I was told they would call me to tell me what was wrong with my car but, Hell No! They just did whatever they wanted as long as they could charge me $1,090 for an alternator...that's right! And then thought it was funny that I felt it was an outrageous price! Besides they did lend me a car for about three hours. You, know what Longo, I could have rented a car next door for $50 bucks for the day at Enterprise. So don't think you are doing me any favors! Oh, but the work is guaranteed! Back again. The service here is awesome. I bought my 2013 gls 350 a year ago and they have taken care of everything complimentary the first three times or within the first year. The staff is super friendly and the place is a well oiled machine. There have been some instances where I needed answers and the reps have been outstanding. It is hard to beat Lexus. It is low maintenance but still has the allure of luxury. And with great service, I find it hard not to make the next purchase also a Lexus. Here is a tip. Come right when they open so that things are calm and not as chaotic. My warranty ran out and they were charging me $240 for tire rotation and oil change. My guy can do the oil change for $75 and tire rotation is typically free. I paid for the service and the service is great, but as is true, if you come to the dealer, expect to pay dealer prices. read more

Leasing - I was referred to Anthony who really made me feel like the entire day was about me. He was catering and answered all of my questions and more. I been getting my car service done a few times and it's been pretty smooth. You get there, check in your car, a rep will go over your service, and you wait for your service to be done. St the end they might vacuum your car and will wash the car. I've also had to get new tire after getting a flat on the freeway. There customer service and organization is pretty on par. Wait time is usually 1-2 hours. Sometimes they have shuttle service depending on where your going. They have drinks, snacks, and computers along with wifi to make the wait time bearable. So far nothing minus to note which is pretty good. read more

Took my RC for servicing 2 weeks ago and requested them to fix my side mirror which is under warranty. I was told that the parts will have to be ordered and I will be scheduled to come in for repairs. Got the call last week by advisor Eric Anaya telling me that the parts are here, scheduled for Saturday first thing in the morning and was told I would be offered a loaner while they work on my car. So I got up early on a Saturday, went to Longo and was told that I don't have an appointment. Eric is also off for a couple of days and worst of all, the parts aren't even there yet. Ask for Tony M.! He is super helpful and is great at answering any questions you could ever have. My wife wanted a new ES 300h in pearl white, which is apparently quite difficult to find. She called Tony, and he ran into the garage to take a photo of Longo's options, and when we expressed interest, he was able to save the car for us after we booked an appointment with him. When we came into the dealership, Tony took us to the car, and my wife INSTANTLY fell in love with it. While we test-drove the vehicle, he walked through most of the features we would want to use, and pointed out both the pros and cons of the vehicle. The price was reasonable, and he was able to give us a good trade-in value on her old Lexus. After we signed the paperwork, he spent even MORE time with us, walking through the features to mate both of our phones with the car, set up an account to manage everything, and helped us take some fun photos of the new car. He wasn't pushy at all, and was super helpful in answering all our questions. We ended up only purchasing the extended maintenance package, which pays for maintenance of the vehicle every 5K miles for the first 50K miles, and turned down the extended warranty. The finance girl was SUPER pushy in trying to get us to purchase that package! There were a few other add-on packages we turned down that were no-brainers, but those two packages took a while for us to decide on. Throughout the process, Tony was running here and there on our behalf, which seemed to be par for the course for most of the Longo employees. They really value your time and work hard to minimize time-wasting. They also have a great coffee/hot chocolate machine that we fully took advantage of during the process. All in all, we were in and out within three hours, which probably would have been less if we weren't doing a trade-in and if we didn't take so much time trying to decide which add-on packages to take. read more

After contacting a few Lexus dealers throughout SoCal, we went to Longo for a 2012 RX350 because of their large selection. Our salesmen, Bruce Fannyan and George Kantanto, were awesome and made the entire experience very smooth and enjoyable. Bruce took us to their underground lot and showed us all the RX350s. He was very experienced and knowledgeable as he explained the details of the car, describing the different colors, options, and packages. He was very patient as we looked at the cars and even went out of his way to move various vehicles from the outdoor lot so we could easily compare them side-by-side. Once we selected our vehicle, he insisted that we take a test drive to make sure we'd be happy. We never felt pressured. George helped us with the financing, final paperwork, and delivery of the car and made the process pleasurable. He was happy to work out the different financing options for us and carefully explained the functions and features of the car upon delivery. My family bought 2 cars and leased one in the span of 2 months at Longo Lexus from Van. He is a straight shooter that won't waste your time. Bonus points for not being "greasy"like the stereotypical car salesmen (aka everyone at Alhambra Nissan). Their service team has it down to a science. You can make appointments online and even reserve a loaner car. I was in an out within 30 minutes (early morning is most convenient). This location is also a great place to test drive as it's close to the freeway (their route takes you on and off the 10). You can really get a feel for acceleration. First of all George Kantanto. Great guy. Excellent work. I was here with my brothers to pick up a Lexus CT. He was able to address all questions we had. While we were waiting for the paperwork to go through. He was explaining warranties and everything else. He brought water for us. We started talking about the Lexus lines. Great guy. No one wants to deal with car shopping, but George made the experience a good one. One of my brothers was complaining that he was hungry (he skipped lunch.
