I pursued my ES 300H here with minimal effort and a hassle free experience. From the phone call to the in person meeting Tony Minarto and Van have been an excellent pleasure to work with. When it comes to negotiating the price if the car ( everyone's favorite part) they were reasonable and gave me a good deal on my trade in car. What makes this an amazing experience with Tony and Van was the fact the he did not act as a salesmen. They did not nickel and dime me for fees or any add on packages. They gave their honest opinion of what was good and what was not. I'm one happy customer and will be back for another Lexus sometime in the near future. read more

Just got my car from Longo Lexus just yesterday, and from start to finish, my parents and I received great service. Tony helped my parents and I choose a wonderful IS 300, and he helped the process run very smoothly! Plus, this was my first car purchase too! Tony helped explain everything clearly which helped me understand the process of purchasing a car. Overall, I could not be more happy with my experience here and recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car here! - Matthew Sia read more

This review is long overdue! Little did I know my husband was actually going in to purchase a car, he had a horrible experience at Mercedes the prior day. I felt a bit defeated & had given up on us being able to purchase a new car for our growing family. Rony Parada was able to help my husband get the right car for our family. Great customer service, all the way up to a few days after, he reached out asking my husband how I liked the car!! He was very assuring & definitely helped us in every way possible! I've never experienced this much of great customer service from a dealership before. My husband & I live an hour away, but will definitely be receiving all maintenance services from here. Thank you again Rony! read more

It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and both Sergio & Ray made me feel very comfortable from beginning to end. Ray showed me the vehicle and explained the different features during our test drive. He was very knowledgeable. Super friendly too. Sergio was the one who helped me with my loan application and the number process. I had a great conversation with him. About the car and a little bit of himself. He didn't come off as a salesman. Just someone who genuinely wants to help me get a car. Coming into this dealership I had my guards up (because of horror stories & experiences from other dealerships) but both Sergio & Ray were able to make me feel at ease. There weren't any unnecessary fees either. The price you see on the vehicle is the price you pay + registrations & sales tax. This place also has a huge inventory of new & used cars. Biggest I've ever seen in southern CA. Huge thanks to those of who've helped me. Will definitely return for future purchases. read more

Came to Longo Lexus to look at the 2017 RX350. It is usually very busy here. I was lucky to find a guest parking spot near the Longo Toyota side. I was greeted by Sales Consultant Chris Wu. He was helpful in showing me a model that was recently returned. He answered my basic questions. A beverage was offered to me, but I declined. Overall a nice experience without too much sales pressure. He speaks English, Taiwanese & Mandarin Chinese. This dealership has a large Asian customer base; so it is very busy on Saturdays. Had the best experience here. Tomson D. was very patient and knowledgeable. He made sure my parents were comfortable at all times and making sure they had snacks and refreshments. I would like to thank Ted the mechanic, Wendy at the counter, and of course Frank (Daniel San) Lorusso. Ted, didn't have to take time out of his day to educate me on what era of Lexus' are the best ones to buy. He told me what to look for when purchasing a used Lexus. And, why those models and years are such awesome cars. I feel confident now as to how much I'll pay for a good or great used Lexus. Wendy, a beautiful young lady that smiled at use when we walked in. She spoke well and did her best to be gentle yet firm in her explanations. She dresses and carried herself well. She is definitely an asset to this dealership. Get that degree young lady, you are going to be a phenomenal business woman. Daniel San, Lorusso. Frank, we couldn't have asked for better service. From the moment we meet I knew we had the right service agent. He did his best to apply discounts from our provided coupons or look for better coupons for us. He listened and wrote down any and all quirks we felt the car was having. And, best of all when we arrived to pick up the car he worked us a phenomenal deal considering all we had done to the car. But, wait there's more. When, I arrived to pick up the car. The owner wasn't with me. Instead of blowing smoke at me. He quickly let me know, I wouldn't be able to pick up the car without the owner since the bill was too large. He made sure my loaner car wasn't check in and got me back on the road. Again absolutely amazing service. Daniel San, I hope many blessings rain down on you and your family. Again, I hope more service agents and dealerships are as amazing as Longo Lexus and it's team. Thank you isn't enough for all the wonderful service we received. read more

I took my vehicle to Longo Lexus in for an alignment. After going to several shops before with no luck because my car was lowered. I spoke with Jim about it, he was very understanding with the situation and assured me that they would be able to get it done. My vehicle was given to Technician Sean for the alignment. The lobby has a glass wall to view the repair area, which is very cool. I was able to see the amount of care that was given to my vehicle. He ensured the service was performed correctly and my vehicle was in the same condition as it came in. Completely satisfied with the service given at Longo. read more

Came here for service and maintenance of my Lexus sedan. My car has been in need of maintenance after 20-30k miles since the last time I serviced it. I came to Longo with the mindset it would be more expensive than more dealers, but I was quite satisfied with the end results. Beau Ly was my service agent, and I really appreciated his work and explanations. Although the inspection found a TON of issues that would be extravagant to repair, Beau didn't push any of them on me and let me choose which ones to work on. He even texted me all the photos of the issues and let me make my own decisions on what was worth repairing. When I asked if issues were worth repairing right now and whether I should get it done in the future at another mechanic, he was transparent and gave solid advice. I was also impressed they called an Uber to pick me up from my house to pick up my car. Beau was caring enough to text me after he got off work to make sure everything went well for my ride (which ended up saving me since my first Uber driver had issues). The inside of Longo Lexus was also spacious, with lots of room to rest and do work while you're waiting. Cold drinks are also complimentary right now. read more

We purchased our Lexus from Hadi about 1 month ago. Everything, from start to finish, was as expected. I feel like we were treated with respect. The Sales Manager was patient, while we made our decision, although it was almost 11:00 at night, by the time we left. This store, has so many cars. If you've been looking for a certain color or style, you will find it here. This was the 3rd vehicle we bought at Longo. The drive is about 67 miles away from where we live. It is always memorable. SALES REVIEW: Jeff Winiecke - Internet sales manager = awesome job in making a sales and in record time! 2 questions to ask before choosing a Lexus dealer: Why waste your time at a different dealership ? Why deal with sales people who play games ? Jeff is a most knowledgeable client advisor I have found in the Lexus name... I have been dealing with Jeff for over 3 years and only with Jeff - he has the knowledge of the entire Lexus line in his brain - no need to have a sales person look up or ask someone else! Once you find the car you want, Jeff will take you straight to the numbers - no games - no bickering - no hassles. Don't worry - no sales manager will get in your face - nope not at Longo Lexus. I accompanied a family friend who has not bought a car in over a decade and was intimidated with the luxury brand name and his 12 year old trade in. Jeff qualified us, found the cars to look at, did a test drive, and gave us numbers that blew me away! The deal we got was just amazing - considering it was 1 day before end of the Holiday sales event program on 1/4/16. Question: GS350 brand new 2015 with 10 miles on it - 11% off MSRP (holiday sales cash, first month payment, and dealer contribution) - where can you find a $52K car for $40K ??? Answer: Longo Lexus - Jeff Winiecke BTW: a pro tip - go to Carmax to get your trade appraised and bring in the certificate - Longo will honor that price and not have to play games! read more

I am so disappointed with Longo Lexus. I have been dealing with Longo Toyota and have such great experience with them in both the sales and service department. I decided to buy a Lexus NX350 H. In March I put a deposit down to be put on the waiting list. I first dealt with Starnie Li who was very rude and then Angelica Ugalde. It was almost four months later and I haven't heard a word from them so I decided to chat online and ask what my status was. Nobody called me back so I called and asked for the manager Peter Kong. He told me he would get someone to look into it. Long and behold he had the same rude lady (Starnie Li) call me back. She said Angelica Ugalde had left the company two months ago. Starnie Li said now I was 250 on the waiting list and didn't know when a car would be available. Nobody could call me to let me know Angelica left the company or what my status is ??? Cerritos Lexus had a car coming in late August so I got my deposit back. I can't believe such bad service at this dealership !!! read more

This place is hit and miss, but my 1 star review is largely related to the service department and experience that I am currently in the process of. For our last 2 service appointments, we brought our car home finding out they had not reset the "Maintenance Required" alert on the dash. The first time it happened, they said we could either fix it ourselves or bring it in. We live an hour away! and how could they expect us to fix something that they were negligent on? so the service man gave us a free car wash when we brought it in.. ok thats fine.. Now this is the second time in a row that they have done the SAME MISTAKE! It is ludicrous to expect us to drive another hour back for a mistake that they made AGAIN! My husband has been in contact with the service manager, we are demanding an additional free service for their repeated errors, they asked for a photo of the dash indicator, and we have been getting nothing but delays. I was actually considering to continue coming here after our free services are done. But why would anyone want to go to a shop that constantly makes mistakes.. and this is only a service light! Who knows how reliable their real repairs are. This is supposed to be the largest toyota/lexus in socal right? I guess that doesn't equate to quality service. read more

Though my experience with the sales department was outstanding, and their technology consultant is a genius, my recent experience with their service department was far from satisfactory. I brought the Certified 2018 ES 350 in because the Navigation unit was intermittently changing routes on its own. They kept it for a couple of days, and stated that they could not replicate my findings. I guess I must be lying or making it up. In any event, I am now stuck with a vehicle still under warranty that they cannot fix. Additionally, they picked up the car spotlessly clean and returned it filthy. Also, left my gas tank nearly empty. I am reaching out to Lexus Corporation and also will take any future service needs to another dealer. Very sad for me as I have purchased or leased five vehicles from them in as many years. read more

My husband and I bought our first Lexus today. He has been wanting to upgrade from our trustworthy Toyota for some time now and had settled on the CT before we arrived. I had to take my car in today on a recall that was required from the DMV before I could renew my registration! I've had about 7 years experience of getting my car serviced at Longo Lexus, & I can definitely say this is one of the few places where I can drop my car off, & know that the work will get done correctly! In that sense they're pretty reliable. Just be mindful that you should always try to make an appointment before hand cause they're usually pretty busy especially if you need a loaner car so plan your schedule accordingly. I knocked off a star cause the prices can cost you an arm, & a leg! Which also explains why they're able to offer complimentary drinks, car wash, & loaner vehicles! read more

Review very long awaited. My mom been a customer at longo Lexus for decades now. I only started with Lexus a few years ago. Their customer service is top notch for service and they really seem to care for their customers. Anything wrong with your car they take a look at it right away and their quote seems reasonable without overcharging you or upselling. Transition from dropping car off, to service advisor, to loaner car, to communicating with you and giving you updates via phone and getting your car back home. Effortless. read more

Not sure about this place. It lingers at 1-2 star. I've been here a few times now. I have a NX and my sister has the IS and we come here to get it serviced. My sisters IS was bought here and it used to be a loaner car. It's gone through alot of headache so my advice is not to buy one of these. They dont actually take care of their loaners very well but as a loaner user its good bc theyre not too strict when being returned. However this is carried over when sold. Also their IS is not made very well imo. The customer service rep, E.D (for the IS), is what made me launch this review as it was drafted for a few months now bc I was hesitant in writing a bad review. There were alot of annoyances I had to deal with at this dealer but this was my last straw. He has us bring the IS for something he could have figured out if he had given it 5mins of thought. We didnt need to come in. The service ppl supposedly didnt tighten some wires where the gas petal is. All he did was tuck them in. We could have done that without killing 1.5hrs of our time!! A photo was sent in the email! I also called him at least 3 times and left 1 vm and even emailed him BUT NO REPLY. Also this tells you how careless their service workers are since they are not finishing the work properly. With the NX I had it serviced (oil change) and 3 days later it totally spilled out all the oil. I bring in my car and they tell me nothing spilled out. But I think thats a lie. The oil did leak out and they just filled it back up and didnt tell me the truth. Or something did spill but they cant find it. Either way it's on them. That is truly how I feel....and my instinct is dead on. So my vibe here isnt great and I will strongly consider going elsewhere. read more

Excellent customer service, clean environment. Would recommend making appointment before going

I've been going to Longo Lexus for quite some time as they were the only Lexus dealership that treated my wife's car great but also offered competitive pricing that made me more than willing to make the trek out there (especially coming from Korea town and now Glendale). However, it seems times have changed, and inflation really has made things not so great here. First, let me preface that Jackelyne, my service rep today, was great, but honestly, I felt that things were rushed, overlooked, and just not considered. I bought a used IS350 for an oil change and to have a regular inspection check, and while the oil change and inspection didn't go without a hitch, I didn't get the "so tell me what's going on with everything." Instead, I was hit with "hey, let's just do this package and get it over with," which made me feel uneasy. Past service reps here always talked about my wife's car, if there was anything they could do, and did more of an effort or due diligence to make the car in tip-top shape. Here, not so much; this is how I found out that the oil change has practically doubled in price since my first time here. I get it that over the years, prices rise, but now double? Past changes never exceeded $100, but now $155 was a bit too much. This prevented me from talking to them about the dash. Lexus of America told me to talk to the customer service agents about it (Originally, Longo Lexus told me to call Lexus Of America). The car suffers from the typical "sticky" issue, which should have been a recall and not some extended warranty joke. So much help from Lexus of America. Basically got the run around in this instance. Also, $199 for a safety inspection is a bit too much, and I've seen other dealerships, including other Lexus dealerships, charge way less or make it complementary. Also, the communication seems to be missing here; Jackelyne told me that my car was getting washed, but it turned out they just did something to neutralize some of the odors in the car and put a hang tag to tell me they can't wash my car and made the excuse that the bumper was damaged, which it already was. (which I've washed the car with the damage before) A very WTF moment indeed. Further, Jackelyne telling me my car was coming from sanitation lacked a bit of tack, telling it to me in front of everyone as if my car had someone murdered in it or I was some leper. Unfortunately, I may not return here if the prices continue inflating and the service lacks this much effort. The layout seems nicer than previous before, but this Lexus dealership is becoming the atypical take your money and move on to the next client dealership/service center. UPDATE 7:03pm 7/29/2022 From two to ONE star now - Kary L just posted the viewpoints. Just because you stated the facts doesn't mean the customer was treated right. Sorry not sorry. I'm just highlighting the issues your dealership had. If you want me to update with more on what you guys were excellent in the past towards now i'd be happy to, but it seems to prove that customer service is gone. My recommendation is now to STAY AWAY from Longo. They're used to mistreating all of their customers and taking advantage of their patience and understanding to make a buck or two. Shame. pitiful. Thanks for confirming Kary L.. I'll be sure to make a BBB complaint as well now and file a complaint to Lexus of America on behalf of this post. read more

The following review is from my Mother who does not own a Yelp account. This was what he had written in an email to Longo Lexus: I made my appointment 3 weeks in advance for the scheduled recall. When I arrived on the day of the appointment, I was given a rental car as they said it could take up to 6 hours to complete the job. 3 and a half hours into waiting, they called me and told me they were not able to start the job because they did not have the parts. The supervisor Clem Cisneros blamed the scenario on a high response rate of the recall. That was an unacceptable answer because they could have called me before the day's appointment. I had to use a vacation day to make time for this recall that never happened. I am beyond disappointed at the lack of attention and incident resolution at Longo Lexus." read more
