Around a month ago, my family and I had walked into the shop to look for a certified preowned white GS350 F-sport. We definitely were in for a treat. At the time they had 3-4 selected models that we were looking for. We had came across the car of choice with only 17k miles. This car was definitely one that we wanted and Stephen Tran was the sales man who had helped make this purchase happen. He treated us with the uttermost respect and professionalism. In addition he pushed hard with the GM to give us a price that we were okay with. At the end of the day we were out in 4 hours with a fresh detail job done. A couple days later we had noticed some scuffs on the fenders and had called up Steven to see if he can do anything about it. This review is specifically in concerns to the pricing from Longo Lexus. Everyone works hard for their money so I was compelled to let anyone who might read this know that it's a complete rip off to purchase a Lexus from here. I just purchased a new NX300 and their best out-the-door price was exactly $1,600 higher (Same MSRP and same features) than how much I ended up spending at another dealership. In fact, of the 10+ dealerships I've contacted in the SoCal area, Longo actually gave me the 2nd most expensive quote. Barring pricing, the sales staff was friendly in person and on the phone. I would imagine if they could sell the car for cheaper, they would've. There's no real showroom currently and you have to go downstairs and look at the inventory (which I actually prefer). If you like their people or service, that's your prerogative, but just be informed that you're going to spend a lot more for the same product here. read more

After contacting a few Lexus dealers throughout SoCal, we went to Longo for a 2012 RX350 because of their large selection. Our salesmen, Bruce Fannyan and George Kantanto, were awesome and made the entire experience very smooth and enjoyable. Bruce took us to their underground lot and showed us all the RX350s. He was very experienced and knowledgeable as he explained the details of the car, describing the different colors, options, and packages. He was very patient as we looked at the cars and even went out of his way to move various vehicles from the outdoor lot so we could easily compare them side-by-side. Once we selected our vehicle, he insisted that we take a test drive to make sure we'd be happy. We never felt pressured. George helped us with the financing, final paperwork, and delivery of the car and made the process pleasurable. He was happy to work out the different financing options for us and carefully explained the functions and features of the car upon delivery. My family bought 2 cars and leased one in the span of 2 months at Longo Lexus from Van. He is a straight shooter that won't waste your time. Bonus points for not being "greasy"like the stereotypical car salesmen (aka everyone at Alhambra Nissan). Their service team has it down to a science. You can make appointments online and even reserve a loaner car. I was in an out within 30 minutes (early morning is most convenient). This location is also a great place to test drive as it's close to the freeway (their route takes you on and off the 10). You can really get a feel for acceleration. I have had great success with Longo and am so glad I bought a new Lexus from them the end of 2020. I have a EX300h and it was prescient, given the huge increase in gas prices today. Anyway, great service, communications, and support. But especially the loaner car Dept. which has Jim as a superstar. He got me a loaner car on little notice in March, when I had to drive my wife to LAX to catch an international flight. It was a day, unfortunately, that their computer/tablet system was down and they had to do everything by hand. well, to make a longer story short, he came up in short order with a loaner car and I made it to LAX with my passenger, just in time. And he has been right straight transparent since then, just the finest in service folks. My highest ratings, ever..... and the whole place reeks of Supreme customer loyalty and top flight service. I don't know if this was a Driver from the Dealer or if it was a loaner vehicle or what. However, this vehicle was driving erratically and dangerously. Cutting off cars, speeding, and turning without blinking. This picture was taken at about 12:30pm today on the 210 freeway towards pasadena. If this was an employee driving the vehicle, it is not a good way to represent the company. read more

While we were waiting for the paperwork to go through. He was explaining warranties and everything else. He brought water for us. We started talking about the Lexus lines. Great guy. No one wants to deal with car shopping, but George made the experience a good one. One of my brothers was complaining that he was hungry (he skipped lunch. Had a great experience with Longo in the past and had a long overdue appointment that I was holding off, especially with the current worldwide situation, however Longo has made some updates to safety of customers and employees, and it really shows. Everyone is nearly outside, including the waiting room that has a sliding door. I wanted to give a shoutout to Edgar the SA who helped write me up at 6:30 in the morning. I wanted to get there early and try to avoid lines as much as possible and rather than waiting until 7:00 am (when they open) to check me in, he got me started right away and took care and documented my F. I didn't mind waiting but it was great that he went above and beyond. Lots of practices are in place to minimize as much contact as possible which is expected, and definitely appreciated. The Tech who did my long overdue recall was David, he did a fantastic job on replacing my airbag, now time to enjoy the car again safely while there is nowhere really to go other than a lot more open roads, thanks to Longo! read more

I have had lexus for last 10 years of my life and tried over dozen dealership service departments. Longo by far was my worst experience. Pros : clean , big guest area , variety of snack options Cons : they require you to schedule everything two weeks in advance which they surprise you while you are there. Lotta confusion of who is next and what's the next strep. Lots and lots of wait..... I made my service appointment two weeks in advance at 7:00 am. Waited 30 min before someone calls my name . Went there assuming my loaner car would be ready. Guess what !!! No loaner car !!! Because you had to make an appointment for loaner car two weeks in advance too. Asking them how am I supposed to know that and no one told me that , theirs responds is we assume you know it from now on!!!! Wth Moving on to get shuttle to work . Guess what !!! Do you have appointment for shuttle ??? There is a 90 min wait for shuttle !!! Had to get uber to work and uber back . Probably my last visit to service department. read more

How unprofessional is it that not only did the yelp representative Kary from Longo Lexus assume I made the visits to these 2 dealerships in one day, but also looked up my review of another dealer and posted it in her response as well as made a remark about how it's "ironic". What purpose does she have to copy and paste my exact review from another Lexus? Hmm, not sure what's ironic about visiting two different dealers especially after one was rude. Guess I should've expected the same from another Lexus dealer. This dealership's salesman was very rude, and their response to my review just shows that they don't believe they did anything wrong and will continue to treat guests as they see fit (here's a hint, they don't care about you.) On a better note, at least a representative from Keyes Lexus was courteous and professional enough to message me, asking for my information in order to make things right, rather than giving me this passive aggressive response of an "apology." read more

Very helpful staff and the receptionist greets you right away when you walk in. I was help quickly by Linda Hur when I walked in. Very knowledgeable with the cars and the different models of the cars. If she doesn't know the question, she quickly finds out the answer for me. My wife's first car has been suffering from a multitude of "strokes" lately, with the most recent episode coming from a bad O2 and knock sensor. We were so disgusted with our local Nissan dealership due to their high level of incompetence (see future review) that we said, "fuck it, time for a new car". Phoebe (my wife) is out of college, has a good paying job, and needed a car that reflected that. Can't be rolling up to the office with some beat up, old Nissan. We were in the area for an event in Irwindale Speedway and decided to head to the local dealership...we are glad we did. It was near closing time, but we wanted to try to get in there to see what CT-200h models they had available. My wife had obsessed over owning one for the last several months and we were happy to see that they had a crapload of Lexi' (plural for multiple Lexuseses?) on the premisses. We were greeted by Sabino, who was extremely pleasant. We headed down into their vault of Lexus vehicles to find that there were a limited quantity of CT-200hs available. Phoebe was very particular on the color and options she wanted and they had no stock available. After a quick search, the sales manager was able to locate the exact car with the options we wanted at a sister location. Let the haggling begin... But that's the whole GOOD part of this experience. On the numerous times I have purchased cars in the past, I always get the sales manager passed off on me, who tries to beat me up over a $500 discrepancy and plays the, "good cop, bad cop" with the sales guy. It's pissed me off enough in past experiences that I HAVE walked out the door over $500. At Longo, I simply optioned the car on the USAA car buying service and showed Sabino the amount. In LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES we had a hand shake deal, a $500 deposit, and to return mid-day Sunday after Sabino personally picked up our car of choice. In less than an hour we had a firmed up deal on a new car. By far the EASIEST car buying experience I have EVER been a part of. Showed back up Sunday at 2:15 with my turbo 2011 Mustang (more on that later) with the car in detailing and we went over the paperwork. All the numbers matched from the night before and within 2 hours we had a signed and sealed deal. Sabino even had a detail rag with him and went over the car personally checking for scratches - inside and out. Right before we left, Sabino was intrigued with my Mustang and politely asked for a ride around the block. I don't think I've seen someone scared more shitless on a full throttle pass than Sabino. That's ok, a first ride in a 750hp Mustang will do that to you. read more
