After being contacted by their customer satisfaction team, Longo did a much better job handling my concerns. They offered to correct the problem like redoing the dent repair and it was done so much better. Shouldn't that be done the first time that way? But I guess sometimes business have to learn the harder way. I'm glad they took the effort to make an unhappy Client happy. Thats a testament to the "Experience Amazing" motto. I think it's important that customers give business a second chance to see how they make amends. It's why Longo is the best. Also my service advisor did a good job listening to the issues and apologizing. I'm still waiting for my touch up paint to be sent to me so I'm leaving one star out for that. I paid for It and it still hasn't been shipped. Hopefully they will fix that as well. My original review is noted below... read more

We've been a Longo Lexus customer since 1997 and very satisfied with every car we bought, also, we always have our cars service at Longo. Most recent was last week for my 2002 SC430, love this car since day one. My service consultant is Beau Ly. He is always helpful, courteous and updates me throughout the service. Five big stars for Beau. read more

I've owned a Lexus cars for 17 years. I usually buy them from Longo and twice I bought 2 other cars from Newport. I have always liked the customer service and that's one of the reason I love driving a Lexus and I tell Everyone. But this time went in for a recall and wow it was the worst customer service I have ever had from the moment I arrived till I left. Especially David the loaner car customer service person. He treated me like i wanted to steal the loaner car. So rude from the moment I approached the desk. And here I thought a Mexican person would treat another with some kind of respect. I have another recall to take care of on my 2007 but I'm Thinking of just driving to Newport the next time. Oh but when I got back I will give Angelique and her partner Andrew 5 stars the others can go get a better attitude. read more

We had a great experience! Our salesperson Jessica was very knowledgeable very informative. Jessica was highly recommended to us by my boss... She had the answers to all of our questions! She made us feel very at peace about our purchase! We would recommend her and this dealership to all of our friends, family and neighbors!! You will be getting many referrals from us Thank you again and Happy Holidays read more

This review is for SERVICE only. We live in OC and therefore typically take our car to the dealer in our area. I'm not a fan of traffic, especially now with a toddler that hates car rides and has the ability to scream continuously for what seems like an eternity. Anyone that tells you babies always fall asleep in the car is feeding you lies!!! But anyway, because of that I try to avoid driving beyond the orange curtain unless absolutely necessary. But I was due for my 120K service and hubby knew I would be in the SGV area, so he convinced me to kill 2 birds with 1 stone. He had recently brought his car in for service and was impressed with Jennifer Nam, so he helped me to make the appointment. Jennifer was great! She was super helpful, extremely thorough and her communication was speedy & accurate. I was bummed I didn't get to meet her in person since my husband had taken the car in for me and she was off the day I went to pick it up. I highly recommend Longo Lexus for service and make sure you ask for Jennifer Nam! read more

Longo Lexus has probably been the most pleasant experience I've ever had purchasing a new vehicle. And the fact that we had Tony M. as our salesman made it that much more simpler. The lot is HUGE and their underground garage with all their vehicles are overwhelming. I was in car heaven. My fiancé and I were "JUST LOOKING" at getting a new Lexus. We ended up BUYING because Tony and Longo finance took our budget into consideration and made us an offer some might say is, "too good to apass up." We were there for hours, dealing back and forth and we finally reached an agreement on price. Tony did absolutely all he could to get us the car we desired at the most reasonable price. And the entire time of back and forth discussion with finance, he occassionally offered water and even purchased snacks from the vending machine for us! After the agreement, finance was very quick but thorough. And lastly, Tony made sure I was educated on all the features my vehicle came with before I took off from the lot! It's now been 3 weeks since purchasing my 2017 RC-F and to this day, I text Tony with any questions and he responds to me! Even on his days off (sorry Tony). I deal in sales and customer service myself and Tony never pressured us into getting the vehicle. Thanks again Tony! Next year, we'll be getting the RX and returning back to Tony and Longo Lexus. read more

1 star is still way to much for this place. Made an appointment for a simple oil change....3 hours later the car was still not ready. What's the reason of making an appointment?! I understand they get busy, but, if you know that your costumers will wait 3 hours for their car back just don't schedule them for that day. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. read more

So I'm 24 and was purchasing my first car! I make a pretty decent amount of money for a 24 year old and I thought purchasing a car was gonna be a piece of cake! I had no idea what I was doing obviously , this was just me , myself and I with no co-signer and holy ish let me tell you how rude everyone was to me , I wasn't being taken seriously at all and everyone was telling me I wasn't going to be able to afford a new Lexus like they knew what I could and couldn't afford , I have decent credit and I really felt like every single person was taking advantage of me and saw me as just wasting their time, I was about to give up, but I tried AAA car buying service to see what deal I could get and they matched me with Sergio ... Orozco ? I believe that's his last name I told him how I felt with everyone and how I felt taken advantage of , and i swear he honestly turned my whole experience around ! He actually listened to me and treated me like an actual customer, he worked with me and ended getting me a MUCH lower ( no really like 8% lower ) then what my credit union was charging me!! He could even tell all the info I had been given was completely wrong and made no sense , I heard bad things about car dealerships but Sergio was amazing and he 100% turned my expierence around, I got exactly what I wanted with my car and I love it so so much, he even has it delivered to my work by his assistant ( Brian who was also equally awesome ! ) So thank you Lexus of Longo, I LOVE My Lexus and thank you for treating me with such respect , I will tell everyone about my first car buying experience and how great it was . Thanks Sergio and Brian!! You don't know how much it meant to me read more

This review is not about the Lexus car ( the car is amazing I love it) this is about Longo Lexus dealership. The customer service there is absolute trash. I purchased my car from here in late January, the date I bought the car Tuesday at 3pm, they are suppose to have techs to show you how to use all the features on the car while at 3 pm there was not one available they were all in a meeting that wasn't going to be finished until 4pm ( a meeting so important not one person could leave it, these are techs not managers) so if I wanted to find out how to use the car properly I would have to wait an additional hour on top of how long it already takes to purchase a car. Since the purchase of the car I got into an accident and took it into the Longo collision center where I have been dealing with Krista Mardid one of the managers at the Longo body shop, she has been very helpful but no one else has been at. My car has been there almost 2 months with nothing done to it. After finally talking with Krista 6/1/23 she helped by locating my part that was on back order ( which the body shop should have done without me contacting her) she told me she would stay on top of the case and follow up. Johnny from collision center called me 6/2/23 said everything was here and they were going to start on my suspension work, he said he would call me along each step of the way and let me know what is going on with the car. Here I am 6/15/23 no call from Johnny at all. Lexus is a wonderful brand of car this dealership doesn't care about customer service at all you can get service like this not purchasing a luxury car go buy a gmc or Mazda they think they are a luxury dealership they are a garbage dealership when you make a purchase of a car you're also purchasing the service that comes with it. Once you buy here you're forgotten. read more

Best Car Dealer in Town! A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Tony Minarto at Longo Lexus! Although I had so many questions and specifications about purchasing a new vehicle, he was very patient with me and made sure that I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. Tony is very friendly and personable, but he is also very professional and has over 15 years of experience in sales, so he knows what he is doing Tony made shopping for a car a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend him as your salesperson. So, if you are in the area, make sure to look him up.You wont regret it! Thanks again, Tony! read more

This was our second time obtaining a car at Longo Lexus. Both times we dealt with an incredible sales associate. His name is Sergio Orozco. Each time Sergio really made the car buying/leasing experience extremely painless. His attention to detail and to his customer made my wife and I feel as if we were his only customer. I was impressed with his knowledge of, not only Lexus products but why they stand out over other cars. I will be sending all my family and friends to buy from Longo and specifically from Sergio Orozco. He optimizes what a sales professional should be. read more

On my initial visit to Longo in requesting for a new car sales person, Sabino Cuevas gave the general run down on availability of the RX350. We were taken care well on our follow up visit by Van Phu as Mr Cuevas was off at that time. My wife and I were presented with very comprehensive details on the available options and overall features of the RX350/350L. We were able to make the decision to purchase a RX350L with ease because of Mr Phu's recommendations. He made our transaction very easy and without any pressure whatsoever which truly displayed his professionalism. Excellent vehicle purchase atmosphere at Longo Lexus! read more

After visiting multiple dealerships, my parents advised me to make one last stop so we headed down to Longo Lexus, where we were greeted with a smile by Tony Minarto. He was the ONLY sale associate that greeted us in the showroom and asked if he could assist us. There was 3 other sales associate standing around who didn't even acknowledge us. Tony made us feel very welcomed. He constantly keep offering beverages and snacks. He then took us to the underground garage to check out the car we were looking for, the 2019 Lexus NX 300 F Sport. He answer all our questions and offered us to test drive any car we wanted. We test drove the 2019 Lexus NX 300 F Sport and the 2019 Lexus UX 200 F Sport. He went back and forth to check if they had what I was looking for, the NX 300 F Sport ultra white exterior with red interior. Unfortunately, they didn't have it, but he didn't give up. He went back to his office on his computer and the search for finding my car was on the hunt. He did absolutely all he could to get me what I wanted. Shortly, he let us know that the car I was looking for was being delivered the next day. He had already reserved it before it arrived. On his day off, he made sure his assistant had my name reserved on the car. Yesterday we finally went back to Longo Lexus to purchase the car. Tony along with David Ishida walked us through all the paper work, answer all of our questions, explained everything we needed to know and made sure we understood. After a couple of hours, we closed the deal. We waited patiently while Tony got the car ready. He then pulled in with a big bow on top of my new car and we began taking pictures. I couldn't be any happier. I am definitely enjoying the recent purchase of my 2019 Lexus NX 300 F Sport. Words can't express how thankful we are with him for everything he's done. Constantly offered us beverages and snacks, even sharing with us his childhood memories and food. By the way, those pastries were delicious. TONY MINARTO, hands down the BEST sales man we've ever had. He was professional, courteous, really patient, friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, full of passion, and not pushy. He excelled in his performance and made sure we were educated on all the features the vehicle came with before we left. We left very impressed and satisfied with his outstanding service. It was a pleasure working with him. We look forward to doing business with him again in the future. Thank you again Tony for being my trusted car advisor and always assessing my need accurately, exceeding my expectations and delivering on your promises. You made the best car buying experience I've ever had. I will definitely be recommending you to others. Thank you again for all your help! read more

Just bought my Lexus is 350 7 months ago and it went from a 5 star review to 1 star today. I came in earlier for maintenance on my car and when I got my car back there was a deep white scratch that was noticeable by my door handle. That was not there when I arrived but somehow someone either used a tool and scraped through my paint. I called to speak to my service advisor Rene and he ignored my calls so I decided to return and ask for a service manager. They were trying to give me the run around and say I did it but clearly that was a lie when pictures were taken and they refused to show the before and after pictures. This is a brand new car and they were cautious or careful of my vehicle and that's so unprofessional. After insisting of showing me pictures or footage the service manager admitted that there was no scratch upon arrival. This is my first time buying a Lexus from this dealership and I'm starting to regret it. read more

Best Lexus dealer around. Bought 2 cars here over the years and they always treated us very kindly and gave the best prices. I used to like Longo Lexus in El Monte until after I had my front end of Lexus aligned there. The alignment job was ok but they told me that I needed new shocks and new struts. Oh, they also said that my ball joints are cracked. So I took my car for a 2nd & 3rd opinion at a Whittier garage whose owner used to work for Longo and to a Rowland Heights garage specializing in Toyota & Lexus. Both said there are no problems or I can have the shocks replaced in the next service. These are the greed problems with dealerships. They scare you with lies so you'll buy a new car or you'll spend $$$ on useless repairs. What a fraud!!! read more

How do you know if you are a bad driver??....let me tell you! Or should I say, let my poor beautiful car tell you. No one likes to take their car in for collision repairs. It is painful and usually a drawn out process of a bad reminder, especially when it is on a voluntary basis! Thank you to the whole team at Longo Collision for a smiling hand with this process. Vic Martinez was a great and friendly greeter. Michael Chau made this transition from scared to an exceptional delight. Came here on a Thursday Afternoon in hopes to put a purchase on a car but that had to be held back because I was not sure if I would get the funds in. There were a lot of used cars in the front and I was thinking of getting one of those. I was approached by Jose Mendoza and he really helped me determine which car I wanted. He helped guide me to all the new ES300H that has almost 581 miles in a full tank. I fell in love at first site. I was thinking about getting the Mustang Mach-E however, I was completely drawn to the Lexus. Not only Lexus IS reliable but the cut and trims are very aesthetically appealing. I want to purchase a Lexus rather than a Ford car. I'm not trying to say Ford is bad but my family always got Lexus and no one really had issues with it. We all had Lexus that last longer than ten years so why not. Especially compared to my old car, this car can go more than 500 miles rather than the 320 miles that my CT200h had (it got totaled). I definitely like how I was taken care of. If someone was not able to help me, they would send someone that could help me so I would not be waiting. I was able to see the great amount of cars they had. Although I did not make a purchase, I did kind of not come empty handed because I know what car I want now! What is awesome about the Longo Lexus is that they do not have the mark up which a lot of places are experiencing especially at other dealerships. Definitely recommend this place! read more

So last weekend I found the Lexus LX570 through Autotrader.com. And contact the dealer, talked to Rony Parada and set the deal on Monday. Since I was purchasing the car for $70k cash. Since the wiring process is gonna take 3 days. I talked to Rony and told him the situation. He said 3,4 days no problem we just want you to pay $1000 for holding the car for you. And we agreed I gave him the card number on the phone. I also requested him all documentation related to car/sale since I already made an arrangement with the logistics company who will handle my shipment, reminded him several times but no e-mail! And he called me next day even asked my social security number through text message after I gave him all my credit card information and ID picture. I was like whoot?! Cash sale is not even required SSN. And I asked "why?" And his exact answer was "oh we just wanna know you are not TERRORIST or something" ...kidding me? accusing me like that? Based on what? Becouse I am Asian? And I said okay e-mail me the required documents or link along with the documents which I was already been asking twice for my transporter.... But nothing. And the worst part is the called me a day before my appointment with them oh sorry we sold the car to someone. At this point I already requested my day off and made all the arrangement with transport companies and money is already wired to me from my parents all the way from Central Asia. I requested to talk to Sales Manager to clear things out. And Craig Wolfson called me, instead of pay attention and situate it. Just "sorry this things happen" !? Didn't even offered me similar option from their inventory. I purchased quite a few cars from all over the states. This place is the worst ever! And I understood They'll never value their clients time and effort, unprofessional, very disrespectful in many level and shady. Pressure you with unreasonable statements. Unacceptable! :/ read more

I bought my first mom car this week from Vincent Dinh. I highly recommend him if you're looking for someone who's not pushy, personable and super patient. I wasn't sure what car I wanted so actually visited this location more than once. He was nice enough to drive us up and down the garage. And even stayed 2 plus hours late to help us with our purchase. Deciding where to buy a car is a big deal because you never want to feel ripped off. Vincent was very transparent and straight forward. The Service @Longo Lexus is always a great experience, it starts with the person who represents and takes pride in their professionalism and work ethic and it shows they love wit they do, which is why I go to Longo Lexus service and will only see Rodolfo Ayala (Rudy) Rudy always goes above and beyond to get and give what you need he is always extremely thorough and his communication is always on point. There was one time where they had no openings for two weeks so I took it to Crown Lexus and I had the worst experience ever. everything I asked for what I needed like the light on my visor to be replaced and my analog clock to be fixed, i'm sorry to speak the truth but they did absolutely Nothing for me but give me the runaround and then wanna charge me $500 for the visor and 500 for clock replacement when it turned out I had a warranty that would've covered most of the work. I will never go back to crown, next time I will wait for two weeks till I can get an appointment with Longo Lexus, they always make it possible regardless and Rudy is the absolute best I always have such a great experience. They have the best service and it certainly is worth the wait. Thanks to Rudy Ayala @Longo Lexus service for making it the best always. read more

In my experience, buying a car and dealing with car sales folks was never a pleasant experience. Too much haggling over the price! But my recent SUV purchase from Longo Lexus changed that perspective. Francis was friendly, courteous, professional, straightforward, and very responsive. There's a shortage in inventory everywhere so it took almost 8 months of waiting for my car. But Francis assisted us during the entire process and made sure I got the car of my dreams with all the specs I asked for! He gave us regular updates and always quickly responded to whatever questions I had. So thank you for everything, Francis! This is also a shout out to Rodrigo, Longo's delivery specialist, who gave us the orientation for my new car. He was friendly, very professional, patiently walked us through all the features of my new best friend, and responded to all our concerns, even when we were literally nitpicking already. I usually don't spend time writing reviews, and I waited a week before writing this one. I am a long time happy customer of Longo Toyota and Longo Lexus. On 2/28/21, I brought my Lexus GS 350 for an appraisal to Longo Lexus (collecting dust, due to work from home). I was greeted in the lobby by Hadi Sobhani. I told him I was looking for an appraisal on my Lexus. He first confirmed that I was not looking for a trade-in and told me that I should go to CarMax and they are busy right now. I told him I purchased the car here an wanted to get an appraisal to compare first. After suggesting that I should go to CarMax a few more times, he proceeded to tell me that their business office is closed and they couldn't write me a check the same day. Hadi finally told me to take it to Longo Toyota. I drove me car across the parking lot, waited 15 mins, only for someone at Longo Toyota to call Longo Lexus and tell me I need to take my Lexus back over there. I do want to mention that Longo Toyota was very nice about it and called Kevin Holley, the Longo Lexus manager on the floor that day. I drove back to Longo Lexus and asked to speak with Kevin Holley, Hadi Sobhani saw me and approach me interrupting another sales consultant. He rushed over to Kevin and tried to tell him I was here for an appraisal and said he would help me. I told Kevin what happen and he apologized, but still allowed Hadi to help me with the appraisal (this was extremely awkward and uncomfortable). Hadi hardly said a word the whole time and just took my keys and registration. They gave me an offer in about 20mins (obviously I did not need to come back another day) and it was not busy at the time. Needless to say, this was a terrible experience. Management definitely needs to either spend more time training their sales team or hire better staff. Hadi obviously does not understand that dealerships usually make a higher margin on used cars or he's just not incentivized and/or doesn't care. read more

I have been using Longo Lexus for about 15 years. Most of the time, I have had Man Wong as my service writer. He makes sure that my vehicle is ALWAYS taken care of. I can email him to let him know I need service, and he will set up an appointment for me. If I cannot bring my vehicle in, Man will send a loaner car to my location and pick up my vehicle. Although this is part of the Longo experience, Man Wong gives it that personal touch. I can say that Man will go out of his way to ensure my vehicle is running at top notch. He will go out of his way to make sure I'm happy. This is just his personality. Although Longo Lexus has an excellent reputation for customer service, it seems that Man Wong will go that extra mile. This is his personality. He is not happy unless the customer is happy. read more

I decided that It was finally the time for me to get a car instead of ubering around. I was reccommended by a friend to ask for Jackson which I did and never regret since then. Buying a new car one thing but knowing exactly what I need is another. He saved me alot of time by truly listening to my needs and showed me exactly what would be the best option for me. At first I was a bit hestitate because It was the first time I'd ever spent that big amount of money. However, after Jackson thoroughly explained about what I should do and what I could save all my hesitation went away. I got off with the perfect car for my needs along with a lot of accessories free of charge lol Also, It seems like he doesn't care about the definition of 'business hours' since no matter what the time is he always replies which is a huge plus from me since I'm more like a night-time person.
