I do not recommend you purchase their Top Coat ceramic coating, do any detailing service or custom work here. They charge you a ton and the quality is not there. I purchased my ES in May and before I even took the car for a test drive I had noted that there were some small rock chips on the fender. No one really took it serious or bothered to really look at it for that matter (a picture was taken and sent to the salesman). When I was purchasing the car I brought it up again and was given a voucher for a detail which would take care of it. I opted for the top coat and have PPF applied to the front bumper / part of the hood to preserve the front end. This is something I have come to regret doing here. I received a call the following week to schedule to bring my car in to have the top coat applied, I had mentioned on the phone about having the PPF applied (i was told he did not see it on the work order but would speak to sales about this) Brought my car in a week later at my scheduled time to have this work completed. When I asked about the PPF seems they forgot about it and it could not be done at this time, they said I'd have to come back two weeks later and they could take care of it then. (waste of my time) Two weeks later dropped of my car, mentioned the little rock chips on the fender and they said they would take care of it. A week later I got a call that my car was ready to pick up. When I got home I looked the car over thoroughly and was not happy. There were, light swirl marks all over the car, streaks of ceramic coating on the chrome trim, windshield, and on the paint in a couple of spots, and the rock chips are still there. The PPF they had applied was peeling on some of the edges, bubbles and dust particles under and all sorts of imperfections. $1200 for the Top coat + $700(+) for the ppf this is unacceptable. I messaged Longo back about these issue, I was told to bring my car in to have it looked at. My car was a little dirty at the time so a lot of the issues could not be seen so they said that it would need to be washed and evaluated but could not be done at that time so I would need to schedule another day to bring it back and have it looked at (waste of time bringing it in) I took the car home, washed the car, took pictures of the issues and emailed it to Longos. I got a reply back stating that this was not up to their level of quality and they would make it right. They scheduled a day for me to bring the car in they would have the PPF redone and top coat redone. I told them I would be gone for a two week business trip and they could have the car for two weeks to they could take their time to fix these issues. I again brought up these rock chips but was told they would take care of it. I dropped the car off and when I got back from work two weeks later the car was not ready but I was fine leaving it longer as long as everything was done properly. It ended up taking three weeks before I could pick it up. When I went to pick the car up I looked the car over and noticed streaks on the chrome trim and sure enough the rock chips are still there. They brought someone out and they were able to clean up the streaks on the trim but as for the rock chips I'm being told this time I'm being told that they can't really fix it without making it worse (touch up paint would look noticeable or they would have to respray it and it might not match / inferior paint quality to the factory) but I they can do this. I was even offered to be given a bottle of touch up paint and I could fix it myself (not sure if this was a joke but no thanks). Even one of the supervisors or managers came out and said the same thing. Obviously not happy with this as I was led to believe that they could take care of this. I was told to go wait inside and they would come find me. After about 10 minutes I was told that they would speak to sales and see if there's anything that can be done and they'd let me know (have yet to ever hear back from that). I washed my car a few days later and looking over the finish and I come to find that a bunch of the issues that I had sent pictures are still there. On the trunk there are the exact same streaks of ceramic coating that was not removed and is now cured so it won't come off unless its polished off. The PPF is better (not perfect but its okay). I really don't appreciate having my time wasted (multiple trips back and forth some due to poor communication) and being mislead by sales and service. If I was told up front it could not be repaired then I would have passed on the car and waited for the next one. As for the level of quality of work this is something you'd expect from a $200 detail job not $1200+. I love the car but the whole ordeal has really soured the Lexus experience for me. read more

After another local Lexus dealer wasted my time and fed me bs about getting a tire replaced under my Lexus tire/wheel coverage, I ended up driving to Longo Lexus in the late afternoon on a Friday to get the tire replaced with no issues squeezing me in and getting white glove service the entire time. This is the same service my family as always gotten at Longo. I should've known better than trying to save time from driving far by going to another local Lexus dealership. Longo definitely gets it done and delivers on promises. This was a reminder to my family and I about how Longo Lexus has treated us. Shortly after we were in the market for a bigger car as my family had some new additions. There was no doubt in my mind that we were going to get another Lexus from Longo Lexus due to all the headache-free experiences we've had with services and purchasing our last car over the years. Shortly after that mishap with the tire, I was back here with my wife as we purchased a Lexus RX 450h. We called Victor Reyes, who previously helped us with purchasing our Lexus NX back in 2016, about a particular color combo and features we were looking for in a new RX 450h. He mentioned they haven't been getting a lot of RX 450h's in, especially any with the F Sport package, fully loaded, and especially black with a black interior. He told us he'd call us in a couple of weeks as he saw one with the exact configuration we wanted. If there's anything we already knew about Victor, he always comes through with his promises. He ended up calling us a week early than he promised and said the car was on the lot and he was saving it for us. This was in the middle of the week and both my wife and I work full time and have babies so there was no way we were going to be able to squeeze time to get there on a weekday. We told him we were going to come Saturday. Saturday came and plans changed. We told him we would come Sunday instead. We were there Sunday morning. He had the car put aside for us with a note on it saying it was reserved for us. He mentioned how that model with those features don't come around often at all and how they probably wouldn't see another for the next 4 or 5 months. Knowing this, he still held it for us for about a week even after rescheduling with him twice. He got us more on our trade-in that we would've been offered at other dealerships. He got us his best price with no markups. He didn't upsell us on anything. We just gave him our information and he took off calling lenders and working it out. We expected a certain percentage on our loan which he thought was likely and he ended up coming back with a number way less than expected. We were out of there by the early afternoon with a new car. TLDR: A+ service department that I've dealt with over the last 5 years with our previous car. A+ salesman in Victor Reyes who we dealt with with our first Lexus NX and now with our Lexus NX 450h. No frills, no upselling, just straight business with the customer in mind. read more

Wow, no luck here. Shopping for an ES, had questions about inventory. Called and was transferred into a voicemail that was full, so I could not leave a message. So I emailed requesting a call back. No call back. I used the chat on their website and was told I needed to speak with sales. I again provided my contact information. No call back. 4th and final attempt: clicked for an online quote. You guessed it, no response. This was all 6 days ago. Apparently they don't want to sell cars. Thanks to Crown Lexus in Ontario for the great service. I love my new ES-350. read more

Best service and quality! I started out in the Longo Family in 2007 when my family bought Tundra, then a Scion XD and finally made the jump to joining the Longo Lexus family in 2016. Our Experience with Sergio Orozco is nothing short of amazing as we continued our love for the Lexus Brand with a new NX300. Sergio made it fun, easy and such a pleasure to acquire our NX. Came here today, we were looking for a particular style with a red interior. We were not greeted or helped by anyone. In fact when we sat in one of the cars, a very rude guy named Eric ran out and said it was on hold for someone (which is understandable). He rushed us out and may as well have rushed us off the lot. He did not attempt to ask us if we needed help and when we did ask him questions he was very short and dismissive. He just did not want to deal with us. We ended up leaving disappointed with no car. A quick internet search lead us to another dealership in Glendale where the entire staff was much more welcoming and helpful. 4 hours later we ended up buying a car in Glendale instead. Sorry Longo, you guys should really work on your entitled attitudes and probably retrain Eric. UPDATE: Kevin, their sales manager reached out to me. He was very friendly and apologetic so I have averaged my initial experience and Kevin's 5 star correspondence for a average of 3 stars. Kevin assured me this was an isolated incidence. Proceed at your own risk, the initial review was my experience so if you go here hopefully you'll be greeted or helped. read more

My wife and I were in the market for a brand new 2019 RX350 F-Sport and as such, we decided to do some research and take a look online at the available inventory at Longo Lexus. After deciding on a color scheme and the options that we wanted, I reached out to some of my Lexus friends (shoutout to Club Lexus!) and 2 of my friends (whom also knew Sergio) immediately referred me to Sergio at Longo Lexus. I initiated a text conversation with Sergio via my iPhone and we actually agreed upon the best price for my new 2019 RX350 F-Sport via text! No uncomfortable haggling back and forth. No BS. No fuss, no muss. We then made an appointment to come in that weekend to test drive the car, and when we got there, Sergio greeted us and had Ferdinand take us for a test drive of the vehicle. We immediately fell in love with the vehicle after test driving it. After the test drive we sat down with Sergio and talked about about our financing options and other misc. optional maintenance packages. Sergio was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and overall made us feel at ease with our purchase. It truly was the easiest and most pain-free car transaction that I have ever been through. After confirming everything with Sergio, we hopped over to Peter's desk to finish signing all of the contracts and financial paperwork. Peter - also very professional and a funny guy After signing everything, I had Sergio make sure to have someone put the big red bow on top of our new RX for some pictures! (#DecembertoRemember) After about a week of owning the car, I noticed that our car did not come with a rear cargo carpet mat for the trunk area. I texted Sergio to inquire about it, and he told me he would look into it. Lo and behold, a few days later he was able to get me a brand rear cargo carpet mat for FREE! I was blown away by his level of customer service! I will definitely be referring friends and family to Sergio! Also, Sergio, if you are reading this, I will be hitting you up again when the new IS-F comes out in 2022 10/10 would buy again from Sergio read more

1 star is for the sales/finance department Service department: 4.5 stars I've been to Longo Lexus several times for maintenance. People are usually very friendly. I remember Robin Ho and Jennifer Lew especially. Sometimes the wait could be long even with appointments. The waiting area is as comfortable as can be with snacks and drinks (coffee, tea, soda, water). Power outlets every where to charge phones. Sales/finance department: 1 star I called to make sure Longo Lexus accepts/processes lease buyout from another dealership and was told they do. I then got transferred to speak to a lease consultant, he also confirmed that they do. I asked him for the best finance rate and said I got preapproved by BOA for a much lower rate than what he gave over the phone. He said he'll have to check with his finance manager. He never called me back. I called the guy again the next day and left a voicemail message, still nothing. Really??? Even if your rate is not competitive, shouldn't you at least respond back to let me know? read more

Wanted to write a review for Ray Huang at Longo Lexus. Been on the waitlist for the GX550 for over a year and got the call from Ray. Ray was phenomenal from beginning to end. Courteous, professional and just a nice guy with not an ounce of the hard salesman vibe I always dread when going into car dealerships. The whole process was straightforward and transparent. Gotta say the Longo lexus dealership is fantastic also. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The facility is huge, modern and clean. They got a customer for life. read more

Since I will have to wait another hour and half here I might as well write a review in regards to my experience here today. We purchased brand new car here at Longo for my father and now doing our first service here. After I checked in with my appointment, the guy told me I would see my service advisor soon. Sure they're pretty busy for the day and I don't mind waiting for a bit to see my advisor. After over an hour of waiting, I still haven't see my advisor which means that nothing has been done with the car yet. Some people who came after me already left with their car being done. So I got a little impatient and ask the guys that checks people in that when will I see my advisor because at that point I just want to get things rolling. The guys told me my advisor left for the day! And no one told me about this. So yes, waited over an hour for no reason. Another advisor took me and didn't even apologize and told me it's just something ill have to understand. So yes, as a customer I have to understand everything and just let you guys brush me off with that attitude. I absolutely understand due to COVID there will be short staffed and that is why I was so patient and friendly. In return I expect business to understand I might be the 100th customer you're seeing today but to me you're the first dealership of the day. So before you let me see your frustration think about that. Absolutely lack of communication from Lexus and perfect, none of them felt bad about this. I'd stay away from big dealership from now on. If they don't need me as a customer I'm more than happy to help out smaller dealerships. But with attitudes like that, trust me Longo you will lose many clients in the long run. Now that my almost 3 hours waiting time is done at least the Asian cashier lady is friendly read more

Very Rude! A guest was asking her a question about something... She look at the paper/invoice and said he is right there. The guest was confused. Update on my ES 350. I took my car back the next day and met with the service director Paul Wareham. I explained my situation and Paul said he heard me and would like to make it right. I've known Paul for a very long time and I trusted him so I told him if he wanted to redo it he could. I left the car there that day and went back the next day in the afternoon. Paul, service advisor Edgar and detail supervisor Joel, all were there. I checked the car and this time it was done to my utmost satisfaction. The paint surface was silky smooth to the touch and they even removed the iron from the paint as a courtesy. Thank you for that! I would like to say that they were real people and had done an exceptionally good job. Based on my experience, if you need to detail your car, just go to Longo Lexus service and I can guarantee that you won't get disappointed. After purchasing three Lexus', my experience today at Longo Lexus will have me searching else where in the future. I made an appointment at 11am today. I arrived at 11am and was met with a long line of cars just to check in with a member. I explained to a member that I was dropping my car off for a service before work, and getting a loaner. The member replied back, "Well it's gonna be a long wait." I started stressing. I was then met by another member who was nice. Unfortunately I forgot my recently updated insurance card (my Lexus is not my main car). This created another draw back in time. I didn't get inside the building until 11:40am. I was finally directed to the loaner counter and met with another negative attitude member. I explained to her that the situation with my insurance card had already been sorted out. She did not believe me, and skipped me to help the next person in line. I had enough, and asked for my car back. Moral of the story: No oil change, wasted time, and late to work. I will not be back. read more

Great place to buy a car, but even better place to get service. I have purchased two vehicles from Longo over the past 10 years and if/when I need to buy another one, it will be at Longo. Why? The Service Department provides just that "Service" that makes you want to keep coming back. At the heart of this review is the fact that I have had the best experience with one service consultant in particular, by the name of Man Wong. He's been my service consultant since Day 1, over 10 years now! Man epitomizes what you expect from great service. He's attentive to his customers. He explains things very clearly. He's honest in what he tells you and does everything to make you feel comfortable. When I need a loaner, there's always something ready when I drop my car off. While my car is being worked on, I get regular updates from Man and he responds to messages, phone calls, and texts extremely quickly. I can say that in all these years of coming to Longo Lexus, Man has been the best service consultant I have ever had. If you ever need to get your Lexus serviced, Longo is the place to go and look for Man Wong! read more

Been getting my car serviced here since the time of my purchase. Don't really have any complaints with the service dept., as I always schedule an appointment and I'm usually out by the time promised. I don't have a particular service advisor, but the ones that I've encountered have all been nice and courteous. As for the sales guy who sold me my car, he was "fair." I don't even remember his name--I think that says much about him. Lacked enthusiasm but he sure didn't want to lose my business when I told him that another dealership had offered me a lower price for the exact same car, so he was able to price match. Quick transaction, signing the paperwork for my new financial mistake, jk! Spent no more than 2.5 hrs there. read more

SO.. unfortunately I've had the bad luck of having to go and purchase another car because mine decided to quit. I sought out recommendations and did some research which lead me to try this place since it had some pretty good reviews. I was helped by a Victor Reyes who guided me through the process of purchasing a used car and all I can say is that it was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. The last time I purchased a car was over 10 years ago and the paperwork and monotony of trying to get out while there was still sunlight was ridiculous. I have to say the labor of doing the paperwork (in my mind) had me considering to just fix the ole clunker cause I didn't want to be stuck here for so long. The Store front is Immaculate , the office area is immaculate .. How do other places not take pride like this place !? I don't want to bore anyone with any kind of fluff for the review but if you've ever purchased a car at a dealership you know the types of pitfalls, up-sales, and ridiculous banter that goes on in order to get you into a vehicle. NONE of these things happened. I was informed of my choices, no high pressure sales, when I declined I didn't get any kind of scowl or remark. THIS is how purchasing a vehicle should be. The prices are great ,the customer service and sales department are great! Thank you Victor ! I love my new (used) car. I will be recommending this place for vehicle purchases and it will be bookmarked. read more

I've had a family member and co worker I've referred them here within the past 18 months because Longo Toyota/Lexus does not price gouge you or try to take advantage of you like all the other dealerships out there. This is a brand who builds on long term relationships first and not money in their pocket now. read more

Honestly, I'm disappointed in Longo. But bc the maintenance people have always been nice, I give 2 instead of 1 Star After driving German cars for over a decade (VW, benzo and bmw) I decided to try out some reliable Japanese product (my husbands three cars are all Japanese and he's a firm believer!). Because everyone knows Longo has a huge inventory, I popped in one day and popped out with a brand new NX 200. I didn't love it from day one but it was cute safe and reliable. It was just slow and lacked power. But it was a lease. As the end of my 3 years approached I started to consider which Lexus I would take next. And IF I even wanted to go with Lexus again for my next car. The sales calls increased (always during work hours!) and everyone wanted to know if I was going to purchase, or get a new Lexus. I didn't know I told them. Until someone t-boned me. We were almost through the intersection on our green light, and some smarty decided to run his red light. Rammed straight into us. Welp- we thought that being a lease, Longo would like to fix their own inventory. We could've gone to a (way) closer and more convenient body shop. But we took it to Longo, not only so that they could make it like new for the next owner, but with the hope that they could give us a Lexus loaner or rental in the month (!!!) that it'd take to repair my car. No such luck. Lexus had a bunch of recalls they said. Sent us out with a little tiny (non Lexus) car that's way smaller than my Lexus suv. We tried calling to politely request a Lexus rental. Nope. Lucky to even have gotten the tiny red Hyundai. So yeah. That's why I'm disappointed. And that's why once my lease is up in feb, I won't return to Longo. read more

I usually have no issues with this place. I've purchased cars, and had maintenance done here for almost 2 decades. My experience however in the loaner car area today made me write this review. I brought in a vehicle for a warranty enhancement. The loaner area was busy and girl working informed us there was going to be a wait, which was fine. I asked for the amount of time it would take and she couldn't give an answer. I said will it be a hour or so? She said it'll be under that, and told us to wait in the waiting area and she would call our name. The area adjacent to the loaner counter was packed and due to Covid we waited on the other side nearest to the counter. We waited for over a half hour and decided to walk back to the counter and see if the car was ready. When we walked back, that same girl asked us what we needed... like she forgot who we were?! I need my rental... she was chit chatting with a technician at the time not doing anything. She then picked up my license from her desk which I gave her earlier, and said she was working on my loaner and was waiting for a car but one just became available... which was a lie. She didn't even get my card or insurance yet... I'm not bothered by the wait, or that she forgot to call me up when a car was ready. I'm annoyed that she lied to my face when I was in a hurry and had somewhere to go. We waited for a half hour when we didn't need to. Earlier she had no loaners and people were waiting in line. When we returned, no one was in line and her little basket now had about 5-6 keys with a bunch of loaner cars outside, when there wasn't any earlier. We even were able to choose what vehicle we wanted. She said she was waiting on a loaner to be available to call us. Why didn't she call us earlier when she had at least 2 for sure. I know because we were offered a es and she was able to switch it to a nx on the spot. So I'm sure a car was ready waaaaay before we walked up to ask. Even the lady waiting in line behind was gone already... I didn't get her name because she had her name tag turned around. When she finally took and recorded our info for the loaner she had a guy go out with us and inspect the vehicle before they turned it over. The guy was pleasant and did everything quick as I would expect with Lexus and my past experiences with longo. If management cares and want to prevent this from happening again, I came in on 9/19/20 ... I was at the loaner counter around 1:30-2:20 if you want to see who the employee was. read more

Longo works with a scam/con artist autobroker Michael Hamilton who used to be a manager there. Their fleet manager is also very stretchy. No one has made contact to refund my daughter on her deposit after Michael himself said they would. Longo should prepared for another 1248 negative reviews until that deposit for a car that a deal was not made on is paid back. read more

Longo Lexus - Car Dealers Near Me - El Monte, California

For the parts department, I am eternally grateful. Not only are they super knowledgeable and can find any part for your vehicle with even the most vague description from yours truly, but they are super, super nice. Gabriel helped find my alternator, and he also went above and beyond helping me save a part that I still needed. The only bright spot in having to crawl under my vehicle and curse the engineers for their placement of the alternator is knowing , at the absolute minimum, getting a replacement part will not be a hassle as long as I get it at Longo. Thanks! read more

We had such a great experience with Lexus Longo! Dennis Lo was are sales rep and he was wonderful, knowledgeable and made our process of buying a a new car easy! We HATE the process of purchasing cars but NOT any more. We drove 1.5 hours because of the horrible experience we had at our local dealerships. Jonathan was the person who delivered our car (MUCH SOONER THAN PROMISED) He was patient, knowledgeable and kind! Helped us figure out how to operate the key points on our car and we could not have been happier! Having it delivered was an awesome feature they provide and a game changer for our busy schedule. If you are asking yourself if it is worth driving to Longo to purchase a car....JUST DO IT! So glad we did! Thank you! read more

After 4 long weeks, my car search is finally over! And it's all thanks to Longo Lexus. To start, I highly recommend getting Anthony Nguyen if you're looking to purchase. You know all those stereotypes about sleazy car salesmen? Anthony is the antithesis of that guy - considerate, informative, and never pushy! As a woman who went to buy a car on her own and faced a lot of salesmen who didn't take me seriously, Anthony was a breath of fresh air. And as someone who was searching for a Lexus IS 300 for 4 weeks, let me say that Longo has the best prices in town! It's a tough market to be buying in, but unlike other crazy dealers that have +$5000 markups on their cars, Longo was fairly priced and it's no wonder their dealer is filled with customers (after weeks of empty dealers, that was a funny sight). I highly recommend Longo for your next Lexus purchase! Also worked with Finance Manager Ian Clubb who was just as laid back but attentive as Anthony. You can just tell these are some honest employees at Longo and I highly appreciated that. With Carvana taking over the car buying experience, I was wary of going to a dealer... Could not have been more happy to do it the old-fashioned way though. Thanks Longo! read more
