For a 2022 Honda Accord Sport SE that has an MSRP of $30K, Sierra Honda offered it to us for $43,500 and Miss Bros for the exact same model offered it to us for $52K. So on our way to Longo Lexus, I told my son to be prepared because the starting price of a Lexus IS in the $40K range and that he needs to be in a mindset to purchase a car that he likes 100% and plan to keep the next 7 to 10 years. Here's the success story from the two Honda setbacks. We went to Longo Lexus and Tony met us with a smile and his usual funny jokes. It's like seeing a friend from many moons ago. Here's the deal as they say in a car dealership .... The Lexus IS 300 that my son fell in love with is at $40K MSRP. They did add the performance premium package at $4,500. Which by the way was outlined on the same MSRP sticker. Now that's transparency! My son who was offered a 2022 Lexus IS 300, a car he didn't think he could afford got his at $44,500 and with NO MARKUPS! It's not because I'm a loyal customer but because the owner of Longo Lexus understands what we are all going through due to the pandemic and other challenges caused by the pandemic. Highly recommend this dealership because their sales team; particularly Chris we worked with who is highly professional, knowledgeable and very straight forward. There are no "hidden" fees and bait and catch games played at this dealership. We dove over 2 hrs to purchase our vehicle from Longo even though Keyes Lexus in Van Nuys was a lot closer, but experience at Keys was subpar!! My wife and I have had our two vehicles, a 1999 Es, and a 2017 RX350, recently serviced and attended to by Francis Saldano and the Lexus service group. Our cars were taken on the date and time promised, a loaner vehicle was ready and prepared, the service was done as promised and we were fairly charged exactly what was quoted. The service manager, Mr. Saldano, was extremely helpful and courteous and we feel he had our best interests in mind in doing business with us. Both service moments, our cars were returned clean and ready and everything mentioned was dealt with as promised. Ridiculous customer service. Very poor communication with Rene Reynoso in particular. I left my car here for simple scratches on my two rims on Monday and it's still not done on Thursday. I was told today that it might be ready by Saturday. I have attempted to communicate with Mr. Reynoso several times by text and phone and I was ignored. I've had much better service at other Lexus locations. This has been the worst experience ever. I've been in customer service for over 30 years and I know that communication is key. There is no excuse for this failure to communicate with me in a timely fashion or at all. I picked up my Lexus today, which was very dirty with bird droppings etc.the work not even started. This time another poor experience here. The service rep that I got, her initials J.M. was extremely unprofessional and impatient. My mother was trying to explain our situation to her, J.M. told my mother and I quote, "I hate people who talks so much". She wasn't saying that to me when we spoke on the phone. Is this how you speak to someone who's first language isn't English? For a dealer located in the valley that serves an extremely diverse population, this is truly disappointing behavior. J.M. did not understand our initial concern when leaving our car with Longo Lexus, which resulted in a denial in our claim. Not only did this waste our entire afternoon, she proceeded to tell us that she does not advise us to drive off the lot with our vehicle due to safety concerns, then she told us there are no available rental vehicles at 6 pm. Make sure you check what they are having you sign when you drop your car off for service. My car had included with its purchase a free service plan. Each time I come they make me sign something that says I owe them for the service and to "trust them I won't get charged". It doesn't make sense that I have a Lexus certified car and they cannot make their Lexus service system say I owe nothing for what is included with the plan. When you sign something it's agreeing to pay. I can't come back and say I won't pay after that. Doesn't make sense and seems shady. read more

During my visit to the dealership, Ray went above and beyond the call of duty...he answered all my questions and concerns. He also made sure I understood how to operate all of the car features on my RX 350 before and after the purchase. Before visiting Longo Lexus, I also checked out 9 other Lexus dealerships in Los Angeles County, Orange County and Riverside County. More than half of them showed very attractive prices in various online car buying websites (carguru, edmund, kbb, carsdirect, autotrader, iseecars, and cars.com, etc.). However, once I saw their quotes, there were many "dealer installed options", such as $895 Theft Code, $895 PermaPlate, $495 Clear Shield, $400 VIN Etching, $995 Karr Guard Alarm, $1350 GPS tracking, etc. All these options would increase the original advertised prices by 8-15%. The quote from Longo Lexus, on the other hand, did not have any of these "dealer installed options". If these options were so good, why didn't Lexus install them at the beginning, when Lexus could get wholesale prices on all these equipment? Throughout my car buying process, Longo Lexus was 100% honest and transparent. I would highly recommend Longo Lexus, without hesitation or reserve, to assist anyone looking for their next vehicle. David is the best and makes servicing my car extremely painless. I never have problems booking an appointment with a loaner car while my car is in service. I do wish they would take off the obnoxious LONGO LEXUS sticker on the bumper of their loaners but I guess I'll survive. All I'm saying is BMW doesn't put you on blast like that, and it doesn't hurt to get in their level. When we first walked in we were helped by a dealer that was alright but we found a bit difficulty talking mostly due to a language barrier but we were then guided to Isaac. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THIS PLACE, ESPECIALLY BEING A WOMAN! Bought my Lexus RX350 many years ago and Victor Zeng was my sales guy. I didn't like his attitude at first but whatever, just here to buy a car. Very next day I brought it back because I noticed both my front and rear bumper was sticking out and i had to PUSH it back into place. I told Victor this needs to be fixed, but he was very adamant that it was normal and all their cars are like that. I felt like he brushed me off at the moment but i listened to him anyways. Fast forward, years later, my rear bumper gets hit and my mechanic JUST told me MY FRONT AND REAR BUMPER TABS WERE BROKEN AND ONLY THING THAT WAS HOLDING IT WAS DOUBLE SIDED TAPE!!!!! Seriously Victor? You sent me away KNOWING that this was NOT normal and took advantage of me being a female buying a car without any car knowledge. I feel extremely scammed by Victor. I regret not bringing my dad with me to watch out for my purchase. I get that sales guys can't see the inside of the car when selling a car, but when a customer brings a card back to you, you should assist them with their concern. I called Victor today and he LAUGHED at me over the phone and told me to bring it to the Service Center and they'll take care of me. He was very dismissive and kept saying Service Center can help me. He did not want to deal with me at all. He was very unprofessional and rude. LAUGHING at a customer's complaint made my blood boil. I asked who his direct supervisor is and he said Lawrence, so I tried contacting him and left him a message in hopes he will call me back. This is not acceptable and I'm not sure how many other people he's scammed just to get a sale. I honestly feel since he got my sale, he's happy that he got his commission and no longer cares.
