Sergio Orozco was recommended to me by two separate people while I was in the market for a pre-owned Lexus CT200h, so I made an appointment with him and am so glad I did. He was so helpful and made the whole process extremely easy and stress-free. I would 100% pass along the recommendation to reach out to him. Linda Hur was also a pleasure to work. Just bought a new car for our family last week I'm very happy with the purchase! Our sales representative Kelvin Huang was very approachable, professional and knowledgeable. He helped us looked at few options and we finally decided on the gx460. Kelvin went into great details explaining all the finance options and as well as how the interest rate works. Buying a new car can buy daunting, but all in all. I am very happy with the purchase and the wife is happy. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would come back for future services. read more

In summary, Sabino made this car buying experience a breeze and frankly, quite a pleasant one. He never pressured us to do anything, was extremely polite, friendly, patient, super knowledgeable and informative. He followed through to the end, and assures us that he will be there for us after the sale. Go in and talk to him, you won't be disappointed. Read on for the complete play-by-play... My wife's first car has been suffering from a multitude of "strokes" lately, with the most recent episode coming from a bad O2 and knock sensor. We were so disgusted with our local Nissan dealership due to their high level of incompetence (see future review) that we said, "fuck it, time for a new car". Phoebe (my wife) is out of college, has a good paying job, and needed a car that reflected that. Can't be rolling up to the office with some beat up, old Nissan. We were in the area for an event in Irwindale Speedway and decided to head to the local dealership...we are glad we did. It was near closing time, but we wanted to try to get in there to see what CT-200h models they had available. My wife had obsessed over owning one for the last several months and we were happy to see that they had a crapload of Lexi' (plural for multiple Lexuseses?) on the premisses. We were greeted by Sabino, who was extremely pleasant. We headed down into their vault of Lexus vehicles to find that there were a limited quantity of CT-200hs available. Phoebe was very particular on the color and options she wanted and they had no stock available. After a quick search, the sales manager was able to locate the exact car with the options we wanted at a sister location. Let the haggling begin... But that's the whole GOOD part of this experience. On the numerous times I have purchased cars in the past, I always get the sales manager passed off on me, who tries to beat me up over a $500 discrepancy and plays the, "good cop, bad cop" with the sales guy. It's pissed me off enough in past experiences that I HAVE walked out the door over $500. At Longo, I simply optioned the car on the USAA car buying service and showed Sabino the amount. In LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES we had a hand shake deal, a $500 deposit, and to return mid-day Sunday after Sabino personally picked up our car of choice. In less than an hour we had a firmed up deal on a new car. By far the EASIEST car buying experience I have EVER been a part of. Showed back up Sunday at 2:15 with my turbo 2011 Mustang (more on that later) with the car in detailing and we went over the paperwork. All the numbers matched from the night before and within 2 hours we had a signed and sealed deal. Sabino even had a detail rag with him and went over the car personally checking for scratches - inside and out. Right before we left, Sabino was intrigued with my Mustang and politely asked for a ride around the block. I don't think I've seen someone scared more shitless on a full throttle pass than Sabino. That's ok, a first ride in a 750hp Mustang will do that to you. read more

What a truly refreshing car experience! Leo from Longo Lexus was the most refreshing car consultants I have ever dealt with. His honesty, sincerity, and knowledge was so impressive I bought him a Starbucks. This car buying experience has far surpassed all of my expectations. My first question to him was,"Why Longo?" I now have no doubts about any of it, we are now friends. His partner in crime Steve kept me company, calm and entertained while Leo was efficiently taking care of the details. I would trust either of these individuals to provide me with the most upfront and honest details throughout the negotiations. Definitely would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone, and I completely agree with all the hype about Longo. They are top notch!!!!! 5's across the board, if I could put a 5+ I would. Oh My Goodness! I purchased my ES 350 from Longo Lexus and I am as pleased as punch. My sales representative was FELIX GILES. And, can I just say he was absolutely fantastic! Helpful, and he fought for my deal-took a lot of punches I might add. :) He's a classy guy. After the close of my sale, Felix took me and my father to meet the guys behind the circulation desk (financiers) and introduced us to each one AND the manager. This was not my first time at Longo Lexus, I purchased my LX 300 from Longo about 7 years ago. I must say, I will forever be a Lexus Lover. I received top value trade in for my RX 300 and top value for my EX 350. I look forward to superlative service. Santa Monica Lexus has nothin' on Longo! Golden Sales Opportunity Event! Definitely worth going during this time if you're interested in a new Lexus. I've gotten a Lexus here before at Longo and it was time to go back to getting another Lexus with my Infiniti G37S lease ending soon. Reason why I went back to Longo is because of great helpful staff like Ray and Jeff. Both were determined to help me get out of my lease with Infiniti and to get me a good deal on the GS350. I ended up with a new 2014 GS350 F-Sport and definitely can't complain from the deal I got through Ray and Jeff. I haven't yet got my service done here for the GS350 but back in 2006 when I had my IS, I would say this is one of the top Service departments I've gone through. When I needed a loan vehicle, they were never hesitant to provide me one. Also free coffee/beverage and pastries while you wait is something that all dealerships should offer. In between the IS and GS, I've been to Rusnak Audi and both Metro and Montclair Infiniti. Rusnak was good which I couldn't complain too but comparing Longo Lexus to both Metro and Montclair Infiniti, it's one of the many reasons why I went back to a Lexus, especially Longo Lexus. Great service and friendly staff - two of which makes Longo Lexus a great place to get your Lexus. read more

Finally got my new lease! I've been researching and visiting other dealerships, but never walked away with a car. I was never satisfied with the price. After making a few phone calls with Longo, they informed me that they have a goal to sell 700 cars for the month of August. I went into the dealership and was introduced to Tony. He was really patient and helpful from the beginning. I wanted a white IS 250, but there were none available. He showed me other options, but the price was too much for me. They only had the black car available, and Tony knew that wasn't my first choice. I gave him the price that I wanted to pay, and he said he'll try. A few minutes later, we shook on it, and I took that car home. Another great thing was the finance part was so quick! Because everything is electronic, I didn't have to sit through hours of signing paperwork. After making my decision to get the car, I was done within an hour. The longest part was them washing my brand new car! read more

So, initially we were deciding between Honda or Lexus. Don't get me wrong, I love my Honda Accord very much, but Nelson Honda provided no customer service at all. Not even a hi. Sad. So we left in a heartbeat. We went to the Honda dealership in Alhambra and got a chance to look over our choices. Okay. Got it. Now time to think about it. Well, we went to Lexus Longo and kept an open eye on the options we were interested in. We had such a pleasant and great experience so we were sold. Lexus it is. Prompt and professional service. I had an appointment on Tuesday morning for my car to be serviced. By early afternoon I received a text message from the dealership stating what additional services I needed and the time frame they would need to keep my car. In the past I took my car to Lexus of Cerritos because it was less than 5 miles away from my job. But the customer service was poor. The customer representative did not return calls in a prompt manner. On more than three occasions I scheduled for a loaner car, only to find out they ran out of them. Once my car was kept for two days without notification from the dealership. I was the one calling for a status update. If Longo Lexus is near you, I would suggest their dealership for service or purchase. I'm more than pleased with them. read more

I wish i could make this place my new hang! It's so intriguing the service department how it is separated by glass and you can see the mechanics working on your vehicle!!! :D Okie, this is what I love about Lexus servicing dealerships... Veterans know that if you can't get it at Longo Toyota, walk across the lot to Longo Lexus. They have a fridge stocked with sodas and water. You can also enjoy some coffee here also. Sometimes they'll bring out some Costco baked goods. Yes, Longo Lexus, I've called you out! You can't trick me with your "gourmet pastry sign". When clearly those cookies came from Costco! I came here and was helped by RENEE REYNOSO, he was not helpful at all! He tried to charge me $75 to install my spare key and $400 for this supposedly major service. Who charges that? SCAMMERS! This review more for the sales side since I haven't had to work with service yet. I just wanted to shout out 2 salesmen, Sergio and Vince who I both highly recommend. I purchased a CPO 2015 Lexus GS350 through Sergio as a recommendation from ClubLexus and the process was so smooth and hassle free. We worked out a price on the phone and he was very easy to work with. Vince Dinh actually showed me the car when I came in because Sergio was out and Vince went above and beyond in taking care of my needs. He got me a few extras for the vehicle and buffed out a few nicks that I saw on the car. The entire process was surprisingly very quick and I was out the door in about an hour. They also went over the pricing very clearly so that there were no surprises or extra fees. I highly recommend both of them at Longo, thanks guys. **UPDATE** When I drove the car home I saw tiny paint fades on the roof and called Sergio. He told me to bring it back and that Longo will take care of it for me, no charge. Will update the post when I get the car back but it is reassuring that Longo will still take care of you after your purchase. It started with the appointment person being very unknowledgeable and was trying to tell me that I had to prepay the diagnostic fees and courtesy loaner for services that needed to be done on my Lexus. She was telling me that the vehicle had to be running when the courtesy tow truck showed up. Then when we called back and ask if we get the vehicle there if we can get a loaner she stated that she cannot guarantee that we would get one. When we told her that we were coming from Anaheim, she stated again there's no guarantees as they don't reserve cars which I know it's not true as I had one previously. Then I was told by SM, Clem that I would get a call back from the GM but never did. This is the type of service I would get maybe at a very low line car manufacturer dealership. I bought my first CPO Lexus from Longo and I just purchased my 2nd CPO from Longo (The first one lasted a good 15 years!) I decided to come back to Longo for the final deal. I first met with ERIC TRAN at the beginning of the month. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and answered my many questions patiently. He has had experience working in the service department so he was also very knowledgable in that area and not just in sales. I'm not surprised that he was employee of the month. I was still in the beginning of my car search so I told him I was still shopping around. He was very respectful and did not pressure me. He only wished me luck and told me to call him and come back because he would be more than happy to help me find the car I wanted. I liked that!! (a salesman from Glendale Lexus questioned me why I would go shop around somewhere else and made me uncomfortable and started talking about how Longo was not as good as them. I'm so not into negative campaigning.) After a few weeks of informed research I went back to ERIC and bought my CPO IS200t. The price and mileage was right. CPO cars are now no haggle but there is small AAA pricing discount (every dollar helps). Only a few Lexus dealerships have this AAA option. He also gave me a fair trade in value for my old Lexus (more than the other dealership). Beyond that, ERIC was so patient and took time to listen, gave me good information, answered all my questions and told me things to consider. As a matter of fact, even after I drove off the lot with my car, he still replies to my texts in a timely manner answering my questions and concerns. I enjoyed my experience at Longo Lexus thanks to Eric and I'm very happy with my purchase. read more

I couldn't open the back door on my NX300 by the remote or the dashboard button. This was a major inconvenience. I called Longo and spoke with Aira, the Longo Tech Advisor. She took the time to learn what would be the most convenient option for me. I went to the showroom, and Aira worked with two associates at the Service Area to quickly solve the issue. [Shame on me - I had too many plastic bags in the trunk, causing the door release to jam.] I was so thrilled to have the door fixed, and it was such a pleasant experience. *Dishonest and Sneaky Sales Tactics During Lease Negotiations* -------------------------- My wife and I were shopping for a 2018 RX350. First off, leasing is not for the faint of heart. It is an art when negotiating a lease. I am not going to single out a particular salesman simply because I don't believe there was any malice, I believe it is just how dealership's sales team work together to (for lack of better words) *screw* people. I chose this dealership first because the salesman over email promised me he could beat everyone, so I should just come in. But that turned out to be a lie. I brought my laptop in which has all the calculations that I put together in a spreadsheet. It breaks down every nook and cranny and if you plug in all the numbers, hallelujah, you will get the correct monthly payment, taxes, fees, and total cost of the vehicle. Well, herein lies the problem. The sales team was incredibly unrelenting to give me all the numbers I needed to properly calculate the lease numbers. They only gave me the monthly payment and a bunch of random numbers to throw me off. They didn't think I could back-calculate. First off, the numbers were completely off in the monthly payments by $50. This translates to a whopping $1800 over 3 year lease. Secondly, about $568 dollars was ALSO unaccounted for in our drive off down payment. The salesman kept telling me that HE HIMSELF doesn't understand the lease numbers and this is what his manager presented to him for me to see. He said to us that in order for us to go over the numbers in detail, we needed to make an appointment with the finance manager because he's really busy and we will have to wait at least an hour. Oh really? I said to him that your numbers are so far off, even the Lease Calculator on Lexus' own official website was much closer to mine than his. There's a reason why Longo Lexus did not install the Lease Calculator on their website. Finally, my wife said that she wasn't here to play games and she wanted them to not play around. I then sat there and wrote down by hand all the lease calculations to demonstrate the correct math. The salesman takes my 6th grade math paper and walks up to the stage podium at the center of the office where an another man (I presume is his sales tactics manager) kept crunching numbers. Finally, BAM they came back and the monthly payments MATCH what my computer said. Then my wife asked "Was it a mistake on your end? " to which the salesman said "No, it wasn't a mistake. It was just profit." HAHAHAHA. The salesman admitted indirectly that it was clear we were being taken in the beginning. Next, I then explained to the salesman and said, "We're ready to take the car but there's a second problem. About $568 bucks is unaccounted for in the lease drive off down. Based on my calculations, $568 should go towards the cap cost reduction. But it's not there. Finally, he got real frustrated and said "This is OUR best offer. This is what we have." I looked over to my wife and smiled. We got up and left to another dealership at Lexus Santa Monica which had the same exact car and MSRP. There, ALL the numbers were CORRECT! Does Longo not know how to do math or are they playing us? Of course, I know the answer. All Longo had to do was come clean with the profit. Put the profit or commission in the negotiated cost of the car in the very beginning of the quote. Then, it would've not been an insult to my intelligence. But because they didn't do that, that tells me they were dishonest with the true price of the car. The Republican dealerships like Newport and Tustin were much more straight-shooters. The price of the same car was $3K above Longo and they put that into the cost of the car (cap cost). That's the way to do it without tricking customers to come in first with a low price only to be taken. read more

The only reason I am giving this high a rating is for the remarkable service by Stephen Tran when I was returning my lease. Stephen was prompt and courteous. When I had to return my 2nd key fob after the car had been grounded, Stephen went out of his way to communicate via text on his day off to accommodate me. The same cannot be said of Victor REYES who was terse and lackluster throughout the whole leasing process, making his lackey do all the paperwork while he made a call to the Philippines. Stephen Tran is the kind of guy who, no matter how high he makes it in the ranks, will always be a stand-up kind of guy making the customer feel valued and respected. So the drama continues with the horrendous detail that Longo Lexus did on my 2012 RX350. I originally wrote a review detailing all that they had neglected and how our car came back worse than when taken in. The worst being some type of black dust that was left on the car bumper to bumper. To this day I do not know what it was and Lexus did not inform me what it may have been. I was then contacted by the manager and he offered a full refund. After that I gave them 5 stars for customer service. But after what I have discovered recently they deserve a zero. After the recent rain cleared and washed away the dirt they left on my car I have discovered 10-15 hair line scratches on the car. I can't believe they left permanent damage to my new vehicle from a detail. Oh, and I also found 3 shoe prints on the back of the passenger seat. This was discovered after talking with the manager. It feels like this was intentional on the cleaner's end. Too many bazaar discoveries to be a mistake. So, in spite of the full refund I must downgrade back to one star due to the permanent damage and shoe prints in the car. I would definitely recommend going to a specialized professional rather than Longo Lexus for a detail. Hope this helps prevent others from getting their car damaged by Longo Lexus. Check the pictures that I posted. read more

First of, I would like to say I've been coming here to the service department for years and have no problem. Yesterday I took my parents in to look at NX and RX because I couldn't decide myself. Our sales rep - Calvin I believe? Was unbelievable..... unbelievably rude. First of he said he was already busy and was closing a deal with someone so he didn't have much time... so why are you here showing me cars? 2nd - didn't ask us what we were looking for in a car, asked my dad who the car was for and then he took us down to their lot to show us. But it was more like dropped us down there and be like "here's the car" yup NX and RX are the same.... if you have money you get better stuff in the car...and if you don't like to park big cars since your a girl maybe NX is better.... ok please..... and then he just stood around and then asked "oh, so which do you like better" and "when are you planning on buying" like I would buy from him even if I wanted to buy a car right there and then yesterday. When we got back up to the front he just waved goodbye and said okay see you later let me know.... didn't even invite us in or give us his name card. So unprofessional! Maybe you guys should train him better. read more
