Another satisfying experience with Longo Lexus. Victor Z is the salesman who helped us out, as he was when he sold us our Lexus in 2015. This time we went in to talk in person, looked at his inventory, and let him know what we wanted. The next day we sold our 2015 RX350 to a private party. We arranged to meet Victor Z at 10:30 to pick up the new RX350. He was pulling it up from the detail area when we arrived. By 11:30 we had the paperwork done, phones were synched and we were on the road. Longo Lexus makes car buying pretty good. Mr Z speaks English and Mandarin, and I understand the staff here can speak as many as 40 different languages. We really like our new Lexus. Last time i visited, I c more improvements. They remolded the space! Wow, it looks bright and more welcoming!! It also has more seatings for waiting or work. Definitely makes me want to stay and work on my work while waiting for my car...hahaha ( in the past i just feel like loaning a car) The bar area is also more organized and provides more food/drinks. What i like about the new system, is that they text you when ur car is almost done... This way, u know when to start packing your stuff and not get called all the sudden by ur rep.. epscially when u hv all the papers spread out... I have been using Longo Lexus for about 15 years. Most of the time, I have had Man Wong as my service writer. He makes sure that my vehicle is ALWAYS taken care of. I can email him to let him know I need service, and he will set up an appointment for me. If I cannot bring my vehicle in, Man will send a loaner car to my location and pick up my vehicle. Although this is part of the Longo experience, Man Wong gives it that personal touch. I can say that Man will go out of his way to ensure my vehicle is running at top notch. He will go out of his way to make sure I'm happy. This is just his personality. Although Longo Lexus has an excellent reputation for customer service, it seems that Man Wong will go that extra mile. We asked to test drive a car in the parking lot they wanted to run a credit check before driving the car in the parking lot, I've never heard of this before. It's a very pleasant experience whenever I have to bring my RX 350 in for routine maint. Everyone that I have ever come in contact with in the service dept is always friendly and very helpful. The waiting area is comfortable and is always clean and sanitized. The snack area is fully stocked with water, coffee and sodas. When I make my appts, they have my loaner car ready and waiting for me with little to no wait at all. My last car was a Range Rover and I can tell you that I NEVER got the top notch, white glove service over at the Pasadena Range Rover like I do at Longo Lexus. After being contacted by their customer satisfaction team, Longo did a much better job handling my concerns. They offered to correct the problem like redoing the dent repair and it was done so much better. Shouldn't that be done the first time that way? But I guess sometimes business have to learn the harder way. I'm glad they took the effort to make an unhappy Client happy. Thats a testament to the "Experience Amazing" motto. I think it's important that customers give business a second chance to see how they make amends. It's why Longo is the best. I have always liked the customer service and that's one of the reason I love driving a Lexus and I tell Everyone. But this time went in for a recall and wow it was the worst customer service I have ever had from the moment I arrived till I left. Especially David the loaner car customer service person. He treated me like i wanted to steal the loaner car. So rude from the moment I approached the desk. And here I thought a Mexican person would treat another with some kind of respect. This review is for SERVICE only. We live in OC and therefore typically take our car to the dealer in our area. I'm not a fan of traffic, especially now with a toddler that hates car rides and has the ability to scream continuously for what seems like an eternity. Longo Lexus has probably been the most pleasant experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle. And the fact that we had Tony M. as our salesman made it that much more simpler. The lot is HUGE and their underground garage with all their vehicles are overwhelming. I was in car heaven. My fiancé and I were "JUST LOOKING" at getting a new Lexus. We ended up BUYING because Tony and Longo finance took our budget into consideration and made us an offer some might say is, "too good to apass up." We were there for hours, dealing back and forth and we finally reached an agreement on price. Tony did absolutely all he could to get us the car we desired at the most reasonable price. And the entire time of back and forth discussion with finance, he occassionally offered water and even purchased snacks from the vending machine for us! After the agreement, finance was very quick but thorough. And lastly, Tony made sure I was educated on all the features my vehicle came with before I took off from the lot! It's now been 3 weeks since purchasing my 2017 RC-F and to this day, I text Tony with any questions and he responds to me! Even on his days off (sorry Tony). So I'm 24 and was purchasing my first car! I make a pretty decent amount of money for a 24 year old and I thought purchasing a car was gonna be a piece of cake! He actually listened to me and treated me like an actual customer, he worked with me and ended getting me a MUCH lower ( no really like 8% lower ) then what my credit union was charging me!! After visiting multiple dealerships, my parents advised me to make one last stop so we headed down to Longo Lexus, where we were greeted with a smile by Tony Minarto.
