..... and the whole place reeks of Supreme customer loyalty and top flight service. Will recommend it to anyone in the market for a Lexus, esp. the hybrids now. read more

Jessica was a delight to work with! My wife and I have been shopping all around for a GX 460 for the last two months. We've been to 4 dealerships all around OC and LA, most provide little to no service. The sales person (both male and females) knew very little about the car, which made us question the dealership. Jessica not only treated us like family, but she knew our vehicle inside and out. She worked her best on getting us a deal we could not refuse. Make sure you ask for Jessica in sales if you're looking to get a good deal at Longo. We will be back for our next car, thanks Jessica! read more

I don't know if this was a Driver from the Dealer or if it was a loaner vehicle or what. However, this vehicle was driving erratically and dangerously. Cutting off cars, speeding, and turning without blinking. This picture was taken at about 12:30pm today on the 210 freeway towards pasadena. If this was an employee driving the vehicle, it is not a good way to represent the company. read more

A few months ago I started researching cars and was very impressed with consumer reports and stats on Lexus cars ....so I drove into your lot and met Felix Giles ...WOW ! We went for a drive and I told him that I was shopping and then left.. After looking through places like Car Max and Edmund's etc. I had to go back to Longo ..solely because of the customer service I received from Felix. Buying a new car was such a great experience usually its a hassle and I dread doing this. Longo has the WOW factor and its called Felix. After driving by new car I'm in love with Lexus, there will be no BMW OR Mercedes for me. read more

Bought my 2014 IS250 not long ago and had a great experience at Longo!! I was originally set on a different car but decided to stop by longo after my dad convinced me that it wouldn't hurt to look at different cars and fell in love with Lexus! No one helped us out that first time, unfortunately, but I went home and did research on what I wanted and came back for my baby! Rony Parada helped us out right away and got me just what I wanted! The process when so smoothly! He even brought my car out with a bow!! (For pictures only lol I think they sell it if u want to take it home) I've been back since a couple of times to their service and parts center and they are just as helpful there too! Can't imagine going anywhere else!!! read more

Had such a pleasant experience at this dealership. First of all this place is huge!!! But what made the experience great were Leo Subroto and Peter. Leo was not there just to sell cars but he took care of us. He is knowledgeable, he listened to our needs, and worked with us. Most importantly, he treated us with respect. Peter, the finance guy had a great sense of humor but more than that, he is so knowledgeable. He did his best for us to get the car we wanted and in ways that we benefit most. Had a great experience with Longo in the past and had a long overdue appointment that I was holding off, especially with the current worldwide situation, however Longo has made some updates to safety of customers and employees, and it really shows. Everyone is nearly outside, including the waiting room that has a sliding door. I wanted to give a shoutout to Edgar the SA who helped write me up at 6:30 in the morning. I wanted to get there early and try to avoid lines as much as possible and rather than waiting until 7:00 am (when they open) to check me in, he got me started right away and took care and documented my F. I didn't mind waiting but it was great that he went above and beyond. Lots of practices are in place to minimize as much contact as possible which is expected, and definitely appreciated. The Tech who did my long overdue recall was David, he did a fantastic job on replacing my airbag, now time to enjoy the car again safely while there is nowhere really to go other than a lot more open roads, thanks to Longo! read more

I have had lexus for last 10 years of my life and tried over dozen dealership service departments. Longo by far was my worst experience. Pros : clean , big guest area , variety of snack options Cons : they require you to schedule everything two weeks in advance which they surprise you while you are there. Lotta confusion of who is next and what's the next strep. Lots and lots of wait..... I made my service appointment two weeks in advance at 7:00 am. Waited 30 min before someone calls my name . Went there assuming my loaner car would be ready. Guess what !!! No loaner car !!! Because you had to make an appointment for loaner car two weeks in advance too. Asking them how am I supposed to know that and no one told me that , theirs responds is we assume you know it from now on!!!! Wth Moving on to get shuttle to work . Guess what !!! Do you have appointment for shuttle ??? There is a 90 min wait for shuttle !!! Had to get uber to work and uber back . Probably my last visit to service department. read more

For anyone else that chooses to actually know about facts instead of making assumptions (like this dealer did when they made a response to me), I did not visit these two dealers the same day however both were equally rude and inconsiderate. How unprofessional is it that not only did the yelp representative Kary from Longo Lexus assume I made the visits to these 2 dealerships in one day, but also looked up my review of another dealer and posted it in her response as well as made a remark about how it's "ironic". What purpose does she have to copy and paste my exact review from another Lexus? Hmm, not sure what's ironic about visiting two different dealers especially after one was rude. Guess I should've expected the same from another Lexus dealer. This dealership's salesman was very rude, and their response to my review just shows that they don't believe they did anything wrong and will continue to treat guests as they see fit (here's a hint, they don't care about you.) On a better note, at least a representative from Keyes Lexus was courteous and professional enough to message me, asking for my information in order to make things right, rather than giving me this passive aggressive response of an "apology." read more

YOU WANT A GREAT ADVISOR ?! Then I'd HIGHLY recommend servicing with Michael Eisenman. By far one of the greatest services I have ever received so far having owned this vehicle. You hear Longo being one of the best services dealers around and this yet proves it straight off the bat! The communication was excellent between us which is they key to any servicing on a vehicle (Customer Service 10/10). I feel as if my car came out happy as much as I did. The process was smooth and easy to understand. Explained in detail every step of the way. Before selling the car kept in contact with me trying to accommodate a schedule that worked for the both of us. 10/10 would recommend! David if you see this review thank you so much for making my first car purchase painless and an easy transition. Also to note Peter Kong from financing explained each package in detail. 2 great employees and would definitely come back to longo when I upgrade or purchase another vehicle. We came for tech help on both of our Lexus vehicles, viz 2021 LS500 and 2021 RX350. People who delivered us the car did not show us many of the features. We met Joshua Villalobos, he took great efforts to explain us all the features of both our Lexus vehicles. He was very patient and went out of his way to make sure we understood all the features and be happy, he did set certain safety parameters like the lane tracing assist and pre-collision system. He did reassure us, if we need any help in the future, he will be very happy to show us. Now I feel very comfortable on using all the features on both of our new cars. We have no hesitations to give him five star rating for his service rendered to us. Dr. and Mrs. Modi read more

There is a fundamental lack of urgency with the service department here and a lack of follow-up communication. Took my car in on Monday afternoon as my check engine light and trac off light came on simultaneously so I knew this was potentially a serious issue. You would think that at some point Tuesday by end of day I would get a call to let me know something about the status of my car but nothing. I called the service advisor and he said he had no update. Waited until Wednesday afternoon and still no call so I was pretty upset at that point and came in. Service manager got involved and said I'd have an update Thursday which he did provide and provided a timeline for completion. When I came in to pay - a pretty large sum I might add - the service advisor never came up to talk to me or even apologize for my experience - the cashier said he was with a client and I checked and there was no one at his desk (guess I got him in trouble). I only came here because it's closer than Jim Falk Lexus yet the service here is terrible and I will not be coming back for any future services going forward. read more

I would like to share my car purchase experience with Salesman Jose Mendoza. My husband and I visited on a Friday, test drove the RX 350. When we told him we were going to 'sleep on it', he was not your typical pushy salesman. After visiting a competitor dealership and dealing with that salesperson, there was no comparison. We called Jose and told him we would go the next day to purchase the vehicle. Jose listened to what I was looking for in a car and was very professional. He took the time to explain everything about the vehicle, from its perks to standard equipment. I highly recommend you buy your next Lexus from Jose Mendoza!! read more

I was so excited to visit Longo because of positive reviews and the massive selection due to their underground showroom. I called the dealership and scheduled a test drive with Rick. He was very helpful and asked me which NX I wanted to see. Unfortunately, they didn't have the one I wanted but it was fine since I told him my lease was ending and I just wanted a test drive. We arrived the next day and was greeted by Tom. I told him that I was only there for a test drive and you could already sense that he was not interested anymore. We went on a 10 minute drive and it seemed like he didn't want to engage with us. I asked him about pricing so I could get a feel of lease payments and he said that prices change all the time. That may be true but I just wanted to get a sense. Had I pretended to want to buy the car, I probably would have received better service. read more

Recently I was in the market to buy a new Lexus NX 300. However, the inventory selection in two previous dealerships were very small. So I traveled to Longo Lexus in El Monte, CA. My wife and I were greeted by Linda Hur, a Sales consultant. She listened to our needs and began to show us SUV's. Well we selected one however the sales process for pre approved financing was quite different than before at other dealerships. So she enlisted the help of Kevin Holley, Sales Manager. Kevin did a fine job of explaining the "why" and even provided options to streamline the process. We agreed to buy the new NX 300 as all my concerns were addressed and I felt really good about the purchase. Next we met Peter, the finance manager and he was not only a funny guy but very informative in affirming what my banker and Kevin discussed earlier. So the car was actually delivered to our home in Fontana as we live very far from the Longo dealership. Josuha Villalobos the Delivery Specialist called to set up a time for delivery. He arrived with our new NX 300 and did an fine job of explaining the wonderful and unique features. We really felt special and even more informed about our purchase. Thank you to Linda, Kevin, Peter, and Joshua for representing the Lexus brand and the Longo Organization. Go Team Longo!!!!! read more
